Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present application will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are only some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art without undue burden from the present disclosure, are within the scope of the present disclosure.
One embodiment of the present invention relates to a marketing time determining method, the flow of which is shown in fig. 1, comprising:
step 101, dividing a day time into a plurality of time periods according to a preset division strategy.
In the embodiment of the invention, the time is divided before the flow data of each time period is counted. The preset dividing strategy can be to divide the time in each hour, or divide the time in each half hour, each 20 minutes and the like. In practical application, the specific partitioning strategy may be determined according to the required accuracy, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Step 102, obtaining first traffic data, where the first traffic data is traffic generated by the user terminal in each time period.
In the embodiment of the present invention, before acquiring user terminal data such as total traffic of each time period in the user terminal, type of APP, traffic generated by different APP types, use time and use duration of APP, etc., user authorization needs to be acquired first. The embodiment of the invention is carried out on the basis of legal, and the user terminal data acquired in the embodiment of the invention can only be used for the method, the device, the electronic equipment and the storage medium for determining the marketing time, which are provided by the embodiment of the invention, and are not used for other purposes. In addition, the acquired user terminal data can be strictly kept secret in the implementation process of the invention.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the first traffic data is the total traffic generated by the user terminal in each time period. For example, in the case that each time period is 1 hour, the first traffic data includes the total traffic generated by the user terminal in each hour; in the case that each time period is half an hour, the first traffic data contains the total traffic generated by the user terminal in each half an hour. In addition, the first traffic data may include traffic data of a single day or traffic data of multiple days, which is not limited in particular in the embodiment of the present invention. And analyzing the flow data of a certain day when the first flow data comprises the flow data of the user terminal of the certain day, and determining the daily marketing time of the certain day by the method provided by the embodiment of the invention.
Step 103, determining a leisure time period and a busy time period according to the first flow data, wherein the leisure time period is a time period when the user is in a leisure state, and the busy time period is a time period when the user is in a busy state.
In the embodiment of the invention, the time period to which each time period belongs can be determined according to the first flow data, namely the flow generated by the user terminal in each time period. The time periods may include, in particular, an active time period and a rest time period, the active time period in turn including a leisure time period and a busy time period. In practical applications, different policies may be formulated to determine the period to which each time period belongs. For example, the flow of each time period is calculated, and then all the time periods are judged, if the flow of one time period is larger than the flow of each time period, the time period is attributed to the active time period, and the time period not attributed to the active time period is attributed to the rest time period. And then calculating the flow of each time period in the activity period, judging each time period in the activity period, if the time period is smaller than the flow of each time period in the activity period, attributing the time period to a busy period, and attributing the time period which does not belong to the busy period in the activity period to a leisure period. Also for example, all the time periods of the day are ranked from large to small in terms of flow, the first 12 time periods are taken as active time periods, and the time period with the largest flow among the first 12 time periods is taken as leisure time period. Also, for example, various algorithms and formulas are introduced in the process of determining the time periods, and the flow is calculated, so that the time period to which each time period belongs is determined. In practical application, different strategies can be designed according to the needs to determine the time period to which each time period belongs, and the embodiment of the invention is not limited in particular.
Step 104, obtaining second traffic data, wherein the second traffic data is the traffic data of each time period of each type of APP in the user terminal in the leisure time period.
In the embodiment of the invention, the second traffic data is traffic data of each time period of the APP of each type in the user terminal in the leisure time period, and specifically may include data such as the type, the traffic and the use duration of the APP in the user terminal. In practical applications, the second traffic data may also include other data that helps to determine dispersion, which is not particularly limited in embodiments of the present invention.
Step 105, determining a dispersion of each time period in the leisure time period according to the second flow data, wherein the dispersion represents the specificity degree of the user using the APP in the time period.
In the embodiment of the invention, the dispersion of each time period can be obtained by calculating according to a preset method according to the type, flow, using duration and other data of the APP in the user terminal in each time period. Wherein the dispersion for each time period characterizes how specific the user is to use the APP during that time period. Specifically, the dispersion is related to data such as the type, flow rate and use duration of APP in the user terminal in each time period, and when the type of APP used by the user in one time period is single and the flow rate is large, the calculated dispersion is smaller, which indicates that the user is using the terminal to concentrate on something, such as watching a movie, playing a game, and the like. When the user uses more types of APP in a period of time and the average flow per APP type is less, the calculated dispersion is greater, indicating that the user is using the mobile phone without destination, in idle state, and is more suitable for marketing. In practical application, the method for calculating the dispersion of each time period according to the data such as the type, the flow and the use duration of the APP in the user terminal in each time period can be formulated or adjusted according to the needs, and the embodiment of the invention is not limited in particular.
And 106, determining the time period with the maximum dispersion as the daily marketing time.
In the embodiment of the invention, the dispersion represents the specificity of the APP used by the user in a time period, so that when the dispersion is maximum, the user is indicated to be in the most leisure state in the time period on the same day, and the time period is determined to be the daily marketing time.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 6, the dispersion of the time period of 11 to 12 points on the day is maximum, and thus the time period is determined as the day marketing time.
In the embodiment of the invention, the time of day is divided into a plurality of time periods according to a preset division strategy; acquiring first flow data, wherein the first flow data is the flow generated by a user terminal in each time period, and determining a leisure time period and a busy time period according to the first flow data, wherein the leisure time period is a time period when a user is in a leisure state, and the busy time period is a time period when the user is in a busy state; acquiring second flow data, wherein the second flow data is the flow of each type of APP in the user terminal in each time period in the leisure time period; determining, from the second traffic data, a dispersion for each of the leisure time periods, the dispersion being indicative of how exclusive the user is to use APP during that time period; and determining the time period with the maximum dispersion as the daily marketing time, thereby realizing the determination of the more proper marketing time. The invention identifies the leisure time period of the user in one day by dividing the time period and according to the flow of the user terminal in all the time periods, and solves the problem that the leisure time of the user cannot be identified in the prior art. Further, the invention determines the dispersion of each time period according to the type and flow of the APP in the leisure time period. The user is more not attentive to do something as the dispersion represents the specificity degree of the APP used by the user, so that the time period with the maximum dispersion is determined to be daily marketing time, marketing staff can conduct marketing in the time of the most leisure of the user, the marketing success rate is improved, and the marketing efficiency is further improved. In addition, the marketing time determined by the invention is used for marketing, so that the user is prevented from being disturbed in the busy time of the user, and the user is effectively prevented from being disturbed excessively. According to the invention, the optimal marketing time aiming at each user can be mined by analyzing the terminal flow of different users, so that thousands of people and thousands of sides of marketing services can be assisted, the marketing quality and efficiency are improved, and the perception of the users is improved.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, step 103 may include:
in step 201, a first reference flow is determined according to the first flow data.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first reference traffic is used to determine the starting time of the activity period, i.e. the activity starting time. There are various ways to determine the first reference flow, for example, calculating the average flow of each time period of the day, and the average flow is used as the first reference flow, where the average flow further includes various means of calculating the average, such as calculating an arithmetic average, a geometric average, a weighted average, and the like. Also, for example, the flow median of each period of the day is taken as the first reference flow. Also for example, a more complex algorithm is employed to calculate a first reference flow rate for each time period of the day for the flow meter. In practical application, the method for determining the first reference flow may be formulated according to needs, which is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
And 202, judging a plurality of time periods according to the sequence from front to back, when judging that the flow of one time period is larger than the first reference flow for the first time, taking the starting point of the time period as the activity starting moment, and if the flow of one time period is larger than the first reference flow and the flow of each time period after the time period is smaller than the first reference flow, taking the ending point of the time period as the activity ending moment.
As an example, as shown in fig. 5, the flow rate in the time period from 10 to 11 points on the day is greater than the first reference flow rate, at which point 10 is taken as the activity start time. The flow rate in the time period from 20 to 21 points on the day is larger than the first reference flow rate, and the flow rate in each time period after the time period is smaller than the first reference flow rate, namely, the flow rates in three time periods of 21 to 22 points, 22 to 23 points and 23 to 24 points are smaller than the first reference flow rate, and the 21 points are taken as the activity ending time.
Step 203, the time between the activity start time and the activity end time is determined as an activity period.
As an example, as shown in fig. 5, the activity start time is 10 points, the activity end time is 21 points, and the time between 10 points and 21 points is determined as the activity period. The active period is the time when the user is in an active state, i.e. the non-rest time.
And 204, determining a leisure time period and the busy time period according to the flow in the activity time period.
Specifically, the traffic in the active period includes traffic for each period of time in the active period. In the embodiment of the invention, the leisure time period and the busy time period in the activity time period can be determined according to the flow of each time period in the activity time period according to a predetermined strategy. The predetermined strategy may be to calculate the flow of each time period in the activity period, let the flow be the reference value, if the flow of one time period in the activity period is greater than the reference value, then the time period is attributed to the leisure time period, otherwise, the time period is attributed to the busy time period. Or multiplying the flow of each time period in the activity time period by a coefficient to obtain another flow, using the flow as a reference value, comparing the flow of each time period with the reference value, and determining the time period to which each time period belongs according to the comparison result. Or determining the time period to which each time period belongs by adopting a more complex algorithm according to the flow of each time period in the activity time period. In practical applications, a policy for determining the leisure time period and the busy time period in the activity time period may be formulated according to needs, which is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 5, in the active period, points 10-11, 11-12, 12-13, 17-18, 18-19, 19-20, 20-21 are time periods greater than the average flow per time period in the active period, and thus are attributed to leisure periods, i.e., leisure in the figure.
In the embodiment of the invention, the time period to which each time period belongs is determined according to the comparison result by determining a reference flow, namely the first reference flow in advance, so that the time of the user in one day is divided, the activity period and the rest period of the user are identified, the leisure period and the busy period are further identified in the activity period, and an important reference basis is provided for determining the marketing time. And even if the marketing time is not determined yet, on the basis of dividing the user time, the marketing personnel can select the leisure time of the user for marketing according to the time period of the user, namely the user state, so that the marketing success rate is improved, the marketing efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, the user is prevented from being disturbed when the user is busy.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, step 204 may include:
Step 301, determining a second reference flow according to the flow in the active period.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the second reference traffic is used to determine a period to which each period in the active period belongs, that is, a leisure period or a busy period, and specifically, the traffic of each period in the active period is compared with the second reference traffic. In particular, there are various methods for determining the second reference flow rate, for example, taking the flow rate of each time period averaged over the active time period as the second reference flow rate, or further multiplying the flow rate of each time period averaged over this time period by a coefficient to obtain another flow rate, and taking this flow rate as the second reference flow rate. Or ranking the time periods in the activity period from small to large according to the flow, calculating the average flow of the first half of the time periods, and taking the flow as a second reference flow. In practical applications, other methods may be adopted, and the second reference flow is determined based on the flow of each time period in the activity period, which is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Step 302, determining each time period in the activity period, and if the flow of one time period is greater than the second reference flow, attributing the time period to the leisure period.
Specifically, if the flow rate of one time period is greater than the second reference flow rate, it indicates that the user is using the terminal in the time period, such as using a mobile phone, a tablet, etc., and indicates that the user may be in a leisure state, and thus the time period is attributed to the leisure time period.
And step 303, attributing all time periods except the leisure time period in the activity time to the busy time period.
Specifically, the time period except the leisure time period in the activity time is a time period with smaller flow, which indicates that the user does not use the terminal, and indicates that the user may be busy in the time period, and does not use the terminal device to play games, watch drama and other entertainment activities, so that the time period is attributed to the busy time period.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 4, in an embodiment of the present invention, step 105 may include:
step 401, determining the traffic density of each time period according to the type, the traffic and the use time length of the APP in the user terminal in each time period.
Specifically, a flow density formula for each time period may be defined first:
Figure BDA0003443913680000111
in formula 1, t j For the start time of the ith time period in the leisure time period, t j+1 For the ending time of the ith time period in the leisure time period, m is the number of main APP types in the ith time period in the leisure time period and m is used as a variable, n is the total number of main APP types in the ith time period in the leisure time period, w is the proportion of the using time length of a certain type of main APP to the total using time length of a user terminal in the ith time period, and k is the time when the using flow of the APP in the ith time period in the leisure time period is the largest. In particular, for the determination of k, each time period may be subdivided into a plurality of small time periods, and a certain time in the small time periods is taken as the time of k. The duration that the user terminal is used may be a bright screen duration of the user terminal. The main APP type is the APP type with the largest flow in the time period, and the APP type can be social type, game type, video type, etc., which is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present invention. Each APP corresponds to an APP type, e.g., weChat and QQ correspond to a social class.
In practical applications, the flow density formula may be adjusted according to needs, or other suitable formulas may be designed according to mathematical principles, which is not particularly limited in the embodiments of the present invention.
Step 402, determining the flow expectation and the flow variance of each time period according to the flow density of each time period.
Specifically, a flow expectation formula may be defined:
Figure BDA0003443913680000121
defining a flow variance formula:
Figure BDA0003443913680000122
note that, the meaning of each symbol in the formula 2 and the formula 3 is the same as that of the formula 1, and detailed description thereof is omitted here.
From the above formula, the flow expectation and flow variance can be calculated. In practical application, the flow expected formula and the flow variance formula can be adjusted according to the needs, or other suitable formulas can be designed according to mathematical principles, which is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Step 403, determining the dispersion of each time segment in the leisure time segment according to the flow expectation and the flow variance of each time segment.
Specifically, a dispersion formula may be defined:
CV i (t)=D i (t)/E i (t) (4)
according to the above formula 4, the dispersion for each period can be calculated in combination with the calculation results of the formulas 2 and 3. In the calculation of the dispersion, the type, the flow and the use time length of the APP in the user terminal in each time period are used as the basis, so that the dispersion can represent the specificity degree of the APP used by the user in one time period. That is, when the user uses APP in a single kind and has a large flow rate in one period, the calculated dispersion is small, indicating that the user is using the terminal to concentrate on something, such as watching a movie, playing a game, or the like. When the user uses more APP types in a period of time and the average flow per APP type is less, the calculated dispersion is greater, indicating that the user is using the mobile phone without destination and is in idle state.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present invention, all the above formulas may be adjusted according to actual needs or other suitable formulas may be designed according to mathematical principles, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
In the embodiment of the invention, the specificity of the user using the APP is converted into a value by designing the flow density formula, the flow expected formula, the flow variance formula and the dispersion formula, so that the system can judge the specificity of the user using the APP according to the value, thereby judging the time of the most leisure of the user in the day, marketing staff can market the user in the time, and compared with the traditional marketing time, the marketing success rate is improved, thereby improving the marketing efficiency, and effectively avoiding disturbing the user when the user uses the terminal to do something.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present invention, the method may further include:
acquiring all time periods of each time period in the workday and holiday in a month;
according to the time period of each time period in the working days, determining the time period of each time period in the working days of the month; wherein, the month working days are used for representing all working days of the current month;
Determining the time period of each time period in the holiday according to the time period of each time period in the holiday; wherein, the holidays of the month are used for representing all holidays of the current month.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the month working days and the month holidays represent all working days and holidays in the whole month, and the periods to which the respective time periods in the month working days and the month holidays belong may be distributed as user periods on the month level. In addition, the month in the embodiment of the present invention may not be equal to a natural month, for example, a month is formed between the 5 th month and the 5 th month of the current month, and the month may be adjusted according to the needs in practical application, which is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present invention. In addition, the embodiment of the invention can also count not according to a month unit, can count according to 20 days, 50 days, 100 days and the like, and can obtain the time interval distribution of a working day and a holiday according to a similar method, and is used for representing the time interval distribution of all working days and holidays in the days.
In the embodiment of the invention, the month flow behavior model of the user can be determined by the method. The month flow behavior model comprises a time period to which each time period belongs in a working day and a time period to which each time period belongs in a holiday, so that a marketer can know the time of a user in a leisure state according to the month flow behavior model of the user, and therefore the user can be markered according to the time, the marketing success rate and the marketing efficiency are improved, or the month flow behavior model is used as a basis to directly determine or assist in determining the marketing time of the user.
Illustratively, in the embodiment of the present invention, the user month traffic behavior model generated by the above method may be as follows:
Figure BDA0003443913680000141
TABLE 1
In table 1, the times of the respective periods corresponding to the workdays and holidays are shown, wherein a single number is represented as a period of the start time with the number as a start time, for example, 22 represents a period of 22 to 23 points.
Further, in an embodiment of the present invention, the step of determining, according to the period to which each time period in the working day belongs, the period to which each time period in the working day belongs may include:
judging each time slot in the workday, if the number of workday days of one time slot belonging to the rest time slot exceeds half of the number of workday days of the month, attributing the time slot to the rest time slot of the month workday, otherwise attributing the time slot to the activity time slot of the month workday; the rest time period is a time period to which all time periods except the activity time period belong in one day;
determining leisure time and busy time of the month and the day according to the flow of each time in the activity time of the day;
the step of determining the period to which each time segment in the holiday belongs according to the period to which each time segment in the holiday belongs may include:
Judging each time period in the holiday, if the holiday number of one time period belonging to the rest period exceeds half of the holiday number of the current month, attributing the time period to the rest period of the holiday of the month, otherwise attributing the time period to the activity period of the holiday of the month;
and determining the leisure time and the busy time of the holiday of the month according to the flow of each time in the activity time of the holiday.
In the embodiment of the present invention, besides the above method, the leisure time and the busy time of the second working day and the second holiday may be determined by other preset methods, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited in particular. For example, if the number of days that one of the periods belongs to the rest period exceeds 40% of the number of days of the workday or holiday of the month, the period is attributed to the rest period of the second workday or holiday.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the same time period of different days in the month is integrated by the method, so that the time period of each time period in the working day and the holiday on the month level is determined, and an important reference basis is provided for marketers. The marketing personnel can select leisure time periods to market the users according to the time periods of each time period in the workday and holiday on the lunar level, so that the marketing success rate and marketing efficiency are improved. The time period distribution on the monthly level may generally characterize the user's traffic behavior in different time periods in months, as compared to the user's daily time period distribution. Therefore, marketing can be specifically performed according to the monthly period distribution of the users in the actual marketing process, and the marketing success rate and marketing efficiency are better.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present invention, the method may further include:
acquiring the dispersion of daily marketing time of each day in one month, and respectively calculating each time period as the sum of the dispersion of daily marketing time according to the working day and the holiday; and determining the time period with the maximum sum of the dispersion in the working days and the holidays as the month working day marketing time and the month holiday marketing time.
For example, as shown in fig. 7, the date of the time period of 9 to 10 points in holidays as the day marketing time is No. 5, no. 6, no. 19, no. 27, and the dispersion of the time period of 9 to 10 points in the above date is summed to obtain the maximum dispersion of the time period compared with other time periods, so that the time period is regarded as the month holiday marketing time. Similarly, the time period from 16 to 17 points can be determined as the month working day marketing time.
In the embodiment, by respectively calculating each time period as the sum of the dispersion of the daily marketing time according to the working day and the holiday and determining the time period with the maximum sum of the dispersion of the working day and the holiday as the monthly working day marketing time and the monthly holiday marketing time, the marketing time of the user working day and the holiday is respectively determined on the monthly level, so that marketing staff can marketing the user according to the time, and the marketing success rate and the marketing efficiency are improved. Moreover, the monthly marketing time is more representative than the widely varying daily marketing time. Therefore, the month marketing time can be directly selected for marketing the user in the actual marketing, and compared with the day marketing time, the marketing success rate and the marketing efficiency are better.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the invention, after determining the daily marketing time and the monthly marketing time, the results of the daily marketing time and the monthly marketing time are output, so that marketing staff can intuitively see the results. The display may be performed by a computer or other devices having a display function, which is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the user terminal may be a mobile phone, a tablet, or other terminal devices, which is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Fig. 8 shows a comparison of the turn-on rate and turn-on success rate of the marketing time determined by the present invention with the conventional marketing time, the marketing time determined by the present invention being the optimal marketing time in the graph. Specifically, based on the user month workday marketing time, the marketing time and the traditional marketing time determined by the invention are randomly extracted into a user comparison connection rate (the ratio of the user to answer the marketing call) and an effective call completing rate (the ratio of the user to answer the call and the call completing time is more than 1 minute), and the following data are obtained: the traditional marketing time has a call completing rate of 73%, the effective call completing rate of 49%, and the marketing time determined by the invention has a call completing rate of 95% and an effective call completing rate of 88%.
