compared with the prior art, the invention uses the isopentenol polyoxyethylene ether as a large monomer, acrylic acid as a small monomer, and one of 3-trimethoxy silane propyl acrylate, acrylic ester polyethylene glycol silane and acrylamide propyl trimethoxy silane as a functional monomer, and the dispersant for cement waste slurry can be obtained by polymerization under the action of an initiator, so that the problems of rapid loss and strength reduction of concrete mixture slump over time caused by using the cement waste slurry as mixing water can be effectively solved.
Detailed Description
The isopentenyl polyglycol ether has the following molecular structural formula and molecular weight 2400.
3-trimethoxysilane propyl acrylate, molecular structural formula is as follows, CAS:4369-14-6.
The molecular structural formula of the acrylic ester polyethylene glycol silane is shown as follows, and the molecular weight is 3400.
Acrylamide propyl trimethoxysilane has the following molecular structural formula, CAS:57577-95-5.
Comparative example 1
The preparation method of the cement waste slurry dispersing agent comprises the following steps: 100g of isopentenol polyoxyethylene ether, 5g of sodium hypophosphite and 60g of water are put into a four-neck flask and uniformly mixed; the temperature of the water bath is controlled to 63 ℃, 50g of 10wt% ammonium persulfate aqueous solution and 400g of acrylic acid are added dropwise under the condition of stirring; the dripping speed is controlled to be simultaneously and completely within 2 hours; preserving heat for 1.5h after the dripping is finished; cooling to room temperature, and dissolving with 4wt% sodium hydroxide water to adjust the pH value to be neutral to obtain the cement waste slurry dispersing agent.
Example 1

The preparation method of the cement waste slurry dispersing agent comprises the following steps: 80g of isopentenol polyoxyethylene ether, 4g of sodium hypophosphite and 40g of water are put into a four-neck flask and mixed uniformly; the water bath is controlled at 60 ℃, 30g of 10wt% ammonium persulfate aqueous solution, 300g of acrylic acid and 15g of acrylamide propyl trimethoxy silane are added dropwise under the condition of stirring; the dropping speed and the feeding are controlled to be simultaneously finished within 2 hours; preserving heat for 1h after the dripping is finished; cooling to room temperature, and dissolving with 4wt% sodium hydroxide water to adjust the pH value to be neutral to obtain the cement waste slurry dispersing agent.
Example 5
The preparation method of the cement waste slurry dispersing agent comprises the following steps: 120g of isopentenol polyoxyethylene ether, 6g of sodium hypophosphite and 80g of water are put into a four-neck flask and uniformly mixed; the temperature of the water bath is controlled to 65 ℃, 60g of 10wt% ammonium persulfate aqueous solution, 500g of acrylic acid and 30g of acrylamide propyl trimethoxy silane are added dropwise under the condition of stirring; the dropping speed and the feeding are controlled to be simultaneously finished within 2 hours; preserving heat for 3 hours after the dripping is finished; cooling to room temperature, and dissolving with 4wt% sodium hydroxide water to adjust the pH value to be neutral to obtain the cement waste slurry dispersing agent.
Example 6
A preparation method of concrete comprises the following steps: adding the cement waste slurry dispersing agent prepared in the examples 1-6 into cement waste slurry with the addition amount of 2wt percent to obtain cement waste slurry for mixing; uniformly mixing cement, fly ash, mineral powder, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, a water reducing agent, water and water for mixing; and (3) casting and oxidizing to obtain the concrete.
Test example 1
Introducing water recovered from washing a concrete mixer into a sedimentation tank, naturally settling for 24 hours, and pumping the upper slurry into a slurry storage tank, namely cement waste slurry, wherein the concentration of the cement waste slurry is about 15wt%; adding the cement waste slurry dispersing agent according to the mass ratio of 2%, and uniformly stirring; the cement waste slurry for mixing is obtained.

As can be seen from Table 2, the invention uses isopentenol polyoxyethylene ether as a large monomer, acrylic acid as a small monomer, and one of 3-trimethoxy silane propyl acrylate, acrylic acid ester polyethylene glycol silane and acrylamide propyl trimethoxy silane as a functional monomer, and polymerizes under the action of an initiator to obtain the cement waste slurry dispersing agent, so that the problems of rapid slump reduction of concrete mixture and rapid loss and strength reduction of concrete caused by using cement waste slurry as mixing water can be effectively solved. In addition, the cement dispersant obtained by using the acrylamide propyl trimethoxy silane as a functional monomer not only can solve the problem of slump reduction, but also can further improve the compressive strength of concrete.
Claims (6)
1. A preparation method of a cement waste slurry dispersing agent is characterized by comprising the following steps: uniformly mixing 80-120 parts by weight of isopentenyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 4-6 parts by weight of sodium hypophosphite and 40-80 parts by weight of water; simultaneously adding 30 to 60 weight parts of initiator, 300 to 500 weight parts of acrylic acid and 15 to 30 weight parts of functional monomer under the conditions of 60 to 65 ℃ and stirring; the material dropping speed is controlled to be simultaneously finished or finished within 2 hours; preserving the heat for 1-3 h after dripping or adding; cooling to room temperature, and regulating pH to be neutral to obtain the cement waste slurry dispersing agent;
the functional monomer is acrylamide propyl trimethoxy silane;
the initiator is 5-15 wt% ammonium persulfate aqueous solution.
2. The method for preparing the cement waste slurry dispersant according to claim 1, wherein: the pH is adjusted to be neutral by 1 to 10 weight percent of sodium hydroxide aqueous solution.
3. A cement waste slurry dispersant, characterized by being prepared by the method of any one of claims 1 to 2.
4. Use of the cement waste slurry dispersing agent as claimed in claim 3 for preparing concrete.
5. The use according to claim 4, wherein: and (3) adding the cement waste slurry dispersing agent into the cement waste slurry, and uniformly stirring and mixing to obtain the water for mixing the concrete.
6. The use according to claim 5, wherein: the consumption of the cement waste slurry dispersing agent is 0.6-5% of the mass of the cement waste slurry.
