Example III
An old people intestinal tract cleaning agent comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
15% of Vaseline, 15% of glycerol, 6% of sorbitol, 25% of purslane juice, 15% of castor oil, 15% of emulsifying agent, 10% of vegetable oil, 15% of ethanol and the balance of purified water.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided a method for preparing the above-mentioned intestinal cleanser for the elderly.
As shown in fig. 1, a method for preparing an old people intestinal cleanser comprises the following steps:
s1: placing glycerol, castor oil and vegetable oil into a container, fully stirring, and dividing into two parts to obtain a lubricating mixture;
s2: continuously adding a part of lubricating mixture into vaseline and ethanol until the lubricating mixture is blended into a fine-crushing state;
s3: adding an emulsifying agent into the raw materials obtained in the step S2, and preparing a lubricating shell with a hollow sleeve structure and a lubricating block with a cylindrical structure matched with the lubricating shell in a hot melting mode;
s4: adding sorbitol, purslane juice and purified water into the other part of lubricating mixture, mixing and stirring, controlling the liquid to be easily stirred and adhered to a stirring device, and obtaining a mixed liquid;
s5: sleeving the inner wall of the lubricating shell 1 into a film 3, inserting a lubricating block 2 into the inner wall of the film 3, and sequentially injecting mixed liquid into the top of the lubricating block 2 and the inner wall of the lubricating shell 1, adding a barrier film 4, injecting mixed liquid into the mixed liquid, and adding a film 5 with holes to obtain a cleaning agent;
s6: the obtained cleaning agent is covered with a sealing film 6 to complete the preparation of the cleaning agent.
In this embodiment, in step S5, the length of the film 3 is the same as that of the lubrication casing 1, and a plurality of openings are formed in the outer wall of the film 3;
the bottom of the separation film 4 is provided with a pull rope 7, the pull rope 7 penetrates through the lubricating block 2 and extends out of the lubricating block 2, the pull rope 7 is provided with a plastic soft board 8 matched with the lubricating block 2 in shape, and the plastic soft board 8 is used for fixing and facilitating the control of the pulling of the pull rope 7.
The barrier film 4 and the perforated film 5 are connected with the film 3 by pressure lines, and the pressure lines are used for realizing that the barrier film 4 and the perforated film 5 can be separated from the film 3 by pulling.
In the specific implementation of the preparation, the length of the prepared cleaning agent can be lengthened or shortened in equal proportion according to the needs of patients.
When the device is used, a patient firstly enters a bath barrel to bath, after 5-15 minutes of bath, a medicament is taken off and a sealing film 6 is inserted into an affected part, the device is kept for about 30 seconds, a lubricant block 2 is pushed, the pushing length is controlled by a plastic soft plate 8 arranged on a pull rope, mixed liquor firstly enters an intestinal tract through the film 5 with holes, wherein the mixed liquor is partially mixed with a material of a lubricating shell 1 in the preparation and standing process, in addition, after the mixed liquor firstly enters the intestinal tract, the pressure is kept for about 10 seconds, after the mixed liquor at the top enters, a large amount of mixed liquor at the bottom can completely enter the intestinal tract by pulling the pull rope 7, after the pressure is kept for about 45-80 seconds, the lubricant block 2 is pulled out through the pull rope 7, negative pressure is generated in the process that the lubricant block 2 is separated from the shell of the lubricant block 2, so that suction force is generated, and clean dirt is discharged, and the intestinal tract is cleaned.
It should be noted that the same procedure can be performed by wetting the affected part in advance without bathing.
The further explanation is that the mixed liquid in the cleaning agent can be taken out, purified water with twice the volume of the mixed liquid is added, white sugar is added for boiling, and the mixture is filtered and drunk on an empty stomach.
For a better understanding of the technical solution of the present invention, the following description is further given with reference to examples.
Comparative example: polyethylene glycol cleaners.
Patients were prepared for colonoscopy 8, aged 65-85 years, men 4, and women 4.
Conditions are as follows: the patient fasted the first night and was administered the detergent made according to embodiments of the present invention and used in a 1 dose per person, 6 hours before the diagnostic examination the next morning.
Wherein, the first grade refers to no fecal residue in the colorectal or a small amount of clear liquid. Grade B refers to a small amount of manure or a small amount of clear liquid, but does not affect the lens entering and observation. The third grade refers to that a moderate amount of fecal sewage is intermittently arranged in each section of the intestinal tract, and each section of the colon can be observed smoothly by suction and posture change without influencing the observation result. Ding Ji it means that the intestinal tract is not clean, has a large amount of turbid fecal water or loose stool, and cannot be observed smoothly by suction or posture change.
See in particular Table 1
TABLE 1
According to the cleaning agent, discomfort can be quickly relieved, good cleaning effect can be achieved, meanwhile, the cleaning agent prepared by the cleaning agent can be used independently by patients, and the cleaning agent has various application modes, so that the cleaning agent is more convenient to use and more friendly to the old.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art, who is within the scope of the present invention, should make equivalent substitutions or modifications according to the technical scheme of the present invention and the inventive concept thereof, and should be covered by the scope of the present invention.
