the main body is a U-shaped bite block and comprises a first end and a second end which are flush; the main body further comprises a first surface and a second surface which are oppositely arranged along a first direction, the first surface comprises a first area, the orthographic projection of the first area on a plane where the second surface is positioned is U-shaped, and the first area corresponds to the upper tooth position;
the pressing plate is positioned between the first end and the second end, one end of the pressing plate is connected with the first end, the other end of the pressing plate is connected with the second end, and a hollow area is enclosed by the pressing plate and the main body; the pressing plate comprises a third surface and a fourth surface which are oppositely arranged along the first direction, and the third surface is flush with the first surface;
the pulse stimulation electrode comprises a first pulse stimulation electrode, and the first pulse stimulation electrode is arranged on the third surface;
and the electronic equipment is electrically connected with the pulse stimulation electrode.

The communication controllable tongue root muscle pulse stimulation training snore stopper of claim 1, wherein the pulse stimulation electrode further comprises a second pulse stimulation electrode disposed on a side of the platen away from the hollowed-out area, the second pulse stimulation electrode being proximate to the third surface.

the boosting unit is respectively and electrically connected with the voltage stabilizing unit, the communication control unit and the frequency unit;
and the frequency unit is respectively and electrically connected with the boosting unit, the communication control unit and the electrode.

The communication controllable tongue root muscle pulse stimulation training snore stopper according to claim 1, wherein the first surface is provided with a groove, the orthographic projection of the groove on the plane of the second surface is in a U shape, and the groove is positioned in the first area;
