According to some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 3, the gear transmission mechanism 6 includes two transmission gears meshed with each other, the two transmission gears being a second transmission gear 62 and a third transmission gear 63, respectively, the first transmission member 4, the second transmission gear 62, and the third transmission gear 63 are sequentially arranged in a direction from the first end 31 to the second end 32, the second transmission gear 62 is meshed with the first tooth portion 41, and the third transmission gear 63 is meshed with the second tooth portion 51. The second transmission gear 62 is engaged with the first tooth portion 41 and the third transmission gear 63 of the first transmission member 4, and the third transmission gear 63 is engaged with the second tooth portion 51 and the second transmission gear 62 of the second transmission member 5, so that the sun visor body 3 can be moved along the arrangement direction of the first end 31 and the second end 32 when the sun visor support 2 rotates relative to the mounting support 10.

The third transmission gear 63 is meshed with the second tooth portion 51, and when the sun-shading position is reached, the sun-shading body 3 is located at the front side of the first transmission gear 61, so that the third transmission gear 63 can drive the sun-shading body 3 to move along the direction from the first end 31 to the second end 32 while rotating, the distance between the second end 32 of the sun-shading body 3 and the sun-shading support 2 can be increased continuously, the sun-shading area of the sun-shading body 3 is increased continuously, and when the sun-shading plate 20 reaches the sun-shading position, the sun-shading area of the sun-shading body 3 is the largest, and the overall sun-shading effect of the sun-shading device 100 can be improved. And before the sun visor 20 reaches the sun visor position, compared with the sun visor body 3 which is directly connected with the mounting bracket 10, the extension length of the sun visor body 3 relative to the sun visor bracket is smaller, so that the risk of collision between the sun visor 20 and a driver can be reduced in the process of opening the sun visor 20, and the driving safety of a user is improved.
When the sun visor 20 is rotated from the sun visor position to the storage position, the sun visor carrier 2 is rotated clockwise about the rotation shaft 11 of the mounting carrier 10, and the second transmission gear 62 is rotated clockwise about the first transmission member 4. The third transmission gear 63 is meshed with the second tooth portion 51, and when the sun-shading position is adopted, the sun-shading plate body 3 is located on the front side of the first transmission gear 61, so that the third transmission gear 63 can drive the sun-shading plate body 3 to move along the direction from the second end 32 to the first end 31 while rotating, the distance between the second end 32 of the sun-shading plate body 3 and the sun-shading plate support 2 can be continuously reduced, the safety distance between the second end 32 of the sun-shading plate body 3 and a driver is kept in the process of folding the sun-shading plate 20, the risk of collision between the sun-shading plate body 20 and the driver in the process of folding is reduced, and the driving safety of a user is improved.
According to some embodiments of the invention, referring to fig. 3, the outer diameter of the third transfer gear 63 is greater than the outer diameter of the second transfer gear 62. The arrangement of the sun shield body 3 along the arrangement direction of the first end 31 and the second end 32 can keep a certain safety distance between the sun shield body 3 and the peripheral wall of the second transmission gear 62, and interference between the sun shield body 3 and the second transmission gear 62 is avoided, so that normal movement of the sun shield body 3 is ensured, and integral normal use of the sun shield 20 is ensured.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 2-3, the second transmission member 5 is disposed at the first end 31, so that the distance between the second transmission member 5 and the first transmission member 4 and the gear transmission mechanism 6 can be made shorter, so that the transmission connection between the second transmission member 5 and the gear transmission mechanism 6 is facilitated, and meanwhile, the overall structure of the transmission mechanism 30 can be made more compact, and the overall occupied space of the sun visor device 100 is made smaller.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 1-3, a sliding cavity 21 is formed in a sun visor support 2, a rotating hole is formed on a side wall of the sliding cavity 21, a rotating shaft 11 of a mounting support 10 is arranged through the rotating hole on the side wall of the sliding cavity 21, and the sun visor support 2 can rotate around the rotating shaft 11 of the mounting support 10 through the rotating hole, so that the position of the sun visor 20 is switched between a storage position and a sun visor position. The first transmission member 4 and the gear transmission mechanism 6 are both located in the sliding cavity 21, and the first end 31 of the sun shield body 3 is located in the sliding cavity 21, so that the distance between the first transmission member 4, the second transmission member 5 and the gear transmission mechanism 6 is shorter, and transmission connection among the first transmission member 4, the second transmission member 5 and the gear transmission mechanism 6 is facilitated. Meanwhile, the first transmission piece 4, the second transmission piece 5 and the gear transmission mechanism 6 are all positioned in the sliding cavity 21, so that the sliding cavity 21 has the functions of accommodating and protecting the whole transmission mechanism 30, and the normal use of the transmission mechanism 30 is ensured.
The sun visor body 3 is slidable with respect to the slide cavity 21 to adjust the length of the sun visor 20 in the arrangement direction of the first end 31 and the second end 32. Claims (12)

1. A sun visor device for a vehicle, comprising:
a mounting bracket adapted to mount a roof panel secured to a vehicle body;
the sun shield comprises a sun shield support and a sun shield body arranged on the sun shield support, the sun shield support is rotatably connected with the mounting support, so that the sun shield can rotate between a sun shield position and a storage position, the sun shield body is provided with a first end and a second end which are oppositely arranged, when the sun shield is positioned at the sun shield position, the second end is positioned below the first end, when the sun shield is positioned at the storage position, the second end is positioned behind the first end, and the sun shield body is movable relative to the sun shield support in the arrangement direction of the first end and the second end;
the transmission mechanism is connected between the mounting bracket and the sun shield body in a transmission manner, and is configured to drive the sun shield body to move along the arrangement direction of the first end and the second end when the sun shield bracket rotates relative to the mounting bracket;
wherein, in the process that the sun shield rotates from the storage position to the sun shield position, the sun shield body moves along the direction from the first end to the second end; in the process that the sun shield rotates from the sun shield position to the storage position, the sun shield body moves along the direction from the second end to the first end.
2. The sun visor device according to claim 1, wherein the transmission mechanism includes:
the first transmission piece is arranged on the mounting bracket and fixed relative to the mounting bracket, and comprises a first tooth part which extends along the circumferential direction of the rotation axis of the sun shield bracket;
the second transmission piece is arranged on the sun shield body and comprises second tooth parts which extend along the arrangement direction of the first end and the second end;
the gear transmission mechanism is arranged on the sun shield support and comprises at least one transmission gear, and the gear transmission mechanism is meshed with the first tooth part and the second tooth part.
3. The sun visor device according to claim 2, wherein the mounting bracket has a rotation shaft, the sun visor bracket has a rotation hole, the rotation shaft is provided to pass through the rotation hole, the first transmission member is provided to the rotation shaft and fixed with respect to the rotation shaft, the gear transmission mechanism is provided to a side of the first transmission member adjacent to the second end, and the second transmission member is provided to a side in a thickness direction of the sun visor body.
4. A sun visor device according to claim 3, wherein said first transmission member is a gear, and said first tooth portion is formed in an outer peripheral wall of said first transmission member.
5. A sun visor device according to claim 3 wherein said gear drive comprises a drive gear, one of said drive gears being a first drive gear, said first drive gear being in mesh with both said first tooth and said second tooth;
wherein, when the sun shield is at the sun shield position, the sun shield body is positioned at the rear side of the first transmission gear; when the sun shield is in the storage position, the sun shield body is located on the upper side of the first transmission gear.
6. A sun visor device according to claim 3, wherein said gear transmission mechanism comprises two transmission gears meshed with each other, the two transmission gears being a second transmission gear, a third transmission gear, respectively, said first transmission member, said second transmission gear, and said third transmission gear being arranged in this order in a direction from said first end to said second end, said second transmission gear being meshed with said first tooth portion, said third transmission gear being meshed with said second tooth portion;
wherein, when the sun visor is at the sun visor position, the sun visor body is positioned at the front side of the gear transmission mechanism; when the sun visor is in the storage position, the sun visor body is located at the lower side of the gear transmission mechanism.
7. The sun visor device of claim 6 wherein an outer diameter of the third transfer gear is larger than an outer diameter of the second transfer gear.
8. A sun visor device according to claim 3, wherein said second transmission member is provided at said first end.
9. The sun visor device according to claim 8, wherein the sun visor holder has a sliding chamber therein, the rotating hole is formed in a side wall of the sliding chamber, the first transmission member and the gear transmission mechanism are both located in the sliding chamber, the first end of the sun visor body is located in the sliding chamber, and the sun visor body is slidable with respect to the sliding chamber to adjust a length of the sun visor in an arrangement direction of the first end and the second end.
10. A sun visor device according to claim 3, wherein said mounting bracket has two of said rotating shafts disposed at an interval in a left-right direction, each of said rotating shafts being provided with said first transmission member, said second transmission member being disposed at an interval in the left-right direction, each of said first transmission members being connected with said gear transmission mechanism with said corresponding second transmission member.
11. The sun visor device according to any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the sun visor body is a light-transmitting plate, and the light transmittance of the sun visor body is adjustable.
12. A vehicle, characterized by comprising: sun visor device according to any one of claims 1-11.
