Abstract
本发明提供一种用于电气施工的放线器,包括支撑座、施力杆、收紧器和托盘;支撑座包括轴承座和引线杆,轴承座中间位置设有固定孔,引线杆竖直固定设置在轴承座上且设有多个引线孔,施力杆从上到下依次包括把手、正向螺纹部分、反向螺纹部分和轴承盖,施力杆通过轴承插接在轴承座的固定孔中,收紧器包括正向螺帽、反向螺帽和折叠架,正向螺帽套设在正向螺纹部分上,反向螺帽套设在反向螺纹部分上,折叠架上端与正向螺帽侧面转动连接,折叠架下端与反向螺帽侧面转动连接,托盘可套设在折叠架的外周。本发明解决了多盘线缆同时引线时,线缆打结和相互缠绕的问题,还可将多盘线缆分别穿过不同的引线杆上不同的引线孔统一放线,提高放线效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及电气安装施工领域,尤其涉及一种用于电气施工的放线器。
背景技术
目前,在新建和老旧房屋改造施工工程中往往会涉及到电气和电信电缆铺设入户工作。电缆的铺设通常是由几根或几组导线同时施工,工作过程中容易出现线缆缠绕、打结的情况,导致放线工作进度迟缓,并且线盘上的电缆放空后不易更换新的线盘,严重影响布线的工作效率。因此,需要设计一种电气施工放线器。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的问题,本发明实施例提供了一种用于电气施工的放线器,包括支撑座、施力杆、收紧器和托盘;所述支撑座包括轴承座(11)和引线杆(12),所述轴承座(11)中间位置设有固定孔,所述引线杆(12)竖直固定设置在所述轴承座(11)上,所述引线杆(12)上设有多个引线孔,所述施力杆从上到下依次包括把手(21)、正向螺纹部分(22)、反向螺纹部分(23)和轴承盖(24),所述施力杆通过轴承(4)插接在所述轴承座(11)的固定孔中,所述收紧器包括正向螺帽(31)、反向螺帽(32)和折叠架(33),所述正向螺帽(31)套设在所述正向螺纹部分(22)上,所述反向螺帽(32)套设在所述反向螺纹部分(23)上,所述折叠架(33)上端与所述正向螺帽(31)侧面转动连接,所述折叠架(33)下端与所述反向螺帽(31)侧面转动连接,所述托盘可套设在所述折叠架(33)的外周。
可选的,所述轴承座(11)设有三个分叉,且分叉的夹角为120°。
可选的,所述折叠架(33)包括三组折叠杆,每组折叠杆包括上杆、中杆和下杆,上杆的底端和下杆的顶端均与中杆的中部转动连接,中杆为L型。
进一步地,所述托盘(5)上开设有与中杆尺寸相适配的滑道。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
首先,通过收紧器的收缩和扩张可以实现线盘的快速安装以及更换,提高效率;其次,通过托盘将不同线缆进行隔离,引线杆的设计可将多盘线缆分别穿过引线杆统一放线,解决了线缆放线时易出现线缆缠绕、打结问题,保证放线的通畅,提升了工作效率。

参阅图1-3,本发明实施例提供的一种用于电气施工的放线器,包括支撑座、施力杆、收紧器和托盘;所述支撑座包括轴承座11和引线杆12,所述轴承座11中间位置设有固定孔,所述引线杆12竖直固定设置在所述轴承座11上,所述引线杆12上设有多个引线孔,所述施力杆从上到下依次包括把手21、正向螺纹部分22、反向螺纹部分23和轴承盖24,所述施力杆通过轴承4插接在所述轴承座11的固定孔中,所述收紧器包括正向螺帽31、反向螺帽32和折叠架33,所述正向螺帽31套设在所述正向螺纹部分22上,所述反向螺帽32套设在所述反向螺纹部分23上,所述折叠架33上端与所述正向螺帽31侧面转动连接,所述折叠架33下端与所述反向螺帽31侧面转动连接,所述托盘可套设在所述折叠架33的外周。
优选的,所述轴承座11设有三个分叉,且分叉的夹角为120°。
优选的,所述折叠架33包括三组折叠杆,每组折叠杆包括上杆、中杆和下杆,上杆的底端和下杆的顶端均与中杆的中部转动连接,中杆为L型。
优选的,所述托盘5上开设有与中杆尺寸相适配的滑道。
当线缆敷设施工时,将电缆线盘的中心孔穿过施力杆和收紧器,将电缆线盘放置在托盘5上,根据施工需要,托盘5上可以同时放置多盘电缆,电缆与电缆之间需要增加一片托盘5进行隔离,防止电缆在释放过程中缠绕打结,然后将电缆头分别按照从上到下的顺序穿过引线杆12上的引线孔,转动施力杆的把手21,使得正向螺帽31和反向螺帽32向施力杆中间靠拢,通过折叠架33的上杆和下杆带动中杆由内向外扩展,中杆与多盘电缆紧密贴合将电缆紧固在此一种电气施工放线器,需要放线时,工人只需同时拉拽穿过引线杆12的电缆头,由于轴承4的作用电缆就会在放线器上转动放线。
本发明实施例的至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种用于电气施工的放线器,其特征在于:包括支撑座、施力杆、收紧器和托盘;所述支撑座包括轴承座(11)和引线杆(12),所述轴承座(11)中间位置设有固定孔,所述引线杆(12)竖直固定设置在所述轴承座(11)上,所述引线杆(12)上设有多个引线孔,所述施力杆从上到下依次包括把手(21)、正向螺纹部分(22)、反向螺纹部分(23)和轴承盖(24),所述施力杆通过轴承(4)插接在所述轴承座(11)的固定孔中,所述收紧器包括正向螺帽(31)、反向螺帽(32)和折叠架(33),所述正向螺帽(31)套设在所述正向螺纹部分(22)上,所述反向螺帽(32)套设在所述反向螺纹部分(23)上,所述折叠架(33)上端与所述正向螺帽(31)侧面转动连接,所述折叠架(33)下端与所述反向螺帽(31)侧面转动连接,所述托盘可套设在所述折叠架(33)的外周。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于电气施工的放线器,其特征在于:所述轴承座(11)设有三个分叉,且分叉的夹角为120°。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于电气施工的放线器,其特征在于:所述折叠架(33)包括三组折叠杆,每组折叠杆包括上杆、中杆和下杆,上杆的底端和下杆的顶端均与中杆的中部转动连接,中杆为L型。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于电气施工的放线器,其特征在于:所述托盘(5)上开设有与中杆尺寸相适配的滑道。
