When the positioning protrusion 831 is clamped to the positioning groove 832, the fixing of the end cover 800 to the housing 100 is achieved. When the end cap 800 is required to be detached from the housing 100, the end cap 800 is only required to be reversely rotated by a certain angle, and at this time, the positioning protrusion 831 is disengaged from the positioning groove 832, and then the end cap 800 is withdrawn to complete the detachment.

Further, the bottom wall of the lower cover 920 opposite to the first hook 922 is further provided with an unlocking hole 924, and the unlocking hole 924 is used for applying a force to the upper cover 910 by a user using a tool, so that the upper cover 910 is separated from the lower cover 920.

and a heating element positioned in the circulating airflow path generated by the fan for heating the airflow.

The cosmetic care implement drying device according to claim 7, wherein the drying rack comprises an upper cover, a lower cover, and a rubber pad having the wire slot, the upper cover is detachably connected to the lower cover, the rubber pad is positioned between the upper cover and the lower cover, the upper cover has a first through hole, the lower cover has a second through hole, and the first through hole, the wire slot, and the second through hole are disposed opposite to each other.
