The medical equipment can be an infusion pump, a breathing machine, an in-vitro diagnosis product and the like, and the identification numbers of different medical equipment are different. For example, the unique identification code of the medical device may be used as the identification number of the medical device (which may be collectively referred to as identification information of the medical device). In addition, in other embodiments, the identification number of the medical device may be generated based on the component information of the detachable component (such as a board card) in the medical device, so that if the component of the medical device is replaced during the maintenance of the medical device, the identification number of the medical device is changed, thereby prompting the user that the component of the medical device has been changed, and judging whether to continue to use the medical device by the user, so as to improve the safety.
In the present embodiment, the equipment warranty information includes equipment warranty-related information, such as warranty time length. The device abnormality information includes information about the device recorded when abnormality occurs, such as device abnormality time, cause of device abnormality, and the like. The equipment maintenance information includes information related to equipment maintenance, such as equipment maintenance time.
The equipment warranty information, the equipment abnormality information and the equipment maintenance information may be changed, for example, when an abnormality occurs in the equipment, a new equipment abnormality cause record is generated, thereby changing the equipment abnormality information. For example, in other embodiments, the detailed information may further include device basic information and/or device usage information, wherein the device basic information is used to characterize a basic attribute of the device, such as at least one of a product model number, a product series, a purchase location, a purchase manner, a purchase date, a contact phone, a mail address, a communication address, a warranty rule, a product built-in version, product configuration information, and product usage instructions, and the device usage information includes related information recorded during usage of the device, such as a device usage location, device user information, and the like, such as at least one of a device usage time record, a device usage function record, a device usage location record, and an information record of a personal use device.
In this embodiment, the device basic information and the device usage information are added as a part of the detailed information, so that the detailed information of the medical device is more complete, and the warranty efficiency and the warranty effect can be improved.
Specifically, the basic information of the equipment is added as one of the detailed information, so that when the medical equipment needs to be repaired, a repair person can better know the medical equipment and carry out corresponding repair based on the basic information of the equipment of the medical equipment, for example, when the medical equipment needs to be replaced with one of the abnormal functional devices during the repair, the repair person can quickly determine accessories for replacing the abnormal functional devices based on the product model, the product series and the like in the basic information of the equipment, the repair efficiency can be improved, and meanwhile, if the repair process is difficult, the repair person can actively contact the manufacturer to assist based on the purchase place, the purchase mode and the like in the basic information of the equipment.
In addition, the equipment use information is added as one of the detailed information, so that a warranty staff can better know the operation of the medical equipment in the use process, and when the medical equipment needs to be warranted, the warranty staff can conveniently analyze which places need to be warranted based on the equipment use information, and the warranty efficiency is improved.
The product model can refer to information endowed by a manufacturer in the production and manufacturing process of the equipment, and functions supported by the equipment with different product models are different. The product line may be a different line developed for the device, indicating the actual need and use, for example the X1 line of devices is mainly used indoors, the X2 line of devices is mainly used outdoors. The product built-in version may refer to a system operation version of the device, for example, device B has three system operation versions V1, V2, V3. The product configuration information may be a functional configuration currently supported by the device. The purchase location refers to the location of the user at the time the device was purchased, such as the B city H district J street 308 number. The device basic information is different from the device warranty information, the device use information, the device abnormality information and the device maintenance information which are changed, so that the device basic information is convenient to maintain and manage, can be stored in a fixed catalog in an electronic mode, and can be directly called under the catalog when the device is needed to be used. For example, in other embodiments, the device base information may also be maintained by a papered label, which may reduce memory usage of the medical device, allowing the medical device to maintain more alterable details.
In this embodiment, the current detailed information of the medical device is maintained and stored in the electronic device management system, where the electronic device management system may be integrated on the cloud. Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device management system according to an embodiment of the present application, where the electronic device management system includes a device basic information maintenance module, a device usage information maintenance module, a device warranty information maintenance module, a device exception information maintenance module, and a device maintenance information maintenance module, where the device basic information maintenance module is used for storing and maintaining device basic information, the device warranty information maintenance module is used for storing and maintaining device warranty information, the device usage information maintenance module is used for storing and maintaining device usage information, the device exception information maintenance module is used for storing and maintaining device exception information, and the device maintenance information maintenance module is used for storing and maintaining device maintenance information.
When the medical equipment is communicated with the terminal equipment, the identification number of the medical equipment can be identified, and the current detailed information of the medical equipment is stored in the corresponding catalogue according to the identification number of the medical equipment. Specifically, taking the identification number E1001 of the medical device as an example, a directory M1001 corresponding to the identification number E1001 may be created. Illustratively, a subdirectory may also be created under the directory M1001, the subdirectory including a device basic information subdirectory (for storing device basic information), a device usage information subdirectory (for storing device usage information), a device warranty information subdirectory (for storing device warranty information), a device anomaly information subdirectory (for storing device anomaly information), a device maintenance information subdirectory (for storing device maintenance information).
Step S202, when at least one kind of information in the detailed information is changed, the currently stored detailed information is updated according to the changed information.
In this embodiment, when the detailed information of the medical device is changed, the medical device may output a prompt, and display a two-dimensional code on a display interface of the medical device, and the terminal device may scan the two-dimensional code to obtain the changed information. For example, when the terminal device scans the two-dimensional code, the identification number of the medical device may be obtained.
The change of the detailed information of the medical device may specifically include a change of at least one of device warranty information, device abnormality information and device maintenance information, for example, when the medical device changes a component due to abnormality of the component, an abnormality reason, an abnormality time, etc. of the component are recorded, so that the original device abnormality information is changed. Further, when the abnormal information of the medical device is changed, the identification number of the medical device may be changed, so that after the terminal device scans the two-dimensional code to obtain the identification number of the medical device and the changed information, a user needs to confirm whether to continue to use the medical device, and if the medical device needs to be used continuously, the original identification number originally recorded in the electronic device management system needs to be changed into a new identification number, and meanwhile, the changed information needs to be updated to a catalog corresponding to the new identification number. For example, in other embodiments, history information (e.g., including an initial identification number, currently stored detailed information) may be saved each time an update is made to facilitate backtracking.
In this embodiment, the directory M1001 corresponding to the identification number E1001 of the medical device may include a plurality of subdirectories (i.e., a device basic information subdirectory, a device usage information subdirectory, a device warranty information subdirectory, a device abnormality information subdirectory, and a device maintenance information subdirectory), so that when information update is performed, it may be determined which type the changed information specifically belongs to (specifically, the changed information may be classified into the device warranty information, the device abnormality information, and the device maintenance information), and then a corresponding target subdirectory is found based on the type to which the changed information belongs and the changed information is updated to the target subdirectory.
Step S203, in response to the device information request, outputs the updated detailed information and the identification number of the medical device. In this embodiment, the device information request may be generated by a user inputting an instruction on an operation interface of the medical device. The user can receive the detailed information and the identification number of the medical equipment by operating the terminal equipment, wherein the detailed information of a plurality of medical equipment and the identification number of each medical equipment can be stored in the terminal equipment, and after the detailed information of any one or a plurality of the medical equipment is updated, the terminal equipment outputs the updated detailed information of one or a plurality of the medical equipment based on an instruction input by the user and displays the identification number of each medical equipment.
The user may input the identification number to the terminal device, and the terminal device may retrieve and output the detailed information (may include the detailed information before the update and/or the detailed information after the update) of the medical device corresponding to the identification number based on the identification number.
For example, in other embodiments, a certain medical device may output the updated detailed information and the identification number, and may output the pre-updated detailed information and the pre-updated original identification number of the medical device.
According to the embodiment of the application, the current detailed information and the identification number of the equipment are stored, when the equipment is subjected to warranty maintenance, the current stored detailed information can be updated, when the system equipment needs to be inquired, the system equipment can be output again, electronic management of the equipment information is achieved, each medical equipment is provided with the unique identification number, distinguishing and identification are facilitated, and the effect of equipment information maintenance management is improved.
In other embodiments, the device warranty information includes at least one of a warranty time record, a warranty number record, a warranty reason record, and a warranty reminder. The device usage information includes at least one of a device usage time record, a device usage function record, a device usage place record, and an information record of a personal use device. The equipment abnormality information includes at least one of equipment abnormality cause record, equipment abnormality time record and equipment abnormality reminding record. The equipment maintenance information comprises at least one of equipment maintenance time records, equipment maintenance reminding records and equipment maintenance time predictions.
In this embodiment, the warranty reminder may refer to how often the medical device is warranted at intervals. The information record of the personal use device may be personal information of the use of the medical device, such as the work number, name of the user. The device maintenance time record may refer to a time when the medical device is maintained, and the device maintenance reminder record may be a date on which a maintenance reminder is sent. The device maintenance time forecast may refer to the time at which the medical device is next serviced.
In this embodiment, part of the target information may be selected from the current detailed information of the medical device as a part of the identification number. For example, when the detailed information includes the device basic information, the identification number may include one or more of a product model number, a product series, and a product built-in version of the current detailed information of the medical device.
In addition, when the detailed information of the medical equipment is changed, the medical equipment can record the changed detailed information and inform the user, for example, when the medical equipment is abnormal, the medical equipment can record the current abnormality reason, abnormality time and abnormality reminding time, and generate changed equipment abnormality information to inform the user.
According to the embodiment of the application, the warranty information, the use information, the abnormal information and the maintenance information of the medical equipment are recorded in detail, so that more information support can be provided for warranty of later-stage equipment or maintenance of the equipment, and the later-stage warranty and maintenance efficiency of the equipment are improved compared with a traditional paper warranty card.
In some embodiments, the current identification number may be stored in near field communication of the medical device or communication identification information of a bluetooth or electronic tag.
In this embodiment, one or more of a near field communication module, a bluetooth module or an electronic tag may be configured for a medical device, an identification number of the medical device may be a long series of numbers and/or letters, the identification number may be used as pairing information (i.e. communication identification information) of the near field communication module, the bluetooth module or the electronic tag, and when a communication connection is established between the terminal device and the medical device through the near field communication module, the bluetooth module or the electronic tag, the terminal device may determine which medical device is specifically paired with the pairing information to establish the communication connection.
According to the method and the device, the identification number is stored by utilizing the near field communication or the Bluetooth or the communication identification information in the electronic tag of the medical equipment, when the medical equipment is communicated with the terminal equipment through the near field communication or the Bluetooth or the electronic tag, the terminal equipment can be conveniently distinguished and identified, communication confusion in a multi-equipment scene is avoided, and the information security is improved.
In other embodiments, the identification number may be generated from component information of a detachable component in the medical device.
In this embodiment, the detachable component may refer to a component that is detachably replaced in the medical device, and different components have different component information, so as to achieve the purpose of identifying different medical devices. Taking the detachable assembly as the board card as an example, when the current board card of the medical equipment is abnormal, the current board card can be replaced by a new board card, and the identification number of the medical equipment is changed (the board card information is included in the identification number) because the board card information of the new board card is different from the board card information of the current board card.
After the identification number of the medical device is changed, a prompt can be automatically sent to the electronic device management system to prompt the user that the identification number of the current medical device is changed (the reason for the change of the identification number may be that the board card is replaced), and the user checks the medical device based on the prompt to determine whether to continue to use the medical device. So also can improve the security in the equipment use.
Further, in other embodiments, in addition to generating the identification number using the component information, current detailed information of the device may be added to the identification number. For example, the identification number of the device is composed of a string of characters, wherein the first n bits are the product model number and the product series of the device, the middle n+m bits are the product related configuration information of the device, and the last n+m+k bits are the component information.
According to the embodiment of the application, the component information is utilized to generate the identification number, and when the detachable component is replaced, the change of the equipment identification number is triggered, so that the effect of prompting a user can be achieved, the attention of the user to the medical equipment is improved, and the safety of the medical equipment in the use process is ensured.
In some embodiments, the step S203 may be specifically implemented by the following steps: respectively converting the updated detailed information and the identification number of the medical equipment into target texts which can be identified by the terminal equipment; displaying the target text on a display interface of the medical equipment; or, communicate with the terminal device, and output the updated detailed information and the identification number of the medical device to the terminal device.
In this embodiment, the target text may be a two-dimensional code, and the medical device may display the updated detailed information and the updated identification number on the display interface in the form of the two-dimensional code, and the terminal device may identify the updated detailed information and the updated identification number by scanning. In addition, the medical equipment can also perform near field communication with the terminal equipment, or perform Bluetooth communication with the terminal equipment, or communicate with the terminal equipment through an electronic tag, so as to transmit updated detailed information and the identification number of the medical equipment to the terminal equipment, and the terminal equipment can conveniently and directly check the updated detailed information and the identification number of the equipment.
For example, in other embodiments, the medical device may further configure an information upload module to upload the pre-update detailed information, the pre-update initial identification number, the post-update detailed information, and the post-update identification number to the electronic device management system, where the electronic device management system stores the record, and the subsequent terminal device may also refer to the required information from the electronic device management system.
For example, corresponding electronic tags (electronic tags of different medical devices are different) can be assigned to each device based on device information in the medical device, and once the device is subjected to illegal component replacement, the electronic tags are changed, so that the device can play a role in reminding a user, and the safety of the medical device is ensured.
According to the embodiment of the application, the updated detailed information and the updated identification number of the medical equipment are transmitted to the terminal equipment in a two-dimensional code or signal flow mode, the situation that the equipment information is lost due to the fact that the management equipment information is maintained by using a papery label is avoided, and the safety of equipment information maintenance is improved.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a method for processing device information according to another embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 4, the method further includes step S401, detecting whether the identification number of the medical device is changed. Wherein the identification number is associated with at least one of device basic information, device warranty information, device usage information, device anomaly information, and device maintenance information. Step S402, if the identification number of the medical equipment is changed, generating prompt information and sending the prompt information to the terminal equipment, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting a user of the terminal equipment to determine whether to continue using the medical equipment.
In this embodiment, the identification number may be in the form of a character string, and the first few bits of the character string may be at least one of device basic information, device warranty information, device use information, device abnormality information, and device maintenance information, and when the identification number of the device occurs, it indicates that there is a possibility that at least one of the device basic information, the device warranty information, the device use information, the device abnormality information, and the device maintenance information is changed, so that the user of the terminal device may be prompted to determine whether to continue using the medical device.
For example, the first few bits of the character string may be the equipment maintenance time record in the equipment maintenance information, and when the equipment maintenance time record is changed, the first few bits indicate that the medical equipment is currently maintained, for example, the medical equipment is replaced by a new and old device, and the identification number is changed.
For example, in other embodiments, after the terminal device receives the prompt, a disabling instruction may be fed back to the medical device, the medical device may stop working and enter a self-locking state after receiving the disabling instruction, and the medical device may continue working only after the user unlocks.
