It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts related to the embodiments described above are sequentially shown as indicated by arrows, these steps are not necessarily sequentially performed in the order indicated by the arrows. The steps are not strictly limited to the order of execution unless explicitly recited herein, and the steps may be executed in other orders. Moreover, at least some of the steps in the flowcharts described in the above embodiments may include a plurality of steps or a plurality of stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of the steps or stages is not necessarily performed sequentially, but may be performed alternately or alternately with at least some of the other steps or stages.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the application also provides a file integrating device for realizing the file integrating method. The implementation of the solution provided by the device is similar to the implementation described in the above method, so the specific limitation in one or more embodiments of the document integration device provided below may refer to the limitation of the document integration method hereinabove, and will not be repeated herein.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, there is provided a document integration apparatus, including: a function presentation module 801, a file import module 802, an information retrieval module 803, and an information integration module 804, wherein:
the function display module 801 is used for displaying a search interface of the target search tool, wherein the search interface comprises a file import option and an input box;
the file importing module 802 is configured to import a plurality of files to be processed into the target retrieval tool according to the triggering operation after detecting the triggering operation for the file importing option, where the files to be processed include the first data information;
the information retrieval module 803 is configured to retrieve the first data information in each file to be processed according to the retrieval keyword input in the input box, so as to obtain second data information matched with the retrieval keyword;
The information integration module 804 is configured to generate an integration file according to the second data information.
In one embodiment, the integration file is a data table file, and the information integration module 804 is specifically configured to:
receiving header information set by a user; and generating an integrated file according to the header information and the second data information.
In one embodiment, the search interface includes a search result display area, and the information integration module 804 is specifically configured to:
displaying the second data information in the search result display area; receiving an information selection instruction of a user aiming at the second data information based on the search result display area, and determining target data information in the second data information according to the information selection instruction; and generating an integrated file according to the header information and the target data information.
In one embodiment, the search interface further includes a file export option, and the apparatus further includes: and the file export module is used for exporting the integrated file from the target retrieval tool after detecting the triggering operation for the file export option.
In one embodiment, the search interface further comprises at least one search restriction option, and the information search module 803 is further configured to:
after detecting triggering operation of at least one retrieval limiting option, acquiring a retrieval limiting condition corresponding to the retrieval limiting option, wherein the retrieval limiting condition comprises a case limiting condition or an accuracy limiting condition; and searching the first data information in each file to be processed according to the search limiting conditions and the search keywords.
In one embodiment, the file to be processed is a data table file, the first data information is data in a data row, a data column or a data table cell, and the second data information is data in a data row, a data column or a data table cell.
In one embodiment, the file to be processed includes a plurality of data tables, the search interface further includes a data table selection item, and the information search module 803 is further configured to:
determining a target data table in a plurality of data tables included in each file to be processed according to a selection instruction of a user for the data table selection item; and searching the first data information in the target data table in each file to be processed according to the search keywords.
The modules in the file integrating device may be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, or a combination thereof. The above modules may be embedded in hardware or may be independent of a processor in the computer device, or may be stored in software in a memory in the computer device, so that the processor may call and execute operations corresponding to the above modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and the internal structure thereof may be as shown in fig. 9. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a communication interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The communication interface of the computer device is used for carrying out wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless mode can be realized through WIFI, a mobile cellular network, NFC (near field communication) or other technologies. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a file integration method. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, can also be keys, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, and can also be an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 9 is merely a block diagram of a portion of the structure associated with the present application and is not limiting of the computer device to which the present application applies, and that a particular computer device may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine some of the components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored therein a computer program, the processor when executing the computer program performing the steps of:
displaying a retrieval interface of a target retrieval tool, wherein the retrieval interface comprises a file importing option and an input box; after triggering operation for a file importing option is detected, importing a plurality of files to be processed into a target retrieval tool according to the triggering operation, wherein the files to be processed comprise first data information; searching the first data information in each file to be processed according to the search keywords input in the input box to obtain second data information matched with the search keywords; and generating an integrated file according to the second data information.
In one embodiment, the integrated file is a data table file, and the processor when executing the computer program further performs the following steps:
Receiving header information set by a user; and generating an integrated file according to the header information and the second data information.
In one embodiment, the search interface includes a search result presentation area, and the processor when executing the computer program further performs the steps of:
displaying the second data information in the search result display area; receiving an information selection instruction of a user aiming at the second data information based on the search result display area, and determining target data information in the second data information according to the information selection instruction; and generating an integrated file according to the header information and the target data information.
In one embodiment, the search interface further includes a file export option, and the processor when executing the computer program further performs the steps of:
after detecting a triggering operation for the file export option, the integrated file is exported from the target retrieval tool.
In one embodiment, the search interface further comprises at least one search restriction option, and the processor when executing the computer program further performs the steps of:
after detecting triggering operation of at least one retrieval limiting option, acquiring a retrieval limiting condition corresponding to the retrieval limiting option, wherein the retrieval limiting condition comprises a case limiting condition or an accuracy limiting condition; and searching the first data information in each file to be processed according to the search limiting conditions and the search keywords.
In one embodiment, the file to be processed is a data table file, the first data information is data in a data row, a data column or a data table cell, and the second data information is data in a data row, a data column or a data table cell.
In one embodiment, the file to be processed includes a plurality of data tables, the search interface further includes data table selection items, and the processor when executing the computer program further implements the steps of:
determining a target data table in a plurality of data tables included in each file to be processed according to a selection instruction of a user for the data table selection item; and searching the first data information in the target data table in each file to be processed according to the search keywords.
In one embodiment, a computer readable storage medium is provided having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:
displaying a retrieval interface of a target retrieval tool, wherein the retrieval interface comprises a file importing option and an input box; after triggering operation for a file importing option is detected, importing a plurality of files to be processed into a target retrieval tool according to the triggering operation, wherein the files to be processed comprise first data information; searching the first data information in each file to be processed according to the search keywords input in the input box to obtain second data information matched with the search keywords; and generating an integrated file according to the second data information.
In one embodiment, the integration file is a data table file, and the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:
receiving header information set by a user; and generating an integrated file according to the header information and the second data information.
In one embodiment, the search interface includes a search result presentation area, and the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:

In one embodiment, a computer program product is provided comprising a computer program which, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:
Displaying a retrieval interface of a target retrieval tool, wherein the retrieval interface comprises a file importing option and an input box; after triggering operation for a file importing option is detected, importing a plurality of files to be processed into a target retrieval tool according to the triggering operation, wherein the files to be processed comprise first data information; searching the first data information in each file to be processed according to the search keywords input in the input box to obtain second data information matched with the search keywords; and generating an integrated file according to the second data information.
In one embodiment, the integration file is a data table file, and the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:
receiving header information set by a user; and generating an integrated file according to the header information and the second data information.

Volatile memory can include random access memory (Random Access Memory, RAM) or external cache memory, and the like. By way of illustration, and not limitation, RAM can be in the form of a variety of forms, such as static random access memory (Static Random Access Memory, SRAM) or dynamic random access memory (Dynamic Random Access Memory, DRAM), and the like. The databases referred to in the various embodiments provided herein may include at least one of relational databases and non-relational databases. The non-relational database may include, but is not limited to, a blockchain-based distributed database, and the like. The processors referred to in the embodiments provided herein may be general purpose processors, central processing units, graphics processors, digital signal processors, programmable logic units, quantum computing-based data processing logic units, etc., without being limited thereto.
The technical features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.

Claims (10)

1. A method of document integration, the method comprising:
displaying a retrieval interface of a target retrieval tool, wherein the retrieval interface comprises a file import option and an input box;
after triggering operation for the file import option is detected, importing a plurality of files to be processed into the target retrieval tool according to the triggering operation, wherein the files to be processed comprise first data information;
Searching the first data information in each file to be processed according to the search keywords input in the input box to obtain second data information matched with the search keywords;
and generating an integrated file according to the second data information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the integrated file is a data table file, and the generating the integrated file according to the second data information includes:
receiving header information set by a user;
and generating the integrated file according to the header information and the second data information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the search interface includes a search result presentation area, and wherein the generating the integrated file according to the header information and the second data information includes:
displaying the second data information in the search result display area;
receiving an information selection instruction of a user for the second data information based on the search result display area, and determining target data information in the second data information according to the information selection instruction;
and generating the integration file according to the header information and the target data information.
4. A method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the search interface further comprises a file export option, the method further comprising:
and after detecting the triggering operation of the file export option, exporting the integrated file from the target retrieval tool.
5. A method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the search interface further comprises at least one search restriction option, and the searching the first data information in each of the files to be processed according to the search keyword input in the input box comprises:
after detecting triggering operation of at least one search restriction option, acquiring a search restriction condition corresponding to the search restriction option, wherein the search restriction condition comprises a case restriction condition or an accuracy restriction condition;
and searching the first data information in each file to be processed according to the search limiting conditions and the search keywords.
6. A method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the files to be processed include a plurality of data tables, the search interface further includes a data table selection item, and the searching the first data information in each of the files to be processed according to the search keyword input in the input box includes:
Determining a target data table in a plurality of data tables included in each file to be processed according to a selection instruction of a user for the data table selection item;
and searching the first data information in the target data table in each file to be processed according to the search keyword.
7. A document integration apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the function display module is used for displaying a search interface of the target search tool, wherein the search interface comprises file import options and an input box;
the file importing module is used for importing a plurality of files to be processed into the target retrieval tool according to the triggering operation after the triggering operation for the file importing option is detected, wherein the files to be processed comprise first data information;
the information retrieval module is used for retrieving the first data information in each file to be processed according to the retrieval keywords input in the input box to obtain second data information matched with the retrieval keywords;
and the information integration module is used for generating an integration file according to the second data information.
8. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 6 when the computer program is executed.
9. A computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 6.
10. A computer program product comprising a computer program, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 6.
