The pressing frame 51 is rotated down to enable the pressing block 52 to be matched with the supporting block 44 to clamp the display screen, so that the display screen is prevented from moving in the welding process. In order for the display screen to be accurately held, the position of the hold-down block 52 needs to be adjusted to correspond to the position of the support block 44. The adjustment of the compression block 52 is consistent with the adjustment mode of the support block 44, the movement in one direction is realized through the movement of the fourth screw 55, the fifth sliding seat 53 and the sixth sliding seat 54, and the rotation of the fourth screw 55 drives the compression block 52 to rotate in the other direction. Since the seventh screw 551 is disposed opposite to the eighth screw 552, the two pressing blocks 52 on the fourth screw 55 can be driven to move away from or toward each other when they are rotated, thereby achieving movement control.

The second drive lever 62 rotates the fifth screw 61 in the same manner as the first drive lever 46. The second screw 43 rotates to drive the second worm sleeve 64 to rotate, the second worm sleeve 64 drives the second worm wheel 63 to rotate, and the second worm wheel 63 further drives the fourth screw 55 to rotate, so that movement of the compression block 52 in one direction is realized. The external power component drives the fifth screw 61 to rotate, and because the ninth thread 611 and the tenth thread 612 on the fifth screw 61 are opposite, the fifth sliding phase can be driven to approach or separate when the fifth screw 61 rotates, so as to separate or approach the compression block 52 on the fourth screw 55. The position adjustment of the pressing block 52 is achieved in the above-described manner. In this embodiment, a stop lever parallel to the fourth screw 55 is further disposed between the fifth sliding seat 53 and the sixth sliding seat 54 to abut against the back of the column pressing block 52, so as to prevent the pressing block 52 from rotating along with the fourth screw 55.
Further, the third screw 45 and the first driving rod 46 extend to the inside of the mounting seat 1, the end part of the third screw 45 is fixed with a first bevel gear 47, the end part of the second driving rod 62 is fixed with a second bevel gear 48, the fifth screw 61 and the second driving rod 62 extend to the outside of the pressing frame 51, the end part of the fifth screw 61 is fixed with a third bevel gear 56, the end part of the second driving rod 62 is fixed with a fourth bevel gear 57, the first bevel gear 47 is meshed with the third bevel gear 56, and the second bevel gear 48 is meshed with the fourth bevel gear 57.
When the pressing frame 51 is opened, the first bevel gear 47 is meshed with the third bevel gear 56, the second bevel gear 48 is meshed with the fourth bevel gear 57, the fifth screw 61 is synchronously driven to rotate during rotation adjustment of the third screw 45, the second driving rod 62 is synchronously rotated during rotation of the first driving rod 46, the movement of the supporting block 44 is synchronous with the movement of the pressing block 52 through the arrangement, and when the pressing frame 51 is pressed down, the pressing block 52 corresponds to the position of the supporting block 44, the display screen is clamped, and displacement of the display screen in the welding process is avoided.
Further, a lifting rod 14 is embedded in the middle of the welding groove 12, and a turntable 15 is fixed on the top of the lifting rod 14. In the initial state, the lifting rod 14 is lifted, the display screen to be welded is supported by the turntable 15, and after the position of the supporting block 44 is adjusted, the lifting rod 14 is lowered, and the display screen falls onto the supporting block 44. Or when the display screen direction needs to be changed, the lifting rod 14 lifts with the display screen, and the turntable 15 rotates with the display screen to realize displacement reversing.
In this embodiment, a scanner 17 is further disposed at one side of the mounting base 1 to scan the size of the display screen placed on the turntable 15, so as to adjust the positions of the supporting block 44 and the pressing block 52. In this embodiment, a rectangular support block 44 is used, and an L-shaped support block 44 as shown in fig. 14 may be used to reduce the shielding of the display screen surface.
