In order to shorten the distance from the liquid suction surface 211 to the atomizing surface 212, a liquid storage tank 213 is concavely provided on the liquid suction surface 211.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, in some embodiments, the atomizing bomb body 1 includes a housing 11 with an opening at the bottom and a suction nozzle 12 disposed at the top end of the housing 11, the air outlet 5 and the air guide channel 6 are disposed on the suction nozzle 12, and the air guide channel 6 communicates with the air outlet 5 and the atomizing channel 8. When the atomizing assembly 2 is assembled in the shell 11 in a matched manner, the bottom of the shell 11 is sealed by a first fixing piece 24 of the atomizing assembly 2, a liquid storage cavity 4 is defined in the shell 11 outside the atomizing assembly 2, an atomizing cavity 3 is arranged in an atomizing seat 22 of the atomizing assembly 2, and a liquid inlet 231 for communicating the liquid storage cavity 4 with the atomizing cavity 3 is formed in a second fixing piece of the atomizing assembly 2. It should be noted that the first fixing member 24 may be, but is not limited to, an electrode base that is connected to the bottom of the atomizing base 22 in a matching manner, and the second fixing member may be, but is not limited to, an atomizing cover 23 that is sleeved outside the atomizing base 22.
The embodiment of the invention also provides an atomization device, which comprises the atomization assembly 2 provided by any embodiment. Since the atomizing device has all the technical features of the atomizing assembly 2 provided in any of the above embodiments, it has the same technical effects as the atomizing assembly 2 described above.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an atomization device according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described. The atomization device provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises an atomization bullet main body 1 and an atomization assembly 2, wherein a liquid storage cavity 4 for storing atomization liquid is formed in the atomization bullet main body 1, and an air outlet 5 for outflow of aerosol is formed in the atomization bullet main body 1. The atomization component 2 is arranged inside the atomization bullet main body 1, the atomization component 2 comprises an atomization core 21 for atomizing atomized liquid to form aerosol, an atomization seat 22 internally provided with an atomization cavity 3 and an atomization cover 23 covered on the atomization seat 22, the atomization seat 22 is also provided with an air inlet channel 7 and an atomization channel 8, the air inlet channel 7 is respectively communicated with the atomization cavity 3 and the outside, and the atomization channel 8 is communicated with the atomization cavity 3 and the air outlet 5. The atomizing cover 23 is provided with liquid inlets 231 communicated with the liquid storage cavity 4, the number of the liquid inlets 231 can be one or more than two, and atomized liquid in the liquid storage cavity 4 can be transmitted to the atomizing core 21 through the liquid inlets 231. Specifically, at least two atomizing cores 21 are disposed on the atomizing base 22 at positions corresponding to the atomizing chambers 3, each atomizing core 21 has a liquid suction surface 211 facing the liquid inlet 231 and an atomizing surface 212 facing the atomizing chamber 3, atomized liquid in the liquid storage chamber 4 can be transferred to the liquid suction surface 211 via the liquid inlet 231, and aerosol formed by heating and atomizing the atomizing cores 21 can be quickly released to the atomizing chamber 3 via the atomizing surface 212. When a user sucks through the air outlet 5, external air is introduced into the atomizing cavity 3 through the air inlet channel 7 under the action of suction negative pressure, aerosol in the atomizing cavity 3 is guided to the air outlet 5 through the atomizing channel 8 under the carrying action of suction airflow, and finally the aerosol is sucked into the mouth of the user through the air outlet 5. According to the atomization device provided by the embodiment of the invention, at least two atomization cores 21 are arranged on the atomization seat 22 in parallel, and the atomization liquid is heated and atomized by utilizing the at least two atomization cores 21, so that the heating power of the atomization assembly 2 can be increased, the uniformity of the atomization core 21 for heating the atomization liquid is improved, the atomization efficiency of the atomization assembly 2 can be obviously improved, the atomization assembly 2 can be heated to generate sufficient aerosol, the aerosol quantity generated by atomization of the atomization device is improved, and the use requirement of a user on an atmospheric aerosol quantity atomization device product is better met.
Compared with the prior art, the atomization device provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages that the atomization assembly 2 comprising at least two atomization cores 21 is arranged in the atomization bullet main body 1, each atomization core 21 is provided with the liquid suction surface 211 facing the liquid inlet 231 and the atomization surface 212 facing the atomization cavity 3, the atomized liquid in the liquid storage cavity 4 of the atomization bullet main body 1 can be transmitted to the liquid suction surface 211 through the liquid inlet 231, the aerosol formed by heating and atomization of the atomization cores 21 can be rapidly released to the atomization cavity 3 through the atomization surface 212, and the aerosol in the atomization cavity 3 can be rapidly guided to the air outlet 5 through the atomization channel 8 under the carrying effect of suction air flow. Therefore, in the atomizing device provided by the embodiment of the invention, at least two atomizing cores 21 are arranged in parallel, and at least two atomizing cores 21 are used for simultaneously heating and atomizing the atomized liquid, so that the heating power of the atomizing assembly 2 is increased, the uniformity of the atomizing assembly 2 for heating the atomized liquid by the atomizing cores 21 is improved, the atomizing efficiency of the atomizing assembly 2 can be remarkably improved, the atomizing assembly 2 can be heated to generate sufficient aerosol, the aerosol quantity generated by single-port suction of the atomizing device is greatly improved, the taste of the aerosol sucked by the single port of a user is met, and the use requirement of the user on the product of the atomizing device with the atmospheric aerosol quantity is better met.
Referring to fig. 2 and 11 in combination, in some embodiments, at least two atomizing cores 21 are arranged along a circumferential direction of the atomizing base 22, which is advantageous for improving uniformity of heating the atomized liquid by the atomizing assembly 2. Further, the quantity of atomizing core 21 sets up to a plurality ofly, and a plurality of atomizing cores 21 are along the circumference interval arrangement of atomizing seat 22, and the interval between two adjacent atomizing cores 21 equals to increase the effective atomizing area 212 area of atomizing subassembly 2, and make atomizing subassembly 2 can evenly heat atomizing to the atomized liquid.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 4 and fig. 11 in combination, in some embodiments, the atomizing base 22 is provided with a slot structure 9 communicating with the atomizing cavity 3, and the atomizing core 21 is disposed in the slot structure 9, so that not only can the assembly of the atomizing core 21 be facilitated to improve the assembly efficiency of the atomizing assembly 2, but also the installation stability of the atomizing core 21 can be enhanced to prevent the atomizing core 21 from being deviated in position. It should be noted that the slot structure 9 in the embodiment of the present invention may be a mounting slot, a mounting hole, a slot hole or a slot groove provided on the atomizing base 22.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 11, in some embodiments, the atomizing assembly 2 further includes a first fixing member 24 and a supporting member 25, the fixing member is configured to be coupled to the atomizing base 22, and the supporting member 25 is disposed on the first fixing member 24. Through adopting above-mentioned scheme, when first mounting 24 supporting connection is on atomizing seat 22, the accessible supports and holds subassembly 25 and supports on atomizing face 212 of atomizing core 21, realizes supporting the pressure with atomizing core 21 and is fixed in atomizing seat 22's slotted hole structure 9, can conveniently connect atomizing core 21 electricity on atomizing seat 22 on the one hand, improves atomizing subassembly 2's packaging efficiency, and on the other hand can strengthen the steadiness of atomizing core 21 installation and prevent that atomizing core 21 from taking place the position pendulum and deviating.
Referring to fig. 3, 9 and 11, in some embodiments, the holding assembly 25 includes at least two holding members 251, and each holding member 251 is located between two atomizing cores 21 disposed in a pair. In the process of assembling the atomizing assembly 2, only the abutting piece 251 is needed to be inserted into a gap between the two atomizing cores 21 arranged in pairs, so that the two atomizing cores 21 arranged in pairs can be clamped by the abutting piece 251, and simultaneously the abutting piece 251 abuts against the two atomizing cores 21 respectively towards the slot hole structures 9 of the atomizing base 22, thereby not only facilitating the assembly of the atomizing cores 21 and improving the assembly efficiency of the atomizing assembly 2, but also enhancing the installation stability of the atomizing cores 21.
Referring to fig. 3, 9 and 11 in combination, in some embodiments, the holding assembly 25 includes two holding members 251, the holding members 251 are conductive metal members such as metal rods, metal bars, etc., and each atomizing core 21 is provided with two conductive members for electrically contacting the two holding members 251, and the conductive members may be, but are not limited to, metal electrodes disposed on the atomizing surface 212 of the atomizing core. When the two propping members 251 respectively prop against the atomizing core 21, the two propping members 251 respectively electrically contact with the corresponding conductive members on the atomizing core 21, so that the atomizing core 21 can be electrically connected with the power supply device through the propping members 251. Moreover, a group of (two) propping members 251 can be adopted to realize the electrical connection of at least two atomizing cores 21, so that the structure of the atomizing assembly 2 is more compact, and the whole volume of the atomizing device is reduced.
Referring to fig. 9, 10 and 11, in some embodiments, the outer peripheral surface of the supporting member 251 is provided with a contact surface 252 matching with the contact surface 212, and the contact surface 252 of the supporting member 251 is in surface contact with the contact surface 212 of the atomizing core 21, so that the assembling manner of the tip end of the thimble and the atomizing core 21 in the prior art is replaced, the assembling difficulty is reduced, the assembling efficiency is improved, and the installation stability of the atomizing core 21 is enhanced.
Referring to fig. 9, 10 and 11, in some embodiments, the end of the supporting member 251 is provided with a guiding slope 253, and during assembling the supporting member 251, the guiding slope 253 can be used to gradually push the two paired atomizing cores 21 to two sides, so as to facilitate inserting the supporting member 251 into the gap between the two paired atomizing cores 21.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 7 in combination, in some embodiments, the atomizing surface 212 is located in the atomizing chamber 3, and the atomizing surface 212 is parallel to the inner side surface of the atomizing chamber 3, so that the atomizing surface 212 is parallel to the airflow direction of the suction airflow, which is beneficial to reducing the airflow resistance, enabling the suction airflow to stably and rapidly take away the aerosol in the atomizing chamber 3, and improving the assembly efficiency of the atomizing assembly 2.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments thereof, the atomizing face 212 of the atomizing core 21 is flush with the inner side of the atomizing chamber 3, such that the atomizing face 212 is parallel to the air flow direction of the suction air flow, which is advantageous in reducing the air flow resistance, so that the suction air flow can stably and rapidly carry away the aerosol in the atomizing chamber 3, and the assembly efficiency of the atomizing assembly 2 is improved.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 11 in combination, in other embodiments, the atomizing surface 212 is located in the atomizing chamber 3, and the central axis of the atomizing channel 8 is parallel to the atomizing surface 212, so that the atomizing surface 212 is parallel to the airflow direction of the suction airflow, which is beneficial to reducing the airflow resistance, enabling the suction airflow to stably and rapidly take away the aerosol in the atomizing chamber 3, and improving the assembly efficiency of the atomizing assembly 2.
Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 7 in combination, in some embodiments, the atomizing cores 21 are disposed on the atomizing base 22 in pairs, the atomizing surfaces 212 of the two atomizing cores 21 disposed in pairs are opposite to each other, and the atomizing surfaces 212 of the two atomizing cores 21 disposed in pairs are parallel to each other, so that the atomizing surfaces 212 are parallel to the airflow direction of the suction airflow, which is beneficial to reducing the airflow resistance, enabling the suction airflow to stably and rapidly take away the aerosol on the atomizing surfaces 212, and improving the assembly efficiency of the atomizing assembly 2.
The embodiment of the invention also provides an aerosol generating device, which comprises the atomizing device provided by any embodiment. Since the aerosol-generating device has all the technical features of the atomizing device provided in any of the embodiments described above, it has the same technical effects as the atomizing device described above.

Claims (10)
1. An atomizing assembly, comprising:
the atomization core is used for atomizing the atomized liquid to form aerosol;
the atomizing device comprises an atomizing seat, a nozzle structure and an atomizing channel, wherein an atomizing cavity is formed in the atomizing seat, the atomizing seat is provided with the nozzle structure and the atomizing channel respectively, the nozzle structure and the atomizing channel are respectively communicated with the atomizing cavity, and the atomizing core is arranged in the nozzle structure; and
the supporting component is used for being matched and inserted on the atomizing seat;
when the propping component is inserted on the atomizing seat, the propping component is propped against one surface of the atomizing core, which faces the atomizing cavity, so that the atomizing core is propped and fixed in the slotted hole structure.
2. The atomizing assembly of claim 1, further comprising a first mount for mating connection to the atomizing base, the abutment assembly being disposed on the first mount; when the first fixing piece is in matched connection with the atomizing seat, the first fixing piece can drive the supporting component to be inserted on the atomizing seat.
3. The atomizing assembly of claim 1, further comprising an elastic member for holding the atomizing core toward the atomizing chamber, the elastic member being disposed on the atomizing base.
4. The atomizing assembly of claim 3, further comprising a second fastener for mating connection with the atomizing base, wherein when the second fastener is mated with the atomizing base, the second fastener is pressed against a surface of the elastic member facing away from the atomizing chamber to urge the elastic member to move in a lateral direction, such that the elastic member elastically presses the atomizing core toward the holding assembly.
5. The atomizing assembly according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the number of the atomizing cores is at least two, the two mutually opposite atomizing cores are arranged in pairs, and the abutting assembly comprises at least two abutting pieces which can be inserted between the two atomizing cores arranged in pairs; when the abutting piece is inserted between two atomizing cores arranged in pairs along the vertical direction, the abutting component can push the atomizing cores to move transversely so as to squeeze the elastic piece.
6. The atomizing assembly of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the holding assembly includes at least two holding members disposed side by side and in spaced relation, and wherein a side portion of the holding members is held against a face of the atomizing core facing the atomizing chamber to hold the atomizing core against and secure the atomizing core in the slot structure.
7. The atomizing assembly of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a surface of the atomizing core facing the atomizing chamber forms an atomizing surface for atomizing and releasing the aerosol, two conductive members are disposed on the atomizing surface, the holding assembly comprises two holding members disposed side by side and at intervals, an outer circumferential surface of each holding member abuts against the atomizing surface, and each holding member is electrically abutted against the corresponding conductive member.
8. The atomizing assembly of claim 7, wherein the outer peripheral surface of the abutment is provided with a contact surface for engaging the atomizing surface, and the end of the abutment is provided with a guide ramp.
9. An atomising device comprising an atomising assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. An aerosol generating device comprising an atomizing assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 8 or an atomizing device according to claim 9.
