A preparation process of high-performance wet-mixed plastering mortar comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing raw material components in parts by weight, mixing and stirring 260 parts of water, 75 parts of fly ash, 35 parts of calcium powder, 1510 parts of fine aggregate and 270 parts of high-concentration sewage for 40s to obtain a mixture;
s2, adding 5 parts of plastic retention agent, 14 parts of water reducer and 3 parts of coagulant into the mixture, and continuously mixing and stirring for 120 seconds to obtain the high-performance wet-mixing plastering mortar.
Wet-mixing plastering mortar performance detection
Detecting the water retention rate, the consistency and the setting time of mortar according to a test method in JG/T230-2007 premixed mortar;
detecting the strength of cement mortar 28d according to the specification in GB3183-2003 masonry cement;
the 14d tensile bond strength of mortar was measured by the 8-letter method of Xiaojian et al, and the measurement results are shown in table 1 below:

Analysis of results:
it can be seen from table 1 that the water retention rate in examples 1 to 3 can reach more than 89%, while the water retention rate in comparative example 1 is less than 89%, which means that the addition of the polymer modifier can effectively improve the water retention rate of the mortar, and the proportion among cement, fine aggregate, polymer modifier, plasticizer, water reducer and setting agent will affect the comprehensive performance of the mortar, and can also improve the cohesiveness of the mortar, with better water retention, the addition of the cohesive component can improve the cohesive strength of the mortar, improve the cohesive force between the mortar and the base layer, and thus reduce the possibility of falling off of the mortar.

Claims (8)
1. The high-performance wet-mixed plastering mortar is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 240-260 parts of cement, 65-75 parts of fly ash, 25-35 parts of calcium powder, 1285-1510 parts of fine aggregate, 250-270 parts of high-concentration sewage, 18-26 parts of polymer modifier, 3-5 parts of plastic retention agent, 10-14 parts of water reducer and 1-3 parts of coagulant.
2. The high-performance wet-mixed plastering mortar according to claim 1, comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 240 parts of cement, 65 parts of fly ash, 25 parts of calcium powder, 1285 parts of fine aggregate, 250 parts of high-concentration sewage, 18 parts of polymer modifier, 3 parts of plastic retention agent, 10 parts of water reducer and 1 part of setting modifier.
3. The high-performance wet-mixed plastering mortar according to claim 1, comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 250 parts of cement, 70 parts of fly ash, 30 parts of calcium powder, 1400 parts of fine aggregate, 260 parts of high-concentration sewage, 22 parts of polymer modifier, 4 parts of plastic retention agent, 12 parts of water reducer and 2 parts of setting modifier.

The high-performance wet-mixed plastering mortar according to claim 1, comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 260 parts of cement, 75 parts of fly ash, 35 parts of calcium powder, 1510 parts of fine aggregate, 270 parts of high-concentration sewage, 26 parts of polymer modifier, 5 parts of plastic retention agent, 14 parts of water reducer and 3 parts of setting modifier.
5. The high-performance wet-mixed plastering mortar according to claim 1, wherein the fine aggregate is composed of at least one of fine sand and medium sand, and the high-concentration sewage is high-concentration sewage recovered from the production of ready-mixed mortar.
6. The high performance wet-mix plastering mortar according to claim 1, wherein the polymer modifier comprises at least one of polybutadiene grafted polystyrene glycidyl methacrylate latex, acrylate emulsion, redispersible latex powder, styrene-butadiene latex and neoprene latex.

The high-performance wet-mixed plastering mortar according to claim 1, wherein the plastic retention agent is a compound mixture of methyl cellulose ether, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and hotplate glue, the compound ratio of the methyl cellulose ether, the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and the hotplate glue is 3:2:4, the coagulant is a compound mixture of white sugar, sucrose and sodium tripolyphosphate, and the compound ratio of the white sugar, the sucrose and the sodium tripolyphosphate is 2:2:1.
8. The preparation process of the high-performance wet-mixed plastering mortar is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
s1, weighing raw material components in parts by weight, mixing and stirring 240-260 parts of cement, 65-75 parts of fly ash, 25-35 parts of calcium powder, 1285-1510 parts of fine aggregate and 250-270 parts of high-concentration sewage for 20-40 s to obtain a mixture;
s2, adding 18-26 parts of polymer modifier, 3-5 parts of plastic retention agent, 10-14 parts of water reducer and 1-3 parts of coagulant into the mixture, and continuously mixing and stirring for 100-120 s to obtain the high-performance wet-mixing plastering mortar.
