Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical appliances, in particular to a medical artificial ulnar joint prosthesis.
Background
Congenital superior ulnar fusion is a rare disease characterized by the fact that the proximal ends of the radius and ulna are in bony connection, so that the forearm is fixed at the pronation position and cannot be supinated. Described first by Saniford. Because the disease is a congenital disease with unknown reasons, patients often combine congenital postrotation muscular dysplasia and even deficiency, so that the effect of a simple separation operation is not satisfactory, and the rebusness is easy to occur. The existing operation mode can not restore the normal upper ulnar radial joint structure, and the existing operation method is adopted for treatment, so that only partial functions can be restored or the problems of unstable joints and the like exist.
Traumatic fracture of the small head of the radius, especially the fracture of the small head of the radius, has unsatisfactory treatment and prognosis effects, and often leaves the forearm or elbow joint movement disorder. The existing operation mode can not restore the normal upper ulnar and radial joint structure, is forced to cut the small head of the radius, is easy to cause eversion deformity of elbow joint after operation, and can only restore partial functions or has the problems of unstable joint and the like.
