Description

Environment-friendly aluminum-free moisture-preserving lining paper for cigarettes
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of pulping and papermaking, in particular to aluminum-free environment-friendly lining paper for cigarettes with a moisturizing function.
Background
In the current trend of international tobacco packaging, the need for "environmental protection" is becoming more and more important. The environmental protection degree of the cigarette products of European and American large-scale nationwide companies is very high in each link. The use of environmentally friendly packaging products is a "green pass" for tobacco enterprises to go to the world market, both tobacco enterprises and tobacco packaging suppliers, increasingly recognizing the necessity and urgency of using and developing, producing environmentally friendly products. The production and use of "green-packaged" products will be the focus of development in the tobacco industry and the tobacco packaging industry for the next few years.
The lining paper for cigarettes is paper for packaging cigarettes and small boxes of the cigarettes, serves as an initial packaging layer of the cigarettes, plays roles in preserving fragrance, moistening, shading and the like for the cigarettes, can prevent the cigarettes from mildewing and emitting fragrance, can show attractive characteristics, and is an important cigarette packaging material. The existing lining paper for cigarettes is made by compounding base paper and aluminum foil or vacuum aluminizing, so that a large amount of metal aluminum is wasted; and the lining paper contains aluminum components, so that wastes cannot be naturally degraded, are difficult to recycle, and bring serious pollution to the environment. Aluminum can slowly accumulate in the human body and can also cause toxic reactions of metabolic disorders. In the process of storing cigarettes under different temperature and humidity conditions, especially after the cigarette case is unsealed, cigarettes have different degrees of water loss or moisture absorption, so that the smoking taste is affected. At present, the moisture of the cigarette product is mainly kept by packaging and forming cigarette lining paper, frame paper, small box packaging paper and transparent paper through packaging equipment so as to form a closed space, thereby avoiding moisture loss and moisturizing cigarettes; after the cigarette case is opened, the moisturizing effect is reduced. In order to save nonferrous metal aluminum materials with deficient resources, realize clean production and achieve the excellent fragrance and moisture preservation functions of the traditional process, the industry starts focusing the eyes on the aluminum-free lining paper.
Patent 202111419892.5 (application number, the same applies hereinafter) discloses a moisture-absorbing and balancing lining paper for cigarettes and a preparation method thereof, wherein the lining paper comprises base paper, an inner coating and a back coating. The inner coating layer is provided with a coating with moisture absorption balance function, and the coating weight is (1.5-2.5) g/m 2 Comprising: 30-40 parts of acrylic resin, 20-30 parts of polyurethane resin, 3-5 parts of gelatin, 1-2 parts of methacrylic acid, 2-4 parts of light curing agent, 10-20 parts of ethanol and 0.3-0.5 part of auxiliary agent, wherein the key point is that the light curing agent TPO and the light curing agent EDB are compounded according to a proper mass ratio. The coating can be cured only by ultraviolet irradiation (5-7 min), has no gas blocking effect, and can achieve the effects of gas blocking and moisture retention only by matching with the back coating. The technology has complex coating process, is not suitable for the production requirement of one-time coating of a roller coater, has low production efficiency and is not suitable for large-scale continuous production.
Patent 201910764324.5 disclosesA functional raw paper for the liner of cigarette is prepared through coating functional coating on raw paper. The functional coating comprises: 13 to 17 parts of blocking agent, 23 to 27 parts of clay, 13 to 17 parts of diatomite, 13 to 17 parts of titanium pigment, 8 to 12 parts of porcelain clay, 8 to 12 parts of water-based polyvinyl alcohol and 8 to 12 parts of acrylic resin copolymer, and the coating weight is (2 to 5) g/m 2 . The scheme has lower water vapor transmittance and air permeability, but the technical scheme does not have a moisturizing function at the same time.
Patent 201610845550.2 discloses an aluminum-free lining paper for cigarettes and a production method thereof, wherein a layer of coating is applied on base paper, and the components comprise: 20% -30% of papermaking porcelain clay; 2% -10% of adhesive; agar, 5% -15%; 30% -80% of deionized water; 1% -5% of water repellent agent; 0.1% -5% of dispersing agent; pearl powder, 0% -10%; coating by an air knife mode, wherein the coating weight is (9-13) g/m 2 . According to the technical scheme, aluminum is not used, and the finished paper has good gas barrier property. However, the technical proposal has no obvious moisturizing effect, can only be coated on one side at a time, and has lower production efficiency.
Patent 201610420008.2 discloses an environment-friendly cigarette package lining paper, which comprises base paper, a barrier layer and an adhesive layer between the base paper and the barrier layer. The components of the barrier layer are: 10-20% of polycaprolactone, 5-15% of polyhydroxyalkanoate, 5-10% of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.3-0.8% of emulsifying wax, 1-8% of montmorillonite, 1-8% of zinc stearate and the balance of water; the adhesive comprises: 10 to 25 percent of methyl acrylate, 10 to 25 percent of methyl methacrylate, 1 to 8 percent of methacrylic acid, 1 to 8 percent of methyl acetate, 1 to 8 percent of methyl tin mercaptide, 1 to 5 percent of bentonite and 1 to 3 percent of toughening agent. The lining paper obtained by the technical scheme has lower water vapor transmittance and air permeability, but the isolation layer of the technology is a resin layer, the recoverability of the finished paper is poor, the coating process is complex, and the coating amount and the moisture retention performance are not mentioned.
Patent 201210000823.5 discloses a method for producing lining paper for aluminum-free cigarettes, which comprises pulping softwood pulp and hardwood pulp to a certain beating degree, adding adjuvants such as starch, etcMaking paper, and carrying out calendaring after oxidized starch is applied to the surface of the paper to obtain base paper; printing modified polyvinyl alcohol or modified acrylic resin paint on the lining base paper for cigarettes through a three-color printing machine gravure technology, wherein the solid content of the paint is 30% -50%, and the coating weight is (2-5) g/m 2 . The regimen also does not mention moisturizing properties.
Patent 200610031404.2 discloses an environment-friendly lining paper for cigarettes, which is prepared by coating water-based ink on the surface of base paper, wherein the components are as follows: copper-gold powder, silver powder or other pigments for pigments account for 10 to 50 percent; purified water accounts for 3 to 6; the leveling agent accounts for 4 to 7; the defoamer accounts for 2 to 4; 3 to 6 percent of waterproof agent; the preservative accounts for 2 to 6; 3-11 parts of antioxidant; 15-20% of water-based resin. The pigment and the adhesive are used as main bodies to form a pigment coating, so that the lining paper is endowed with good gas barrier property, and the workshop environment is not polluted. However, this technical solution does not have a significant moisturizing effect. In the coating formed by the water-based ink, the inorganic pigment basically does not absorb water, the adhesive fills the pores among the pigments, and the coating amount is higher, so that the lining paper is endowed with better gas barrier property.
The patent 201810287809.5 discloses a flavoring and moisturizing cigarette packaging paper and a preparation method thereof, wherein a ceramic coating is coated on the inner packaging surface, the ceramic coating consists of a ceramic component, an adhesive (acrylic emulsion or styrene-acrylic emulsion) and a flavoring agent (plant extract or essential oil), the ceramic component accounts for 50% -70%, and the flavoring and moisturizing cigarette packaging paper comprises: 10-15% of purple clay powder, 10-15% of porcelain powder and the balance of ceramic powder. The technical scheme utilizes the moisture retention performance of the ceramic coating, reduces or even avoids the water absorption of the cigarette packaging paper, and improves the moisture retention effect of the cigarette product; but the effect of blocking gas cannot be improved, and meanwhile, the aroma fixing agent in the coating can destroy the aroma of cigarettes with different aroma types.
Patent 201810049181.5 discloses a moisture-preserving cigarette lining paper and a preparation method thereof, wherein a hot-melt sealing layer, a PET dumb silver composite film and varnish are sequentially arranged on the upper surface of a raw paper layer from inside to outside. Although the method has a moisturizing effect, the method uses a non-degradable PET film, is not friendly to the environment and cannot be realized on a paper machine.
Therefore, the existing technical scheme of the lining paper for the aluminum-free cigarettes is complex in coating process, and some schemes are low in production efficiency and not suitable for large-scale production. The scheme can not realize the dual effects of completing the functions of blocking gas and preserving moisture by one-time coating, and can be completed by two or more times of coating, so that the equipment investment is large, the production power consumption is high, the carbon emission is not easy to reduce, an energy-saving enterprise is built, and some schemes are not reusable and have the environmental protection problem. Therefore, development of a simple and easy-to-realize coating process is urgently needed, and an overall coating scheme with double effects of gas-blocking and moisture-preserving functions can be realized by one-time coating, so that the quality of products is obviously improved, the functional characteristics of gas-blocking and moisture-preserving are highlighted, the production efficiency is obviously improved, and the environment-friendly and recyclable requirements are met.

The back surface can be coated with water, surface sizing starch glue, composite surface sizing agent, etc. with the coating amount of (0.2-2.5) g/m 2
The ration of the environment-friendly aluminum-free moisture-preserving tobacco lining paper is (40-100) g/m 2 Gas transmission rate is less than 2 x 10 7 ml/m 2 24 h.0.1 MPa, moisture permeability < 2500g/m 2 24 hours (38 ℃,92% RH), the moisture retention performance (based on the moisture content of the internal cigarettes after the cigarette case is opened for a period of time) is more than 5% higher than that of the common aluminized paper.
Compared with the prior art, the lining paper for cigarettes with good gas-blocking and moisture-preserving double effects is obtained by performing one-time coating on a conventional roller coating mode, such as a two-roller dipping sizing machine and a film transfer sizing machine. In addition, the coater has good running performance, and the problem of cylinder sticking and paper breakage can not occur. The coating machine can be arranged in the paper machine (called as in-machine coating) or outside the paper machine (called as out-machine coating), the coating process is simple, the production efficiency is high, the power consumption of one-time coating is correspondingly low, and the energy conservation and the environmental protection are realized. Because only one application is carried out on the base paper, the coating quantity is lower, and the dual effects of gas resistance and moisture retention can be achieved at the same time, thereby having good cost advantage.
The composite surface sizing agent applied on the base paper forms a multi-layer cross-linked coordination structure (shown in figure 1) when being dried, so that good dual effects of gas resistance and moisture retention are achieved: the part absorbed by the base paper/the part closest to the base paper is mainly a three-dimensional network structure formed by calcium chloride, fibers and crosslinked sodium alginate, wherein the calcium chloride is absorbed by the base paper and enters into pores of the base paper or is adhered to the surfaces of the fibers, and is subjected to partial condensation reaction with the crosslinked sodium alginate in the base paper to form a more tiny network structure; meanwhile, the formed micro-network structure can prevent excessive penetration of other components into paper, and the part of the micro-network structure is mainly one or more of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), gelatin, xanthan gum, guar gum, cellulose derivatives, pregelatinized starch, polydextrose and derivatives thereof and boric acid, and in the drying process, as the concentration of the coating is increased, the complex (shown in figure 2) after the crosslinking reaction and a small amount of calcium chloride gradually occur, and the crosslinking structure complex of the PVA and the boric acid is preferentially adsorbed on the micro-network structure formed by fibers, crosslinked sodium alginate and calcium chloride, so that the micro-network structure surface pores can be further covered, and a certain gas barrier property is provided; the surface is the component of surface sizing agent A. In the preparation process of the component A of the surface sizing agent, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), one or more of AKD, ASA, emulsified rosin, emulsion wax and the surface sizing agent are combined in solution to form a cross-linked substance, lactone rings of AKD and ASA are opened by heating and react with hydroxyl groups in polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) molecules to form a cross-linked structure complex (as shown in figure 3), and hydrophobic groups are provided. When the coating is dried, the coating is preferentially concentrated in the outermost layer due to certain hydrophobicity, so that a continuous, compact and hydrophobic film can be formed, and the gas-blocking function and the water vapor-blocking performance are provided. The three-layer structure has the functions of emphasis and mutual matching, thereby realizing the dual functions of air resistance and moisture retention of one-time surface sizing processing.
