The method comprises the steps of carrying out difference set operation on organization members in an original organization architecture based on organization members in a target organization architecture, specifically comparing the organization members in the target organization architecture with the organization members in the original organization architecture, determining the organization members existing in the original organization architecture but not in the target organization architecture, and adding the organization members into a member difference set, wherein the organization members in the member difference set need to be moved out of the members of the original organization architecture.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the step of changing, based on the comparison result, the original organization structure corresponding to the organization unit to the target organization structure may include:
based on the member complement, performing member addition processing on the original organization architecture to obtain an original organization architecture added with members;
and based on the member difference set, performing member deletion processing on the original organization architecture added with the members to obtain a target organization architecture corresponding to the organization unit.
The organization members in the member complement set can be added into the original organization architecture, and then the organization members in the member difference set are removed from the original organization architecture.

in response to a change triggering operation for the organization unit, identifying a target organization member meeting a preset condition from the organization members of the target organization architecture and the organization members of the original organization architecture;
comparing the organization members which do not belong to the target organization members in the target organization architecture with the organization members which do not belong to the target organization members in the original organization architecture;
the step of changing the original organization structure corresponding to the organization unit to the target organization structure based on the comparison result may include:
generating a change operation instruction aiming at the target organization member;
and changing the original organization structure corresponding to the organization unit into the target organization structure based on the comparison result and the processing result information corresponding to the change operation instruction.
The preset condition may be set according to practical situations, which is not limited in this embodiment. For example, the preset condition may be a rename and a missed organization member, where if at least two organization members with identical identification information (such as names) exist in the organization unit, the organization member is a rename organization member; the missing organization members are those that have no organization units contained in the target organization architecture. The embodiment may determine the organization member satisfying the preset condition as the target organization member.
For the target organization members, the involved scenario is complex, so that the target organization members are not automatically processed by automatic shift, but are processed by another way, such as by manual processing. Specifically, a change operation instruction for the target organization members can be generated, the target organization members are manually processed by a user, and the user can manually change the organization architecture to which the target organization members belong according to the change operation instruction, so as to obtain processing result information corresponding to the change operation instruction.
In a specific embodiment, the application scenario is a new school stage shift of a school, and the change of students is different from the change of a shift master, because a teacher may be a shift master of a plurality of shifts, but each student only exists in a certain shift of the grade. According to the embodiment, the original student information in each class can be read out, and students in a new class are compared, so that each student is divided into three types of moving into the class, moving out of the class and keeping still in the class. Meanwhile, for the students with the duplicate names and the omitted students in the grades, the students are kept still and handed over to the executive officers for manual processing, so that the accuracy of the movement of the students is ensured.
As shown in fig. 1d, a movement diagram of students during a shift is shown, in this example, a class is divided, and six classmates, named ABCDE, are shared among the class, wherein two people with a name B are present. The original student sets (namely the original organization structures) of the three classes are respectively: 1 class { A, B },2 classes { C, D },3 classes { E, B }, and the user is filled in the class list set (i.e. new target organization architecture) as follows: 1 shift { A, B },2 shift { E, B },3 shift { C }.
And B is a duplicate name, and D is a target organization member meeting preset conditions and kept at the original class because the current class is not related (omitted), so that ACE is 3 students needing to execute automatic class division. According to the class, the difference set and the complement set are respectively calculated for the two sets (namely, the organization members of the original organization architecture and the organization members of the target organization architecture), and it can be known that the 1 class has no difference set and no complement set, the 2 class difference set is { C }, the complement set is { E }, the 3 class difference set is { E }, and the complement set is { C }. A is originally in shift 1, so it remains unchanged, C moves from shift 2 to shift 3, E moves from shift 3 to shift 2; thereby completing the automatic shift-dividing movement of students.
Optionally, in this embodiment, after the step of "changing the original organization structure corresponding to the organization unit to the target organization structure in response to the change triggering operation for the organization unit", the method further includes:
And creating a target session group corresponding to the target organization architecture, wherein the target session group comprises account information of organization members in the target organization architecture.
The session members in the target session group are members of each organization in the corresponding target organization architecture.
Specifically, if the organization unit is each grade in the school, the created target session group corresponds to a new class group after the class division.
Optionally, in this embodiment, after the step of "changing the original organization structure corresponding to the organization unit to the target organization structure in response to the change triggering operation for the organization unit", the method further includes:
and sending change prompt information to the organization members in the original session group corresponding to the original organization structure, wherein the change prompt information is used for prompting that the organization structure corresponding to the organization unit has been changed.
In addition, optionally, the change prompting information may also prompt the original session group corresponding to the organization unit to be broken down, and ask each organization member to step to a message such as a session in the new target session group.
In some embodiments, the session group corresponding to the organization architecture may have a special organization session identifier (such as a five-pointed star identifier, etc.), so as to distinguish from other session groups; after the change of the organization architecture is completed, the organization session identification of the original session group corresponding to the original organization architecture can be canceled.
In a specific scenario, as shown in the part of completing the shift in fig. 1c, the embodiment may automatically execute the shift group correlation logic after completing the shift successfully, so as to complete the whole shift-sorting flow. For example, the class group mark of the original class can be canceled, a new class group can be created, and cards of successful class division can be sent to the class owner, in addition, change prompt information can be pushed to the original class group, related notices can be issued to parents and the class owner in the new class group, the situation of the new class is informed, and the closed loop of the whole class division is completed.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the step of "changing the original organization structure corresponding to the organization unit to the target organization structure in response to the change triggering operation for the organization unit" may include:
responding to a change triggering operation aiming at the organization unit, and checking organization members in the target organization architecture;
and when the verification is passed, changing the original organization structure corresponding to the organization unit into the target organization structure.
The verification is performed on the organization members in the target organization architecture, specifically, whether the identification information corresponding to the organization members in the target organization architecture exists in the address book corresponding to the organization unit is determined, so that the validity of input is ensured. For example, in a school class scenario, the verification process may specifically be to determine whether the student name and the class owner name in the target organization structure exist in the advanced address book.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the organization changing method may further include:
returning a change failure reason when the verification fails;
carrying out the organization architecture editing operation again on the organization architecture editing page based on the change failure reason to obtain a new edited target organization architecture;
and returning to the step of executing the change triggering operation for the organization unit, and changing the original organization architecture corresponding to the organization unit into the target organization architecture.
For example, as shown in fig. 1c, in the school class-division scene, if the class-division fails, the reason of the class-division failure can be returned to the user, such as that the input name search does not exist, etc.; and (5) retrying the shift after the user adjusts the shift table. The whole automatic shift operation can be re-entered, and the normal completion of the flow can be ensured after the shift is started. The re-entry means that if the current shift-dividing fails, the shift-dividing can be performed again.
The method and the device have the advantages that the function of automatically dividing the classes is provided, a user can edit the corresponding class-dividing table according to the appointed rule, and the background divides students of each class into three types of moving in, moving out and standing in a searching mode, so that address book changing operation is automatically completed; while also creating a new class group. Compared with the prior manual adjustment mode, the method greatly improves the work efficiency of schools in new school stage and class division, and can help schools to conveniently, accurately and controllably finish large-scale information modification of students and change of related class groups.
As can be seen from the above, the embodiment can display the organization architecture editing page corresponding to the organization unit in the message interaction system; responding to an organization architecture editing operation aiming at the organization architecture editing page, and acquiring an edited target organization architecture, wherein the target organization architecture comprises at least one organization architecture corresponding to the organization unit, the organization architecture comprises at least one organization member, and the organization member in the organization architecture has account information under the message interaction system; and responding to a change triggering operation for the organization unit, and changing the original organization architecture corresponding to the organization unit into the target organization architecture. The method and the device can automatically change the organization architecture of the organization unit in the message interaction system, do not need to be adjusted in a manual mode, save the cost of manpower and material resources, and improve the efficiency and accuracy of organization change.
The method according to the previous embodiment will be described in further detail below with the embodiment of the organization changing apparatus integrated in the terminal.
An embodiment of the present application provides an organization changing method, as shown in fig. 2, a specific flow of the organization changing method may be as follows:

The organization unit may specifically be an organization unit in the message interaction system, for example, a certain department in an enterprise may be regarded as an organization unit, a certain grade in a school may also be regarded as an organization unit, or an entire enterprise may also be regarded as an organization unit, and an entire school may also be regarded as an organization unit, which is not strictly limited in this embodiment.
In particular, an organization unit may include at least one organization subunit, each of which may be regarded as an organization architecture corresponding to the organization unit. For example, if an organization unit is a certain level in a school, an organization sub-unit may be each class in that level. For another example, if the organization unit is an enterprise, the organization sub-unit may be each department in the enterprise.
The organization architecture editing page can be used for editing the organization architecture of the organization unit. For enterprises or organizations with distinct attribute hierarchies, organizational architecture management is an important way of personnel management. The organization architecture specifically refers to an integral organization structure, which is the most basic structural basis of flow operation, department setting, function planning and the like of an organization, and organization architecture data can comprise information such as organizations of various levels in enterprises or organizations, personnel belonging to various organizations and the like.

The target organization architecture is an edited organization architecture corresponding to the organization unit, and may include at least one organization architecture, where each organization architecture may include at least one organization member, and the organization members need to be arranged according to the organization architecture in the message interaction system.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the step of "obtaining the edited target organization structure in response to the organization structure editing operation for the organization structure editing page" may include:
responding to a triggering operation of an acquisition control in the organization architecture editing page, and acquiring a table to be edited corresponding to the organization unit, wherein the table to be edited comprises organization members of an original organization architecture corresponding to the organization unit;

Wherein, in particular, each organization architecture may include organization members, and may also include organization administrators. For example, when the organization architecture is a class, the organization members may be students, and the organization manager may be a teacher.
In a specific embodiment, for the change of the executive main task in each class, the original executive main task in the original organization structure corresponding to the class can be directly deleted, and then the executive main task newly set in the target organization structure is added.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the step of "changing the original organization structure corresponding to the organization unit to the target organization structure in response to the change triggering operation for the organization unit" may include:
responding to a change triggering operation aiming at the organization unit, and comparing organization members in the target organization architecture with organization members in the original organization architecture;

By comparing, it can be determined which organization members in each organization architecture of the organization unit need not be changed, which organization members need to be moved in, and which organization members need to be moved out of the original organization architecture. According to the comparison result, the organization members in the organization units can be classified, and whether each organization member is kept in the original organization architecture or needs to be moved from the original organization architecture to a new organization architecture is determined.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the step of "comparing the organization members in the target organization architecture with the organization members in the original organization architecture in response to the change triggering operation for the organization unit" may include:
responding to a change triggering operation aiming at the organization unit, and carrying out complement operation on the organization members in the original organization architecture based on the organization members in the target organization architecture to obtain member complement corresponding to the original organization architecture, wherein the member complement comprises the organization members needing to be added;

Optionally, in some embodiments of the present application, the comparing subunit may specifically be configured to identify, in response to a change triggering operation for the organization unit, a target organization member that meets a preset condition from among organization members of the target organization architecture and organization members of the original organization architecture; comparing the organization members which do not belong to the target organization members in the target organization architecture with the organization members which do not belong to the target organization members in the original organization architecture;
the change subunit may specifically be configured to generate a change operation instruction for the target organization member; and changing the original organization structure corresponding to the organization unit into the target organization structure based on the comparison result and the processing result information corresponding to the change operation instruction.
Optionally, in some embodiments of the present application, the organization changing apparatus may further include a group creation unit, where the group creation unit is configured to create a target session group corresponding to the target organization architecture, and the target session group includes account information of organization members in the target organization architecture.
Optionally, in some embodiments of the present application, the organization changing device may further include a prompting unit, where the prompting unit is configured to send change prompting information to an organization member in an original session group corresponding to the original organization structure, and the change prompting information is configured to prompt that the organization structure corresponding to the organization unit has been changed.
Optionally, in some embodiments of the present application, the organization architecture corresponding to the organization unit further includes an organization manager; the organization changing device may further include a manager changing unit, where the manager changing unit is configured to delete an original organization manager in the original organization architecture; and adding the target organization manager in the target organization architecture into the original organization architecture after the deletion processing.
Optionally, in some embodiments of the present application, the modification unit may include a verification subunit and an architecture modification subunit, as follows:

The embodiment of the application further provides an electronic device, as shown in fig. 4, which shows a schematic structural diagram of the electronic device according to the embodiment of the application, where the electronic device may be a terminal or a server, specifically:
the electronic device may include one or more processing cores 'processors 401, one or more computer-readable storage media's memory 402, power supply 403, and input unit 404, among other components. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the electronic device structure shown in fig. 4 is not limiting of the electronic device and may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine certain components, or may be arranged in different components. Wherein:
the processor 401 is a control center of the electronic device, connects various parts of the entire electronic device using various interfaces and lines, and performs various functions of the electronic device and processes data by running or executing software programs and/or modules stored in the memory 402, and calling data stored in the memory 402. Optionally, processor 401 may include one or more processing cores; preferably, the processor 401 may integrate an application processor and a modem processor, wherein the application processor mainly processes an operating system, a user interface, an application program, etc., and the modem processor mainly processes wireless communication. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into the processor 401.
The memory 402 may be used to store software programs and modules, and the processor 401 executes various functional applications and data processing by executing the software programs and modules stored in the memory 402. The memory 402 may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.) required for at least one function, and the like; the storage data area may store data created according to the use of the electronic device, etc. In addition, memory 402 may include high-speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other volatile solid-state storage device. Accordingly, the memory 402 may also include a memory controller to provide the processor 401 with access to the memory 402.
The electronic device further comprises a power supply 403 for supplying power to the various components, preferably the power supply 403 may be logically connected to the processor 401 by a power management system, so that functions of managing charging, discharging, and power consumption are performed by the power management system. The power supply 403 may also include one or more of any of a direct current or alternating current power supply, a recharging system, a power failure detection circuit, a power converter or inverter, a power status indicator, and the like.
The electronic device may further comprise an input unit 404, which input unit 404 may be used for receiving input digital or character information and generating keyboard, mouse, joystick, optical or trackball signal inputs in connection with user settings and function control.
Although not shown, the electronic device may further include a display unit or the like, which is not described herein. In particular, in this embodiment, the processor 401 in the electronic device loads executable files corresponding to the processes of one or more application programs into the memory 402 according to the following instructions, and the processor 401 executes the application programs stored in the memory 402, so as to implement various functions as follows:

For example, the instructions may perform the steps of:

2. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining the edited target organization architecture in response to an organization architecture editing operation for the organization architecture editing page comprises:
responding to a triggering operation of an acquisition control in the organization architecture editing page, and acquiring a table to be edited corresponding to the organization unit, wherein the table to be edited comprises organization members of an original organization architecture corresponding to the organization unit;
and acquiring an edited target organization structure based on the organization structure editing operation of the table to be edited.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the changing the original organization structure corresponding to the organization unit to the target organization structure in response to the change trigger operation for the organization unit includes:

and changing the original organization architecture corresponding to the organization unit into the target organization architecture based on the comparison result.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the comparing the organization members in the target organization architecture with the organization members in the original organization architecture in response to the change trigger operation for the organization unit comprises:
responding to a change triggering operation aiming at the organization unit, and carrying out complement operation on the organization members in the original organization architecture based on the organization members in the target organization architecture to obtain member complement corresponding to the original organization architecture, wherein the member complement comprises the organization members needing to be added;
and performing difference set operation on the organization members in the original organization architecture based on the organization members in the target organization architecture to obtain a member difference set corresponding to the original organization architecture, wherein the member difference set comprises the organization members needing to be deleted.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein changing the original organization structure corresponding to the organization unit to the target organization structure based on the comparison result comprises:

and based on the member difference set, performing member deletion processing on the original organization architecture added with the members to obtain a target organization architecture corresponding to the organization unit.

in response to a change triggering operation for the organization unit, identifying a target organization member meeting a preset condition from the organization members of the target organization architecture and the organization members of the original organization architecture;
comparing the organization members which do not belong to the target organization members in the target organization architecture with the organization members which do not belong to the target organization members in the original organization architecture;

and sending change prompt information to the organization members in the original session group corresponding to the original organization structure, wherein the change prompt information is used for prompting that the organization structure corresponding to the organization unit has been changed.
