Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of chemical industry, and particularly relates to a waterproof coiled material hot melt adhesive tape, a waterproof coiled material and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The waterproof coiled material is a coiled sheet waterproof material, and is an important building material product capable of resisting external rainwater and underground water leakage after being used. The asphalt waterproof coiled material is a coiled sheet waterproof material which is prepared by dipping asphalt on a base tyre and then spreading powdery or sheet isolating materials on the surface, and the wide application is realized at present.
However, in the laying process of the asphalt waterproof coiled material, on one hand, the asphalt waterproof coiled material can be laid after being heated, and open fire operation is used, so that fire and safety accidents are extremely easy to cause; on the other hand, the VOC substances in the asphalt waterproof coiled material volatilize due to heating and temperature rise, so that the environment is polluted. Self-adhesive bitumen rolls are therefore available, but the self-adhesive bitumen rolls have low initial tack and poor adhesion. Hot melt adhesives are therefore often applied on the basis of self-adhesive bitumen rolls to enhance the adhesion of the bitumen rolls.
However, a certain amount of small molecular substances or hybrid substances such as waste engine oil, waste heat conduction oil, old tire rubber powder and the like are generally added into the modified asphalt adhesive layer coated in the self-adhesive asphalt coiled material, and the migration and permeation of the modified asphalt adhesive layer can cause swelling and dissolution of the hot melt adhesive layer, so that the adhesive property is greatly reduced along with the time. Therefore, how to overcome the damage of the waste engine oil and the waste heat conduction oil to the hot melt adhesive is a problem to be solved.

Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the present invention will be clearly and completely described in the following in connection with specific embodiments. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are merely some, but not all, embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
The self-adhesive glue layer of the asphalt-based self-adhesive waterproof coiled material is easy to be migrated and permeated by small molecular substances or hybrid substances such as waste engine oil, waste heat conducting oil, old tire rubber powder and the like in the modified asphalt glue layer, and the substances permeate into the self-adhesive glue layer to enable the self-adhesive glue layer to swell and dissolve, so that the bonding performance of the self-adhesive glue is greatly reduced along with the time, and the asphalt-based waterproof coiled material is easy to fall off and has short service life. Aiming at the problems, the hot melt adhesive tape for the waterproof coiled material can prevent the migration and permeation of small molecular substances or hybrid substances such as waste engine oil, waste heat conducting oil, rubber powder of old tires and the like, and prolong the service life of the asphalt-based waterproof coiled material.

(1) Barrier test
Taking 20 thermoplastic square plastic containers with covers of the same type of the same manufacturer, and randomly dividing the containers into 4 groups of 4 thermoplastic square plastic containers, wherein the blank groups are untreated containers; the group of examples 1-3 respectively spray-coating the self-adhesive glue of examples 1-3 on the inner wall of the container and the inner wall of the container cover to form a self-adhesive layer, and spray-coating the primer of examples 1-3 on the self-adhesive layer to form a primer layer to form a container with a waterproof coiled material hot melt adhesive tape; comparative example 1 group self-adhesive glue of comparative example 1 was sprayed on the inner wall of the container and the inner wall of the container cover to form a self-adhesive layer. Then, each group of containers is filled with engine oil, the containers are sealed by a cover, the weight m1 (g) of the containers is weighed, the weight m2 (g) of the barrel is tested after the containers are placed for 30 days at 50 ℃, the permeation quantity (g) =m1-m 2, and the average value of 3 experimental results in each group is taken as the permeation quantity measurement value; the smaller the measured value of the permeation quantity, the better the barrier property against engine oil. The results are shown in Table 1:
table 1 barrier test results table
Example 1 | Example 2 | Example 3 | Comparative example 1 | Blank group | |
Oil penetration/g | 1.08 | 1.04 | 1.01 | 2.23 | 5.56 |
As apparent from Table 1, the oil permeation amount of the container without the adhesive coating was 5.56g, while the oil permeation amount of the container with the waterproof roll hot-melt adhesive tape of examples 1 to 3 was only about 1g, which indicates that the waterproof roll hot-melt adhesive tapes of examples 1 to 3 had a good oil barrier property. The container of comparative example 1 was coated with only a self-adhesive layer, without a primer layer, and the oil penetration amount reached 2.23g, which was more than doubled with respect to 1.08 of the container of example 1, indicating that the primer layer plays a significant role in blocking oil penetration.
(2) Peel strength test
The testing method comprises the following steps: the peel strength of the aluminum sheet before aging was measured according to 5.12.2 in GB/23441-2009 standard, and the peel strength of the aluminum sheet after aging was measured according to 5.16 and also according to 5.12.2.
Group of examples: the waterproof rolls of examples 4-7;
comparative example group: waterproof rolls of comparative examples 2 to 3, and asphalt rolls commercially available
The peel strength test results are shown in table 2:
table 2 results of the peel strength test of aluminum plate
From the test results of the peel strength of the aluminum plate in table 2, it can be seen that: the aluminum sheet glass of examples 4-7 was not much different in strength, indicating that the direct spray coating and the bonding using the waterproof roll hot melt adhesive tapes of examples 1-3 of the present invention had the same adhesive effect, and the peel strength was not much changed before and after aging, indicating that excellent adhesion was still achieved after aging. In contrast, comparative examples 1 to 2 did not contain a primer layer, and the peel strength before aging was lower than that of the waterproof rolls of examples 4 to 7, and in particular, after aging, the peel strength was less than the original 30%, showing an excellent effect of the primer layer against aging. The bottom adhesive layer can be used for blocking adverse effects on the self-adhesive layer caused by migration and diffusion of the impurity micromolecule substances such as the waste engine oil and the waste heat conducting oil in the asphalt layer, so that the self-adhesive property is not affected.
The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, but any insubstantial changes and substitutions made by those skilled in the art on the basis of the present invention are intended to be within the scope of the present invention as claimed.
