When the floor brush structure is assembled, the fixed rod 4 can be fixed on the cover body 22, then the second transmission piece 32 is inserted into the left end of the fixed rod 4 to form a whole, and then the whole stretches into the installation cavity of the cleaning piece 21 from the right end of the cleaning piece 21, so that the installation is more convenient.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 8, one of the first and second insertion parts 41 and 322 is provided as an insertion projection 3221, the other is provided as an insertion groove 411 which is inserted into engagement with the insertion projection 3221, and the insertion directions of the insertion projection 3221 and the insertion groove 411 are set in the axial direction of the cleaning member 21 so that the second transmission member 32 does not rotate relative to the cover body 22. As shown in fig. 8, the fixing rod 4 is in a hollow rod-shaped configuration, the insertion slot 411 is formed on a side wall of the fixing rod 4 and has an opening facing the axial direction, the end of the second transmission member 32 is inserted into the fixing rod 4, the insertion protrusion 3221 includes a protrusion protruding from the circumferential side of the second transmission member 32, when the end of the second transmission member 32 is inserted into the fixing rod 4, the insertion protrusion 3221 may be inserted into the insertion slot 411 to form a rotation-stopping fit, and the insertion end of the insertion protrusion 3221 is formed with a stop portion, after the insertion protrusion 3221 and the insertion slot 411 are inserted into place, the end of the fixing rod 4 abuts against the stop portion, so as to limit the insertion depth of the second transmission member 32, so as to ensure the installation accuracy.
Further, one end of the second transmission member 32 is connected to the fixing rod 4, so that the second transmission member 32 is mounted more stably, the other end of the second transmission member 32 is fixed in the cleaning member 21, specifically, as shown in fig. 5 and 7, a mounting hole 211 is provided in the cleaning member 21, a mounting seat is protruding from an inner side wall of the mounting cavity of the cleaning member 21, the mounting hole 211 is formed on the mounting seat, the mounting hole 211 penetrates through the mounting seat in the axial direction of the cleaning member 21, the other end of the second transmission member 32 is inserted into the mounting hole 211, thereby supporting the other end of the second transmission member 32, the second transmission member 32 abuts against the mounting hole 211, and a stop fit is formed in the axial direction of the cleaning member 21, thereby limiting the second transmission member 32 in the axial direction of the cleaning member 21, and avoiding the movement of the second transmission member 32.
Preferably, at least two mounting holes 211 are provided, and the above-mentioned interference portion is formed between at least two adjacent mounting holes 211, so that the first transmission member 31 is more stable when being abutted against the second transmission member 32, and the second transmission member 32 is prevented from moving. And when the transmission assembly 3 is used for being connected with the cutting tool, the transmission assembly 3 can convert the rotation of the cleaning member 21 into the movement of the cutting tool, so that the self-cleaning of the floor brush mechanism 100 can be realized through the cutting tool, specifically, the matching part 3111 is formed on the first transmission member 31, the guide connection part 3211 is formed on the second transmission member 32, when the first transmission member 31 rotates along the second direction along with the rotation of the cleaning member 21, the matching part 3111 is meshed with the guide connection part 3211, the first transmission member 31 rotates by taking the second transmission member 32 as a rotation center shaft so as to convert into the rotation of the first transmission member 31, and when the cutting tool is connected with the first transmission member 31, the cutting tool can be driven to rotate, so that the cutting is performed.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 11, the first transmission member 31 includes a worm gear 311, the second transmission member 32 includes a worm 321 engaged with the worm gear 311, the worm 321 is extended along an axial direction of the cleaning member 21, one end of the worm 321 is inserted into the fixing rod 4, and the other end of the worm 321 is fixed in the mounting hole 211 in a penetrating manner, so that the worm 321 forms a rotation center axis of the cleaning member 21, and when the cleaning member 21 rotates along the rotation center axis and along the second direction, the first transmission member 31 is driven to rotate around the second transmission member 32 along the second direction, and because the worm 321 is engaged with the worm gear 311, the worm 321 rotates the worm gear 311 during rotation of the first transmission member 31, thereby driving the cutting tool to rotate. Moreover, the rotation direction of the teeth of the worm 321 is consistent with the second direction, and the worm 321 is also acted by the acting force of the worm wheel 311, so that the worm 321 has a tendency to rotate along the second direction, and because the worm 321 cannot rotate under the action of the cover 22, the cover 22 has a tendency to rotate towards the locking direction relative to the housing 1 under the acting force of the worm 321, the cover 22 is more tightly connected with the housing 1, and the ground brush mechanism 100 can work more reliably.

Further, to ensure smooth rotation of the cleaning member 21, the cleaning assembly 2 further includes a bearing 24, two ends of the bearing 24 along an axial direction of the bearing are respectively abutted against the cleaning member 21 and the cover 22, so as to limit the bearing 24 in the axial direction and prevent the bearing 24 from moving along the axial direction, wherein the fixing rod 4 is sleeved on an inner side of an inner ring of the bearing 24, the cleaning member 21 is sleeved on an outer side of an outer ring of the bearing 24, and the fixing rod 4 is fixed on the cover 22, so that the cleaning member 21 can rotate relative to the cover 22.
Moreover, for better water-electricity separation of the housing 1, as shown in fig. 12, the housing 1 includes an upper cover 13, a lower cover 14, and an end cover 15 disposed at one side, wherein the upper cover 13 is disposed at the upper side of the lower cover 14, and a mounting space is formed for mounting therein a driving motor for driving the cleaning member 21 to rotate, the housing space is formed on the lower cover 14, and the lower cover 14 completely covers the periphery of the cleaning member 21, so that the mounting space is completely isolated from the housing space, and water stains or dirt formed during the cleaning process of the cleaning member 21 are prevented from entering the mounting space; the end cover 15 is set on the right side, the accommodating space is opened on the right side, the cleaning assembly 2 can extend into the accommodating space from the opening on the right side when being installed, the left end of the cleaning member 21 is firstly installed on the shell 1, the picking and placing opening 11 is formed on the end cover 15, the end cover 15 is clamped with the upper cover 13 and the lower cover 14 through the clamping hook structure, after the cleaning member 21 is installed on the lower cover 14, the end cover 15 is covered on the opening on the right side, so that the cleaning member 21 is fixed, and then the whole formed by the cover body 22, the fixing rod 4 and the second transmission member 32 extends into the cleaning member 21 from the picking and placing opening 11, so that the cleaning member 21 is convenient to install.

Claims (17)

1. A floor brush mechanism, comprising:
a housing;
the cleaning assembly comprises a cleaning piece and a cover body, wherein the cleaning piece is rotatably arranged on the cover body, the cover body is detachably connected with the shell, and when the cover body rotates in a first direction relative to the shell, the cover body is separated from the shell;
the transmission assembly comprises a first transmission piece and a second transmission piece, the first transmission piece is connected with the cleaning piece, one end of the second transmission piece is fixedly arranged on the cover body, and the first transmission piece and the second transmission piece are provided with a collision part;
the interference part is suitable for acting on the second transmission part when the first transmission part rotates along with the cleaning part and driving the second transmission part to have a trend of rotating along a second direction, wherein the first direction is opposite to the second direction.

The floor brush mechanism of claim 1, wherein an accommodating space is formed in the housing, a pick-and-place opening communicating with the accommodating space is formed on one side of the housing, the cover is detachably disposed on the pick-and-place opening, and the cleaning member is located in the accommodating space.

The floor brush mechanism of claim 4, wherein the guide portion includes a snap-in rib protruding from an inner sidewall of the pick-and-place opening, the snap-in hole is provided on the snap-in rib, and the snap-in rib has a guide section located on a front side of the snap-in hole in the first direction;
the guide groove is arranged on the peripheral side surface of the cover body, the clamp is convexly arranged in the guide groove, and the guide groove extends along the circumferential direction of the cover body and is provided with a notch arranged towards the second direction;
when the cover body penetrates through the picking and placing opening and rotates along the second direction, the guide section of the clamping rib can extend into the guide groove from the notch, and when the guide section of the clamping rib is in butt joint with the bottom of the guide groove, the clamping protrusion is clamped with the clamping hole.

The floor brush mechanism of claim 3, wherein the cover body comprises a first cover plate and a second cover plate which are connected, an interlayer is formed between the first cover plate and the second cover plate, an opening is formed on one side of the interlayer, and the clamping part is arranged in the interlayer; the clamping part comprises a clamping protrusion and an elastic piece, wherein two ends of the elastic piece in the stretching direction are respectively connected with the clamping protrusion and the first cover plate or the second cover plate, so that the clamping protrusion can extend out of the interlayer from the opening and shrink into the interlayer, and when the cover rotates relative to the shell in the first direction, the clamping protrusion can be separated from the clamping concave part and shrink into the interlayer under the abutting of the inner side wall of the picking and placing port; when the clamping part is opposite to the clamping concave part, the clamping part can stretch under the elastic action of the elastic piece and is clamped in the clamping concave part; and/or the number of the groups of groups,

The floor brush mechanism of claim 8, wherein one of the first mating portion and the second mating portion is configured as a mating protrusion and the other is configured as a mating groove mated with the mating protrusion, the mating direction of the mating protrusion and the mating groove being along the axial direction of the cleaning member.

The floor brush mechanism of any one of claims 1-6, wherein a mounting hole is provided in the cleaning member, and the second transmission member is inserted into the mounting hole; the second transmission piece is abutted with the mounting hole, and an abutting fit is formed in the axial direction of the cleaning piece.

The floor brush mechanism of claim 10, wherein at least two of said mounting holes are provided, said interference portion is formed between at least one set of adjacent said mounting holes, said floor brush mechanism further comprising a third sleeve and a fourth sleeve, said third sleeve and said fourth sleeve being respectively sleeved inside said two mounting holes, and said second transmission member being rotatably disposed through said three sleeve and said fourth sleeve.

The floor brush mechanism of claim 7, wherein the cleaning assembly further comprises a bearing, two ends of the bearing in the axial direction of the bearing are respectively abutted against the cleaning member and the cover body, the fixing rod is sleeved on the inner side of the inner ring of the bearing, and the cleaning member is sleeved on the outer side of the outer ring of the bearing.
13. The floor brush mechanism according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the first transmission member has a fitting portion formed thereon, the second transmission member has a guide portion formed thereon,
when the first transmission piece rotates along the second direction along with the rotation of the cleaning piece, the matching part is meshed with the guide connection part.
14. The floor brush mechanism of claim 13, wherein the first transmission member comprises a worm gear and the second transmission member comprises a worm engaged with the worm gear, the worm extending axially from the cleaning member.
15. The floor brush mechanism of claim 14, wherein a direction of rotation of worm teeth of the worm coincides with the second direction.

The floor brush mechanism of any of claims 1-6, wherein the cleaning assembly further comprises a connecting assembly comprising a connecting rod and first and second sleeves, the first and second sleeves being fixed to the cleaning member, the connecting rod being rotatable relative to the first and second sleeves, the first transmission member being sleeved on and in close-fitting engagement with the connecting rod.
17. A cleaning appliance comprising a floor brush mechanism as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 16.
