Optionally, as shown in fig. 7, the embodiment of the present application further provides a communication device 70, including a processor 71, a memory 72, and a program or an instruction stored in the memory 72 and capable of running on the processor 71, where, for example, the communication device 70 is a terminal, the program or the instruction is executed by the processor 71 to implement each process of the communication method embodiment shown in fig. 2 and achieve the same technical effects.
Fig. 8 is a schematic hardware structure of a terminal implementing an embodiment of the present application.
The terminal 1000 includes, but is not limited to: radio frequency unit 1001, network module 1002, audio output unit 1003, input unit 1004, sensor 1005, display unit 1006, user input unit 1007, interface unit 1008, memory 1009, and processor 1010.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that terminal 1000 can also include a power source (e.g., a battery) for powering the various components, which can be logically connected to processor 1010 by a power management system so as to perform functions such as managing charge, discharge, and power consumption by the power management system. The terminal structure shown in fig. 8 does not constitute a limitation of the terminal, and the terminal may include more or less components than shown, or may combine certain components, or may be arranged in different components, which will not be described in detail herein.
It should be understood that in the embodiment of the present application, the input unit 1004 may include a graphics processor (Graphics Processing Unit, GPU) 10041 and a microphone 10042, and the graphics processor 10041 processes image data of still pictures or videos obtained by an image capturing device (such as a camera) in a video capturing mode or an image capturing mode. The display unit 1006 may include a display panel 10061, and the display panel 10061 may be configured in the form of a liquid crystal display, an organic light emitting diode, or the like. The user input unit 1007 includes a touch panel 10071 and other input devices 10072. The touch panel 10071 is also referred to as a touch screen. The touch panel 10071 can include two portions, a touch detection device and a touch controller. Other input devices 10072 may include, but are not limited to, a physical keyboard, function keys (e.g., volume control keys, switch keys, etc.), a trackball, a mouse, a joystick, and so forth, which are not described in detail herein.
In this embodiment, after receiving downlink data from a network side device, the radio frequency unit 1001 processes the downlink data with the processor 1010; and, the uplink data is transmitted to the base station. In general, the radio frequency unit 1001 includes, but is not limited to, an antenna, at least one amplifier, a transceiver, a coupler, a low noise amplifier, a duplexer, and the like.
The memory 1009 may be used to store software programs or instructions and various data. The memory 1009 may mainly include a storage program or instruction area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program or instruction area may store an operating system, an application program or instruction (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.) required for at least one function, and the like. In addition, the Memory 1009 may include a high-speed random access Memory, and may also include a nonvolatile Memory, wherein the nonvolatile Memory may be a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Programmable ROM (PROM), an Erasable Programmable ROM (EPROM), an Electrically Erasable Programmable EPROM (EEPROM), or a flash Memory. Such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid-state storage device.
The processor 1010 may include one or more processing units; alternatively, the processor 1010 may integrate an application processor that primarily processes operating systems, user interfaces, and applications or instructions, etc., with a modem processor that primarily processes wireless communications, such as a baseband processor. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into the processor 1010.
In one embodiment of the present application, the radio frequency unit 1001 is configured to obtain target information;
and a processor 1010, configured to determine a relay communication service between the relay terminal and a remote terminal based on the target information, and perform a target operation associated with the emergency relay communication service if the relay communication service is the emergency relay communication service.
Further, the target operation includes at least one of:
setting the type of a registration request as a first type, wherein the first type is used for indicating that the type of the registration request is urgent;
setting the type of the service request as a second type, wherein the second type is used for indicating that the type of the service request is urgent;
setting the type of the PDU session request as a third type, wherein the third type is used for indicating that the type of the PDU session request is urgent;
Setting the type of the access layer signaling message as a fourth type, wherein the fourth type is used for indicating that the type of the access layer signaling message is urgent.
Further, the processor 1010 is further configured to perform a target operation associated with the emergency relay communication service according to a terminal status.
Further, in the case that the relay terminal is in mobility restriction, the target operation further includes at least one of:
performing a relay discovery process;
executing a relay link establishment process;
the relay link connection is maintained.
Further, in the case that the relay terminal is in a congestion control state, the target operation further includes at least one of:
performing a relay discovery process;
executing a relay link establishment process;
stopping the backoff timer;
the relay link connection is maintained.
Further, the target information is determined according to network side equipment configuration or pre-configuration;
the target information is used for indicating at least one of the following:
the type of the relay communication service associated with the target relay service code RSC includes a fifth type for indicating that the type of the relay communication service is urgent;
the DNN information associated with the target RSC comprises first emergency service information;
The slice information associated with the target RSC comprises second emergency service information;
the type of PDU session request associated with the target RSC includes a third type for indicating that the type of PDU session request is urgent;
the target RSC is an RSC dedicated to emergency relay communication traffic, wherein the target RSC is an RSC associated with relay communication traffic between the relay terminal and the remote terminal.
Further, the first emergency service information includes at least one of:
emergency relay communication service indication, emergency service type, emergency service identification and DNN indication information;
wherein the DNN indication information indicates a DNN for an emergency relay communication service.
Further, the second emergency service information includes at least one of:
emergency relay communication service indication, emergency service type, emergency service identification and slice indication information;
wherein the slice indication information indicates a slice for emergency relay communication traffic.
Further, the target information is sent by the remote terminal, wherein the target information comprises at least one of the following:
emergency relay communication service indication, emergency service type, emergency service identification, DNN indication information, slice indication information and RSC indication information;
Wherein the DNN indication information indicates a DNN for an emergency relay communication service;
the slice indication information indicates a slice for emergency relay communication service;
the RSC indication information indicates an RSC dedicated to emergency relay communication traffic.
Further, the target information is carried in at least one of:
a relay discovery request message;
relay discovery accept message;
directly establishing a request message;
directly establishing an acceptance message;
in the sidelink access stratum message.
Further, the target information is obtained by the relay terminal by monitoring a relay discovery request message and/or a direct establishment request message of the remote terminal.
In another embodiment of the present application, the radio frequency unit 1001 is configured to send target information, where the target information is used to determine that a relay communication service between a relay terminal and the remote terminal is an emergency relay communication service.
Further, the target information includes at least one of:
emergency relay communication service indication, emergency service type, emergency service identification, DNN indication information, slice indication information and RSC indication information;
wherein the DNN indication information indicates a DNN for an emergency relay communication service;
The slice indication information indicates a slice for emergency relay communication service;
the RSC indication information indicates an RSC dedicated to emergency relay communication traffic.
Further, the target information is carried in at least one of:
a relay discovery request message;

The terminal 1000 provided in the foregoing embodiments can implement each process implemented by each method embodiment and achieve the same technical effects, and in order to avoid repetition, a description is omitted here.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a readable storage medium, where a program or an instruction is stored, and when the program or the instruction is executed by a processor, the program or the instruction implement each process of the method embodiment shown in fig. 2 or fig. 3, and the same technical effects can be achieved, so that repetition is avoided, and no further description is given here.
The processor is a processor in the terminal or the network side device described in the foregoing embodiment. The readable storage medium includes a computer readable storage medium such as a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a random access Memory (Random Access Memory, RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and the like.
The embodiment of the application further provides a chip, the chip includes a processor and a communication interface, the communication interface is coupled with the processor, and the processor is configured to run a network side device program or instruction, so as to implement each process of the above method embodiments, and achieve the same technical effect, so that repetition is avoided, and no redundant description is provided herein.
It should be understood that the chips referred to in the embodiments of the present application may also be referred to as system-on-chip chips, or the like.

Claims (19)

1. A method of communication, comprising:
the relay terminal acquires target information;
the relay terminal determines relay communication service between the relay terminal and a remote terminal based on the target information;
and in the case that the relay communication service is an emergency relay communication service, the relay terminal executes a target operation associated with the emergency relay communication service.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the target operation comprises at least one of:
setting the type of a registration request as a first type, wherein the first type is used for indicating that the type of the registration request is urgent;
setting the type of the service request as a second type, wherein the second type is used for indicating that the type of the service request is urgent;
setting the type of a protocol data unit PDU session request as a third type, wherein the third type is used for indicating that the type of the PDU session request is urgent;
setting the type of the access layer signaling message as a fourth type, wherein the fourth type is used for indicating that the type of the access layer signaling message is urgent.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the relay terminal performs the target operation of the emergency relay communication service association, comprising:
And the relay terminal executes the target operation related to the emergency relay communication service according to the terminal state.
4. A method according to claim 3, wherein the target operation further comprises at least one of the following in case the relay terminal is in mobility restriction:
performing a relay discovery process;
executing a relay link establishment process;
the relay link connection is maintained.
5. A method according to claim 3, wherein in case the relay terminal is in a congestion control state, the target operation further comprises at least one of:
performing a relay discovery process;
executing a relay link establishment process;
stopping the backoff timer;
the relay link connection is maintained.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the target information is determined according to a network side device configuration or a pre-configuration;
the target information is used for indicating at least one of the following:
the type of the relay communication service associated with the target relay service code RSC includes a fifth type for indicating that the type of the relay communication service is urgent;
the data network name DNN information associated with the target RSC comprises first emergency service information;
The slice information associated with the target RSC comprises second emergency service information;
the type of PDU session request associated with the target RSC includes a third type for indicating that the type of PDU session request is urgent;
the target RSC is an RSC dedicated to emergency relay communication traffic, wherein the target RSC is an RSC associated with relay communication traffic between the relay terminal and the remote terminal.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the first emergency services information comprises at least one of:
emergency relay communication service indication, emergency service type, emergency service identification and DNN indication information;
wherein the DNN indication information indicates a DNN for an emergency relay communication service.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein the second emergency services information comprises at least one of:
emergency relay communication service indication, emergency service type, emergency service identification and slice indication information;
wherein the slice indication information indicates a slice for emergency relay communication traffic.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein the target information is transmitted by the remote terminal, wherein the target information comprises at least one of:
Emergency relay communication service indication, emergency service type, emergency service identification, DNN indication information, slice indication information and RSC indication information;
wherein the DNN indication information indicates a DNN for an emergency relay communication service;
the slice indication information indicates a slice for emergency relay communication service;
the RSC indication information indicates an RSC dedicated to emergency relay communication traffic.
10. The method of claim 1, wherein the target information is carried in at least one of:
a relay discovery request message;
relay discovery accept message;
directly establishing a request message;
directly establishing an acceptance message;
in the sidelink access stratum message.
11. A method of communication, comprising:
the remote terminal sends target information, wherein the target information is used for determining that the relay communication service between the relay terminal and the remote terminal is an emergency relay communication service.
12. The method of claim 11, wherein the target information comprises at least one of:
emergency relay communication service indication, emergency service type, emergency service identification, DNN indication information, slice indication information and RSC indication information;
Wherein the DNN indication information indicates a DNN for an emergency relay communication service;
the slice indication information indicates a slice for emergency relay communication service;
the RSC indication information indicates an RSC dedicated to emergency relay communication traffic.

in the sidelink access stratum message.
14. A communication device, comprising:
