Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
As shown in fig. 3 to 11, a safety restraint auxiliary belt assembly 1 in the present embodiment is for use with a three-point seat belt 2, the three-point seat belt 2 having a shoulder belt section 211 and a lap belt section 212, including an auxiliary belt abutment member 11, an auxiliary belt main member 12, an abutment mechanism 13 and a pretensioning mechanism 14; the auxiliary belt docking member 11 is for mounting to the waistband section 212; the auxiliary belt main member 12 is for mounting at a position between the legs of the corresponding occupant of the car seat 3; the docking mechanism 13 is connected with the auxiliary belt main member 12 and is detachably connected with the auxiliary belt docking member 11; the pretensioning mechanism 14 is connected to the auxiliary belt main member 12, and is capable of pretensioning the auxiliary belt main member 12.
The safety restraint assist strap assembly 1 is adapted to cooperate with a conventional three-point seat belt 2 to provide both comfort for an occupant in an sitting position and comfort and safety for an occupant in a lying position. In the case of an occupant sitting in an sitting posture, the occupant uses only the three-point seat belt 2 and does not use the safety restraint assist belt assembly 1, as shown in fig. 3, the assist belt main member 12, the docking mechanism 13, and the pretensioner mechanism 14 are hidden in the seat cushion 31, and the riding comfort is not affected; when the occupant is in a lying position and the seat back 32 is tilted rearward by a certain angle, the occupant removes the auxiliary belt main member 12 from the seat cushion 31 and connects the docking mechanism 13 to the auxiliary belt docking member 11, and the safety restraint auxiliary belt assembly 1 changes the conventional three-point seat belt 2 into a four-point seat belt. If the passenger sits down in a lying position and the backrest of the car seat 3 is inclined at a large angle, the waistband section 212 of the three-point type safety belt 2 can easily slide off the hip and get into the abdomen of the passenger, and the viscera or intestinal tracts of the passenger are broken and the spine is injured under the action of a huge inertia force generated by the collision. If the four-point safety belt formed by combining the safety restraint auxiliary belt assembly 1 and the conventional three-point safety belt 2 is worn, after the vehicle collides and the pre-tightening ignition condition of the safety restraint auxiliary belt assembly 1 is met, before the body of the passenger does not slide relatively to the vehicle, the pre-tightening mechanism 14 ignites to tighten the auxiliary belt main member 12, the safety restraint auxiliary belt assembly 1 acts on the pelvic bone of the human body, and the waistband section 212 of the three-point safety belt 2 is firmly restrained on the hip of the human body, so that the body of the passenger is restrained on the seat. As shown in fig. 13-16, when the auxiliary belt main member 12 is pre-tensioned, the pulling force F of the auxiliary belt abutting member 11 on the waistband section 212 of the three-point type safety belt 2 forms a horizontal forward component Fx and a vertical downward component Fz, and under the action of the two components, the waistband section 212 of the three-point type safety belt 2 is fixed at the hip bone position of the human body; at the same time, the force F ' of the safety restraint assist belt assembly 1 acting on the human pelvis will generate a horizontal rearward component force Fx ' and a vertical downward component force Fz ', under the action of which the human body is restrained on the seat to avoid sliding forward, thus preventing the occupant from diving. It should be noted that, before the pre-tightening ignition condition of the safety restraint auxiliary belt assembly 1 is not satisfied, the auxiliary belt main member 12 is in a loose state, so that the comfort of the four-point safety belt can be ensured, passengers do not have obvious constrained feeling, the conflict mind of the passengers is reduced, the enthusiasm of the passengers for using the safety restraint auxiliary belt assembly 1 is improved, after the pre-tightening ignition condition of the safety restraint auxiliary belt assembly 1 is satisfied, the pre-tightening mechanism 14 ignites to tighten the auxiliary belt main member 12, at the moment, the safety restraint auxiliary belt assembly 1 acts on the human pelvic bone, wherein the pre-tightening ignition condition of the safety restraint auxiliary belt assembly 1 is that the automobile collision strength exceeds a set collision strength threshold, the automobile speed exceeds a speed threshold, and the safety restraint auxiliary belt assembly 1 is in a normal starting state.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the abutting structure and the pretensioning mechanism 14 are respectively connected to the front and rear portions of the auxiliary belt main member 12, and the pretensioning mechanism 14 can shorten the length of the auxiliary belt main member 12 to achieve pretensioning of the auxiliary belt main member 12.
