A multi-functional combined obstetric sickbed according to claim 1, wherein the bottom surface of the bed body is provided with a bottom plate which is rotationally connected with the first screw rod, a connecting plate is sleeved outside the sleeve, the top end of the connecting plate is connected with the bed body, and a second spring is arranged between the spline and the connecting plate.
