Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and examples. It should be understood that the particular embodiments described herein are illustrative only and are not limiting of embodiments of the invention. It should be further noted that, for convenience of description, only some, but not all of the structures related to the embodiments of the present invention are shown in the drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a cable monitoring fault alarm method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, specifically including:
and step S101, acquiring cable monitoring parameters in real time, and calculating the rate change value of the cable monitoring parameters.
Wherein the cable monitoring parameters may include: parameter data such as temperature, tension, wind power, humidity and the like; the rate change value of the cable monitoring parameter is the rate of change of the cable monitoring parameter in unit time, and can be said to be determined according to the value of the cable monitoring parameter acquired in the period. The system executes the command for acquiring the cable monitoring parameters in real time, and after the cable monitoring parameters are acquired, the system calculates the rate change value of the cable monitoring parameters according to a set formula, wherein the cable monitoring parameters are different, and the formulas for calculating the rate change value in the system are different. In one example, the system acquires the temperature of the cable in real time, the set unit time is 3s, and the system inquires a set calculation formula of the temperature rate change value of the cable and calculates the temperature rate change value of the cable according to the value of the cable temperature parameter acquired in the unit time of 3 s.
Step S102, determining whether a threshold adjustment condition is met according to the rate change value.
After calculating the rate change value of the cable monitoring parameter, the system judges whether the obtained rate change value is met according to a set threshold adjustment condition. Determining whether the threshold adjustment condition is satisfied according to the rate change value may be determining that the threshold adjustment condition is satisfied if the rate change value is greater than an adjustment preset value; and under the condition that the rate change value is not larger than the adjustment preset value, determining that the threshold adjustment condition is not met, wherein the adjustment preset value is set by a system, the types of cable monitoring parameters are different, and the adjustment preset value is different. In one example, the calculated rate change value of the cable temperature parameter is 3, the adjustment preset value is 5, and if the rate change value of the cable temperature parameter is smaller than the adjustment preset value, the threshold adjustment condition is not satisfied; in another example, the rate-of-change value of the cable temperature parameter is 6, the adjustment preset value is 5, and the rate-of-change value of the cable temperature parameter is greater than the adjustment preset value, then the threshold adjustment condition is satisfied.
And step S103, determining a threshold adjustment value according to the rate change value in response to the judgment result that the threshold adjustment condition is met.
The threshold adjustment value is a value which is adjusted upwards or downwards by the threshold after the threshold adjustment condition is met. If the rate change value of the cable monitoring parameter is larger than the adjustment preset value and meets the threshold adjustment condition, the system calculates the threshold adjustment value corresponding to the rate change value of the cable monitoring parameter through a calculation formula corresponding to the cable monitoring parameter, and different calculation formulas corresponding to different types of the cable monitoring parameter. In one example, it is determined that the rate change value of the cable temperature parameter is greater than the adjustment preset value, and the threshold adjustment condition is met, the system determines the threshold adjustment value according to the set calculation formula corresponding to the cable temperature parameter, and for the temperature parameter, the calculation formula set in the system is a×b=the threshold adjustment value, a is 0.2, b is a temperature change value of 1s in unit time, b is 5, and the threshold adjustment value is 0.2×5=1, where the parameter types are different, and the value of a is different; in another example, it is determined that the rate change value of the cable tension parameter is greater than the adjustment preset value, and the threshold adjustment condition is satisfied, the system determines the threshold adjustment value according to the set calculation formula corresponding to the cable tension parameter according to the tension rate change value, and for the tension parameter, the calculation formula set in the system is a×b=the threshold adjustment value, a is 0.5, b is the tension change value of 1s in unit time, b is 6, and then the threshold adjustment value is 0.5×6=3.
And step S104, adjusting the threshold value corresponding to the cable monitoring parameter based on the threshold value adjusting value, and carrying out fault alarm prompt according to the adjusted threshold value.
After the threshold value adjustment value is calculated, the corresponding threshold value is adjusted, and fault alarm prompt is carried out according to the adjusted threshold value. In one example, the obtained cable monitoring parameter is a temperature parameter, when the temperature exceeds a set threshold, the system carries out fault alarm prompt, the original threshold is 100 degrees, the temperature rate change value is 10 degrees, the calculated threshold adjustment value is 5 degrees, aiming at the cable temperature parameter, in order to carry out fault alarm prompt as soon as possible, the corresponding adjusted threshold is 95 degrees, and when the temperature is increased to 95 degrees, the system carries out fault alarm prompt.
From the above, the cable monitoring parameters are obtained in real time, and the rate change value of the cable monitoring parameters is calculated; determining whether a threshold adjustment condition is met according to the rate change value; determining a threshold adjustment value according to the rate change value in response to a determination that the threshold adjustment condition is satisfied; and adjusting the threshold value corresponding to the cable monitoring parameter based on the threshold value adjusting value, and carrying out fault alarm prompt according to the adjusted threshold value. According to the scheme, the threshold value adjusting value is determined through the rate change value, the threshold value corresponding to the cable monitoring parameter is adjusted based on the threshold value adjusting value, the threshold value adjusting mode of the cable online monitoring system is optimized, the monitoring process is more flexible and reasonable, the accuracy and efficiency of cable monitoring are improved, and more-dimensional monitoring information can be provided.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for determining a threshold adjustment value according to an embodiment of the present invention, where, as shown in fig. 2, the method specifically includes:
step S201, cable monitoring parameters are obtained in real time, and rate change values of the cable monitoring parameters are calculated.
Step S202, determining whether a threshold adjustment condition is met according to the rate change value.
And step 203, responding to the judging result meeting the threshold value adjusting condition, and calculating the threshold value adjusting value corresponding to the rate change value through a set calculating formula, wherein the types of different cable monitoring parameters correspond to different calculating formulas.
If the rate change value of the cable monitoring parameter is greater than the adjustment preset value, the system calculates a threshold adjustment value corresponding to the rate change value of the cable monitoring parameter according to a calculation formula corresponding to the type of the cable monitoring parameter, wherein the type of the cable monitoring parameter is different, and the calculation formula of the corresponding threshold adjustment value is also different in response to the judgment result that the threshold adjustment condition is met. In one example, the calculated rate change value of the cable wind power parameter is greater than an adjustment preset value, and in response to a judging result that meets a threshold adjustment condition, the system determines a threshold adjustment value according to a calculation formula corresponding to the set cable wind power parameter according to the wind power rate change value, wherein the calculation formula set in the system is a×b×2=the threshold adjustment value, a is 0.2, b is a wind power change value of 1s in unit time, b is 5, and the threshold adjustment value is 0.2×5×2=2; in another example, the calculated rate change value of the cable humidity parameter is greater than the adjustment preset value, and in response to a determination result that the threshold adjustment condition is met, the system determines the threshold adjustment value according to the set calculation formula corresponding to the cable humidity parameter according to the humidity rate change value, and for the humidity parameter, the calculation formula set in the system is (a×b)/2=threshold adjustment value, a is 0.5, b is a humidity change value of 1s in unit time, and b is 8, then the threshold adjustment value is (0.5×8)/2=2.
And step S204, adjusting the threshold value corresponding to the cable monitoring parameter based on the threshold value adjusting value, and carrying out fault alarm prompt according to the adjusted threshold value.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a method for adjusting an original threshold, which is provided in an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, specifically includes:
step S301, cable monitoring parameters are obtained in real time, and rate change values of the cable monitoring parameters are calculated.
Step S302, determining whether a threshold adjustment condition is met according to the rate change value.
Step S303, responding to the judging result meeting the threshold value adjusting condition, and determining a threshold value adjusting value according to the rate change value.
And step S304, determining an adjustment direction according to the type of the cable monitoring parameter, adjusting the threshold adjustment value based on the adjustment direction, and performing fault alarm prompt according to the adjusted threshold.
The adjusting direction can be to adjust the threshold upwards or downwards and can be determined by the type of the cable monitoring parameters; the fault alarm prompt can be that the system carries out the fault alarm prompt when the value of the cable monitoring parameter reaches the adjusted threshold value. The speed change value of the cable monitoring parameter is larger than an adjustment preset value, after the system calculates the threshold adjustment value in response to the judgment result of meeting the threshold adjustment condition, the system determines the adjustment direction of the threshold according to the type of the acquired cable monitoring parameter, determines whether the threshold is adjusted downwards or upwards, then adjusts the original threshold according to the adjustment direction and the threshold adjustment value, and when the value of the cable monitoring parameter reaches the adjusted threshold, the system carries out fault alarm prompt. In one example, the obtained cable monitoring parameter is a tension parameter, the corresponding adjustment direction of the category is upward adjustment, and the original threshold is assumed to be 60, when the tension value is lower than 60, the loosening is indicated, an alarm is required, and the normal condition is assumed to be 100. When it is determined whether the threshold adjustment condition is satisfied according to the rate change value, and when it is determined that the threshold adjustment value 5 is satisfied, the original threshold 60 is increased by 5 to become an updated threshold 65, and at this time, when it is detected that the tension is reduced to 65, an alarm is given. In contrast, if the adjustment condition is satisfied based on the rate determination of the rate of the flowers, the adjustment direction is adjusted downward after the adjustment value is determined, and the adjustment value is subtracted from the original threshold value to be used as a new threshold value for discriminating the alarm/prompt.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a threshold callback method provided in an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, specifically including:
and S401, acquiring cable monitoring parameters in real time, and calculating the rate change value of the cable monitoring parameters.
Step S402, determining whether a threshold adjustment condition is met according to the rate change value.
Step S403, determining a threshold adjustment value according to the rate change value in response to the determination result that the threshold adjustment condition is satisfied.
And step S404, adjusting the threshold value corresponding to the cable monitoring parameter based on the threshold value adjusting value, and after the adjustment, determining that a callback condition is met under the condition that the rate change value is smaller than a callback preset value and the adjusted threshold value is not returned to an original value, callback the adjusted threshold value, and carrying out fault alarm prompt according to the adjusted threshold value.
The rate change value is periodically changed, the calculated rate change value meets the threshold value adjusting condition, the threshold value is adjusted according to the threshold value adjusting value, then the rate change value calculated in the next period is judged, when the rate change value does not meet the threshold value adjusting condition, at the moment, whether the rate change value meets the callback condition is judged, a callback preset value is arranged in the system, if the rate change value is smaller than the callback preset value, and the adjusted threshold value does not return to the original threshold value, the callback condition is confirmed to be met, the adjusted threshold value is called back, and when the value of the cable monitoring parameter reaches the adjusted threshold value, the system carries out fault alarm prompt. In one example, the obtained cable monitoring parameter is a temperature parameter, the preset value is adjusted to be 5, the preset value is recalled to be 2, the calculated temperature rate change value is 10 in the first period, at the moment, the temperature rate change value is larger than the preset value, the threshold value adjusting condition is met, the calculated threshold value adjusting value is 2, the original threshold value is adjusted downwards to be 2, and the threshold value is changed from 100 to 98; in the second period, the calculated temperature rate change value is 10, at the moment, the temperature rate change value is larger than an adjustment preset value, the threshold adjustment condition is met, the calculated threshold adjustment value is 2, the threshold is continuously adjusted downwards by 2, and the threshold is changed to 96; and in the third period, the calculated temperature rate change value is 1, at this time, the temperature rate change value is smaller than the adjustment preset value, the threshold adjustment condition is not met, whether the temperature rate change value meets the callback condition is judged, the rate change value is smaller than the callback preset value, meanwhile, the callback value is assumed to be 1, the threshold after callback is not returned to the original threshold, the callback condition is met, the threshold is callback to 97, and the like.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a method for reinitializing an original threshold, which is provided in an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 5, specifically includes:
step S501, cable monitoring parameters are obtained in real time, and rate change values of the cable monitoring parameters are calculated.
Step S502, determining whether a threshold adjustment condition is met according to the rate change value.
Step S503, determining a threshold adjustment value according to the rate change value in response to the determination result that the threshold adjustment condition is satisfied.
And step S504, adjusting the threshold value corresponding to the cable monitoring parameter based on the threshold value adjusting value, and carrying out fault alarm prompt according to the adjusted threshold value.
Step S505, after detecting the fault alarm prompt, re-initializing the original threshold before the adjustment to obtain a new threshold.
The re-initialization of the original threshold before the adjustment can be that the original threshold before the adjustment is assigned again according to the rule set in the system, and the permanent adjustment is performed. When the system detects the fault alarm prompt, the original threshold before adjustment is assigned again according to the rule set in the system to obtain a new threshold, and the previous steps are repeated according to the threshold obtained by initialization, so that the cycle is repeated. In one example, the type of the cable monitoring parameter is temperature parameter, the original threshold before adjustment is 100, after detecting the fault alarm prompt, the system initializes the original threshold before adjustment 100, adjusts the original threshold to 97 downwards as a new threshold, and carries out the cycle of the next round.
