When the filter 100 provided in this embodiment is disassembled, the cylinder cover 2 is screwed, the cylinder cover 2 and the filter element 3 are disassembled from the cylinder body 1 together, if the filter element 3 needs to be replaced, an external force is applied to the filter element 3, so that the circumferential rotation lock 6 is switched to a locking state, and the filter element 3 can be disassembled from the middle ring 4 by screwing the filter element 3. When the filter element 3 is dismounted, the filter element needs to be axially moved and then rotated, and can not be directly pulled out or screwed out from the cylinder cover 2, so that the false dismounting operation can be effectively avoided.
In operation, the filter 100 provided in this embodiment is operated such that fluid to be filtered enters the filter chamber from a fluid inlet (e.g., the second fluid port 120) and is then filtered radially through the filter material of the filter element 3, with filtered fluid exiting from a fluid outlet (e.g., the first fluid port 110). Under the impact of fluid, the filter element 3 can freely rotate relative to the cylinder cover 2, so that a certain centrifugal force is generated, impurities can be deposited at the bottom of the cylinder body 1, and the service life of the filter is prolonged.
The filter 100 provided in this embodiment has a more reliable connection between the filter element 3 and the cartridge cover 2 and is easier to disassemble.
Second embodiment
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, there is shown a filter 100 provided according to a second embodiment of the present invention, the filter 100 may be an air filter or a liquid filter, and the filter 100 may include a cartridge 1, a cartridge cover 2, a filter cartridge 3, an intermediate ring 4, and an elastic member 7.
Referring to fig. 4, the cartridge 1 includes, for example, a cartridge bottom 11 and a first cylindrical portion 12 extending axially from the cartridge bottom 11. The middle position of the cartridge bottom 11 may be provided with a first fluid port 110, and the first fluid port 110 may be used as a fluid outlet or a fluid inlet. The cartridge bottom 11 is provided with a positioning structure (not numbered) for sealing connection with the cartridge 3 at a position corresponding to the first fluid port 110. The end of the first cylindrical portion 12 forms an open mounting opening 10, through which mounting opening 10 the filter cartridge 3 can be mounted into the cylinder 1. The first cylindrical portion 12 is provided with a second fluid port 120, and the second fluid port 120 may be used as a fluid inlet or a fluid outlet. The inner peripheral wall of the first cylindrical portion 12 may be provided with, for example, an internal thread for connection with the cylinder cap 2.
The cartridge cover 2 is arranged on the mounting opening 10 of the cartridge body 1 in a covering manner, and is used for limiting a filter cavity for accommodating the filter element 3 together with the cartridge body 1. The cylinder cover 2 has, for example, a cover body 21 at an end portion and a second cylindrical portion 22 extending axially from the cover body 21. The outer peripheral wall of the second cylindrical portion 22 may be provided with, for example, external threads, and the second cylindrical portion 22 and the first cylindrical portion 12 are screwed together by the mating of the external threads and the internal threads.
The filter cartridge 3 includes, for example, an annular filter material 33, a first end cap 31 and a second end cap 32 at both ends of the filter material 33. The middle of the filter material 33 is typically provided with a hollow support structure, both ends of which are connected to the first and second end caps 31 and 32, respectively. More specifically, the first end cap 31 faces the cap body 21 of the cartridge cap 2, and the second end cap 32 faces the cartridge bottom 11 of the cartridge 1. Wherein the second end cap 32 is mounted to the positioning structure of the cartridge bottom 11 such that the interior cavity of the annular filter material 33 of the cartridge 3 communicates with the first fluid port 110. In order to ensure the tightness of the filter chamber, a fourth sealing ring 94 is typically provided between the second end cap 32 and the locating feature. The manner in which the second end cap 32 and the canister bottom 11 are sealingly connected and the structure of each are generally related to the prior art and will not be described in detail herein.
The preferred connection of the first end cap 31 to the cartridge cap 2 is shown in this embodiment. The lid body 21 of the cartridge lid 2 is provided with a first engagement portion, and the first end cap 31 is provided with a second engagement portion. The first joint part is used as a screw joint part B, and the second joint part is used as a pivoting part A. The intermediate ring 4 is detachably screwed with the first engagement portion. The intermediate ring 4 is sleeved with the second joint part so as to be capable of relative rotation in the circumferential direction and relative movement in the axial direction. Further, an axial stopper mechanism 5 may be provided between the intermediate ring 4 and the second joint portion, and the axial stopper mechanism 5 may restrict the intermediate ring 4 from coming off the second joint portion.
The relative rotation between the intermediate ring 4 and the second engagement portion can be locked by the circumferential-rotation lock 6, so that the circumferential-rotation lock 6 can be switched between the lock-released state and the lock-locked state by controlling the relative movement position of the intermediate ring 4 and the second engagement portion in the axial direction. It will be appreciated that the intermediate ring 4 and the second engagement portion may be relatively rotationally movable when the circumferential rotation lock 6 is in the unlocked state; when the circumferential rotation lock 6 is in the locked state, the relative rotation movement between the intermediate ring 4 and the second engagement portion is restrained.
In some embodiments, it is also possible to sandwich the elastic element 7 between the intermediate ring 4 and the first end cap 31 where the second engagement part is located, the elastic element 7 being adapted to maintain the relative axial position of the intermediate ring 4 and the second engagement part, thereby maintaining the circumferential rotation lock 6 in the unlocked state. It will be appreciated that the resilient element 7 may be elastically deformed to allow the relative axial positions of the intermediate ring 4 and the second engagement portion to be changed to allow the circumferential rotation lock 6 to be switched to the locked state. It should be noted that, in some embodiments, the elastic element 7 may not be provided, for example, in a practical application where the cylinder 1 is located below the cylinder cover 2, the circumferential rotation lock 6 may be automatically maintained in the lock release state under the gravity action of the filter element 3.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, the preferred embodiments of the first engagement portion, the second engagement portion and the intermediate ring 4, the axial limiting mechanism 5, and the circumferential rotation lock 6 are also shown in this embodiment. It will be appreciated that in practical applications, the specific embodiments of the first engagement portion, the second engagement portion, the intermediate ring 4, the axial limiting mechanism 5, and the circumferential rotation lock 6 are not limited to those illustrated herein, as long as any embodiment that can perform their functions is within the scope of the present invention.
The first engagement portion may include a fourth sleeve 212 extending from the cover portion 21. The second engagement portion may include a fifth sleeve 312 extending from the first end cap 31. The intermediate ring 4 may include a second disc 42, a sixth sleeve 46 extending axially from the outer periphery of the second disc 42, and an annular disc 47 extending radially from the outer periphery of the sixth sleeve 46, the annular disc 47 being sleeved in the fifth sleeve 312, the annular disc 47 being axially movable and circumferentially rotatable relative to the fifth sleeve 312, the outer peripheral wall of the sixth sleeve 46 being engaged with the inner portion Zhou Biluo of the fourth sleeve 212. In some embodiments, the cartridge cap 2 can be a plastic piece, for example, integrally formed by injection molding. The intermediate ring 4 may be a plastic part, the intermediate ring 4 being made of a wear-resistant, low-friction material, for example, the intermediate ring 4 preferably being also integrally formed by injection moulding.
The axial stop means 5 may comprise a second radial flange or at least a second radial projection provided at the free end of the fifth sleeve 312, preventing the annular disc 47 from sliding out of the fifth sleeve 312. The free end of the fifth sleeve 312 is formed into the axial stop mechanism 5, for example, by a hot bending process, specifically, after the annular disc 47 is sleeved in the fifth sleeve 312, the free end of the fifth sleeve 312 is heated and then the free end of the fifth sleeve 312 is bent inward, so that a second radial flange or a second radial protrusion can be formed, and the annular disc 47 is stopped in the fifth sleeve 312.
The circumferential rotation lock 6 includes a plurality of first teeth 61 and a plurality of second teeth 62 that are capable of meshing with each other, the plurality of first teeth 61 may be provided on the first end cap 31 and evenly distributed at circumferential intervals, for example, and the plurality of second teeth 62 may be provided on the annular disc 47 of the intermediate ring 4 and evenly distributed at circumferential intervals. More specifically, the plurality of first teeth 61 may include a plurality of first end face teeth uniformly spaced apart in the circumferential direction, and the plurality of second teeth 62 may include a plurality of second end face teeth uniformly spaced apart in the circumferential direction. It will be appreciated that the first and second pluralities of teeth 61, 62 may mesh together as the first end cap 31 is moved toward the intermediate ring 4, with the circumferential rotation lock 6 in the locked condition, and relative rotation of the intermediate ring 4 and the fifth sleeve 312 being prevented. When the first end cap 31 is moved away from the intermediate ring 4, the plurality of first teeth 61 and the plurality of second teeth 62 may disengage, at which time the circumferential rotation lock 6 is in the unlocked state and relative rotation between the intermediate ring 4 and the fifth sleeve 312 may occur. The circumferential rotation lock 6 can be variously embodied as long as the switching between the lock releasing state and the lock state can be achieved according to the change in the relative axial positions of the intermediate ring 4 and the fifth sleeve 312.
The elastic element 7 comprises, for example, a second spring, clamped between the second disc 42 and the first end cap 31. The elastic element 7 serves to hold the intermediate ring 4 in a position away from the first end cap 31, i.e. the elastic element 7 serves to hold the intermediate ring 4 and the fifth sleeve 312 in a relative axial position to keep the circumferential rotation lock 6 in the unlocked state. Preferably, the second disc 42 is provided with an axially extending third post 403, the first end cap 31 is provided with a fourth post 304 opposite to the third post 403, the first end of the elastic element 7 is sleeved outside the third post 403, the second end of the elastic element 7 is sleeved outside the fourth post 304, and the third post 403 and the fourth post 304 can guide the expansion and contraction of the elastic element 7. It will be appreciated that the structure for guiding the elastic element 7 is not limited to the above examples.
The filter 100 provided in this embodiment is assembled, as described above, with the intermediate ring 4 and the first end cap 31 of the filter insert 3 preloaded together, for example in a hot bending process, with the elastic element 7 clamped between the intermediate ring 4 and the first end cap 31. After that, the intermediate ring 4 and the cylinder cover 2 are assembled together, specifically, the sixth sleeve 46 is inserted into the fourth sleeve 212, the filter element 3 is pushed by external force to move along the axial direction against the acting force of the elastic element 7, the plurality of first teeth 61 and the plurality of second teeth 62 are meshed, the filter element 3 is screwed, the sixth sleeve 46 and the fourth sleeve 212 are screwed together, after the external force is removed, the first end cover 31 moves along the axial direction under the action of the elastic element 7, and the plurality of first teeth 61 and the plurality of second teeth 62 are disengaged. Then, the second end cap 32 and the fourth seal ring 94 of the filter element 3 are inserted into the positioning structure of the cartridge bottom 11, and the cartridge cover 2 is screwed onto the cartridge body 1. In the process of screwing the cartridge cover 2, under the action of the intermediate ring 4, the cartridge cover 2 can freely rotate relative to the filter element 3, and the cartridge cover 2 can only apply axial force to the filter element 3, so that the second end cover 32 and the fourth sealing ring 94 on the second end cover 32 are inserted in place relative to the positioning structure of the cartridge bottom 11. The fourth seal 94 is not easily distorted during screwing of the cap 2.
When the filter 100 provided in this embodiment is disassembled, the cylinder cover 2 is screwed, the cylinder cover 2 and the filter element 3 are disassembled from the cylinder body 1 together, if the filter element 3 needs to be replaced, an external force is applied to the filter element 3, so that the circumferential rotation lock 6 is switched to a locking state, and the filter element 3 and the middle ring 4 can be disassembled from the cylinder cover 2 by screwing the filter element 3. When the filter element 3 is dismounted, the filter element needs to be axially moved and then rotated, and can not be directly pulled out or screwed out from the cylinder cover 2, so that the false dismounting operation can be effectively avoided.
In operation, the filter 100 provided in this embodiment is operated such that fluid to be filtered enters the filter chamber from a fluid inlet (e.g., the second fluid port 120) and is then filtered radially through the filter material of the filter element 3, with filtered fluid exiting from a fluid outlet (e.g., the first fluid port 110). Under the impact of fluid, the filter element 3 can freely rotate relative to the cylinder cover 2, so that a certain centrifugal force is generated, impurities can be deposited at the bottom of the cylinder body 1, and the service life of the filter is prolonged.
The filter 100 provided in this embodiment has a more reliable connection between the filter element 3 and the cartridge cover 2 and is easier to disassemble.
Third embodiment
Referring to fig. 7, there is shown a filter 100 provided according to a third embodiment of the present invention, the filter 100 being mainly different from the first embodiment described above in that: the cover body 21 is provided with a discharge hole 210 at the radial center thereof, the intermediate ring 4 is provided with a first through hole 40 aligned with the discharge hole 210, and the first end cap 31 is provided with a second through hole 310 aligned with the discharge hole 210. The filter further includes a drain plug 8, the drain plug 8 having a plug head 81 and a plug post 82 extending axially from the plug head 81, the plug head 81 being threadably received in the drain hole 210, the plug post 82 passing through the first and second through holes 40, 310 in sequence. A first seal ring 91 is provided between the plug 81 and the discharge hole 210, a second seal ring 92 is provided between the plug 82 and the first through hole 40, and a third seal ring 93 is provided between the plug 82 and the second through hole 310.
By unscrewing the drain plug 8, the drain hole 210 may be opened to drain fluid within the filter 100 through the drain hole 210.
In the case of no conflict, the structure of each component and the relationship between each other in this embodiment may refer to the description in the above first embodiment, and the same or similar parts of this embodiment as those in the above first embodiment will not be described herein.
The drain plug 8 and the mounting structure (the drain hole 210, the first through hole 40, the second through hole 310, and the respective seal rings) related to the drain plug 8 provided in this embodiment are also applicable to the filter 100 provided in the above-described second embodiment.
Fourth embodiment
The fourth embodiment of the present invention also provides a filter cartridge, which can be referred to the filter cartridge 3 of the above-described third embodiment, the filter cartridge 3 being adapted to be disposed in a filter chamber defined by a filter comprising a cartridge 1 and a cartridge cover 2. The filter cartridge 3 comprises an annular filter material 33, a first end cap 31 and a second end cap 32. At one end of the filter material 33 is a first end cap 31, the first end cap 31 being provided with a through hole (e.g. a second through hole 310) for example aligned with the discharge hole 210 of the filter, the second through hole 310 being for discharging the fluid in the filter cartridge. The first end cap 31 is provided with an outwardly projecting engagement portion for connecting the cartridge 3 to the cartridge cap 2.
Referring to fig. 7, the joint portion includes, for example, a sleeve (e.g., a second sleeve 311), the second sleeve 311 is disposed around the second through hole 310, and a screw thread may be provided on an outer circumferential wall or an inner circumferential wall of the second sleeve 311, and the filter cartridge 3 is coupled to the cap 2 by screwing.
Fifth embodiment
The fifth embodiment of the present invention also provides a filter cartridge, which may refer to the filter cartridge 3 of the second embodiment described above, including an annular filter material 33, a first end cap 31, and a second end cap 32.
The first end cap 31 is located at one end of the filter material 33 and the second end cap 32 is located at the other end of the filter material 33. The first end cap 31 is adapted to be connected to the cap body 21 of the cartridge cap 2 of the filter 100, and the second end cap 32 is adapted to be connected to the cartridge bottom 11 of the cartridge 1 of the filter 100. The first end cap 31 is provided with an outwardly protruding pivot portion, such as a fifth sleeve 312 extending from the first end cap 31.
The intermediate ring 4 is sleeved with the pivot part so as to be capable of relative rotation in the circumferential direction and relative movement in the axial direction. The intermediate ring 4 is provided with a threaded engagement adapted to connect with the cap 2 of the filter 100. The intermediate ring 4 may include a second disc 42, a sixth sleeve 46 extending axially from the outer periphery of the second disc 42, and an annular disc 47 extending radially from the outer periphery of the sixth sleeve 46, the annular disc 47 being sleeved in the fifth sleeve 312, the annular disc 47 being axially movable and circumferentially rotatable with respect to the fifth sleeve 312, the outer peripheral wall of the sixth sleeve 46 being provided with a threaded engagement portion for threaded engagement with the cover portion 21. In some embodiments, the cartridge cap 2 can be a plastic piece, for example, integrally formed by injection molding. The intermediate ring 4 may be a plastic part, the intermediate ring 4 being made of a material which is resistant to wear and has a low coefficient of friction, the intermediate ring 4 preferably being also integrally formed by injection moulding.
An axial limiting mechanism 5 for limiting the intermediate ring 4 from falling off from the pivot joint is arranged between the intermediate ring 4 and the pivot joint. The relative rotation between the intermediate ring 4 and the pivot can be locked by the circumferential rotation lock 6, and the relative movement of the intermediate ring 4 and the pivot in the axial direction causes the circumferential rotation lock 6 to switch between the lock release state and the lock state. The axial limiting mechanism 5 and the circumferential rotation lock 6 can be described in the second embodiment, and will not be described here.
The cartridge may further comprise a resilient element 7, the resilient element 7 being sandwiched between the intermediate ring 4 and the first end cap 31, the resilient element 7 being adapted to maintain the relative axial positions of the intermediate ring 4 and the pivot to maintain the circumferential rotation lock 6 in the unlocked state. The elastic element 7 and its mating structure with the intermediate ring 4 and the first end cap 31 can be referred to the description of the second embodiment, and will not be described herein.
The technical features of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-described embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.

It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, which are all within the scope of the invention. Claims (20)

1. A filter (100) comprising a cartridge (1), a cartridge cover (2) and a filter cartridge (3), the cartridge (1) having an open mounting opening (10), the filter cartridge (3) being mounted in the cartridge (1), the cartridge cover (2) being mounted on the mounting opening (10), the cartridge cover (2) having a cover body (21) at an end, the filter cartridge (3) having a first end cap (31) facing the cover body (21), characterized in that,
the cover body (21) is provided with a first joint part, the first end cover (31) is provided with a second joint part, one of the first joint part and the second joint part is used as a pin joint part (A), and the other is used as a screw joint part (B);
the filter (100) further comprises an intermediate ring (4), wherein the intermediate ring (4) is in threaded connection with the threaded connection part (B), and the intermediate ring (4) and the pin joint part (A) are sleeved together so as to be capable of relative rotation in the circumferential direction and relative movement in the axial direction; wherein, the relative rotation between the middle ring (4) and the pivoting part (A) can be locked by a circumferential rotation lock (6), and the relative movement of the middle ring (4) and the pivoting part (A) in the axial direction enables the circumferential rotation lock (6) to be switched between a locking state and a releasing state.
2. The filter according to claim 1, further comprising an elastic element (7), said elastic element (7) being interposed between said intermediate ring (4) and said cover portion (21) or said first end cap (31) where said pivoting portion (a) is located, said elastic element (7) being adapted to maintain the relative axial position of said intermediate ring (4) and said pivoting portion so as to maintain said peripheral rotation lock (6) in said unlocking condition.
3. The filter according to claim 1, characterized in that the peripheral rotation lock (6) comprises a plurality of first teeth (61) and a plurality of second teeth (62) which can mesh with each other, the plurality of first teeth (61) being provided on the cover body (21) or first end cap (31) where the pivot (a) is located, the plurality of second teeth (62) being provided on the intermediate ring (4).
4. A filter according to any one of claim 1 to 3,
the cover body (21) is provided with a discharge hole (210), the intermediate ring (4) is provided with a first through hole (40) aligned with the discharge hole (210), and the first end cover (31) is provided with a second through hole (310) aligned with the discharge hole (210);
the filter further comprises a discharge plug (8), the discharge plug (8) is provided with a plug head (81) and a plug column (82) axially extending from the plug head (81), the plug head (81) is in threaded connection with the discharge hole (210), and the plug column (82) sequentially penetrates through the first through hole (40) and the second through hole (310);
A first sealing ring (91) is arranged between the plug head (81) and the discharge hole (210).
5. The filter according to claim 4, characterized in that a second sealing ring (92) is arranged between the plug (82) and the first through hole (40) and/or a third sealing ring (93) is arranged between the plug (82) and the second through hole (310).
6. A filter according to claim 2, characterized in that an axial limiting mechanism (5) is provided between the intermediate ring (4) and the pivot, limiting the detachment of the intermediate ring (4) from the pivot.
7. The filter according to claim 6, wherein the filter is configured to filter the filter media,
the first joint portion is used as the pivoting portion, and comprises a first sleeve (211) extending from the cover body (21);
the second engagement portion being the threaded portion, the second engagement portion comprising a second sleeve (311) extending from the first end cap (31);
the intermediate ring (4) comprises a first disc (41) and a third sleeve (43) extending axially from the outer periphery of the first disc (41);
the third sleeve (43) is sleeved in the first sleeve (211), and the inner peripheral wall of the third sleeve (43) is connected with the outer Zhou Biluo of the second sleeve (311);
The axial limiting mechanism (5) comprises a first radial flange or at least one first radial projection provided at the free end of the first sleeve (211);
the elastic element (7) is clamped between the first disc (41) and the cover body (21).
8. The filter according to claim 7, characterized in that the free end of the first sleeve (211) is formed with the axial limiting means (5) by a hot bending process, limiting the third sleeve (43) in the first sleeve (211).
9. The filter according to claim 7, wherein the filter is configured to filter the filter media,
the cover body (21) is provided with a first protruding column (201) extending in the axial direction, and a first groove (401) is formed in the position, corresponding to the first protruding column (201), of the first disc (41);
the elastic element (7) is a spring, a first end of the elastic element is sleeved outside the first convex column (201), and a second end of the elastic element is sleeved in the first groove (401).
10. The filter according to claim 6, wherein the filter is configured to filter the filter media,
the first engagement portion is provided as the screw engagement portion, and includes a fourth sleeve (212) extending from the cover portion (21);
the second engagement portion acts as the pivot portion, the second engagement portion including a fifth sleeve (312) extending from the first end cap (31);
The intermediate ring (4) comprises a second disc (42), a sixth sleeve (46) extending axially from the outer periphery of the second disc (42), and an annular disc (47) extending radially from the outer periphery of the sixth sleeve (46), the annular disc (47) is sleeved in the fifth sleeve (312), and the outer peripheral wall of the sixth sleeve (46) is connected with the inner part Zhou Biluo of the fourth sleeve (212);
the axial limiting mechanism (5) comprises a second radial flange or at least one second radial projection provided at the free end of the fifth sleeve (312);
the elastic element (7) is clamped between the second disc (42) and the first end cap (31).
11. The filter according to claim 10, characterized in that the free end of the fifth sleeve (312) is formed with the axial stop means (5) by a hot bending process, so as to stop the annular disc (47) in the fifth sleeve (312).
12. The filter of claim 10, wherein the filter is configured to filter the fluid,
the second disc (42) is provided with an axially extending third post (403), the first end cap (31) is provided with a fourth post (304) opposite the third post (403);
the elastic element (7) is a second spring, the first end of the second spring is sleeved outside the third convex column (403), and the second end of the second spring is sleeved outside the fourth convex column (304).
13. The filter according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein,
the cylinder (1) comprises a cylinder bottom (11) and a first cylinder portion (12) extending axially from the cylinder bottom (11);
the cylinder cover (2) comprises the cover body (21) and a second cylinder part (22) axially extending from the cover body (21);
the first cylindrical part (12) and the second cylindrical part (22) are screwed together;
the cylinder bottom (11) is provided with a first fluid port (110), the first cylindrical part (12) is provided with a second fluid port (120), and the cylinder bottom is provided with a positioning structure;
the filter element (3) is provided with a second end cover (32) facing the bottom (11) of the cylinder, the second end cover (32) is arranged on the positioning structure, and the inner cavity of the filter element (3) is communicated with the first fluid port (110);
a fourth sealing ring (94) is arranged between the second end cover (32) and the positioning structure.
14. A filter cartridge intended to be arranged in a filter cavity defined by a filter comprising a cartridge body (1) and a cartridge cover (2), characterized in that it comprises:
-a ring-shaped filter material (33);
a first end cap (31) located at one end of the filter material (33); the first end cap (31) is provided with a through hole for discharging the fluid in the filter cartridge, and the first end cap (31) is provided with an outwardly protruding engagement portion for connecting the filter cartridge to the cartridge cap (2).
15. The filter cartridge of claim 14, wherein the engagement portion comprises a sleeve disposed about the through bore and having threads disposed on an outer or inner peripheral wall of the sleeve.
16. A filter cartridge, comprising:
-a ring-shaped filter material (33);
a first end cover (31) located at one end of the filter material (33), the first end cover (31) being provided with a pivoting portion protruding outwards;
an intermediate ring (4) which is sleeved with the pivot part so as to be capable of relative rotation in the circumferential direction and relative movement in the axial direction; the intermediate ring (4) is provided with a threaded engagement suitable for connection with a cap (2) of a filter (100);
an axial limiting mechanism (5) for limiting the intermediate ring (4) from falling off from the pivoting part is arranged between the intermediate ring (4) and the pivoting part, relative rotation between the intermediate ring (4) and the pivoting part can be locked by a circumferential rotation lock (6), and relative movement of the intermediate ring (4) and the pivoting part in the axial direction enables the circumferential rotation lock (6) to be switched between a lock releasing state and a locking state.
17. The cartridge of claim 16, further comprising a resilient element (7), said resilient element (7) being interposed between said intermediate ring (4) and said first end cap (31), said resilient element (7) being adapted to maintain the relative axial position of said intermediate ring (4) and said pivoting portion so as to maintain said peripheral rotation lock (6) in said unlocking condition.
18. The filter cartridge of claim 17, wherein the filter cartridge comprises a filter cartridge,
the pivot includes a fifth sleeve (312) extending from the first end cap (31);
the intermediate ring (4) comprises a second disc (42), a sixth sleeve (46) extending axially from the outer periphery of the second disc (42), and an annular disc (47) extending radially from the outer periphery of the sixth sleeve (46), the annular disc (47) is sleeved in the fifth sleeve (312), and the outer peripheral wall of the sixth sleeve (46) is provided with the threaded joint part;
the axial limiting mechanism (5) comprises a second radial flange or at least one second radial projection provided at the free end of the fifth sleeve (312);
the elastic element (7) is clamped between the second disc (42) and the first end cap (31).
19. The filter cartridge of claim 18, wherein the filter cartridge comprises,
the second disc (42) is provided with an axially extending third post (403), the first end cap (31) is provided with a fourth post (304) opposite the third post (403);
the elastic element (7) is a second spring, the first end of the second spring is sleeved outside the third convex column (403), and the second end of the second spring is sleeved outside the fourth convex column (304).
20. The cartridge of claim 18 wherein the circumferential rotation lock (6) comprises a plurality of first teeth (61) and a plurality of second teeth (62) that are engageable with each other, the plurality of first teeth (61) comprising a plurality of first end face teeth disposed on the first end cap (31) and the plurality of second teeth (62) comprising a plurality of second end face teeth disposed on the annular disc (47).
