Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Embodiment one
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the present invention provides a sunshade assembly comprising: the two sliding rails 1 are oppositely arranged, and the sliding rails 1 have an extending direction X; the plurality of sunshade curtain components 2 are arranged and connected from front F to back B along the extending direction X, the sunshade curtain components 2 comprise a curtain cloth 21, a scroll structure 22 and two fixing sliding blocks 23, the curtain cloth 21 is wound on the scroll structure 22, and the two fixing sliding blocks 23 are arranged at two ends of the scroll structure 22; the sun-shading curtain component 2 arranged at the forefront is a head sun-shading curtain component 2', the sun-shading curtain component 2 arranged at the rearmost is a tail sun-shading curtain component 2', two fixed sliding blocks 23 of the tail sun-shading curtain component 2' are fixedly arranged on the two sliding rails 1, and the two fixed sliding blocks 23 of the other sun-shading curtain components 2 are in sliding fit with the sliding rails 1 along the extending direction X; the driving mechanism 6 has a movable end 61' movable in the extending direction X, and the movable end 61' is connected to the curtain 21 of the head shade assembly 2 '.
According to the sunshade assembly, the movable end 61' of the driving mechanism 6 is connected with the curtain cloth 21 of the front sunshade assembly 2, the fixed sliding blocks 23 of the rear sunshade assembly 2 are only fixed on the sliding rail 1, and the fixed sliding blocks 23 of the other sunshade assemblies 2 can slide under the driving of the driving mechanism 6, so that the sectional unfolding of the curtain cloth 21 of the sunshade assemblies 2 can be realized when the movable end 61' of the driving mechanism 6 moves forwards along the extending direction X, and the sectional rolling of the curtain cloth 21 of the sunshade assemblies 2 can be realized when the movable end 61' of the driving mechanism 6 moves backwards along the extending direction X and is matched with the rolling force of the rolling shaft structure 22 of the sunshade assemblies 2, so that the sunshade and the use of the sunshade assembly are realized.
The working process of the sunshade curtain assembly comprises the following steps:
the unfolding process comprises the following steps: the movable end 61' of the driving mechanism 6 moves forwards, the curtain cloth 21 of the first sunshade curtain assembly 2' is fully unfolded under the pulling of the movable end 61', and then the curtain cloth 21 of the sunshade curtain assembly 2 behind the fixed sliding block 23 of the first sunshade curtain assembly 2' slides forwards F and is pulled to be fully unfolded until the curtain cloth 21 of the last sunshade curtain assembly 2″ is also fully unfolded under the pulling of the sunshade curtain assembly 2 in front of the last sunshade curtain assembly 2', so that the skylight of the automobile can be fully shielded by the matching of the curtain cloth 21 of a plurality of sunshade curtain assemblies 2;
and (3) a winding process: the movable end 61 'of the driving mechanism 6 moves backward, the curtain 21 of the first sunshade assembly 2' gradually loses the tension of the movable end 61 'and is fully rolled up under the rolling action of the corresponding rolling shaft structure 22, then the fixed sliding block 23 of the first sunshade assembly 2 slides backward B, and the curtain 21 of the second sunshade assembly 2 gradually loses the tension of the first sunshade assembly 2' and is fully rolled up under the rolling action of the rolling shaft structure 22 until the curtain 21 of the last sunshade assembly 2 gradually loses the tension of the front sunshade assembly 2, so that the sunroof of the automobile can be fully exposed.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in order to ensure that the shade fabrics 21 in the plurality of shade assemblies 2 can be individually unwound from front to back and individually wound from back to front in the embodiment of the present invention, the orderly unwinding and orderly winding of the shade fabrics in each shade assembly 2 is achieved by controlling the winding force of the reel structure 22 in each shade assembly 2.
The curtain cloth 21 has an unfolding starting state and an unfolding ending state, the rolling force provided by the corresponding rolling shaft structure 22 received by the curtain cloth 21 is the initial rolling force in the initial unfolding state of the curtain cloth 21, and the rolling force provided by the corresponding rolling shaft structure 22 received by the curtain cloth 21 is the ending rolling force in the unfolding ending state of the curtain cloth 21; wherein, in the process of expanding the curtain cloth 21 of two adjacent sunshade curtain assemblies 2, the rolling force of ending in the process of expanding the curtain cloth 21 of the previous sunshade curtain assembly 2 is smaller than the rolling force of initiating in the process of expanding the curtain cloth 21 of the next sunshade curtain assembly 2.
In the process of expanding the curtain cloth 21 in the sunshade curtain assembly 2, the driving mechanism 6 needs to overcome the rolling force of the curtain cloth 21 to draw the curtain cloth 21 to expand, that is, the smaller the rolling force of the curtain cloth 21 is, the easier the curtain cloth 21 is drawn by the driving mechanism 6 to expand, and further the more difficult the curtain cloth is to roll under the rolling force when the pulling force is lost; the larger the rolling force of the curtain cloth 21 is, the harder the curtain cloth is pulled by the driving mechanism 6 to be unfolded, and the easier the curtain cloth is rolled under the rolling force when the pulling force is lost; accordingly, the present invention makes it more difficult to roll the shade fabrics 21 of the shade assemblies 2 arranged more forward by controlling the rolling force provided by the roller structures 22 of the plurality of shade assemblies 2, and makes it more difficult to roll the shade fabrics 21 of the shade assemblies 2 arranged more rearward. Further, by controlling the end rolling force applied to the curtain cloth 21 of the previous sunshade curtain assembly 2 to be smaller than the initial rolling force applied to the curtain cloth 21 of the next sunshade curtain assembly 2, when the curtain cloth 21 of the previous sunshade curtain assembly 2 is unfolded, the curtain cloth 21 of the next sunshade curtain assembly 2 is unfolded, and similarly, when the curtain cloth 21 of the next sunshade curtain assembly 2 is rolled, the rolling force applied to the curtain cloth 21 of the next sunshade curtain assembly 2 is larger, the rolling can be completed first, and the curtain cloth 21 of the previous sunshade curtain assembly 2 is rolled next, so that the curtain cloth 21 in the plurality of sunshade curtain assemblies 2 can be unfolded one by one from front to back and rolled one by one from back to front.
Specifically, four sunshade assemblies 2 are described as an example: when the curtain cloth 21 of the first sunshade curtain assembly 2' is fully unfolded, the end rolling force applied to the curtain cloth is smaller than the initial rolling force applied to the curtain cloth 21 of the second sunshade curtain assembly 2 when the curtain cloth 21 starts to be unfolded under the pulling of the first sunshade curtain assembly 2; likewise, the end rolling force applied to the curtain 21 of the second shade assembly 2 when fully unrolled is less than the initial rolling force applied to the third shade assembly 2 when beginning unrolling under the pull of the second shade assembly 2; likewise, the third shade assembly 2 receives less end roll-up force when fully extended than the initial roll-up force received by the last shade assembly 2 "when beginning to extend under the pull of the third shade assembly 2.
Wherein, between two adjacent sunshade curtain components 2, the front end of the curtain cloth 21 of the rear sunshade curtain component 2 can be directly or indirectly connected with the fixed slide block 23 of the front sunshade curtain component 2, so that the curtain cloth 21 of the front sunshade curtain component 2 can slide by pulling the fixed slide block 23 through the scroll structure 22 after the curtain cloth 21 of the front sunshade curtain component 2 can not be continuously unfolded, and the curtain cloth 21 of the rear sunshade curtain component 2 can be unfolded by pulling the fixed slide block 23 of the front sunshade curtain component 2.
As shown in fig. 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, the driving mechanism 6 includes a motor 62, a driving connection edge 61 and two driving flexible shafts 63, the driving connection edge 61 is arranged in front of the first sunshade assembly 2' and is connected with the curtain 21 of the first sunshade assembly 2, one ends of the two driving flexible shafts 63 are connected with two ends of the driving connection edge 61 through two flexible shaft sliding blocks 64 and are in sliding fit with the two sliding rails 1 along the extending direction X, and the motor 62 drives the two driving flexible shafts 63 to relatively move so as to drive the two flexible shaft sliding blocks 64 to synchronously slide along the extending direction X.
Specifically, the sunshade assembly further comprises a front cross beam 8 and a rear cross beam 7, the front ends of the two sliding rails 1 are fixed at two ends of the front cross beam 8, the rear ends of the two sliding rails 1 are fixed at two ends of the rear cross beam 7, and the motor 62 is mounted on the front cross beam 8. A part of the two driving flexible shafts 63 is laid on the front cross member 8 and connected to the motor 62. The specific structure of the connection between the motor 62 and the two driving flexible shafts 63 and the specific working principle of the motor 62 driving the two driving flexible shafts 63 to move are the same as those of the prior art, and are not described herein. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the driving connection edge 61 is provided with a third clamping groove 612, and the front end of the curtain fabric 21 of the head sunshade curtain assembly 2' is clamped in the third clamping groove 612 through a third supporting piece 611. One end of the flexible shaft slide block 66 is in sliding fit with the sliding groove 11 (see fig. 6) of the sliding rail 1, the other end of the flexible shaft slide block 64 is provided with a connecting convex part 641, and two ends of the driving connecting edge strip 61 are provided with inserting holes 613 for being in inserting fit with the connecting convex parts 641 of the two flexible shaft slide blocks 64. The flexible shaft slide 64 is an encapsulated slide.
It should be noted that the number of the sunshade assemblies 2 is not particularly limited, and may be set according to the limitation of the dimension of the sunshade assembly in the height direction Z, and when the sunshade assembly is used with a sunroof of the same length, the larger the number of the sunshade assemblies 2 is, the smaller the dimension of the sunshade assembly in the height direction Z is, and the smaller the number of the sunshade assemblies 2 is, the larger the dimension of the sunshade assembly in the height direction Z is. In the embodiment of the present invention, the number of the sunshade assemblies 2 is preferably 2 to 5. In the embodiment of the present invention, the number of the sunshade assemblies 2 is 4.
As shown in fig. 5, in an embodiment of the present invention, between two adjacent sunshade curtain assemblies 2, the fixed sliding blocks 23 of the front sunshade curtain assembly 2 are connected with the front ends of the curtains 21 of the rear sunshade curtain assembly 2 through the curtain connecting edge strips 3, and two ends of the curtain connecting edge strips 3 are fixed on the two fixed sliding blocks 23 of the front sunshade curtain assembly 2, so that the two fixed sliding blocks 23 of the front sunshade curtain assembly 2 can pull the curtains 21 of the rear sunshade curtain assembly 2 to be unfolded through the curtain connecting edge strips 3. The front of each sunshade curtain component 2 can be also provided with a guide edging 4, and two ends of the guide edging 4 are fixed on two fixed sliding blocks 23 of the sunshade curtain component 2 adjacent to the rear of the guide edging. The curtain cloth 21 of the first sunshade curtain assembly 2' is connected with the movable end 61' under the guidance of the guide edge strip 4 in front of the curtain cloth, so that the curtain cloth 21 of the first sunshade curtain assembly 2' can be unfolded and rolled smoothly. The curtain cloth 21 of the rear adjacent sunshade curtain component 2 is respectively connected with the edge strip 3 with the curtain cloth in front of the curtain cloth under the guidance of the corresponding guide edge strip 4, so that the curtain cloth 21 of the rear sunshade curtain component 2 can be unfolded and rolled more smoothly.
Specifically, the curtain fabric connecting edge strip 3 is provided with a first clamping groove 32, and the curtain fabric 21 of the rear sunshade curtain assembly 2 is clamped in the first clamping groove 32 through the first supporting piece 31. The notch of the first clamping groove 32 is arranged generally forward F, so that the first supporting piece 31 is prevented from being separated from the first clamping groove 32 when the curtain cloth 21 of the subsequent sunshade curtain assembly 2 is pulled by the curtain cloth connecting edge strip 3. An entrance is formed between the front guide edge strip 4 of the front sunshade curtain component 2 and the curtain cloth connecting edge strip 3 at the rear of the front sunshade curtain component, the front end of the curtain cloth 21 of the front sunshade curtain component 2 can extend out of the entrance, and the front end of the curtain cloth 21 of the rear sunshade curtain component 2 can extend into the first clamping groove 32 from the entrance and is clamped in the first clamping groove through the first supporting piece 31. The first supporting member 31 may be a steel wire, and the front end of the curtain fabric 21 is sewn and fixed around the steel wire. Other structures may be used for the first support 31. The curtain cloth 21 of the latter sunshade curtain assembly 2 can be connected with the curtain cloth connecting edge strip 3 in front of the latter sunshade curtain assembly through other fixedly connected modes.
The following description specifically describes four sunshade assemblies 2 as an example: the front three sunshade curtain components 2 are respectively provided with a guide edge strip 4 which is fixed at the inclined front part of the scroll structure 22 and a curtain cloth connecting edge strip 3 which is fixed at the inclined rear part of the scroll structure 22 through two fixing sliding blocks 23; the end shade assembly 2 can be fastened with its two fastening blocks 23 to a guide rail 4 only obliquely in front of its roller structure 22. Since the guide rail 4 and the curtain connecting rail 3 occupy only a part of the space below the roller 21 in the height direction Z and do not occupy the space above the roller 21, it is advantageous to reduce the size of the sunshade assembly as a whole in the height direction Z.
The specific structure of the spool structure 22 may be the same as that of the spool structure in the prior art, for example, the spool structure may include a spool 221, a spool 222 and a torsion spring, the rear end of the curtain 21 may be fixed on the spool 222 by double faced adhesive tape or other fastening means, the spool 21 is inserted into the spool 222, two ends of the spool 21 are fixed on two fixing sliders 23, the spool 222 is rotationally connected with the spool 221, and the torsion spring is sleeved on the spool 221 and two ends of the torsion spring are respectively connected with the spool 221 and the spool 222. When the movable end 61' of the driving mechanism 6 moves forwards, the curtain cloth 21 is pulled to be unfolded after being guided by the guide edge strip 4, and the winding tube 222 drives the torsion spring to rotate relative to the winding shaft 221; when the movable end 61' of the driving mechanism 6 moves backward, the winding tube 222 rotates under the elastic restoring force of the torsion spring to wind up the curtain 21.
Specifically, each fixing slider 23 may be provided with an insertion hole 231 in interference fit with the spool 221 of the spool structure 22 and an insertion slot 232 for installing the guide edge 4 and the cord fabric connecting edge 3, the sliding rail 1 is provided with a sliding groove 11 matched with the fixing slider 23, two opposite inner side surfaces of the sliding groove 11 in the height direction Z are respectively protruded with a lower limit protrusion 13 and an upper limit protrusion 12, the lower limit protrusion 13 is blocked at the inner side of the fixing slider 23, and the upper limit protrusion 12 is matched with a limit groove 233 on the fixing slider 23, so that the fixing slider 23 is limited in the depth direction Y of the sliding groove 11 (i.e. the width direction of the cord fabric 21 and the axial direction of the spool structure 22) to prevent the fixing slider from falling out.
Referring to fig. 7, in another embodiment of the present invention, between two adjacent sunshade curtain assemblies 2, a fixed slider 23 of a front sunshade curtain assembly 2 is connected to a front end of a curtain 21' of a rear sunshade curtain assembly 2 through a shaft sleeve 5, the shaft sleeve 5 is sleeved on a roller structure 22 of the front sunshade curtain assembly 2 to roll the curtain 21 in the shaft sleeve 5, and two ends of the shaft sleeve 5 are fixed on the two fixed sliders 23 of the front sunshade curtain assembly 2. The shaft sleeve 5 can have the functions of the guide edging 4 and the curtain cloth connecting edging 3 in the embodiment, and is integrally formed, simple in structure and easy to install. Specifically, the shaft sleeve 5 has an opening 53, the shaft sleeve 5 is provided with a second clamping groove 52, in two adjacent sunshade curtain assemblies 2, the front end of the curtain fabric 21 of the former sunshade curtain assembly 2 can extend out of the opening 53, and the front end of the curtain fabric 21' of the latter sunshade curtain assembly 2 can extend into the opening 53 and be clamped in the second clamping groove 52 through the second supporting piece 51. The second support 51 may be a steel wire.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, the locking structure 24 is provided on the curtain fabric 21, and when the curtain fabric 21 of the sunshade curtain assembly 2 is opened to the preset position, the locking structure 24 can cooperate with the front part thereof to prevent the curtain fabric 21 from being continuously unfolded. In one embodiment of the invention, the locking structure 24 cooperates with the leading edge strip 4 in front of it to prevent the curtain 21 from continuing to spread.
