Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of dyes, in particular to a yellow disperse dye composition, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The disperse dye is a dye with extremely poor water solubility, the molecular weight is small, water-soluble groups are not contained in molecules, the disperse dye is often a crystal with high melting point, special processing treatment is needed, so that the disperse dye can be dyed in water in the form of highly dispersed particles, the disperse dye belongs to a nonpolar organic compound structurally, the dye does not contain hydrophilic groups, the disperse dye is subjected to special processing treatment in a general way, namely, an auxiliary agent which is several times of the dye is added for grinding, the particle size of the disperse dye is ground to a certain range, the disperse dye is in a highly dispersed state, the addition of the printing and dyeing auxiliary agent is a mixture which is used for changing the state of the disperse dye and is introduced, the mixture needs to be peeled off from the surface of fibers after the dyeing process is finished, and the mixture enters water, and is one of main COD sources of the disperse dye in the printing and dyeing process.
The current market has huge demand for dye, and there is a need for a disperse dye with low cost, excellent performance and environmental friendliness. Based on this, the present application provides a yellow disperse dye composition and a preparation method thereof.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to improve the performance of the disperse dye, the application provides a yellow disperse dye composition, and a preparation method and application thereof.
In a first aspect, the present application provides a yellow disperse dye composition, which adopts the following technical scheme:

preferably, the content of the component A is 12-35% based on 100% of the total mass of the yellow disperse dye composition; the content of the component B is 22-56%; the content of the component C is 26-66%.
Preferably, the content of the component A is 15-32% based on 100% of the total mass of the yellow disperse dye composition; the content of the component B is 25-52%; the content of the component C is 30-62%.
Preferably, the C1-C4 alkyl group includes a straight chain alkyl group or a branched chain alkyl group.
Further, the C1-C4 alkyl group includes methyl, ethyl, propyl, isopropyl, n-butyl, isobutyl, sec-butyl, tert-butyl.
In a second aspect, the present application also provides a method for preparing a yellow disperse dye composition, comprising the steps of: mixing the dye components, and then carrying out granulation treatment by a sand mill or a grinding machine in the presence of auxiliary materials; or the dye components are respectively subjected to granulation treatment by a sand mill or a grinding machine in the presence of auxiliary materials, and then are mixed.
Preferably, the auxiliary materials comprise an auxiliary agent and water.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the auxiliary agent to the yellow dye composition is 2-3: 1.

Preferably, the dispersant comprises one or more of naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate (dispersing agent NNO), alkyl naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate (dispersing agent MF), benzyl naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate (dispersing agent CNF), lignin sulfonate (83A, lignin 85A).
Preferably, the system stabilizer comprises any one or more of polyethylene glycol-400, caprolactam and triethanolamine.
In a third aspect, the use of a yellow disperse dye for dyeing, pad dyeing and/or printing fabrics.
In summary, the present application has the following beneficial effects:
the disperse dye has the advantages of low cost, high strength, economy, environmental protection, gorgeous color and luster, high cost performance, good color fastness, obvious advantages in particular to light fastness and rubbing fastness, and higher color retention of clothes and cloth.

Performance testing
To verify the performance of the samples in the examples and comparative examples of the present invention, the test method performed the national dye unification test criteria as shown in table 1:

In addition, comparative example 4 does not contain component B with respect to the yellow disperse dye composition in example 1, taking example 1 as a standard, and component B is replaced by component a in its entirety, with the other conditions being the same; comparative example 5 the yellow disperse dye composition does not contain component C relative to example 1, component C is replaced by component a in its entirety, with the other conditions being identical.
With respect to the yellow disperse dye composition in example 2, comparative example 1 does not contain component B, which is replaced by component a in its entirety, with the same other conditions, taking example 2 as a standard; comparative example 2 the yellow disperse dye composition does not comprise component C, which is replaced by component a in its entirety, with the same other conditions as in example 2; comparative example 3 the yellow disperse dye composition does not comprise component B and component C relative to example 2, components B and C are all replaced by component a, with the other conditions being the same.
Finally, the data of the light fastness, the washing fastness, the rubbing fastness and the hot-pressing fastness in the example 1 and the example 2 obtained by detection are more excellent; this also shows that the compatibility of component a, component B and component C can greatly affect the color fastness of the printed product.

9. The method for preparing a yellow disperse dye composition according to claim 7, wherein the system stabilizer comprises any one or more of polyethylene glycol-400, caprolactam and triethanolamine.
10. Use of a yellow disperse dye according to any one of claims 1 to 8 for dyeing, pad dyeing and/or printing textiles.
