In this embodiment, when a user initiates an order request (such as a recharging service of a battery-changing package) at a battery-changing client, the user is distinguished and identified in time, when the user is screened and determined to belong to a set user, a server platform is triggered in time to respond to the order request, and the settlement operation of the order request is completed in the server platform, so that the condition that a mobile application program of the battery-changing client is forced to be put down due to the fact that a different-industry-owner collection occurs while the requirement of the server platform on order settlement is met when a designated account is completed is met, the long-term stable order transaction operation is ensured, and the user experience sense of the battery-changing client is ensured.

In an implementation manner, the order processing triggering module 10 of this embodiment is configured to generate a triggering instruction and send the triggering instruction to the service provider platform, so as to trigger the service provider platform to respond to the order request, where the triggering instruction characterizes that the user initiating the order request belongs to the set user.
The order processing triggering module 10 is further configured to control completion of an order processing operation in the service end of the power exchange operation when it is determined that the user does not belong to the set user according to the order request, and does not trigger a service provider platform of the power exchange station to respond to the order request.
In the scheme, the service end is actively triggered to jump to the service provider platform through the electricity exchange operation so as to carry out subsequent processing on the order request, and the service provider platform is directly used for intervention processing so as to meet the requirement that the set users finish order settlement in a designated account; otherwise, determining that the current user directly performs order processing on the electricity changing server, and at the moment, the service provider platform is not required to be triggered, so that automatic distinguishing processing of order requests of the set user and other common users is realized, and higher order processing requirements are met.
In one embodiment, the order processing system of the present embodiment further includes:

In the scheme, the power exchange operation server receives feedback information which is successfully processed by the order sent by the service provider platform, and after the feedback information is received, the feedback information which confirms that the order settlement of the order request is successful at the power exchange station end is sent, so that the integrity of the whole order processing link and the rationality of the processing flow are ensured.
In addition, the working principle of the order processing system of the present embodiment is referred to the implementation principle specifically described in embodiment 4 in conjunction with the examples, so that the description thereof will not be repeated here.
In this embodiment, when a user initiates an order request (such as recharging service of a battery-changing package) at a battery-changing client, the user is distinguished and identified in time, and when the current user is screened and determined to belong to a set user, a service provider platform is triggered in time to respond to the order request, and settlement operation of the order request is completed in the service provider platform; after the settlement is successful, the notification information is sent to the power conversion operation server side, so that after a driver initiates an order request in an application program of the power conversion operation server side, jump settlement processing of a set user in a service provider platform is realized, a third party settlement platform authenticates a fund collection subject of the order request as a service provider, and related specification requirements are met; the method and the system meet the requirement of a service provider platform on order settlement of a designated account, avoid the situation that mobile application programs of a battery exchange client are forced to be put off due to the fact that different owners collect money, ensure that order transaction operation can be performed stably for a long time, and ensure user experience of the battery exchange station client.
Example 9
Fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of a server according to embodiment 9 of the present invention. The server includes a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and capable of running on the processor, and the processor implements an embodiment of any one of the order processing methods when executing the program, and implements the corresponding beneficial effects described in the above embodiment, which are not described herein. The server 30 shown in fig. 10 is only an example, and should not be construed as limiting the functionality and scope of use of the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 10, the server 30 may be in the form of a general purpose computing device, which may be a server device, for example. Components of server 30 may include, but are not limited to: the at least one processor 31, the at least one memory 32, a bus 33 connecting the different system components, including the memory 32 and the processor 31.
The bus 33 includes a data bus, an address bus, and a control bus.
Memory 32 may include volatile memory such as Random Access Memory (RAM) 321 and/or cache memory 322, and may further include Read Only Memory (ROM) 323.
Memory 32 may also include a program/utility 325 having a set (at least one) of program modules 324, such program modules 324 including, but not limited to: an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, each or some combination of which may include an implementation of a network environment.
The processor 31 executes various functional applications and data processing, such as the order processing method in any of the above-described embodiments of the present invention, by running a computer program stored in the memory 32.
The server 30 may also be in communication with one or more external devices 34 (e.g., keyboard, pointing device, etc.). Such communication may be through an input/output (I/O) interface 35. Also, model-generating device 30 may also communicate with one or more networks, such as a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), and/or a public network, such as the internet, via network adapter 36. As shown in fig. 10, network adapter 36 communicates with the other modules of model-generating device 30 via bus 33. It should be appreciated that although not shown in the figures, other hardware and/or software modules may be used in connection with the model-generating device 30, including, but not limited to: microcode, device drivers, redundant processors, external disk drive arrays, RAID (disk array) systems, tape drives, data backup storage systems, and the like.
It should be noted that although several units/modules or sub-units/modules of a server are mentioned in the above detailed description, this division is only exemplary and not mandatory. Indeed, the features and functionality of two or more units/modules described above may be embodied in one unit/module in accordance with embodiments of the present invention. Conversely, the features and functions of one unit/module described above may be further divided into ones that are embodied by a plurality of units/modules.
Example 10
The present embodiment provides a computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the program when executed by a processor implements the steps in any one of the foregoing embodiments of the order processing method, and implements the corresponding beneficial effects described in the foregoing embodiments, which are not described herein again.
More specifically, among others, readable storage media may be employed including, but not limited to: portable disk, hard disk, random access memory, read only memory, erasable programmable read only memory, optical storage device, magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
In a possible embodiment, the invention may also be implemented in the form of a program product comprising program code for causing a terminal device to carry out the steps of implementing the order-processing method as in any of the embodiments described above, when the program product is run on the terminal device.
Wherein the program code for carrying out the invention may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, the program code may be executed entirely on the user device, partially on the user device, as a stand-alone software package, partially on the user device, partially on a remote device or entirely on the remote device.
While specific embodiments of the invention have been described above, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that this is by way of example only, and the scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims. Various changes and modifications to these embodiments may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, but such changes and modifications fall within the scope of the invention.

Claims (18)

1. An order processing method, wherein the order processing method is applied to a service provider platform of a power exchange station, and the order processing method comprises the following steps:
responding to an order request, wherein the order request is initiated by a user at a battery exchange client;
and controlling order processing operation in the service provider platform according to the order request.
2. The order processing method as recited in claim 1 wherein said order processing method further comprises:
and acquiring notification information and sending the notification information to the battery exchange operation server, wherein the notification information is used for representing that order processing is completed.
3. The order processing method as recited in claim 2 wherein said step of responding to an order request comprises:
receiving a trigger instruction, wherein the trigger instruction characterizes that a user initiating the order request belongs to a set user;
And responding to the order request based on the trigger instruction.
4. The order processing method as recited in claim 3 wherein said step of responding to said order request based on said trigger instruction comprises:
based on the trigger instruction, controlling to jump the display page of the power conversion client to a preset order processing page in the service provider platform;
the step of controlling the order processing operation in the service provider platform according to the order request comprises the following steps:
and controlling to execute order processing operation in the preset order processing page according to the order request.
5. The order processing method as recited in claim 4 wherein the facilitator platform establishes a settlement binding relationship with a third party settlement platform;
the step of controlling the order processing operation to be executed in the preset order processing page comprises the following steps:
analyzing the order request in the preset order processing page to obtain corresponding order parameter information;
according to the order parameter information and the settlement binding relation, security verification operation for order settlement is controlled to be completed between the third party settlement platform and the order parameter information;
and sending settlement amount confirmation information to the third party settlement platform through the preset order processing page, and receiving notification information of successful order settlement sent by the third party settlement platform.

The order processing method as recited in claim 5 wherein said order parameter information comprises at least one of a battery charge package name information, a payment method information, an order number information, a payment amount information, a user ID information, a user reservation number information, a payment key channel code information.
7. The order processing method as recited in any one of claims 1-6 wherein after said step of responding to an order request, said step of controlling order processing operations in said facilitator platform in accordance with said order request further comprises:
generating order confirmation information and sending the battery changing client;
receiving first feedback information sent by the power conversion client;
executing the step of controlling order processing operation in the service provider platform according to the order request when the first feedback information characterizes the user to confirm that the order needs to be completed; or alternatively, the first and second heat exchangers may be,
and when the first feedback information characterizes that the user determines to cancel the order, controlling not to trigger execution of the order processing operation in the service provider platform according to the order request.
8. An order processing method, which is characterized in that the order processing method is applied to a battery exchange operation server, and comprises the following steps:
Receiving an order request, wherein the order request is initiated by a user at a battery exchange client;
and determining whether the user belongs to the set user according to the order request, and if so, triggering a service provider platform of the power exchange station to respond to the order request.
9. The order processing method as recited in claim 8 wherein said order processing method further comprises:
and receiving notification information sent by the service provider platform, wherein the notification information is used for representing that order processing is completed.
10. The order processing method as recited in claim 8 wherein said step of triggering a service provider platform of a power exchange station to respond to said order request comprises:
and generating a trigger instruction and sending the trigger instruction to the service provider platform so as to trigger the service provider platform to respond to the order request, wherein the trigger instruction characterizes that a user initiating the order request belongs to the setting user.
11. The order processing method as recited in claim 10 wherein said order processing method further comprises:
and when the user is determined not to belong to the set user according to the order request, controlling to complete order processing operation in the power exchange operation server, and not triggering a service provider platform of the power exchange station to respond to the order request.
12. The order processing method of any of claims 8-11, wherein the order processing method further comprises:
after the user is determined to belong to the set user, setting mark information is generated and sent to the battery changing client so as to update user information corresponding to the user based on the setting mark information;
the step of determining whether the user belongs to the set user according to the order request comprises the following steps:
acquiring user information in the order request;
judging whether the user information contains the setting mark information or not, if so, determining that the user belongs to the setting user; otherwise, determining that the user does not belong to the setting user.
13. The order processing method as recited in claim 12 wherein after said step of receiving an order request and before said step of triggering a service provider platform of a power exchange station to respond to said order request further comprises:
receiving order cancellation settlement information sent by the power conversion client;
and setting an order transaction state corresponding to the order request based on the cancellation order settlement information, and controlling a service provider platform of the non-triggering power exchange station to respond to the order request.
14. The order processing method as set forth in claim 9, wherein said step of receiving notification information transmitted from said service provider platform comprises:
receiving the notification information sent by the service provider platform, wherein the notification information is sent to the service provider platform by a third party settlement platform which establishes a settlement binding relationship with the service provider platform;
the step of receiving the notification information sent by the service provider platform further comprises the following steps:
generating second feedback information and sending the second feedback information to the service provider platform, wherein the second feedback information is used for characterizing that the power exchange operation service end confirms that the order settlement of the order request is successful at a power exchange station end.
15. An order processing system for use in a service provider platform of a power exchange station, the order processing system comprising:
the order request response module is used for responding to an order request, and the order request is initiated by a user at the power exchange client;
and the order processing module is used for controlling order processing operation in the service provider platform according to the order request.
16. An order processing system, wherein the order processing system is applied to a service end of a battery exchange operation, and the order processing system comprises:
The order request receiving module is used for receiving an order request, and the order request is initiated by a user at the power exchange client;
and the judging module is used for determining whether the user belongs to the set user according to the order request, and if so, calling the order processing triggering module to trigger a service provider platform of the power exchange station to respond to the order request.

A server comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the order processing method of any of claims 1-7 or the order processing method of any of claims 8-14 when executing the computer program.
18. A computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the order processing method of any of claims 1-7 or the order processing method of any of claims 8-14.
