A management platform coupled to the first server, the plurality of servers and the at least one client, the management platform having a database module, a fund flow module and a navigation module, the database module being configured to record a plurality of server identifiers representing the plurality of servers, and a payout and a revenue corresponding to each of the server identifiers, the fund flow module being configured to pay the lease fee for each of the servers to be paid to the first server, and collect a delivery fee for the client to be paid to any of the servers, the management platform being configured to receive the lease signal from any of the servers, obtain the car payment information and send the car payment information to the server, the server being configured to generate and send a selection command to the management platform, the management platform being configured to send a lease signal including the selection command to the first server, the first server being further configured to obtain and send the corresponding lease fee to the management platform according to the selection command, the lease fee to the management platform, the management platform being further configured to record the lease fee for the lease data corresponding to the service request to the client and the at least one of the client to receive the lease signal from the at least one of the client, the coordinate signal being configured to determine whether the lease signal is received by the coordinate signal from the at least one of the client and the client is received from the coordinate signal and the coordinate signal is provided to the management platform, wherein the coordinate signal is used to at least one of the coordinate signal is received for receiving the client, the management platform is further used for generating an outgoing service list comprising the service end identifier of the at least one service end and the delivery cost according to the meal taking mileage and the meal delivery mileage, the client is further used for generating and sending a selection instruction to the management platform according to the outgoing service list, the management platform is matched with a corresponding service end according to the selection instruction, the fund flow module is used for acquiring the delivery cost by the client and serving as the income of the service end after the management platform obtains a finishing signal by the service end, and the fund flow module is further used for picking up the expenditure of the service end from the income and paying the taxi center to which the first server belongs.

The system of claim 1, wherein the management platform further comprises a bargaining module for generating a transaction request and assigning one of the clients in the list of the sending services to bargaining, so as to generate and send a transaction bargaining instruction to the bargaining module, the transaction bargaining instruction comprising the transaction request and the server identifier of the server, the bargaining module being for sending the transaction request to the corresponding server according to the server identifier, the server being for generating and sending an approval signal or a disapproval signal to the bargaining module to approve or disapproval the transaction request of the client.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein the server is configured to generate and send a price adjustment request to the price negotiation module, the price negotiation module is configured to send the price adjustment request to the client, and the client is configured to generate and send an agreement signal or a disagreement signal to the price negotiation module to agree or disagree with the price adjustment request.
4. The system of claim 3, wherein the bargaining module is configured to record a number of bargaining times between the client and the same server, and the number of bargaining times cannot exceed a threshold value for the same service request signal of the client.
5. The matching system of claim 1, wherein the navigation module is configured to calculate a meal delivery time according to the meal taking mileage and the meal delivery mileage, and the list of the service delivery list further has the meal delivery time of the at least one service end.
6. The matching system of claim 1, wherein when the task requirements in the service demand signal are plural, the task requirements have a task code, the order receiving signal generated by the at least one service end has at least one task code, the navigation module is configured to calculate and obtain the meal taking mileage and the meal delivering mileage according to the service end coordinates of the at least one service end, the client coordinates, and the task coordinates corresponding to the task requirements of the at least one task code, the management platform is configured to generate a delivery cost of the at least one service end according to the meal taking mileage and the meal delivering mileage, and the management platform is configured to generate the delivery service list according to the service end identifier of the at least one service end, the delivery cost, and the task codes of the selected at least one task requirement.
7. The system of claim 1, wherein the management platform is configured to send at least one advertisement message to the plurality of servers, wherein any server is configured to generate and send a trigger command to the management platform for viewing the at least one advertisement message, and wherein the management platform is configured to give a discount offer for deducting the payoff amount according to the number of times the server views the at least one advertisement message.
8. The matching system according to any one of claims 1-7, further comprising a second server coupled to the management platform, the second server being configured to record a number of times each of the service ends exchanges the battery in a battery exchange center and count a battery exchange fee, the management platform being configured to obtain the battery exchange fee of each of the service ends from the second server and record the corresponding payouts in the database module, the fund flow module being configured to dial the payouts of the service ends from the payouts and pay the payouts to the taxi center to which the first server belongs, and pay the payouts to the battery exchange center to which the second server belongs.
