In some examples, in the single battery mounting frame 10, one first side plate 1121 may be connected with the vehicle bottom through a plurality of connecting pieces 12, and another first side plate 1121 cooperates with the vehicle bottom to form a mounting opening, for example, a plurality of connecting pieces 12 are arranged on the first side plate 1121 on the right side of the battery mounting frame 10 on the left side of the vehicle body, and a mounting opening is formed between the first side plate 1121 on the left side of the battery mounting frame 10 and the vehicle bottom, and one side, close to the vehicle outside, of the quick-change battery pack 20 is exposed to the outside, so that the heat obtained by the quick-change battery pack 20 can be directly discharged out of the vehicle outside, the influence of the temperature rise of the quick-change battery pack 20 on the vehicle body is reduced, and the safety of a user can be ensured.
Of course, each second side plate 1122 is connected to the bottom of the vehicle body through a plurality of connectors 12, and under the cooperation of a plurality of connectors 12, the acting force transmitted from the vehicle body to the first side plate 1121 can be shared, so that the fixing effect of the quick-change battery pack 20 on the battery mounting frame 10 is improved, and the reliability of the product is improved.
In some examples, the body side member extends in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body, the body cross member extends in the left-right direction of the vehicle body, the first side plate 1121 of the battery mount 10 near the center of the vehicle body is connected to the body side member by the connecting member 12, and the second side plate 1122 of the battery mount 10 is connected to the body cross member by the connecting member 12, improving the fixing effect of the battery mount 10; the battery mount 10 is disposed adjacent to the outside of the vehicle (left or right as shown in fig. 2), which can improve space utilization to the underbody while facilitating battery replacement; the vehicle longitudinal beam is generally arranged in the middle area of the bottom of the vehicle body, and the first side plate 1121 close to the edge of the vehicle body is not connected with the vehicle body to form a mounting opening, and the exposed area of the quick-change battery pack 20 is increased on the basis of ensuring the stability of the fixing of the battery mounting frame 10, so that heat dissipation is facilitated, the state of the quick-change battery pack 20 is timely detected, and the like.
As shown in fig. 2, 3, 4 and 5, in some examples, the power conversion lock 102 is disposed on the inner wall surface of the side wall 112, so that the power conversion lock 102 can fully utilize the space in the installation cavity 101, which is beneficial to miniaturization of the product structure; the locking pin 201 is disposed on the outer peripheral surface of the quick-change battery pack 20, so that the quick-change lock 102 can be matched with the quick-change battery pack 20, and the quick-change battery pack 20 can be mounted.
The number of the battery-exchanging locks 102 may be plural, and the plural battery-exchanging locks 102 may be arranged at intervals, so that the stability of the quick-change battery pack 20 after being mounted to the battery mounting frame 10 can be improved.
The side wall plate 112 is further provided with an unlocking piece 103, the unlocking piece 103 is matched with the power-changing lock 102, unlocking between the lock pin 201 and the power-changing lock 102 can be achieved, specifically, each first side plate 1121 can be provided with an unlocking piece 103, the unlocking piece 103 is matched with the power-changing locks 102 arranged on the first side plate 1121, the synchronous unlocking function of the unlocking piece 103 on the power-changing locks 102 can be achieved, the synchronism and the instantaneity of unlocking of the power-changing locks 102 are guaranteed, the replacement efficiency of the quick-change battery pack 20 is improved, and the operation is convenient.
It should be noted that, the two ends (the front end and the rear end as shown in fig. 3) of the unlocking member 103 are provided with threaded holes, the power-exchanging lock 102 is provided with a locking member 1021, the locking member 1021 can enable the power-exchanging lock 102 to unlock the lock pin 201, the locking member 1021 can be in threaded connection with the unlocking member 103, and further, the unlocking member 103 can drive the locking member 1021 in the power-exchanging lock 102 to move through pushing the unlocking member 103 to one side (the front side, the rear side, the left side or the right side as shown in fig. 3) of the battery mounting frame 10, so that the unlocking member 103 can drive the locking member 1021 in the power-exchanging lock 102 to unlock the quick-exchanging battery pack 20, and at this time, the lock pin 201 can be disengaged from the power-exchanging lock 102, so that the quick-exchanging battery pack 20 is convenient.
In some examples, the number of unlocking pieces 103 may be the same as the number of the electric locks 102, so that each electric lock 102 corresponds to one unlocking piece 103, and the unlocking pieces 103 may be components in the electric locks 102, so that the unlocking pieces 103 can unlock the electric locks 102 independently, and reliability is high.
As shown in fig. 3, in some examples, the bottom plate 111 has an avoidance opening 1111, where the position of the avoidance opening 1111 corresponds to the position of the driven portion 1031 of the unlocking member 103, so that a power exchanging device of the power exchanging station contacts with the driven portion 1031, and drives the driven portion 1031 to move so as to drive the whole unlocking member 103 to move, thereby unlocking the power exchanging lock 102 and the quick-change battery pack 20.
The middle part of bottom plate 111 has opening 1112, and opening 1112 and dodge the mouth 1111 intercommunication, through setting up opening 1112, both can play the effect of subtracting heavy, can improve the radiating effect to quick change battery package 20 again.
It will be appreciated that if the pressure release valve of the quick-change battery pack 20 is located on the side of the quick-change battery pack 20 close to the ground (the lower side as shown in fig. 1), the opening 1112 can perform the function of releasing pressure for the quick-change battery pack 20 with thermal runaway, and can directly guide the high-temperature flue gas to directly spray on the ground, so as to avoid the quick-change battery pack 20 with thermal runaway from damaging various components on the vehicle 100.
As shown in fig. 3, in some examples, electrical connectors 104 are provided on the base plate 111, the electrical connectors 104 are positioned within the mounting cavity 101, the bottom of the quick-change battery pack 20 has a docking structure 202, and during the mounting of the quick-change battery pack 20, the docking structure 202 is docked with the electrical connectors 104 to achieve current conduction, i.e., the quick-change battery pack 20 can deliver electrical energy to the vehicle 100 via the electrical connectors 104 and the docking structure 202.
As shown in fig. 3, in some examples, the vehicle 100 further includes: the location structure 105, location structure 105 sets up on bottom plate 111, quick change battery package 20 has the cooperation structure, cooperation structure and location structure 105 grafting cooperation, in order to realize the locate function of location structure 105 to quick change battery package 20 installation, specifically, quick change battery package 20 gets into installation cavity 101 through the mounting hole from the automobile body side, and the in-process of installing from top to bottom in installation cavity 101, only need guarantee the cooperation structure and the position correspondence of location structure 105, and with cooperation structure and location structure 105 grafting cooperation, can guarantee that change lock 102 can cooperate with lockpin 201, can save operating time, and the efficiency of changing electricity has been improved.
In some examples, the positioning structure 105 may form a protruding column protruding on the bottom plate 111, the mating structure defines a slot, the position of the slot is opposite to the position of the protruding column, the shape of the outer contour of the protruding column is matched with the shape of the inner contour of the slot of the mating structure, so that the positioning structure 105 is convenient to insert into the mating structure, and the positioning structure 105 may limit the mating structure after it is inserted into the slot, so as to realize the positioning function of the positioning structure 105 on the quick-change battery pack 20, and the mating structure and the positioning structure 105 may be tightly attached, so that the positioning effect is good.
In other examples, the positioning structure 105 may also be a slot formed on the bottom plate 111, the upper portion of the slot is open, the mating structure may also form a protruding post protruding on the bottom wall of the quick-change battery pack 20, and the quick-change battery pack 20 moves downward in the mounting cavity 101 to enable the mating structure to be inserted into the positioning structure 105, so as to implement the positioning function of the positioning structure 105 on the quick-change battery pack 20.
As shown in fig. 3, in some examples, the abutment position of the mating structure and the positioning structure 105 is higher than the mating position of the lock pin 201 and the power conversion lock 102, so that after the positioning structure 105 is inserted into the slot of the mating structure and before the positioning structure 105 is inserted into the bottom of the slot, the lock pin 201 can be reliably mated with the power conversion lock 102, thereby improving the success rate of installing the quick-change battery pack 20 and simplifying the operation steps.
As shown in fig. 3, in some examples, the vehicle 100 further includes: the cushion 30, the cushion 30 sets up on bottom plate 111, in the installation of quick change battery package 20, the diapire of quick change battery package 20 can take place elastic deformation with cushion 30 butt, cushion 30 is pressed, can reserve the surplus for the activity of battery, promptly when the cooperation of electric lock 102 and lockpin 201, the structure of lifting of inserting of electric power conversion station can apply decurrent effort to quick change battery package 20 to make cushion 30 compressed, quick change battery package 20 can move a section distance to the cooperation of electric lock 102 and lockpin 201 is put in place, has improved the reliability of quick change battery package 20 installation.
Meanwhile, by arranging the buffer pad 30, the precision requirement of product manufacture can be reduced and the cost can be saved on the premise of ensuring stable matching of the power-exchanging lock 102 and the lock pin 201.
After the quick-change battery pack 20 is successfully installed, the buffer pad 30 can absorb impact force through deformation in the pressed process, so that the vibration of the quick-change battery pack 20 is attenuated, the protection effect on the quick-change battery pack 20 is achieved, and the safety and stability of products are improved, wherein the buffer pad 30 can be flexible material pieces such as plastic or rubber, the elastic deformation capability is strong, and the energy absorption performance is good.
In some examples, the cushion 30 may form a long cushion rib, and the cushion rib may be adhered to the bottom plate 111 along the edge of the opening 1112, so that the cushion rib may play a role in sealing the battery mounting frame 10 on the premise of normally absorbing impact force, and may prevent water from penetrating into the battery mounting frame 10 from the bottom of the battery mounting frame 10 through the opening 1112, thereby reducing the damage probability of the quick-change battery pack 20 and improving the service lives of the quick-change battery pack 20 and the vehicle 100.
In other examples, the cushion pad 30 may have a plate-like structure having substantially the same shape as the bottom plate 111, so that it may be laid flat on the bottom plate 111, the contact area between the cushion pad 30 and the quick-change battery pack 20 may be increased, more impact force may be absorbed, and the vibration damping capability may be enhanced.
As shown in fig. 2, in some examples, the quick-change battery pack 20 includes a case 21 and an insertion and lifting mating portion 22, the insertion and lifting mating portion 22 is located at the top of the case 21, and the insertion and lifting mating portion 22 may mate with an insertion and lifting structure of the battery exchange station to implement movement of the quick-change battery pack 20.
Specifically, after the power conversion device of the power conversion station toggles the driven part 1031 of the unlocking piece 103, the power conversion lock 102 and the lock pin 201 unlock, the quick-change battery pack 20 can be separated from the battery mounting frame 10, the plug structure of the power conversion station can be inserted into the plug matching part 22 of the quick-change battery pack 20, the plug structure further moves upwards to drive the quick-change battery pack 20 to move upwards, and after the quick-change battery pack 20 moves to a position corresponding to the mounting opening, the plug structure moves outwards of the vehicle body to drive the quick-change battery pack 20 to horizontally move out of the mounting cavity 101, so that the disassembly of the quick-change battery pack 20 is realized.
The plug-in lifting structure can also drive the quick-change battery pack 20 to horizontally move into the mounting cavity 101 from the outer side of the vehicle body through the mounting opening, and drive the quick-change battery pack 20 positioned in the mounting cavity 101 to downwardly move until the power-change lock 102 is locked with the lock pin 201, so that the quick-change battery pack 20 is mounted.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the vehicle 100 is a light truck, the vehicle 100 has a cab 110, a compartment 120, a chassis 130, a front wheel set 140 and a rear wheel set 150, the cab 110 and the compartment 120 are respectively mounted on the chassis 130, the compartment 120 is located behind the cab 110, the rear wheel set 150 is located behind the front wheel set 140, the battery mount 10 is disposed on the chassis 130, and the battery mount 10 is located under the compartment 120 and between the front wheel set 140 and the rear wheel set 150, the two battery mounts 10 are symmetrically disposed along a line connecting a center of the front wheel set 140 and a center of the rear wheel set 150, and the two quick-change battery packs 20 are symmetrically disposed on left and right sides of the vehicle, thereby fully utilizing a vehicle underbody space, improving an aesthetic shape of the vehicle 100, keeping a center of gravity of the vehicle 100 stable, and improving a driving stability of the vehicle 100.
Other components and operations of the vehicle 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention are known to those of ordinary skill in the art, and will not be described in detail herein. In the description of the invention, a "first feature" or "second feature" may include one or more of such features. The vertical direction, the horizontal direction, and the front-rear direction are defined by the vertical direction, the horizontal direction, and the front-rear direction in the drawing.
In the description of the present invention, unless explicitly stated and limited otherwise, a first feature "above" or "below" a second feature may include both the first and second features being in direct contact, or may include both the first and second features not being in direct contact but being in contact by another feature therebetween. Moreover, a first feature being "above," "over" and "on" a second feature includes the first feature being directly above and obliquely above the second feature, or simply indicating that the first feature is higher in level than the second feature.

Claims (10)
1. A vehicle, characterized by comprising:
the vehicle body is provided with two symmetrically arranged mounting positions at the bottom of the vehicle body;
the battery mounting frames are fixed at the mounting positions, the battery mounting frames are limited with mounting cavities, one side of each battery mounting frame, which is away from the other battery mounting frame, is provided with a mounting opening, and the mounting opening is communicated with the mounting cavities;
the quick-change battery pack is suitable for being inserted into the mounting cavity from the mounting port, and is fixedly connected with the battery mounting frame.
2. The vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the battery mounting bracket includes a base and a plurality of connection members, the base is spaced apart from the underbody, the plurality of connection members are spaced apart along a circumference, one end of the connection members is connected to the base, the other end is fixedly connected to the underbody,
the mounting opening is located above the base and located between the two connecting pieces.
3. The vehicle of claim 2, wherein the base includes a floor and a side wall plate, the side wall plate being disposed on an outer periphery of the floor, one of the floor and the side wall plate having a power exchanging lock, the quick-change battery pack having a lock pin, the lock pin being locked with the power exchanging lock.
4. The vehicle of claim 3, wherein the power-exchanging lock is disposed on an inner wall surface of the side wall plate, the lock pin is disposed on an outer circumferential surface of the quick-changing battery pack, and an unlocking member is further disposed on the side wall plate and is matched with the power-exchanging lock to unlock locking of the lock pin and the power-exchanging lock.
5. The vehicle of claim 4, wherein the floor has an escape opening corresponding in position to the driven portion of the unlocking member and the escape opening, and the middle portion of the floor has an opening communicating with the escape opening.
6. A vehicle according to claim 3, wherein the floor panel is provided with an electrical connector, and the bottom of the quick-change battery pack is provided with a docking structure, which docks with the electrical connector to achieve current conduction.
7. A vehicle according to claim 3, further comprising: the buffer cushion is arranged on the bottom plate and is suitable for being in butt fit with the battery pack.
8. A vehicle according to claim 3, further comprising: the positioning structure is arranged on the bottom plate, the quick-change battery pack is provided with a matching structure, and the matching structure is in plug-in matching with the positioning structure so as to position the installation of the quick-change battery pack.
9. The vehicle of any of claims 2-8, wherein the quick-change battery pack includes a housing and an insertion and lifting engagement portion at a top of the housing, the insertion and lifting engagement portion adapted to engage with an insertion and lifting structure of a battery exchange station to move the quick-change battery pack.
10. The vehicle of claim 1, wherein the vehicle is a light truck;
the vehicle has driver's cabin, railway carriage or compartment body, chassis, preceding wheelset and back wheelset, the driver's cabin with the railway carriage or compartment body is installed respectively on the chassis, the railway carriage or compartment body is located the driver's cabin rear, the back wheelset is located preceding wheelset rear, battery mounting bracket locates the chassis and be located the railway carriage or compartment body below and preceding wheelset with between the back wheelset, two the battery mounting bracket is followed preceding wheelset's center with the line symmetry of the center of back wheelset arranges.
