The yarn winding machine of claim 1, wherein: the second yarn spreading wheel set comprises a second yarn spreading roller, a third yarn spreading roller and a fourth yarn spreading roller, wherein the second yarn spreading roller, the third yarn spreading roller and the fourth yarn spreading roller are rotationally connected with the rotary table, the second yarn spreading roller and the first yarn spreading roller are mutually parallel, and yarns sequentially bypass the second yarn spreading roller, the third yarn spreading roller and the fourth yarn spreading roller.
