terminal identity information acquisition: when the identity information of the mobile terminal is acquired, firstly acquiring the identity information of the mobile terminal through a normal mechanism of the system network; if the system network normal mechanism cannot acquire the identity information of a certain mobile terminal, bypassing the system network normal mechanism, and pressing downlink signals of the system in a network coverage area through a virtual wireless network to adsorb the system mobile terminal into the virtual wireless network; sending signaling handshake to the mobile terminal through the virtual core network to acquire identity information of the mobile terminal in the system;
when the normal mechanism of the system network is bypassed through the virtual wireless network, the mobile terminal is used as a controlled terminal to conduct active management and control through signaling; when the identity information of the mobile terminal needs to be acquired, the virtual core network actively transmits an identity information acquisition signaling to the controlled terminal, the identity information of the controlled terminal is actively acquired, and the controlled terminal uploads the identity information to the virtual wireless mobile network after receiving the identity information acquisition signaling; the signaling for actively acquiring the identity information is executed through the following steps:
acquiring related information of a controlled terminal through a virtual access network;
simulating a login and registration event through a virtual core network;
in the state that the controlled terminal is not sensitive, bypassing an authentication mechanism to perform signaling interaction;
the controlled terminal receives a login registration event and uploads login registration data;
the virtual wireless network receives login registration data and analyzes the login registration data to obtain identity information of the controlled terminal;
carrying out identity information integrity verification; if the result is passed, the active acquisition is successfully carried out; otherwise, the identity information active acquisition signaling is re-executed.
2. The method for obtaining terminal identity information by bypassing a network normal mechanism according to claim 1, wherein when obtaining the identity information of the mobile terminal through the network normal mechanism of a system, the actual wireless mobile network passively receives the identity information uploaded by the mobile terminal and verifies whether the identity information is available after receiving the identity information.
3. The method for obtaining terminal identity information by bypassing a network normal mechanism according to claim 2, wherein the virtual core network performs signaling interaction with the mobile terminal by:
transmitting a connection state acquisition signaling to acquire a mobile terminal interacting with a virtual wireless network establishment signaling;
sending a communication state acquisition signaling to judge whether the identity information of the mobile terminal can be acquired through a network normal mechanism;
if the acquisition is normal, the identity information integrity verification is performed,
if the verification is passed, the normal acquisition is completed;
and if the acquisition is abnormal or fails to pass the verification, sending an identity information active acquisition signaling.
4. A method for obtaining terminal identity information bypassing a network normal mechanism as claimed in claim 3, wherein the identity information integrity verification is performed by:
judging whether an uplink signal of the mobile terminal is received or not; if yes, carrying out the next step; if not, the verification fails;
judging whether the uplink signal of the mobile terminal is complete; if the test is complete, the next step is carried out; if incomplete, the verification fails;
judging whether signal demodulation of the uplink signal is successful or not; if successful, the next step is carried out; if the verification fails, the verification fails;
judging whether the identity information is complete after demodulation and decoding; if complete, the integrity is passed; if the verification fails, the verification fails.
5. A system for obtaining terminal identity information bypassing a network normal mechanism, comprising: actual base station equipment, virtual base station equipment and mobile terminals; wherein, the liquid crystal display device comprises a liquid crystal display device,
an actual base station device, configured to provide an actual wireless mobile network of a certain system;
virtual base station equipment acquires legal authorization of an actual wireless mobile network of a certain system, constructs a virtual wireless network of the certain system through a virtual base station technology, and forms a virtual wireless mobile network which is legal and independent of the certain system in a network coverage area; the virtual wireless network consists of a virtual access network and a virtual core network;
when the mobile terminal enters the network coverage, the mobile terminal is connected with the actual wireless mobile network and judges whether to establish butt joint with the virtual wireless mobile network; when the mobile terminal is identical to the virtual wireless mobile network system, the mobile terminal takes the virtual wireless network as the wireless mobile network of the system, performs butt joint with the virtual wireless network through the virtual access network, and establishes signaling interaction between the virtual core network and the mobile terminal;
when the identity information of the mobile terminal is acquired, firstly acquiring the identity information of the mobile terminal through actual base station equipment; if the actual base station equipment cannot acquire the identity information of a certain mobile terminal, bypassing the actual base station equipment, and pressing downlink signals of the system in the network coverage area through the virtual base station equipment to adsorb the mobile terminal of the system into the virtual wireless network; sending signaling handshake to the mobile terminal through the virtual base station equipment to acquire identity information of the mobile terminal in the system;
the virtual base station equipment acquires the identity information of the mobile terminal through the following steps: establishing a docking network with the mobile terminal in the network coverage area through the broadcast generating component; establishing mutual recognition with the mobile terminal through the registration processing component; processing the connection data between the mobile terminal and the mobile terminal through a communication processing component; generating an identity information acquisition signaling, a position information acquisition signaling and a state information acquisition signaling through an interactive signaling generation component; and extracting the identity information of the controlled terminal in the interaction information through the identity information acquisition component.
6. The system for obtaining terminal identity information bypassing a network normal mechanism of claim 5, wherein the virtual base station apparatus comprises: the system comprises a radio frequency receiving and transmitting unit, a signal preprocessing unit and a function application unit;
a radio frequency transceiver unit comprising: a radio frequency receiving link and a radio frequency transmitting link; wherein, the radio frequency receiving link: the method comprises the steps that an uplink signal of a mobile terminal is received through a radio frequency signal receiving module, and the uplink signal is processed into an intermediate frequency signal through a down-conversion module; radio frequency transmission link: converting the generated intermediate frequency signal into a downlink signal by an up-conversion, and transmitting the downlink signal to the mobile terminal by a radio frequency signal transmitting module;
a signal preprocessing unit comprising: preprocessing an uplink signal and preprocessing a downlink signal; pretreatment of uplink signals: receiving an uplink signal through a radio frequency receiving link, demodulating the received uplink signal, and sending the demodulated uplink data to a functional application unit; pretreatment of downlink signals: modulating downlink data generated by the function application unit into an intermediate frequency signal, and sending the modulated intermediate frequency signal into a radio frequency transmitting link;
function application unit: a plurality of special components are arranged; processing the signal information through a special component so as to acquire identity information, position information and state information of the controlled terminal; virtual interactive data is generated at the same time and sent to a signal preprocessing unit for modulation.
