The present invention provides a transporting stretcher which is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. As shown in fig. 1-10, an embodiment of the present invention provides a transporting stretcher, including a crawler wheel 1, where the crawler wheel 1 is in the prior art, and can realize linear movement and steering movement, where a mounting frame 2 is provided on the crawler wheel 1, where an elevator 3 is fixedly connected to the mounting frame 2, where the crawler wheel 1 is in the prior art, the elevator 3 is specifically hydraulic lifting equipment, and oil is supplied to the elevator 3 through an oil tank, so that field service time of the device is improved, a lifting end of the elevator 3 is fixedly connected with a fixing plate 4, a pad 5 is fixedly connected to a top of the fixing plate 4, a first support frame 6 is provided on the fixing plate 4, one end of the first support frame 6 is telescopically connected with a second support frame 7, two sides of inner walls of the first support frame 6 and the second support frame 7 are fixedly connected with a pair of telescopic rods 8, the first support frame 6 and the second support frame 7 are sleeved with the same connecting piece 9, the first support frame 6 is sleeved with a plurality of first connecting strips 10, one end of the first connecting strips 10 is fixedly connected with the first clamping ring 11, the second support frame 7 is sleeved with a plurality of second connecting strips 12, a top of connecting strips 9 is fixedly connected with a plurality of connecting rings 15, and two sides of connecting rings 16 are fixedly connected with two sides of the top of the connecting pieces 16, and two sides of the top of the connecting pieces are fixedly connected with two sides of the connecting pieces 15; the device further comprises a limiting assembly 17, wherein the limiting assembly 17 is used for limiting and stabilizing the first supporting frame 6 and the second supporting frame 7; the device also comprises a fixing component 18, wherein the fixing component 18 is used for reinforcing the limbs of the patient; the infusion assembly 19 is used for fixing and limiting the infusion belt to be infused; also included is a control assembly 20, the control assembly 20 being for controlling the track wheel 1 and the lift 3.
Through the cooperation of the first connecting strip 10, the first snap ring 11 and the second connecting strip 12 that set up, when using, the patient lies on connection piece 9, and adaptable second connecting strip 12's one end passes first snap ring 11 and pastes again, realizes spacing to patient's head, epigastrium, buttock and low limbs, reaches the effect of spacing to the patient, uses track wheel 1 can reduce jolting when walking on the uneven place of road, reduces the secondary injury that the patient received as far as possible.

Through the fixing component 18, when in use, for a patient with four limbs or head injury, the head of the patient can be placed between the two head fixing rings 14, the head first strap 30 and the head second strap 31 are respectively sleeved with the two head fixing rings 14, the head second strap 31 bypasses the head of the patient, passes through the second clamping ring 13 and is reversely stuck to the top of the head second strap 31, the fixing and limiting of the head of the patient are realized, the secondary injury to the head caused by jolt of the patient with head injury is effectively avoided, for the patient with upper limb injury, the first guard plate 32 can be sleeved outside the upper limb of the patient, the first guard plate 32 is placed at a specified position, the first connecting belts 33 at two sides of the first guard plate 32 are used for passing through the upper limb fixing rings 15 and being tied above the upper limb of the patient, the second connecting belts 34 at two sides of the first guard plate 32 are tied above the upper limb of the patient, the fixing and limiting of the upper limb of the patient are effectively realized, the secondary injury to the upper limb caused by jolt of the patient with the upper limb injury is avoided, for the patient with the lower limb injury, the second guard plate 35 can be sleeved outside the lower limb with the lower limb injury, the third connecting belts 36 on two sides are used for penetrating through the lower limb fixing ring 16 and being tied above the lower limb of the patient, the fourth connecting belts 37 are tied above the lower limb of the patient, the fixing and limiting of the lower limb with the lower limb injury of the patient are effectively realized, the secondary injury to the damaged lower limb of the patient caused by jolt in the transportation process is avoided, for the person without using the second guard plate 35 and the first guard plate 32, the first guard plate 32 and the second guard plate 35 can be placed into the second storage box 39 and the first storage box 38 for storage, the limiting of the first guard plate 32 and the second guard plate 35 is realized by using the mesh holes on the protection net 41 to be connected with the hooks 40, the storage method is simple, and the first guard plate 32 and the second guard plate 35 can be prevented from being in the way for the wounded who does not need to use the first guard plate 32 and the second guard plate 35.
As an implementation manner in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-10, the infusion assembly 19 includes a placement box 42 fixedly connected to one side of the bottom of the connection piece 9, an infusion rod 43 is rotatably connected to an inner wall of the placement box 42, a fixing rod 44 is rotatably connected to an inner wall of the placement box 42, a limiting groove 45 is formed in the infusion rod 43, the fixing rod 44 is clamped with the limiting groove 45, a limiting hook 46 is fixedly connected to one end of the infusion rod 43, and a pair of clamping blocks 47 are fixedly connected to an outer wall of the infusion rod 43.

As an implementation manner in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-10, the control assembly 20 includes a pedal 48 fixedly connected with one side of the mounting frame 2, a guardrail 49 fixedly connected with the top of the pedal 48, a connecting rod 50 fixedly connected with the top of the pedal 48, an operation table 51 fixedly connected with the top of the connecting rod 50, handles 52 fixedly connected with both sides of the operation table 51, a controller disposed in the operation table 51 and electrically connected with the crawler wheel 1, and an elevator 3.
Through the operation panel 51 that sets up, can control the linear movement and turn to the removal of crawler wheel 1, the crawler wheel 1 that sets up can increase the area of contact with the earth's surface, effectively reduce the problem of jolting in the non-smooth ground transportation process, can realize all terrain cross country in the rescue process, stability to wounded transportation when further hoisting device uses, after transporting wounded to the transfer car, adaptable operation panel 51 control lift 3 rise to certain height and carry the patient in the transfer car from the stretcher, or remove the restriction of first support frame 6 and second support frame 7, with wounded and the whole transport of first support frame 6 and second support frame 7 to the transfer car in, can reduce the work load of rescue personnel, the guardrail 49 that sets up can avoid the rescue personnel to drop when the device removes, the handle 52 that sets up makes the rescue personnel can keep steady when operating operation panel 51.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, one end of the stabilizing rod 44 is provided with a plurality of anti-slip grooves, and the anti-slip grooves can increase the stability of the abutting between the stabilizing rod 44 and the inner wall of the limiting groove 45, so as to further promote the stability of supporting the infusion rod 43.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the clamping block 47 includes two connected arc blocks, wherein an inner wall of one arc block is fixedly connected with an arc bump, the clamping block 47 can limit the infusion tube, and the specific operation mode is that the infusion tube is wound to an inner wall of the other end of the clamping block 47 along an outer wall of the infusion rod 43 from one end of the clamping block 47, and the set arc bump can further limit the infusion tube, so that the infusion tube is prevented from sliding out in the moving and transporting process.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the material of the second head strap 31 is a velcro, which is convenient to use and has a better effect.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the second connecting strip 12 is made of a magic tape, which is convenient to use and has a relatively good effect.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the first guard plate 32 and the second guard plate 35 are made of resin, and the strength of the resin is high, so that the support effect on the upper limb and the lower limb of the patient can be well achieved, and the stability of the upper limb and the lower limb of the patient in the transferring process is ensured.
According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, through the matched use of the first connecting strip, the first clamping ring and the second connecting strip, when a patient lies on the connecting sheet in use, one end of the second connecting strip can be adapted to penetrate through the first clamping ring and then be stuck, so that the limit of the head, the upper abdomen, the buttocks and the lower limbs of the patient is realized, the limit effect of the patient is achieved, the bump of the patient when the patient walks on a field with uneven roads can be reduced by using the crawler wheels, and the secondary injury to the patient is reduced as much as possible.
Through the spacing subassembly that sets up, when using, open tapered end and hasp, rotate and open the third backup pad, remove the restriction to the telescopic link, pulling second support frame removes, when the other end and the second backup pad butt to the telescopic link, rotate first support frame and second support frame, the second support frame supports the inner wall that receives the indentation first support frame with ground, first support frame is located the back of patient's on side, place patient's side on the connection piece, the rescue personnel lifts up the patient and rotates first support frame and second support frame simultaneously, make the patient keep the level, horizontal migration patient pulls first support frame and second support frame simultaneously, thereby first support frame and second support frame resume the normal position, thereby telescopic link and first support plate and second support plate joint again, rotatable third support plate, lock tapered end and hasp locking, reach the spacing effect to first support frame and second support frame, can guarantee the stability of first support frame and second support frame in the transportation to a certain extent, further reduce the patient because the second injury that first support frame and second support frame rocked the production, the stability of first support frame and second support frame use has been promoted, the rescue personnel handling injury to the further can be reduced to the wounded in the reduction of the wounded person in the transportation process as far as possible.
Through the fixing component, when in use, for a patient with four limbs or head injury, the head of the patient can be placed between the two head fixing rings, the first head strap and the second head strap are respectively sleeved with the two head fixing rings, the second head strap passes through the second clamping ring around the head of the patient and is reversely stuck to the top of the second head strap, thereby realizing the fixation and the limit of the head of the patient, effectively avoiding the secondary injury of the head of the patient caused by jolt, for the patient with upper limb injury, the first guard plate can be sleeved outside the upper limb of the patient, the first guard plate is placed at a designated position, the first connecting belts at the two sides of the first guard plate pass through the upper limb fixing rings and are tied above the upper limb of the patient, the second connecting belts at the two sides of the first guard plate are tied above the upper limb of the patient, the fixing and limiting of the upper limb of the patient are effectively realized, the secondary injury to the upper limb caused by jolt of the patient with the upper limb injury is avoided, for the patient with the lower limb injury, the second guard plate is sleeved outside the lower limb with the lower limb injury, the third connecting belts on the two sides penetrate through the lower limb fixing ring and are tied above the lower limb of the patient, the fourth connecting belts are tied above the lower limb of the patient, the fixing and limiting of the lower limb with the lower limb injury to the patient is effectively realized, the secondary injury to the damaged lower limb with jolt of the patient in the transportation process is avoided, for the person without the second guard plate and the first guard plate, the first guard plate and the second guard plate can be placed into the second storage box and the first storage box for storage, the limiting of the first guard plate and the second guard plate is realized by using the mesh and the hook on the protection net for the hanging connection, the storage mode is simple, the first guard plate and the second guard plate can be prevented from being in the way for wounded persons who do not need to use the first guard plate and the second guard plate.
Through the transfusion rod that sets up, when using, some wounded need stand horse transfusion, rotatable transfusion rod makes the transfusion rod rotate to vertical direction by the horizontal direction on, rotate the firm pole and make the one end of firm pole and the inner wall butt of spacing groove, further strengthen the supporting effect to the transfusion rod, take place to rock when avoiding the transfusion rod to use, hang the infusion area on the spacing hook, walk around the one end of fixture block with the transfer line, rotate the inner wall of the other end of fixture block, realize the spacing effect to the transfer line, stability protection when infusing to the transfer line, avoid the transfer line to take place to rock when transporting wounded and lead to the transfer line internal air intake.
Through the operation panel that sets up, can control the removal of track wheel, the track wheel that sets up can increase the area of contact with the earth's surface, effectively reduce the problem of jolting of non-smooth ground transportation in-process, stability to wounded transportation when further hoisting device uses, after transporting the wounded to the transfer car (buggy), adaptable operation panel control lift rises to certain altitude again with the patient from the stretcher transport to in the transfer car (buggy), or remove the restriction of first support frame and second support frame, with wounded and first support frame and the whole transport of second support frame to in the transfer car (buggy), can reduce rescue personnel's work load, the guardrail of setting can avoid the rescue personnel to drop when the device removes, the handle of setting makes rescue personnel can keep steadily when operating the operation panel.

Claims (10)

1. A transport stretcher, characterized by comprising:
the crawler wheel is provided with a mounting frame, the mounting frame is fixedly connected with a lifter, the lifting end of the lifter is fixedly connected with a fixing plate, and the top of the fixing plate is fixedly connected with a backing plate;
the fixing plate is provided with a first support frame, one end of the first support frame is connected with a second support frame in a telescopic manner, two sides of the inner wall of the first support frame and two sides of the inner wall of the second support frame are fixedly connected with a pair of telescopic rods, the first support frame and the second support frame are sleeved with the same connecting sheet, the first support frame is sleeved with a plurality of first connecting strips, one end of each first connecting strip is fixedly connected with a first clamping ring, and the second support frame is sleeved with a plurality of second connecting strips;
the top of the connecting sheet is fixedly connected with a pair of head fixing rings, two sides of the top of the connecting sheet are fixedly connected with a plurality of pairs of upper limb fixing rings, and two sides of the top of the connecting sheet are fixedly connected with a plurality of pairs of lower limb fixing rings;
the device further comprises a limiting assembly, wherein the limiting assembly is used for limiting and stabilizing the first supporting frame and the second supporting frame;
the fixing assembly is used for reinforcing limbs of a patient;
the infusion device also comprises an infusion assembly, wherein the infusion assembly is used for fixing and limiting an infusion belt to be infused;
the crawler wheel and the elevator are controlled by the control assembly.

The transporting stretcher according to claim 1, wherein the limiting component comprises a first supporting rod fixedly connected to two sides of the top of the connecting piece, the top of the first supporting rod is fixedly connected with a first supporting plate, two sides of the top of the connecting piece are respectively fixedly connected with a pair of second supporting rods and a third supporting rod, the top of the second supporting rod is rotationally connected with a ball head, the ball head and the top of the third supporting rod are fixedly connected with a second supporting plate, one side of the top of the second supporting plate is rotationally connected with a third supporting plate, one side of the second supporting plate is fixedly connected with a lock head, one side of the third supporting plate is fixedly connected with a lock catch, the lock head is in locking connection with the lock catch, and the telescopic rod is placed on the inner walls of the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate.

The transport stretcher according to claim 1, wherein the fixing assembly comprises a first head strap sleeved with one of the head fixing rings, one end of the first head strap is fixedly connected with a second clamping ring, the other head fixing ring is sleeved with a second head strap, the second head strap is sleeved with the second clamping ring, a pair of first protection plates are arranged on the connecting pieces, a plurality of pairs of first connecting straps are fixedly connected to the outer walls of the first protection plates, a plurality of pairs of second connecting straps are fixedly connected to the outer walls of the first protection plates, a plurality of pairs of third connecting straps are fixedly connected to the outer walls of the second protection plates, a plurality of pairs of fourth connecting straps are fixedly connected to the outer walls of the second protection plates, the third connecting straps are sleeved with the lower limb fixing rings, a first storage box and a second storage box are fixedly connected to the connecting pieces, a plurality of second storage boxes are fixedly connected to one sides of the first storage boxes and one sides of the second storage boxes, a plurality of hooks are fixedly connected to the first protection boxes and one sides of the hooks, and the protection net are fixedly connected to the top of the hooks.

The transport stretcher according to claim 1, wherein the transfusion assembly comprises a placement box fixedly connected to one side of the bottom of the connecting piece, a transfusion rod is rotatably connected to the inner wall of the placement box, a fixing rod is rotatably connected to the inner wall of the placement box, a limit groove is formed in the transfusion rod, the fixing rod is clamped with the limit groove, a limit hook is fixedly connected to one end of the transfusion rod, and a pair of clamping blocks are fixedly connected to the outer wall of the transfusion rod.

The transport stretcher according to claim 1, wherein the control assembly comprises a pedal fixedly connected with one side of the mounting frame, a guardrail is fixedly connected to the top of the pedal, a connecting rod is fixedly connected to the top of the pedal, an operation table is fixedly connected to the top of the connecting rod, handles are fixedly connected to two sides of the operation table, a controller is arranged in the operation table, the controller is electrically connected with the crawler wheel, and the controller is electrically connected with the lifter.
6. The transporting stretcher according to claim 4, wherein a plurality of anti-skid grooves are provided at one end of the stabilizing rod.
7. The transporting stretcher according to claim 4, wherein the clamping block comprises two connected arc-shaped blocks, wherein the inner wall of one arc-shaped block is fixedly connected with an arc-shaped protruding block.
8. A transporting stretcher according to claim 3 characterized in that the material of the second belt for the head is velcro.
