It should be noted that, the manner in which the intelligent home device receives the voice command may be: the intelligent household appliance is provided with a voice module, and can directly receive voice instructions of users. The manner in which the intelligent home device receives the voice command may also be: the intelligent sound equipment independent of the intelligent household electrical appliance receives the voice command of the user and sends the voice command to the intelligent household electrical appliance. According to the voice control method for the intelligent household electrical appliance, when the program corresponding to the keyword does not exist in the intelligent household electrical appliance, whether the program exists in other intelligent household electrical appliances bound by the user account is inquired from the server, and if the program exists in other intelligent household electrical appliances, prompt voice is broadcast to the user, and the user can select whether to use the voice control method. Compared with the prior art that when a program needed by a user does not exist in the intelligent household electrical appliance, the program is only prompted to be not exist for the user, and the method and the system effectively improve the practicability of the intelligent household electrical appliance by inquiring whether the program exists in other intelligent household electrical appliances bound by the user account to the server.

In this step, in the process of running any program in the intelligent home appliance, if the alarm releasing operation of the user is not monitored within the preset time after the alarm information is broadcasted at the preset volume, it is indicated that the user does not hear the alarm information, and the user needs to be further reminded. The intelligent household electrical appliance sends a detection request to the server, wherein the detection request comprises the identification of the intelligent household electrical appliance, and the detection request is used for acquiring whether other intelligent household electrical appliances exist in the equipment bound by the account number of the user and are running. If other intelligent household appliances are running, further acquiring the running noise value, and re-broadcasting the alarm information at the preset volume by overlapping the volume of the running noise value. If no other intelligent household appliances are running, the alarm information is rebroadcast by the preset volume added with the preset volume added value, so that the running safety of the intelligent household appliances is effectively improved.
The following describes an example of a voice control method of an intelligent home appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention by using a specific example.

Claims (10)

1. A voice control method for an intelligent home appliance, the method being applied to the intelligent home appliance, the method comprising:
determining whether a program corresponding to the keyword exists in the intelligent household electrical appliance or not according to the acquired keyword in the first voice instruction of the user;
if the intelligent household appliance does not have the program corresponding to the keyword, a program inquiry request is sent to a server, wherein the program inquiry request comprises the following steps: the device identifier and the keyword of the intelligent household electrical appliance;
receiving a query result returned by a server, wherein the query result is used for indicating whether programs corresponding to the keywords exist in other intelligent household appliances bound by the account numbers of the users;
if the query result indicates that programs corresponding to the keywords exist in other intelligent household appliances, broadcasting first prompt voice to the user, wherein the first prompt voice is used for prompting the user that the programs corresponding to the keywords exist in the other intelligent household appliances, and the programs corresponding to the keywords in the other intelligent household appliances can be selected;
acquiring a second voice instruction of the user;
And controlling the intelligent household electrical appliance or the other intelligent household electrical appliances according to the second voice command.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein controlling the smart home device or the other smart home device according to the second voice command comprises:
performing voice recognition processing on the second voice command, and determining whether the user determines to select a program corresponding to the keyword in the other intelligent household appliances;
if the user selects a program corresponding to the keyword in the other intelligent household appliances, sending a starting request to the server, wherein the starting request comprises the equipment identification of the other intelligent household appliances and the keyword;
and if the user does not select the program corresponding to the keyword in the other intelligent household appliances, closing the intelligent household appliances.

if the query result indicates that the programs corresponding to the keywords do not exist in other intelligent household appliances, determining whether other programs with the same function identification as the programs corresponding to the keywords exist in the intelligent household appliances according to the keywords;
If other programs with the same function identification as the programs corresponding to the keywords exist in the intelligent household electrical appliance, broadcasting second prompt voice to the user, wherein the second prompt voice is used for prompting the user that other programs with similar program functions corresponding to the keywords exist in the intelligent household electrical appliance, and the other programs can be selected;
acquiring a third voice instruction of the user;
and controlling the intelligent household appliance according to the third voice instruction.
4. A method according to claim 3, characterized in that the method further comprises:
if no other programs consistent with the function identification of the program corresponding to the keyword exist in the intelligent household electrical appliance, broadcasting a third prompt voice to the user, wherein the third prompt voice is used for prompting the user that no other programs similar to the program corresponding to the keyword, the program corresponding to the keyword and the other intelligent household electrical appliance with the program corresponding to the keyword exist in the intelligent household electrical appliance;
and closing the intelligent household electrical appliance.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising:
In the process of running any program of the intelligent household electrical appliance, if the alarm releasing operation of the user is not monitored within a preset time after the alarm information is broadcasted at a preset volume, sending a detection request to the server, wherein the detection request comprises the identification of the intelligent household electrical appliance, and the detection request is used for acquiring whether other intelligent household electrical appliances exist in equipment bound by the account number of the user and are running;
receiving a detection result returned by the server;
if the detection result indicates that other intelligent household appliances exist in the equipment bound by the account number of the user and are running, sending a noise value acquisition request to the server, wherein the noise value acquisition request is used for acquiring running noise of the other intelligent household appliances running;
receiving an operation noise value returned by the server, and broadcasting the alarm information by using the volume after the preset volume is overlapped with the operation noise value;
and if the detection result indicates that other intelligent household appliances do not exist in the equipment bound by the user account, broadcasting the alarm information by using the preset volume after the preset volume is overlapped with the preset volume increment value.
6. A voice control method for an intelligent home appliance, applied to a server, the method comprising:
receiving a program inquiry request sent by an intelligent household appliance, wherein the program inquiry request comprises an equipment identifier and a keyword of the intelligent household appliance and is used for inquiring whether programs corresponding to the keyword exist in other household appliances bound by an account number associated with the intelligent household appliance;
according to the corresponding relation between the locally preconfigured account numbers of each user and the bound equipment identifiers, determining whether programs corresponding to the keywords exist in other household appliances bound by the account numbers associated with the intelligent household appliances or not by the programs of the corresponding equipment of each equipment identifier;
and returning a query result to the intelligent household electrical appliance, wherein the query result is used for indicating whether programs corresponding to the keywords exist in other intelligent household electrical appliances bound by the intelligent household electrical appliance associated account numbers.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving a starting request sent by the intelligent household electrical appliance, wherein the starting request comprises the equipment identifiers and the keywords of the other intelligent household electrical appliances;
And sending a starting command to the other intelligent household appliances according to the equipment identifiers of the other intelligent household appliances and the keywords, wherein the starting command is used for indicating the other intelligent household appliances to start programs corresponding to the keywords.
