The cartridge valve has an on state and an off state, and can perform logic operation, so the cartridge valve is also called a logic valve. Because the valve has a series of advantages of small liquid resistance, large through-flow capacity, quick action, less leakage and the like, the valve is widely applied to various industries such as machinery, metallurgy, automobiles, ships and the like.
However, in the conventional two-way cartridge valve, the valve core is always in a closed state by means of the compression of the spring, if the valve body needs to be opened and oil is fed, the spring force needs to be overcome, and the compression of the spring can be realized, so that the loss of flow and pressure in a special hydraulic system can be caused. There is thus a need for a method or apparatus that solves the above-mentioned problems.

if the device is required to have the function of a throttle valve, a throttle pipeline 14 can be arranged on the blocking part 13 at the end part of the valve core 4, and even if the valve body is in a closed state, part of liquid can still flow from the first opening 11 to the second opening 12 through the throttle pipeline 14, so that the effect of the throttle valve is achieved;
besides controlling the valve body through a driving oil way, a chamber with pressure (connected by the first opening 11 or the second opening 12) can be directly connected with the second control oil way 15 through a pipeline with an electromagnetic valve, when the valve body needs to be closed, the electromagnetic valve is only controlled to be opened, the pipeline is conducted, and liquid with certain pressure can enter the hydraulic cavity 6 through the second control pipeline 15, so that the valve core 4 is pushed to act;
when the valve body is required to be restarted, the medium with pressure in the hydraulic cavity 6 is released, the valve core 4 moves reversely under the action of the spring 8, the blocking part 13 at the bottom end of the valve core is pulled out from the first opening 11, and the first opening 11 and the second opening 12 are communicated with each other.
