The locking spring 432 is fixedly connected to one side of the locking bar 431 away from the slider 424, and one end of the locking bar 431 away from the slider 424 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the locking groove 16, where the locking spring 432 is used to drive the locking bar 431 to slide in a direction approaching to the slider 424. The electromagnet 433 is located at one side of the locking spring 432 and is fixedly connected with the bottom of the locking groove 16, the electromagnet 433 is electrically connected with the corresponding centering motor 321, the on-off state of the electromagnet 433 is consistent with the on-off state of the corresponding centering motor 321, when the centering motor 321 is electrified, the electromagnet 433 is electrified, and when the centering motor 321 is powered off, the electromagnet 433 is powered off.
When the roller ring clamping device is used, the sliding block 424 slides over the locking bar 431 through the saw teeth in the sliding process, the reset spring 4241 accumulates elastic force, and when the sliding block 424 stops sliding, the locking bar 431 limits the sliding block 424 to slide towards the direction close to the adjusting sleeve 31 through the saw teeth, so that the position of the sliding block 424 is convenient to fix, and the clamping of the fixed block 41 on the roller ring shaft is easy to stabilize; when the centering motor 321 is started, the electromagnet 433 is also electrified, the electromagnet 433 adsorbs the locking bar 431 into the locking groove 16, the locking spring 432 accumulates elastic force, the limitation of the locking bar 431 on the position of the sliding block 424 is released, the sliding block 424 slides to the adjusting sleeve 31 under the action of the elastic force of the return spring 4241, and meanwhile, the extrusion force of the fixed block 41 on the ring grinding shaft is released, so that the sliding block 424 is convenient to be matched with the centering motor 321 for automatic reset.
Referring to fig. 2, the compressing portion 44 includes a compressing bag 441 and an oil pipe 442, a space is reserved between the adjusting sleeve 31 and the mold main body 1, the compressing bag 441 is rectangular in bags and is curved in an arc shape, the radian of the compressing bag 441 is matched with the inner side wall of the mold main body 1, the compressing bag 441 is located between the adjusting sleeve 31 and the mold main body 1 and is fixedly connected with the mold main body 1, and the compressing bag 441 is made of elastic materials.
The oil pipe 442 is provided with two, and with two telescopic links 423 one-to-one, and oil pipe 442 is fixed wears to locate mould main part 1, and both ends communicate with the one end that compresses tightly bag 441 and telescopic link 423 are close to the live end respectively, and the space between one end that telescopic link 423 is close to the live end and the live end is in sealed state, compresses tightly the bag 441 and the telescopic link 423 and is close to the live end between the one end that the oil pipe 442 flows and has the compression medium. In this application, the compacting medium is air.
When in use, when the sliding block 424 drives the telescopic rod 423 to swing, the movable end of the telescopic rod 423 stretches out, the compressing medium is extruded into the compressing bag 441, the compressing bag 441 expands under the action of the compressing medium, the compressing bag 441 is tightly abutted on the adjusting sleeve 31, the adjusting sleeve 31 is fixed with the die main body 1, so that the die main body 1 is easy to form a whole when rotating, and the die main body 1 is easy to be in a stable state when grinding rings.
The implementation principle of the ring rolling machine die for flange symmetrical forging processing is as follows: when the chamfering machine is used, the measuring motor 23 is started, the measuring motor 23 drives the measuring rod 21 to abut against the end faces of flange blanks, the angle sensor 22 measures the rotating angle of the measuring rod 21 and outputs an angle signal to the controller 24, the controller 24 controls the centering motor 321 to start and turn according to the difference value of the two angle signals, the centering motor 321 drives the adjusting sleeve 31 to move on the ring rolling shaft through the driving gear 322 and the driving gear ring 323, the chamfering rib 12 is located at the middle position of the two end faces of the flange blanks, the ring rolling shaft drives the die body 1 to rotate, the die body 1 drives the sliding block 424 to slide through centrifugal force, the locking strip 431 fixes the sliding position of the sliding block 424, the sliding block 424 pushes the rubber block 411 on the fixing block 41 to squeeze on the ring rolling shaft through the telescopic rod 423, the connecting rod 422 and the driving rod 421, the movable end of the telescopic rod 423 synchronously squeezes a compacting medium into the compacting bag 441, the compacting bag 441 abuts against the adjusting sleeve 31, the die body 1 and the ring rolling shaft form a whole, the die body 1 is manufactured into two flanges at one time through the forming groove 11 and the rib 12, and accordingly the operation efficiency of the chamfering machine is improved.

Claims (10)

1. Ring rolling machine die for flange symmetrical forging processing is characterized by comprising:
the die comprises a die main body (1) which is annular and coaxially sleeved on a ring rolling shaft, wherein an annular forming groove (11) is formed in the middle of the side wall of the die main body (1), and an annular chamfering edge (12) is fixedly connected with the middle of the bottom of the forming groove (11);
the middle measuring component (2) is arranged on one side of the die main body (1) and is used for measuring the error of the distance between the chamfer edge (12) and the two end faces of the flange blank;
the centering component (3) is arranged between the die main body (1) and the ring rolling shaft and is used for being matched with the centering component (2) to enable the chamfering edges (12) to be located at the middle positions of two end faces of the flange blank.

The ring rolling machine die for flange symmetrical forging processing according to claim 1, wherein the centering component (2) comprises a measuring rod (21), an angle sensor (22) and a measuring motor (23), the measuring rod (21), the angle sensor (22) and the measuring motor (23) are respectively provided with two ends which are respectively positioned at one side of the die body (1), one end of the measuring rod (21) is hinged with the die body (1), the initial position is vertical to the axis of the die body (1), the angle sensor (22) is fixedly connected with the die body (1) and is used for measuring an angle signal of rotation of the measuring rod (21), the measuring motor (23) is fixedly connected with the die body (1), and an output shaft is fixedly connected with the measuring rod (21) through a hinge shaft of the measuring rod (21) and is used for driving the measuring rod (21) to rotate.

The ring rolling die for flange symmetrical forging processing according to claim 2, wherein the centering component (2) further comprises a controller (24), the controller (24) is fixedly connected to the die body (1) and is electrically connected with the angle sensor (22) and the centering component (3) respectively, and the controller (24) is responsive to an angle signal and is used for controlling the centering component (3) to enable the chamfering edges (12) to be located at the middle positions of two end faces of a flange blank.

A flange symmetrical ring rolling mill die for forging processing according to claim 3, wherein the centering component (3) comprises an adjusting sleeve (31) and a driving part (32), the adjusting sleeve (31) is sleeved on a ring rolling shaft and is in threaded connection with the ring rolling shaft, the die main body (1) is sleeved on the adjusting sleeve (31) and is in rotary connection with the adjusting sleeve (31), the driving part (32) is arranged on the die main body (1) and is electrically connected with the controller (24), and the driving part (32) is used for driving the adjusting sleeve (31) to rotate relative to the die main body (1) under the control of the controller (24).

The ring rolling machine die for flange symmetrical forging processing according to claim 4, wherein the driving part (32) comprises a centering motor (321), a driving gear (322) and a driving gear ring (323), the centering motor (321) is fixedly connected in a centering cavity (13) formed in the die main body (1), the driving gear (322) is coaxially and fixedly connected with an output shaft of the centering motor (321), the driving gear ring (323) is coaxially and fixedly connected with the adjusting sleeve (31) and meshed with the driving gear (322), the centering motor (321) is electrically connected with the controller (24), and the controller (24) is used for controlling starting, stopping and steering of the centering motor (321) according to a difference value of angle signals.

The ring rolling machine die for flange symmetrical forging processing according to claim 5, wherein the centering motors (321) are provided in a plurality, and are uniformly distributed around the axial direction of the die main body (1), the centering motors (321) are double-headed motors, two output shafts penetrate out of the end parts of the die main body (1), the output shafts of the centering motors (321) are rotationally connected with the die main body (1), the driving gears (322) are provided with a plurality of groups, and are in one-to-one correspondence with the centering motors (321), the number of the driving gears (322) in each group is two, and the driving gears (323) are respectively and fixedly connected with two conveying shafts of the centering motors (321), the driving gears (323) are respectively and coaxially connected with two ends of the adjusting sleeve (31), and the driving gears (323) are meshed with all the driving gears (322) at one end of the die main body (1).
