背景技术
根结线虫(Meloidogyne spp.)是一类重要的植物根系寄生物,可在土壤、病株以及病残体中越冬,引起的根结线虫病对我国数百种农作物造成了危害,特别是对蔬菜、果树危害严重。根结线虫主要有南方根结线虫、花生根结线虫、北方根结线虫和爪哇根结线虫,其中南方根结线虫因发生面积大、寄主种类多,已成为危害作物的优势种群。病害发生后,农作物一般减产10-20%,严重时可达75%以上,严重影响作物产量和品质。同时,线虫侵染时所造成的伤口,为其他真菌、细菌的侵染提供了有利条件,增加了植物病害发生的几率,从而造成对植物的二次伤害。据联合国粮农组织统计,全球每年因线虫造成的损失高达1000多亿美元。对根结线虫的防治受到广泛的关注。本发明目的是为了筛选出防治黄瓜根结线虫病的高效、低毒、低残留药肥,为黄瓜根结线虫病的防治提供科学依据。
氨基寡糖素为多糖类防治线虫制剂。施用后能迅速激发植物的防御反应,产生木质素、植保素和病程相关蛋白等物质,提高与抗病代谢相关的防御酶和活性氧清除酶系统的活性。可用于防治黄瓜根结线虫。
氟吡菌酰胺为吡啶乙基苯酰胺类杀菌剂、杀线虫剂,作用于线粒体呼吸链,抑制琥珀酸脱氢酶(复合物Ⅱ)的活性从而阻断电子传递,导致不能提供机体组织的能量需求,进而杀死防治对象或抑制其生长发育,例如拜耳股份公司登记的41.7%氟吡菌酰胺悬浮剂可用于黄瓜、番茄、西瓜、烟草和香蕉根结线虫。

药肥混用一方面可以减少农药的用量、提高防效,促进植株的生长和提高植株抵抗力,同时又能节省时间、劳动力,充分利用资源降低成本,已成为作物病虫草防治研究领域的新热点。但是在药肥的混用中,农药、肥料、作物之间会相互影响,如何避免药肥之间的措抗作用及对作物的不良影响,增加它们之间的协同作用是研究中急需解决的问题。而该方面的报道很少,尤其是针对根结线虫药肥防治方面的研究微乎其微。
目前,现有技术中并没有将氨基寡糖素和氟吡菌酰胺制备成药肥颗粒剂的相关报道。

一种包含氨基寡糖素和氟吡菌酰胺的药肥颗粒剂,包含如下重量百分含量成分:氨基寡糖素0.01-0.5%,氟吡菌酰胺0.01-0.5%,肥料25-65%,分散助剂1-10%,粘结剂2-5%,填料补足100%;所述的肥料包含如下重量百分含量的组分:硝态氮肥1-20%,磷肥1-20%和钾肥1-120%。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明制备的药肥颗粒剂对黄瓜根结线虫有较好预防效果。本发明制备的药肥颗粒剂药、肥协同增效,一次性施工,达到省工省力的目的。
(2)本发明制备的药肥颗粒剂可以提高肥料的吸收和利用率,减少化量和农药的用量。本发明制备的药肥颗粒剂具有优异的制剂性能,使活性成分的稳定性得到提升。

根据下述实施例,可以更好地理解本发明。然而,本领域的技术人员容易理解,实施例所描述的内容仅用于说明本发明,而不应当也不会限制权利要求书中所详细描述的本发明
实施例1:0.1%氨基寡糖素·氟吡菌酰胺药肥颗粒剂的制备
供试药剂:
农药成分:90%氨基寡糖素原药,95%氟吡菌酰胺原药,均为市售;
肥料成分:
氨态氮肥:硫酸铵、碳酸氢铵;
硝态氮肥:硝酸钾、硝酸钙;
水溶性磷肥:磷酸一铵,磷酸二胺;
枸溶性磷肥:钙镁磷肥,硫酸氢钙;
钾肥:硫酸钾;
助剂:拉开粉BX、黄原胶、高岭土;
以上材料均为市场购买。
制备方法:
制备工艺:将原药、载体、肥料(N、P、K按一定比例混合)和助剂按一定比例称量好后,混合均匀,加粘结剂捏合,进行造粒,在60℃进行干燥8min,通过筛分得到成品。
测试方法:按GB/T19136-2003中的“2.3其他制剂”进行测定。试样冷却至室温后,在24h内完成对试样中活成分质量分数的测定,采用高效液相色谱分离和测定。
测定结果见表1。

由表1-2可知,配方1与其它配方相比,氨态氮肥硫酸铵会对活性成分的稳定性产生显著影响。因此,硫酸铵不适宜作为颗粒剂中肥料成分使用;配方2-10颗粒剂中氨基寡糖素分解率在3-3.5%之间;氟吡菌酰胺分解率在2-2.6%之间。
实施例2:0.1%氨基寡糖素·氟吡菌酰胺药肥颗粒剂对黄瓜根结线虫的防治效果
供试药剂:配方1-10。
试验设计:试验共设药肥处理以及清水(CK)对照。每个处理重复4次,区组随机排列,每小区面积35m2。在黄瓜苗定植后当天,按设计剂量每株黄瓜兑水400mL进行灌根,施药1次。试验期间不喷施其他杀线虫药剂。
调查方法:在黄瓜最后1次采摘后,各小区单行均从第6株开始调查,每行连续调查10株,每个小区调查30株。用铁锹把黄瓜整株从根部挖起,拍碎土块保留根系,统计病株数和各病级值,计算病情指数及防治效果。
分级标准如下:
0级:无病症状,整个根系上无虫瘿、无根结;
1级:根系有少量小虫瘿,且根结相互不连接;
3级:2/3根系布满小虫瘿,少量根结相互连接;
5级:根系布满小虫瘿并有次生虫瘿,半数以下根结相互连接;
7级:根系布满小虫瘿和次生虫瘿,半数以上根结相互连接,根系形成须根团。
计算方法如下:
测试结果见表3。

由表3可知,由配方1、5、10与其它配方相比,氮肥采用氨态氮肥对黄瓜根结线虫防治效果较差,采用硝态氮肥可以显著提升药肥的防治效果。
综上所述,本发明制备的药肥颗粒剂对黄瓜根结线虫具有优异的防治效果,防效大于88%。
上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,对于本领域技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原料的前提下,可以做适当的改进,这些改进也在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (4)
1.一种包含氨基寡糖素和氟吡菌酰胺的药肥颗粒剂,其特征在于,包含如下重量百分含量成分:氨基寡糖素0.01-0.5%,氟吡菌酰胺0.01-0.5%,肥料25-65%,分散助剂1-10%,粘结剂2-5%,填料补足100%;
所述的肥料包含如下重量百分含量的组分:硝态氮肥1-20%,磷肥1-20%和钾肥1-120%;所述硝态氮肥为硝酸钾、硝酸钙中的一种或多种;所述磷肥选为磷酸一铵、磷酸二胺、钙镁磷肥、硫酸氢钙中的一种或多种;所述钾肥为氯化钾、硫酸钾中的一种或多种;所述分散助剂为拉开粉BX;所述粘结剂为黄原胶;所述填料为高岭土。
2.根据权利要求1所述的药肥颗粒剂,其特征在于,所述氨基寡糖素0.05%,氟吡菌酰胺0.05%。
3.根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的药肥颗粒剂用于防治线虫的用途。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用途,其特征在于,所述的线虫为黄瓜根结线虫。
