Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic optical structure diagram of a side lobe formed by light passing through a compound eye when a piece to be adjusted is tilted, and as can be seen from fig. 1, an actual optical system includes a piece to be adjusted 100 or 101, a light spot 102, a lens 103, two compound eyes 104 and a side lobe 105, wherein a light solid line in the drawing indicates a theoretical position of the piece to be adjusted 100, a light dotted line indicates the piece to be adjusted 101 is tilted, the piece to be adjusted 101 often needs to be adjusted to a specific pitch angle and a specific left and right angle to enable the light spot 102 to exit along the solid line in the drawing, if the angle does not cause the light spot 102 to be enlarged, a reflected light direction is inconsistent with a target direction, such as a dotted line in the drawing, the side lobe 105 is easy to form after the compound eye 104 exits, and thus focus offset, such as light main axis deviation is caused; or a loss of light, for example, having an optical element in the direction of interest for collecting the outgoing light, the directional deflection of the light may also result in a portion of the light not being collected.
Therefore, before leaving the factory, the angle of the piece to be adjusted needs to be adjusted, a plurality of adjusting pieces are arranged on the piece to be adjusted generally, on one hand, an adjusting space can be reserved for the angle of the piece to be adjusted, the adjustment is convenient, on the other hand, the possibility of adjusting the angle can be provided for the piece to be adjusted, and the angle of the piece to be adjusted is adjusted and unfolded.
In order to explain the technical solution of the present application, the following description is made by way of specific embodiments, and referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is an exploded structural schematic diagram of an embodiment of an angle adjusting device of the present application, where the angle adjusting device includes: a horizontal adjustment plate 200, a horizontal adjustment member 201, a pitch adjustment frame 202, a pitch adjustment member 203, and a member 204 to be adjusted. Wherein the horizontal adjusting member 201 is disposed on the horizontal adjusting plate 200, and the pitch adjusting member 203 and the member to be adjusted 204 are disposed on the pitch adjusting frame 202.
The pitch adjusting frame 202 is pivotally connected to the member 204 to be adjusted, and the pitch adjusting member 203 is eccentrically supported/fixed on the member 204 to be adjusted, and adjusts the pitch angle of the member 204 to be adjusted relative to the pitch adjusting frame 202202 by horizontally moving relative to the pitch adjusting frame 202.
Specifically, the pitch adjusting member 203 may be eccentrically abutted against the member 204 to be adjusted, where eccentric abutment means that the pitch adjusting member 203 is offset from the center position of the member 204 to be adjusted to perform abutment connection; alternatively, the pitch adjustment member 203 may be fixed to the member 204 to be adjusted such that the pitch adjustment member 203 is fixedly connected to the member 204 to be adjusted.
The horizontal adjusting plate 200 is rotatably connected to the pitching adjusting frame 202, and the horizontal adjusting member 201 is eccentrically abutted/fixed to the pitching adjusting frame 202, and adjusts the horizontal deflection angles of the pitching adjusting frame 202 and the member 204 to be adjusted by horizontally moving with respect to the horizontal adjusting plate 200.
Specifically, the horizontal adjusting member 201 is eccentrically abutted against the pitch adjusting frame 202, and the eccentric abutment refers to that the horizontal adjusting member 201 deviates from the middle position of the pitch adjusting frame 202 to perform abutment connection; alternatively, the leveling member 201 is fixed to the pitch adjustment frame 202 such that the leveling member 201 is fixedly connected to the pitch adjustment frame 202.
Therefore, the pitch angle of the member 204 to be adjusted relative to the pitch adjusting frame 202 is adjusted by horizontal movement back and forth by providing an angle adjusting device, which is eccentrically abutted/fixed to the member 204 to be adjusted by the pitch adjusting member 203; the horizontal adjusting member 201 is eccentrically supported/fixed to the pitch adjusting frame 202, and the horizontal deflection angles of the pitch adjusting frame 202 and the member 204 to be adjusted are adjusted by horizontally moving relative to the horizontal adjusting plate 200, so that the rotation angle of the member 204 to be adjusted in the pitch direction and the rotation angle in the horizontal direction can be adjusted, and the horizontal adjustment and the pitch adjustment do not interfere with each other, thereby improving errors generated in the production process.
Further, the first plane in which the leveling member 201 is located and the second plane in which the pitch member 203 is located are parallel to each other.
Specifically, the pitching adjusting member 203 moves back and forth through the pitching adjusting frame 202, and a hole limit a may be provided on the pitching adjusting frame 202, so that the pitching adjusting member 203 can move back and forth, that is, the pitching adjusting member 203 moves parallel to the horizontal plane, and this movement is performed by using the pitching adjusting frame 202 as a reference object, so as to realize the rotation of the member 204 to be adjusted in the pitching direction.
In addition, the horizontal adjusting member 201 moves back and forth through the horizontal adjusting plate 200, and because a hole limit B may be provided on the horizontal adjusting plate 200, the horizontal adjusting member 201 can move back and forth, that is, the horizontal adjusting member 201 moves parallel to the horizontal plane, and this movement is performed by using the horizontal adjusting plate 200 as a reference, so as to implement the rotation of the member 204 to be adjusted in the horizontal direction, so as to implement the rotation of the adjusting member in the pitch direction.
Thus, such arrangement in the directions of the horizontal adjustment member 201 and the pitch adjustment member 203 can save space for assembly. Specifically, the horizontal adjustment member 201 and the pitch adjustment member 203 are moved only in the horizontal direction to achieve three-dimensional adjustment of the member 204 to be adjusted, and the horizontal adjustment member 201 and the pitch adjustment member 203 are not moved in the pitch direction, saving space at least in the thickness direction.
Still further, the angle adjusting device further includes a rotation shaft 205, the pitch adjusting bracket 202 has a first side wall 206 and a second side wall 207 disposed opposite to each other, the first side wall 206 and the second side wall 207 are respectively provided with a side wall hole 208 or 209, the member 204 to be adjusted is provided with a member hole 2041 to be adjusted, and the rotation shaft 205 passes through the member hole 2041 to be adjusted and the side wall hole 208 or 209. Wherein the sidewall aperture 208 or 209 includes a first sidewall aperture 208 and a second sidewall aperture 209.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating an assembled structure of an embodiment of an angle adjusting device according to the present application, a piece 204 to be adjusted is fixedly connected to a rotating shaft 205 through a piece hole 2041 to be adjusted, the piece 204 to be adjusted is fixed to a pitch adjusting frame 202 through the rotating shaft 205 passing through a first sidewall hole 208 and a second sidewall hole 209, and a limiting hole C is provided on the pitch adjusting frame 202, so that when the horizontal adjusting piece 201 is eccentrically supported/fixed to the pitch adjusting frame 202, the horizontal adjusting piece 201 and the pitch adjusting frame 202 can be connected through the limiting hole C, and the pitch adjusting frame 202 is disposed above the horizontal adjusting plate 200, so that the horizontal adjustment and the pitch adjustment of the piece to be adjusted can be independently and simultaneously combined for adjustment.
Further, the rotating shaft 205 is in interference fit with the hole 2041 of the member to be adjusted, so that the rotating shaft 205 and the member to be adjusted 204 do not rotate relatively; for example, a rubber sleeve may be disposed on the outer wall of the rotation shaft 205, so that the rotation shaft 205 is in interference fit with the hole 2041 of the member to be adjusted, and on the other hand, an interference fit member may be disposed on the inner wall of the hole 2041 of the member to be adjusted, so that the rotation shaft 205 is in interference fit with the hole 2041 of the member to be adjusted, and materials or devices adopted in specific interference fit are selected according to actual requirements, which are not limited herein. Alternatively, the rotating shaft 205 and the hole 2041 of the member to be adjusted are not provided with any intermediate member, and only by setting the diameter of the rotating shaft 205 and the aperture of the hole 2041 of the member to be adjusted, that is, the interference fit of the rotating shaft 205 and the hole 2041 to be adjusted is achieved.
In addition, a space is left between the rotation shaft 205 and the side wall hole 208 or 209, so that the rotation shaft 205 and the pitch adjusting bracket 202 can rotate relatively. Specifically, when the rotation shaft 205 is fitted to the pitch adjustment frame 202 through the side wall hole 208 or 209, the surplus space thereof may allow the rotation shaft 205 to perform a pitching movement with respect to the pitch adjustment frame 202.

When the rotation shaft 205 passes through the circular hole groove, the member 2044 to be adjusted can perform pitch adjustment up and down around the rotation shaft 205 as the pitch adjustment member 203 moves forward and backward through the pitch adjustment frame 202.
Further, referring to fig. 5 and 6, fig. 5 is a schematic exploded view of an embodiment of an adjusting direction of an adjusting member to be adjusted in the present application, and fig. 6 is a schematic view of a pitch adjusting frame in the present application, where a pitch adjusting frame 202 has a first opening a, and a pitch adjusting member 203 passes through the first opening a and extends to abut against an adjusting member 204 to be adjusted.
Further, the pitch adjustment member 203 has a first elastic member 2031, such as an adjustment screw, for rotating the pitch adjustment member 203 relative to the pitch adjustment frame when there is a pitch external force.
Further, referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a horizontal adjusting plate of the present application, the horizontal adjusting plate 200 has a second opening B, and the horizontal adjusting member 201 penetrates the second opening B and extends to abut against another abutting groove C of the pitch adjusting frame 202.
