As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 7, in one embodiment, the transmission assembly 4 includes a first transmission arm 41, a second transmission arm 42, and a height adjusting rod 43, one end of the first transmission arm 41 is fixed on the plug-in block 6, the other end of the first transmission arm 41 is rotatably connected with the second transmission arm 42, a through hole is provided on one end of the second transmission arm 42 away from the first transmission arm 41, the height adjusting rod 43 is movably inserted in the through hole, and the height adjusting rod 43 is connected with the spray member 5. Thus, through being provided with first transmission arm 41 and second transmission arm 42, the rotation of first transmission arm 41 and the rotation of second transmission arm 42 can adjust the spraying position of shower nozzle 53 to improved spraying efficiency greatly, made the spraying more even, solved the manual work and can not evenly carry out the spraying to the air conditioner shell and lead to the problem that production efficiency reduces.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 8 and 9, in one embodiment, the spraying member 5 includes a spray head 53, a mounting block 54, a liquid storage tube 55 and a connection plate 56 connected to the height adjusting rod 43, the mounting block 54 is mounted on the connection plate 56, the number of the liquid storage tubes 55 is plural, the liquid storage tubes 55 are all fixed on the mounting block, through holes are formed in the bottom of the mounting block 54, the liquid storage tubes 55 are all communicated with the spray head 53 through the through holes, a blower 51 is mounted on the top of the mounting block, and the blower tube 52 is disposed on the mounting block and located on one side of the spray head 53. Thus, by providing the connection plate 56, the installation of the spray member 5 is facilitated; by the aid of the liquid storage tube 55, before spraying, a worker can store paint into the liquid storage tube 55 first, and follow-up spraying is convenient.
The technical features of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-described embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.

1. Spraying equipment for air conditioner production, characterized by comprising:
the mounting mechanism comprises a workbench, a swinging frame and a mounting assembly erected on the swinging frame, wherein the swinging frame is rotationally assembled on the workbench, a clamping disc is arranged on the mounting assembly, and the clamping disc can rotate relative to the swinging frame;
the spraying mechanism comprises a transmission assembly, a spraying part and a plug-in block which is plugged on the installation assembly, one end of the transmission assembly is rotatably installed on the plug-in block, the other end of the transmission assembly is connected with the spraying part, a blower and a blower tube are arranged on the spraying part, and an air outlet of the blower tube faces to a liquid spraying port of the spraying part;
the transmission assembly comprises a first transmission arm, a second transmission arm and a height adjusting rod, one end of the first transmission arm is fixed on the plug-in block, the other end of the first transmission arm is rotationally connected with the second transmission arm, a through hole is formed in one end, far away from the first transmission arm, of the second transmission arm, the height adjusting rod is movably plugged in the through hole, and the height adjusting rod is connected with the spraying piece; the spraying piece comprises a spray head, a mounting block, liquid storage pipes and a connecting plate connected with the height adjusting rod, wherein the mounting block is arranged on the connecting plate, the number of the liquid storage pipes is multiple, the liquid storage pipes are all fixed on the mounting block, through holes are formed in the bottom of the mounting block, the liquid storage pipes are all communicated with the spray head through the through holes, the air blower is arranged at the top of the mounting block, and the air blower pipe is arranged on the mounting block and is positioned on one side of the spray head;
the driving device comprises a driving piece, a transmission shaft, a transmission belt and a connecting shaft, wherein the output end of the driving piece is in transmission connection with the transmission shaft, one end of the transmission belt is wound on the transmission shaft, the other end of the transmission belt is wound on the connecting shaft, and the other end of the connecting shaft, far away from the transmission belt, penetrates through the swinging frame and is detachably connected with the mounting assembly; the installation assembly comprises a support column, a lifting frame, an angle adjusting device and an installation plate detachably connected to the connection shaft, wherein the support column is fixed on the installation plate, the lifting frame is assembled on the support column in a sliding manner, and the angle adjusting device is arranged at one end, far away from the support column, of the lifting frame; the installation component still includes two supporting legs, the bottom plate of support column is fixed with the gusset plate, dig on the gusset plate and be equipped with two recesses, supporting legs detachably peg graft in the recess, and both one-to-one, the supporting legs is kept away from the one end bottom of recess is provided with the slipmat.
