Through researches, due to the limitation of the ocean-going passenger ship network system, the passenger funds account is difficult to be in real-time butt joint and update with the onshore financial system, and the passenger has great technical limitation and great potential safety hazard when using a third party payment mode to conduct transaction settlement. Based on the above, in the related transaction scenario, the ship card can be issued for the passenger, and the passenger can generate the transaction bill by swiping the ship card when doing the transaction, and conduct batch settlement of the transaction based on the transaction bill, so as to reduce the transaction settlement times and reduce the technical threshold of transaction settlement. However, the settlement mode still has a series of fund safety problems such as stolen ship card, and meanwhile, passengers can only carry out integral settlement on all bills at a customer service center after the travel is finished, self-service settlement at a mobile phone end cannot be carried out, and a payment mode cannot be selected for batch orders. .
Based on the above study, the present disclosure provides a shipboard transaction method, apparatus, computer device, and storage medium. In the embodiment of the disclosure, under the condition that a transaction request initiated by a ship card is received, a transaction credential can be generated based on the transaction request, a target holding object corresponding to the ship card is determined, then the target holding object and the transaction credential can be matched to obtain a matching result, and the request time of the transaction request is determined based on the transaction credential. Under the condition that the transaction certificate is not matched with the target holding object or the request time does not meet the transaction time condition, the risk of the transaction request can be determined, the transaction request is stopped, and meanwhile, object verification information is generated, so that the target holding object can verify the transaction request, the risk of a passenger when the passenger uses a ship card to conduct transaction is reduced, the fund safety in the transaction process is improved, and the settlement mode can support the self-help settlement of the passenger at a mobile phone end, the degree of freedom of transaction payment is improved, and the transaction experience of the passenger in the transaction is improved.
For the sake of understanding the present embodiment, first, a detailed description will be given of an on-board trading method disclosed in the embodiments of the present disclosure, where an execution body of the on-board trading method provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure is generally a computer device with a certain computing capability. In some possible implementations, the on-board transaction method may be implemented by way of a processor invoking computer readable instructions stored in a memory.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of a shipboard transaction method according to an embodiment of the disclosure is provided, where the method includes steps S101 to S109, where:
s101: in the event that a transaction request initiated by a ship card is received, a transaction credential is determined based on the transaction request.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, as known from the background art, the network system on the ocean-going passenger vessel has a great limitation, and the settlement behavior initiated by the passenger cannot be processed without the network, so the present disclosure can delay settlement of the transaction of the passenger. Specifically, when a passenger initiates a transaction, the passenger may swipe a ship card through an NFC (Near Field Communication, i.e., near field communication) system to initiate a transaction request. A transaction credential may then be generated based on the transaction request, where transaction information for the transaction request may be added to a bill for the corresponding passenger based on the transaction credential to cause the passenger to self-select a settlement time for the transaction based on the bill.
It should be appreciated that a corresponding boat card may be generated for the passenger prior to boarding the passenger and issued to the passenger upon boarding the passenger. In practice, registration information of the passengers may be acquired, and user ids may be generated for the respective passengers based on the acquired registration information. The registration information may include, among other things, the name of the passenger, the identification card number, the flight number, the trigger time of the flight, etc. Then, the individual user ids and the corresponding registration information may be stored in a personal information data table as shown in fig. 2.
Then, the registration information of the passenger may be bound to the ship card, specifically, the user id of the passenger may be bound to the card number of the ship card, so as to obtain a lookup table as shown in fig. 3, thereby realizing the binding of the registration information of the passenger and the ship card.
After the passenger gets the ship card, the passenger can shop on the ship through the ship card, specifically, the passenger can swipe the card through the ship card on a transaction terminal provided by the NFC system, and after the transaction terminal reads the ship card, the transaction terminal can determine to detect a transaction request and acquire transaction information which can be used for indicating information such as transaction articles, article prices and the like. At the same time, a transaction credential may also be determined based on the transaction request, where the transaction credential is used to verify whether the current transaction activity is risky, e.g., whether the current card-holding passenger is the target holding object for the ship card.
S103: inquiring a target holding object corresponding to the ship card, and determining a matching result of the transaction certificate and the target holding object.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the transaction request may be verified, and specifically, when a passenger performs a transaction, a manner of swiping a ship card and performing face verification may be selected. In implementation, the ship card can be read based on the transaction terminal to obtain the card number of the ship card, then the query table can be obtained, the user id corresponding to the card number is queried based on the query expression, and the passenger corresponding to the user id is determined to be a target holding object, namely the owner of the ship card.
Next, a result of matching the transaction credential with the target holding object may be determined, where the transaction credential may include characteristic information of the currently holding object of the ship card, for example, face verification information of the currently holding object. Based on the above, when the matching result is determined, the face verification information of the current holding object and the target holding object may be compared to obtain a matching result indicating whether the current holding object and the target holding object are the same, so as to determine whether the ship card is stolen or not based on the matching result.
S105: a request time for the transaction request is determined based on the transaction credential.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, when the passenger performs the transaction, the transaction code can be used as a transaction credential to perform the transaction. When the transaction request is detected, the request time can be acquired in real time, the transaction code is determined based on the request time, the transaction code is presented to the transaction terminal, and the transaction terminal generates a bill to be paid for the target holding object after the transaction code is identified.
Based on this, the transaction request can be verified based on the transaction code. Specifically, a transaction code may be determined based on the transaction credential, and a request time for the transaction request may be determined based on the transaction code, and then it may be determined whether the transaction request is timed out.
S107: and stopping the transaction request and generating object verification information under the condition that the transaction certificate is not matched with the target holding object or the request time does not meet the transaction time condition according to the matching result.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, when determining that the transaction request is at risk, the transaction request may be aborted, and object verification information may be generated, so that the target holding object verifies the transaction request. Here, the risk of transaction requests can be divided into the following cases:
case one: and determining that the transaction certificate is not matched with the target holding object according to the matching result.
From the above, the matching result may be used to indicate whether the currently held object of the ship card is the same as the target held object, and if not, it may be determined that the transaction credential does not match the target held object, and the transaction request is at risk.
And a second case: the request time does not satisfy the transaction time condition.
In embodiments of the present disclosure, the transaction time condition described above may be used to indicate whether a transaction request has timed out and determine that the timed-out transaction request does not satisfy the transaction time condition. It should be appreciated that if the transaction request times out, this indicates that the transaction code of the transaction request is at risk of being stolen.
After determining that the transaction request is at risk, the transaction request may be aborted, e.g., without generating a bill to be paid for the target holding object, while generating object verification information, and instructing the target holding object to verify the transaction request based on the object verification information.
In generating the object authentication information, contents of the object authentication information corresponding to different risk situations may be different. Here, when the risk situation is the above situation, the display form of the object verification information may be sending a short message to the target holding object, and the content of the short message may include the transaction information, so that the target transaction object verifies the transaction request.
In addition, when the risk condition is the second condition, the content of the object verification information may indicate the target holding object to re-perform the transaction action so as to re-acquire the transaction code, and initiate the transaction request by using the new transaction code.
S109: and determining a list to be settled based on the transaction request, and determining settlement operation based on the list to be settled.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, firstly, a billing operation may be performed based on the transaction request, specifically, a bill to be paid, that is, the list to be settled, may be generated for the target holding object. Then, the bill to be paid may be invoked in response to the settlement request of the target holding object, and a settlement operation is determined based on the bill to be paid, and a manner of settlement based on the settlement operation is described below, which is not described herein.
As can be seen from the foregoing description, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, when a transaction request initiated by a ship card is received, a transaction credential may be generated based on the transaction request, and a target holding object corresponding to the ship card is determined, and then the target holding object and the transaction credential may be matched to obtain a matching result, and a request time of the transaction request is determined based on the transaction credential.
In an optional embodiment, the transaction credential includes a transaction code corresponding to the ship card, and the step S101 of determining the transaction credential based on the transaction request specifically includes the following steps:
S11: and reading the ship card identifier of the ship card, and determining an associated object identifier preset for the ship card identifier.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, after the passenger performs the card swiping operation in the transaction terminal, the transaction terminal may read a card identifier of the card, where the card identifier may be the card number. After the card number is read, a lookup table as shown in fig. 3 may be obtained, and a user id corresponding to the card number is queried based on the lookup table, and the user id is determined as the association object identifier.
S12: and generating a time identifier according to the request time of the transaction request.
S13: and encrypting the associated object identifier and the generated time identifier based on a preset secret key to obtain the transaction code.
After determining the above-mentioned association object identifier, a request time for initiating a transaction request may be determined, and a time identifier may be generated based on the request time, where the request time may include a year, a month, a day, a time, and a score, so as to generate a time identifier with a preset number of bits based on the request time. For example, if the time of request is 2022 years, 2 months, 18 days, 18 hours, 2 minutes, where the time identification is 12 bits, then the time identification generated based on the time of request may be 202202181202.
Next, a transaction code to be encrypted may be generated based on the time identification and the associated object identification. Here, if the association object identifier queried based on the last ten-day table is 0001, the obtained transaction code to be encrypted is 0001202202181202.
In order to further increase the difficulty of stealing the transaction code and reduce the risk of theft and brushing, the transaction code to be added can be encrypted, specifically, a preset secret key can be obtained, and the transaction code to be encrypted can be encrypted through the preset secret key. Here, the preset key may be acquired based on a set encryption algorithm, which may be, for example, rsa algorithm (an asymmetric encryption algorithm) or sm4 algorithm (a symmetric encryption algorithm), or the like.
For example, if the preset encryption algorithm is sm4 algorithm, a preset key corresponding to sm4 may be obtained, and the transaction code 0001202202181202 to be encrypted is encrypted by the preset key to obtain the transaction code 0202001084726473.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the determined transaction code can comprise the request time for indicating the transaction request, so that when the transaction request is verified based on the transaction code, whether the transaction request is overtime or not can be determined based on the request time, thereby reducing the risk of the transaction code being stolen.
In an alternative embodiment, the step S101 further includes the following steps:
(1) Determining a time interval between the request time and the current time after determining the request time of the transaction request based on the transaction certificate;
(2) And acquiring preset interval time, wherein the request time does not meet the transaction time condition under the condition that the time interval exceeds the preset interval time.
In the embodiments of the present disclosure, it is known from the above that, when a transaction request is validated, whether the transaction request is timed out may be determined based on the request time. Here, the decryption key may be first determined according to the encryption algorithm described above. When the encryption algorithm is rsa algorithm, the decryption key is different from the preset key, and each passenger can set a corresponding decryption key, and when the encryption algorithm is sm4 algorithm, the decryption key can be the same as the preset key.
After determining the decryption key, the transaction code in the transaction credential may be decrypted using the decryption key to obtain a time identification in the transaction code and the request time determined based on the time identification. The current time may then be determined and the requested time compared to the current time.
In specific implementation, a time interval between the request time and the current time can be determined, whether the time interval exceeds a preset time interval or not is determined, and if the time interval exceeds the preset time interval, it can be determined that the request time does not meet the transaction time condition. Here, the time interval may be set according to an actual use scenario, for example, may be set to 3min. It will be appreciated that when the request time does not meet the transaction time condition, it may be determined that the transaction request has timed out and that the transaction code is at risk of being stolen.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, whether the transaction request is overtime or not can be determined based on the time interval between the request time and the current time of the transaction request, so that the risk of theft of the transaction code is reduced when the transaction request is verified.
In an optional embodiment, in the step S101, the transaction credential includes face verification information, where the face verification information includes a feature vector of a face of a currently held object of the ship card, and then in the step S101, the transaction credential is determined based on the transaction request, which specifically includes the following procedures:
s21: and reading the ship card identifier of the ship card, and determining an associated object identifier preset for the ship card identifier.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the card identifier of the ship card, that is, the card number, may be read by the transaction terminal. After the card identifier is read, the user id corresponding to the card identifier can be queried based on the query table shown in fig. 3, and the user id is used as the associated object identifier.
S22: and acquiring a face image frame of the currently held object of the ship card, and identifying based on face feature points in the face image frame to obtain a first feature vector.
S23: the transaction credential is determined based on the associated object identification and the first feature vector.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, when the transaction request is generated, a face image frame of a currently held object of the ship card may be acquired, and face recognition processing may be performed based on the face image frame. Specifically, key recognition points in the face image frame may be recognized to obtain data of each key recognition point, and then a first feature vector of the current card-holding object may be generated based on the data of each key recognition point, and a transaction credential may be determined based on the first feature vector and the associated object identifier.
For example, when the number of the key recognition points is 128, the data of each key recognition point may be determined and used as the elements in the first feature vector, so that the first feature vector includes 128 elements, and in particular, the first feature vector may be [28,76,34,64,12 … … ].
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the face verification information of the currently-held object of the ship card can be determined so as to facilitate subsequent face verification of the currently-held object based on the face verification information, thereby determining whether the currently-held object is consistent with the target-held object of the ship card or not, and improving the safety of transaction behaviors.
In an optional embodiment, the step S103 is executed to determine a target holding object corresponding to the ship card, and determine a matching result between the transaction credential and the target holding object, and specifically includes the following steps:
s1031: and searching an object matched with the associated object identification, and determining the object as the target holding object.
S1032: and obtaining a second feature vector of the target holding object, and comparing elements in the first feature vector and the second feature vector based on the first feature vector to obtain the matching result.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, a user id that matches the associated object identifier may be searched based on the lookup table in fig. 3, and a passenger corresponding to the user id may be determined as the target holding object. After the target holding object is determined, a second feature vector corresponding to the target holding object can be obtained, and the second feature vector can be face verification information of the target holding object.
In implementation, a mapping table between the user id and the corresponding face verification information as shown in fig. 4 may be pre-established, where the user id is an object identifier. After the transaction certificate is obtained, the associated object identifier in the transaction certificate can be determined, face verification information corresponding to the associated object identifier is searched based on fig. 4, and the face verification information is determined to be a second feature vector of the target holding object. The second feature vector may then be compared with the first feature vector corresponding to the current object, and specifically, elements in the second feature vector and the first feature vector may be compared to obtain the matching result, where the matching result may be used to indicate whether the current object is the same as the target object.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the face verification can be performed on the currently held object and the target held object of the ship card to determine whether the currently held object and the target held object are identical, so that the safety of transaction behavior is improved.
In an optional embodiment, in step S107, the object verification information is generated, which specifically includes the following procedures:
s1071: and determining the object identification of the target holding object, and acquiring the object information of the target holding object based on the object identification.
S1072: and generating the object verification information according to the object information so as to prompt the target holding object to carry out verification operation on the transaction request.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, after the transaction terminal reads the ship card identifier, the object identifier corresponding to the ship card identifier may be queried based on the query table, and then, based on the object identifier, registration information corresponding to the object identifier, that is, the object information, is searched in the personal information data table shown in fig. 2.
Next, object verification information may be generated according to the object information, and specifically, the object information may be filled into a verification template to obtain the object verification information, and in addition, the transaction information may be included in the object verification information.
After the object authentication information is transmitted to the target holding object, the target holding object may perform an authentication operation on the transaction request based on the object authentication information. For example, the target holding object may determine whether the object information matches with own information and whether there is an abnormality in the transaction information therein.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the object verification information may include the object information of the object to be held and the transaction information of the transaction request, and the object verification information may be sent to the object to be held, so that the object to be held performs verification operation on the transaction request based on the object verification information, thereby reducing the risk of theft of the ship card and improving the fund security in the transaction process.
In an optional embodiment, step S109, based on the transaction request, determines a to-be-settled list, which specifically includes the following procedures:
s31: transaction information of the transaction request is determined.
S32: and determining a to-be-settled list of the target holding object based on the transaction information.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, firstly, accounting operation can be performed based on the transaction request, specifically, the transaction information of the transaction request can be obtained, and the transaction information can be used for indicating information such as transaction items and item prices. After determining the transaction information, a billing operation may be performed to add the transaction information to a bill to be paid of the target holding object, where the bill to be paid is the list to be settled.
When the target holding object performs settlement operation on the bill to be paid, the settlement time can be selected independently based on the payment environment so as to perform settlement operation on the transaction to be paid in the list to be settled, and real settlement is not needed when the transaction is performed, so that the situation of payment failure caused by a changeable network environment on a ship is avoided. Here, the to-be-settled list may be invoked in response to a settlement request with the target holding object to perform a settlement operation for a transaction to be paid based on the to-be-settled list. Specifically, the settlement operation may be performed by a settlement method as shown in fig. 5, and a specific settlement flow of the settlement method is as follows:
Mode one: the passengers settle accounts by themselves.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, a passenger can call a list to be settled under the support of a network system, and perform batch settlement on transactions based on the list to be settled. In the implementation, as shown in fig. 5, the passenger may open a section of the consumption information for displaying the to-be-settled list at the guest end, and perform batch settlement on the unpaid transaction. The passenger may then select a specific payment method, where the payment method may include various third party paystations, collect payment based on the passenger selected payment method after successful payment, and complete settlement of the transaction after successful collection.
Mode two: counter settlement.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, a counter may be provided on the ocean-going passenger ship, through which a passenger may perform a settlement operation. In the implementation, the manager of the counter can verify the identity of the passenger through face verification, ship card reading, bracelet recognition and other modes so as to acquire the user id of the passenger, and call the list to be settled of the passenger based on the user id.
Next, the manager may settle the unpaid transaction in the to-be-settled list at the manager-side passenger management section. Specifically, the manager may collect money according to a payment mode selected by the passenger, for example, the payment mode may be payment by a third party payment platform, payment by a bank card, or payment by cash, and after the passenger successfully pays, the settlement of the transaction is completed.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the passengers can carry out batch settlement on the transactions based on the to-be-settled list, so that the influence of the network system on payment behavior is reduced, and the settlement convenience is improved, thereby improving the transaction experience of the passengers. In addition, for the shipper, the settlement mode of the transaction is flexible, passengers can settle accounts at any time under the condition of the external network, funds return is quickened, all data of the payment flow of the passengers are stored in a database, and real-time tracking analysis is conveniently carried out on the consumption data of the passengers.
In summary, in the embodiments of the present disclosure, when a transaction request initiated by a ship card is received, a transaction credential may be generated based on the transaction request, and a target holding object corresponding to the ship card is determined, and then the target holding object and the transaction credential may be matched to obtain a matching result, and a request time of the transaction request is determined based on the transaction credential.
