A disinfectant diluting device, comprising: a base (1); an inverted L-shaped supporting vertical frame (2) is fixedly arranged in the middle of the top plane of the base (1) vertically upwards; a control box (4) is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the supporting vertical frame (2); the front end of the supporting vertical frame (2) is fixedly provided with a cuboid dilution box (3); a portal-shaped dilution liquid preparation frame (5) is transversely and fixedly arranged in the middle of the upper end of the dilution box (3); a liquid preparation driving mixing box (6) is embedded in the dilution box (3) below the dilution liquid preparation frame (5); a driving frame (7) is fixedly arranged in the middle of the upper end of the back plane of the dilution box (3); the upper end of the inner cavity of the dilution box (3) is symmetrically and fixedly provided with a premixing box (8) left and right; a mixing shaft (9) is symmetrically arranged in the dilution box (3) at the lower end of the liquid preparation driving mixing box (6) in a rotating way; guide rods (501) are respectively and vertically and downwards fixedly arranged at the left end and the right end of the diluting and liquid distributing frame (5); a sliding seat plate (503) is vertically and slidably arranged between the left guide rod (501) and the right guide rod (501); an electric cylinder A (502) is vertically and fixedly arranged in the middle of the upper end of the dilution liquid distribution frame (5), and the lower end of a telescopic rod of the electric cylinder A (502) is vertically and fixedly connected with the middle of a sliding seat plate (503); a diluting liquid distribution pipe (504) is symmetrically and fixedly arranged on the sliding seat plate (503), a pressing valve head (50401) is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the diluting liquid distribution pipe (504), the pressing valve head (50401) is in a communicating state after being extruded, and the sealing state is in a natural state; the liquid distribution driving mixing box (6) is provided with a liquid distribution plate (601) in bilateral symmetry rotation, the lower end of the liquid distribution plate (601) penetrates through a top plate of the liquid distribution driving mixing box (6) to be fixedly connected with a belt wheel plate (602), the diameter of the belt wheel plate (602) is larger than that of the liquid distribution plate (601), a belt groove is formed in the wheel wall of the belt wheel plate (602), the middle part of the liquid distribution plate (601) is provided with a vertical communication insertion pipe, the upper end of the communication insertion pipe vertically corresponds to the pressing valve head (50401), and the lower end of the communication insertion pipe penetrates out downwards through the belt wheel plate (602); the back of the liquid preparation driving mixing box (6) is provided with a rectangular box opening (603); an electric cylinder B (701) is vertically and fixedly arranged on the plane of the back of the driving frame (7), the tail end of a piston rod of the electric cylinder B (701) is fixedly connected with a vertical motor (702), an orientation rod (703) is vertically and fixedly arranged at the upper end of a front end side plate of the motor (702), and the front end of the orientation rod (703) vertically slides through the upper end of the driving frame (7); the belt wheel at the upper end of the rotating shaft of the motor (702) is rotationally connected with the left and right belt wheel discs (602) at the front side through a belt (704); a cuboid-shaped premixing tube (801) is fixedly connected to the outer side of the lower end of the premixing box (8) in an inclined downward butt joint mode; an inner discharging pipe (802) is fixedly butted at the lower end of the premixing pipe (801) vertically inwards and downwards; a disinfectant mother liquor injection pipe (803) is vertically and fixedly arranged at the position, close to the lower end, on the top plane of the premixing pipe (801), the disinfectant mother liquor injection pipe (803) penetrates out through a side plate of the dilution tank (3), and an electric control valve is arranged on the disinfectant mother liquor injection pipe (803); the liquid level window is inlaid on the side wall of the front end of the dilution box (3).

A disinfectant diluting device as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the upper end of the mixing shaft (9) is fixedly connected with umbrella-shaped connecting blades (902), and the upper ends of the connecting blades (902) are fixedly connected with the lower end of the belt pulley disc (602); and the mixing shaft (9) is fixedly provided with mixing impellers (901) which are uniformly spaced up and down.
3. A method of manufacturing a disinfectant diluting device according to any one of claims 1-2, wherein:
1. the required disinfectant mother liquor liquid amount and diluent liquid amount can be calculated in advance according to the concentration of the disinfectant to be prepared, and the disinfectant mother liquor is injected from a disinfectant mother liquor injection pipe (803);
2. when the diluent is required to be diluted by the disinfectant, the sliding seat plate (503) moves downwards through the electric cylinder A (502), the sliding seat plate (503) moves downwards, the diluent dispensing tube (504) moves downwards, when the pressing valve head (50401) is in butt joint with a communicating cannula in the middle of the dispensing disc (601), the pressing valve head (50401) is in a communicating state, the internal diluent enters the dispensing disc (601), and finally enters the diluting box (3) for diluting the disinfectant through the dispensing driving mixing box (6);
3. when the telescopic rod of the electric cylinder A (502) is retracted, the valve head (50401) is pressed to automatically close, so that the disinfection solution is diluted.
