Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a lamp 100 according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the lamp 100 is a recessed down lamp, and a main body portion thereof is cylindrical. The lamp 100 has opposite front and rear ends in its axial direction, the front end being used for light extraction. In the present embodiment, the front end of the lamp 100 faces in the direction indicated by the arrow f in the figure, that is, downward; the rear end of the luminaire 100 faces in the direction indicated by arrow e in the figure, i.e. upwards. The outer circumferential surface of the lamp 100 is convexly provided with a stop part 110 along the radial direction of the lamp 100, and the stop part 110 is arranged around the circumferential direction of the lamp 100 and is positioned at the front end of the lamp 100. The stopping part 110 is in an annular plate structure and can be abutted against the lower surface of the base plate 020 after the lamp 100 is embedded into the mounting hole 021; and the stopper 110 can shield the edge of the mounting hole 021 to improve the aesthetic degree. The outer peripheral surface of the lamp 100 is further provided with a positioning boss 130, the positioning boss 130 extends around the circumferential direction of the lamp 100, a positioning groove 140 is formed between the positioning boss 130 and the stop portion 110, and the positioning groove 140 can be matched with a positioning arm 230 (see fig. 3) in the lamp fixing device 200. In alternative embodiments, the positioning groove 140 may be formed not by the positioning boss 130 and the stop portion 110, but may be formed separately on the outer peripheral surface of the lamp 100.
In this embodiment, the outer peripheral side of the lamp 100 is further provided with mounting tables, the number and positions of which correspond to the lamp fixing device 200. The mounting table is used to fixedly mount the mating member 240 (see fig. 3) in the luminaire fixture 200. Of course, in alternative embodiments, the mounting table may be omitted, and the fitting 240 is fixed by disposing holes on the outer peripheral surface of the lamp 100.
FIG. 3 is an assembled schematic view of a lamp fixture 200 according to an embodiment of the present application; FIG. 4 is a first exploded view of a light fixture 200 in one embodiment of the present application; fig. 5 is a second exploded view of a luminaire fixture 200 according to one embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the lamp fixture device 200 provided in the embodiment of the present application includes a fixture 210 and a mating member 240, wherein the fixture 210 is used for being mounted on a substrate 020, and the mating member 240 is used for being mounted on an outer peripheral surface of the lamp 100.
In the present embodiment, the fixing member 210 includes a clamping structure 220 and at least one pair of positioning arms 230 connected to the clamping structure 220. The clamping structure 220 is used to clamp the inner edge of the mounting hole 021 in the first direction. Specifically, the clamping structure 220 includes a transition portion 223, a first clamping portion 221 and a second clamping portion 222, where the first clamping portion 221 and the second clamping portion 222 are respectively disposed at opposite ends of the transition portion 223 in the first direction, and the first clamping portion 221 and the second clamping portion 222 are respectively used for abutting against opposite sides of the substrate 020 in the first direction. In the present embodiment, the first clamping portion 221 is used to abut against the upper surface of the substrate 020, and the second clamping portion 222 is used to abut against the lower surface of the substrate 020.
In the present embodiment, the clamping structure 220 has a certain elasticity, that is, the first clamping portion 221 and the second clamping portion 222 can spontaneously generate the clamping force in the first direction, so as to ensure that the fixing member 210 can be stably maintained at the inner edge position of the mounting hole 021. The first clamping portion 221 and the second clamping portion 222 can be far away from and close to each other to a certain extent in the first direction, so that the clamping structure 220 can adapt to the substrates 020 with different thicknesses to a certain extent, and the adaptability between the fixing member 210 and the substrates 020 is improved.
In the embodiment of the present application, two positioning arms 230 belonging to the same pair are respectively connected to opposite sides of the clamping structure 220 in a second direction (i.e. a direction indicated by an arrow ab in the drawing), and the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction. One end of the positioning arm 230 is connected to the holding structure 220, and the other end extends around a circumference of a reference line (a dashed line L in the drawing) parallel to the first direction, and the positioning arm 230 is configured to abut against an outer circumferential side of the lamp 100 in a radial direction of the lamp 100. Specifically, the positioning arms 230 are connected to opposite sides of the transition portion 223 in the second direction.
In the present embodiment, the extending directions of the two positioning arms 230 are opposite in the circumferential direction around the reference line, so that the two positioning arms 230 in a pair can radially abut against the outer circumferential side of the lamp 100 in a "encircling" posture, so as to realize the limitation of the radial position of the lamp 100, and thus the lamp 100 is easy to be located at the center position of the mounting hole 021 under the positioning action of the positioning arms 230 after being mounted in the mounting hole 021. In the present embodiment, the two positioning arms 230 belonging to the same pair are symmetrically disposed on opposite sides of the clamping structure 220 in the second direction, so that the centering effect of the lamp 100 can be better ensured.
In this embodiment, the positioning arm 230 may have elasticity, and the positioning arm 230 may radially abut against the outer peripheral surface of the lamp 100 under the action of the elasticity. Further, the positioning arm 230 may be an arc spring, so that the outer peripheral surface of the lamp 100 can be better adapted, and the stability of the lamp 100 is improved. By providing the positioning arm 230 with elasticity such that it can fit more sizes of the luminaire 100, the fit of the luminaire fixture 200 is improved; and when abutting against the lamp 100, the two positioning arms 230 have a tendency to hug radially inwards, so that the stability of the lamp 100 is improved. The positioning arm 230 may be made of steel sheet or other material with good elasticity.
It should be appreciated that in alternative other embodiments, the positioning arms 230 may be plastic to allow their shape to be adjusted to adjust the amount of clamping space created by the two positioning arms 230. Such as cast iron sheet. In this case, the positions of the two positioning arms 230 can be adjusted by hand-pulling to accommodate different sizes of the lamps 100. It should be appreciated that the positioning arm 230 having plastic properties may be less elastic and more plastic.
In the present embodiment, the fixing member 210 is provided with only two positioning arms 230 in a pair, and the positioning arms 230 abut against the bottom of the positioning groove 140 of the lamp 100 when abutting against the lamp 100. By having the positioning arm 230 cooperate with the positioning groove 140, the position of the luminaire 100 in the first direction (vertical direction) can be defined. In alternative embodiments, the support force in the first direction of the luminaire 100 may be provided by the positioning arm 230. For example, after the positioning arm 230 abuts against the bottom of the positioning slot 140, it abuts against a side wall (formed by the positioning protrusion on the lamp 100) of the positioning slot 140, so as to provide an upward supporting force for the lamp 100.
Further, in the present embodiment, the clamping structure 220 is further provided with a supporting portion 226, and the supporting portion 226 is used for providing a supporting force along the first direction to the lamp 100. Specifically, the supporting portion 226 is disposed at the transition portion 223 and protrudes along a side of the third direction along the reference line, that is, protrudes toward the direction along which the mating member 240 is located. The third direction (i.e., the direction indicated by the cd arrow in the figure) is perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction.
In the present embodiment, two supporting portions 226 are disposed on the clamping structure 220, and the two supporting portions 226 are disposed at intervals in the second direction. By providing two support portions 226 spaced apart from each other, the lamp 100 can be supported at two positions, and the supporting effect is better.
Specifically, the transition portion 223 includes two transition sideboards 224 and one transition middle board 225 disposed side by side along the second direction, the transition middle board 225 is disposed between the two transition sideboards 224, one ends of the transition sideboards 224 and the transition middle board 225 in the first direction are both connected to the first clamping portion 221, and a part of the transition sideboards 224 arches along the third direction to form a supporting portion 226.
In this embodiment, the entire mount 210 is integrally formed, and each structure thereon may be formed by stamping using a single sheet of material. For example, in the present embodiment, the transition sideboard 224 is bent during the stamping process to form the supporting portion 226; the first clamping portion 221 is formed by bending the plate ends of the transition side plates 224 and the transition middle plate 225. In this embodiment, the transition middle plate 225 has a certain angle to form an arch, the transition sideboard 224 is bent to form the supporting portion 226, and the transition sideboard 224 and the transition middle plate 225 both have a certain elasticity, so that the transition sideboard 224 and the transition middle plate 225 can be extended in the first direction to meet the clamping space required by the thicker substrate 020.
In the present embodiment, the supporting portion 226 is a main source of supporting force of the lamp 100 in the vertical direction; in alternative other embodiments, the support 226 may be omitted if the positioning arm 230 is used to provide upward support force for the luminaire 100.
In the present embodiment, the mating member 240 is used for fixedly connecting the lamp 100, specifically, the mounting boss 120 on the lamp 100. The engaging member 240 is provided with an engaging portion 241, and the supporting portion 226 is configured to abut against the engaging portion 241 to provide a supporting force to the engaging member 240 along a first direction, so as to indirectly provide an upward supporting force to the lamp 100.
Fig. 6 is a cross-sectional view of a luminaire fixture 200 according to one embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 3 to 6, in the present embodiment, the fitting portion 241 protrudes toward the fixing member 210 in the third direction. The mating portion 241 has a mating surface 242 on one side in the first direction, and a guiding slope 243 on the other side, and the mating surface 242 is used for abutting against the supporting portion 226. In actual use, the guide slope 243 is on the upper side of the engaging portion 241, the engaging surface 242 is on the lower side of the engaging portion 241, and the engaging surface 242 is in contact with the supporting portion 226 downward. The guide ramp 243 is inclined to the first direction such that the support 226 is able to slide on the guide ramp 243 when the mating element 240 is moved in the first direction relative to the fixing element 210. Specifically, when the engaging member 240 moves upward with the lamp 100, the supporting portion 226 can abut against the guiding slope 243 and slide on the guiding slope 243, during which the supporting portion 226 and/or the engaging portion 241 will elastically deform, and after the supporting portion 226 passes over the engaging portion 241, the supporting portion 226 abuts against the engaging surface 242 of the engaging portion 241.
Further, the fitting 240 further includes two spacing portions 244 disposed at intervals, the two spacing portions 244 are disposed at intervals in the second direction, and the fitting portion 241 is disposed between the two spacing portions 244. When the supporting portion 226 abuts against the mating portion 241, the two limiting portions 244 are respectively located at opposite sides of the supporting portion 226 in the second direction, so as to limit the supporting portion 226 in a limiting space between the two limiting portions 244. By providing two limiting portions 244, the lamp 100 can be prevented from rotating around its own axis to lose the supporting function of the supporting portion 226.
Further, the fitting 240 is further provided with a fitting hole 245, and the fitting hole 245 can be matched with a screw to fix the fitting 240 on the lamp 100. It should be appreciated that the mating member 240 may also be attached to the light fixture 100 by riveting, welding, or the like.

When the lamp 100 is inserted, the fitting portion 241 of the fitting 240 needs to be aligned with the supporting portion 226 of the fixing member 210 so that the supporting portion 226 can enter into the limiting space between the two limiting portions 244. During insertion of the luminaire 100, the support 226 first abuts against the guide ramp 243 of the mating portion 241, as the mating portion 241 continues to move upwards, the support 226 slides on the guide ramp 243. The supporting portion 226 and/or the mating portion 241 may elastically deform during the sliding process, and after the supporting portion 226 passes over the mating portion 241, the supporting portion 226 abuts against the mating surface 242 of the mating portion 241. At this time, the stopper 110 is almost adhered to the lower surface of the base plate 020, thereby completing the installation.
Therefore, the installation process is simple and easy to realize, and the operation efficiency is improved. And in the insertion process of the lamp 100 and after the lamp 100 is installed in place, the positioning arm 230 can be always abutted against the outer peripheral side of the lamp 100, so that the axis of the lamp 100 is prevented from being excessively deviated from the axis of the mounting hole 021, the lamp 100 is easy to keep in a centered position, and the problem of difficulty in centering the lamp 100 in the prior art is solved. In addition, the lamp assembly 010 can adapt to more mounting holes 021 in size, and the labor hour waste caused by frequent switching of the hole digger during construction is avoided. The lamp fixing device 200 can be suitable for lamps 100 with different sizes, and has strong universality.
