According to an embodiment of the application, a method for judging a device state is provided.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method of determining a status of a device according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
step S102, target data sent by a first wireless module is obtained through a second wireless module, wherein the second wireless module is arranged on a main body of target equipment, and the first wireless module is arranged on a cover body of the target equipment.
Specifically, the second wireless module may be a reader, specifically may be a sweep oscillator, and may be mounted on a main body of the target device, the first wireless module may be a transponder with a resonant frequency being a preset fixed value, the sweep oscillator and the transponder may use an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification radio frequency identification) technology to perform communication, the sweep oscillator may send radio frequency signals with frequencies within a certain range to the transponder through the inductor according to preset frequencies (for example, once every 200 ms), and when the resonant frequency of the radio frequency signals sent by the sweep oscillator is the same as the preset resonant frequency in the transponder, the sweep oscillator receives the target data signals sent by the transponder, so as to obtain the target data, thereby completing wireless acquisition of the target data.
Step S104, counting the acquisition time corresponding to each acquisition of the target data in a time period, wherein the acquisition time is the time interval between the current acquisition time of the target data and the last acquisition time of the target data.
Specifically, the selected time period may be any one continuous time period, and the acquisition time corresponding to each acquisition of the target data may be counted in the time period.
For example, the statistical time period may be set to 1s, the acquisition time of the target data acquired within 1s may be counted, specifically, the timings of T1 (acquiring one frame of data, i.e. clearing) and T2 (reaching 1s, i.e. clearing) are started when the first target data is acquired, the time of T1 is recorded and T1 is restarted when the second target data is acquired, the first acquisition time T1 is obtained at this time, and the statistics of the acquisition times is performed according to this method until t2=1s, at this time, all the acquired acquisition times are ordered according to the order of the acquisition times, so as to obtain a plurality of acquisition times within 1s, for example, 10 acquisition times T1 to T10 are correspondingly acquired, and T1 may be the first acquisition time within the time period and T10 may be the last acquisition time within the time period.
Step S106, comparing the magnitude relation between at least two acquisition times to obtain a group of first comparison results, wherein the group of first comparison results at least comprises one first comparison result.
Specifically, after counting the acquisition time corresponding to the target data acquired in a period of time, each acquisition time may be compared, so as to obtain a comparison result of the acquisition time, for example, 4 times of target data are acquired in a preset period of time, T1 is 100ms, T2 is 200ms, T3 is 300ms, T4 is 400ms, and the 4 acquisition times may be compared to obtain a first comparison result, that is, a group of first delivery results only includes one first comparison result, and it can be seen that the acquisition time gradually rises from the first comparison result; or comparing T1, T2 and T3, and comparing T2, T3 and T4 to obtain a group of first comparison results, wherein the acquired time gradually rises as can be seen from the group of comparison results; it is also possible to compare T1 with T2, T2 with T3, and T3 with T4 to obtain a set of first comparison results, from which it can be seen that the time of acquisition gradually increases. The present embodiment does not limit the manner of comparing the acquisition time of extraction and the acquisition time.
Step S108, determining the state of the cover body according to a group of first comparison results.
Specifically, after the comparison result is obtained, the state of the cover body of the device may be determined according to the comparison result, for example, when it is detected that T1 is 100ms, T2 is 200ms, T3 is 300ms, and T4 is 400ms, the current state may be determined to be the cover by comparing T3 with T1, comparing T4 with T3, gradually increasing the acquisition time, and T4 is 400 ms. For another example, if T1 is 400ms, T2 is 300ms, T3 is 300ms, and T4 is 100ms, the acquisition time can be gradually increased by comparing T3 with T1, comparing T4 with T3, and T4 is 100ms, so that the current state can be judged as closed.
According to the equipment state judging method, target data sent by the first wireless module are obtained through the second wireless module, wherein the second wireless module is arranged on the main body of target equipment, and the first wireless module is arranged on the cover body of the target equipment; counting the acquisition time corresponding to each acquisition of the target data in a time period, wherein the acquisition time is the time interval between the current acquisition time of the target data and the last acquisition time of the target data; comparing the magnitude relation between at least two acquisition times to obtain a group of first comparison results, wherein the group of first comparison results at least comprises one first comparison result; and determining the state of the cover body according to a group of first comparison results. The problems that a complex cover opening and closing detection mechanism needs to be arranged to detect the state of the cover body of the cooking equipment and the detection result of the state of the cover body of the cooking equipment is inaccurate in the related art are solved. The second wireless module is used for obtaining the obtaining time of one frame of target data, a comparison result is obtained, and the state of the cover body is judged according to the comparison result, so that the effect of rapidly detecting the state of the cover body of the cooking equipment is achieved.
Optionally, in the method for determining a device state provided in the embodiment of the present application, determining the state of the cover according to a set of first comparison results includes: determining that the cover body is in a motion state currently under the condition that at least one first comparison result indicates that the later acquisition time is not equal to the former acquisition time; and under the condition that the group of first comparison results indicate that the later acquisition time is equal to the former acquisition time, determining that the cover body is in a static state currently.
It should be noted that, the first comparison result indicates that the last acquisition time is not equal to the previous acquisition time, which means that the content of the first comparison result is that the last acquisition time is not equal to the previous acquisition time, and the first comparison result indicates that the last acquisition time is equal to the previous acquisition time, which means that the content of the first comparison result is that the last acquisition time is equal to the previous acquisition time.
Specifically, when the distances between the cover body and the device main body are different, the time required for data transmission between the sweep oscillator and the transponder is also different, and the acquisition time of the target data received by the sweep oscillator is also changed within the same time, so that the acquisition time of a plurality of target data acquired by the sweep oscillator within one time period can be compared, and the running state of the cover body can be judged.
For example, statistics of the acquisition time of the target data may be performed within 1s, and the statistical results are obtained, where T1 is 100ms, T2 is 100ms, T3 is 400ms, and T4 is 400ms, so that it may be determined that the acquisition times of T2 and T3 are different, that is, there is a case where at least one first comparison result indicates that the latter acquisition time is not equal to the former acquisition time, and it may be determined that the current cover is in a motion state. If the statistical result is that T1 is 250ms, T2 is 250ms, T3 is 250ms, and T4 is 250ms, it can be determined that the acquisition time is identical, and it can be determined that the current lid is in a stationary state. According to the embodiment, the acquisition time is compared, so that the change condition of the acquisition time is obtained, and the state of the cover body is judged according to the change condition, so that the accuracy of determining the current state of the cover body is improved.
Optionally, in the method for determining a device state provided in the embodiment of the present application, when at least one first comparison result indicates that a later acquisition time is not equal to a previous acquisition time, determining that the cover is currently in a motion state includes: under the condition that a group of first comparison results indicate that the later acquisition time is more than or equal to the former acquisition time, determining that the cover body moves towards the direction of uncovering; and under the condition that the group of first comparison results indicate that the later acquisition time is less than or equal to the former acquisition time, determining that the cover body moves towards the cover closing direction.
Specifically, when the acquisition time of two target data is different in the preset time period, the running direction of the equipment cover body can be judged according to the change condition of the acquisition time.
For example, statistics of the acquisition time of the target data may be performed within 1s, and the statistical results of T1 being 100ms, T2 being 100ms, T3 being 400ms, and T4 being 400ms may be obtained, at this time, by comparison, since the time between T1 and T4 increases, it may be determined that the lid is currently in a moving state and is in an uncovering motion; if it is detected that T1 is 300ms, T2 is 300ms, T3 is 200ms, and T4 is 200ms, since T3< T2, it can be determined that the acquisition time gradually decreases, and it can be determined that the current device is in the capping motion state. According to the embodiment, the data foundation is laid for improving the accuracy of equipment cover body state judgment by judging the movement state of the equipment cover body.
Optionally, in the method for determining a device state provided in the embodiment of the present application, when at least one first comparison result indicates that a later acquisition time is not equal to a previous acquisition time, after determining that the cover is currently in a motion state, the method further includes: comparing the magnitude relation between the last time of acquisition and the preset value to obtain a second comparison result; under the condition that the cover body moves towards the cover closing direction and the second comparison result indicates that the last acquisition time is smaller than or equal to a first preset value, determining the current state of the cover body as the cover closing state; under the condition that the cover body moves towards the cover closing direction and the second comparison result indicates that the last acquisition time is larger than a first preset value, determining that the current state of the cover body is the same as the state determined in the last time; under the condition that the cover body moves towards the cover opening direction and the second comparison result indicates that the last acquisition time is greater than or equal to a second preset value, determining the current state of the cover body to be the cover opening state, wherein the first preset value is smaller than the second preset value; and under the condition that the cover body moves towards the cover opening direction and the second comparison result indicates that the last acquisition time is smaller than a second preset value, determining that the current state of the cover body is the same as the state determined in the last time.
Specifically, when at least one first comparison result indicates that the last acquisition time is not equal to the previous acquisition time, the current equipment cover state can be judged according to the magnitude relation between the movement direction and the last acquisition time and a preset value, wherein the first preset value can be used for judging the cover state when the cover moves in the cover closing direction, and the second preset value can be used for judging the cover state when the cover moves in the cover opening direction.
For example, fig. 2 is a flowchart of an optional method for determining a device status according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, statistics of acquisition time of target data may be performed within 1s, a first preset value may be set to 60ms, and a second preset value may be set to 300ms, where when the system performs device cover status determination, 10 data frame acquisition amounts T1 to T10 may be obtained, where T1 is the number acquired in the first time interval, and T10 is the number acquired in the last time interval. At this time, the magnitude relation between T1 to T10 is judged, and in the case where the acquisition time of T1 to T10 is in a trend of increasing, the equipment cover is judged to be in the cover opening movement state, and in the case where t10=350 ms, the equipment cover is judged to be in the cover opening state at present, and in the case where t10=250 ms, the current state of the cover is judged to be the same as the state determined at the previous time; when the acquisition time of T1 to T10 is in a decreasing trend, the apparatus cover is judged to be in the closed-cover movement state, and when t10=50 ms, the apparatus cover is judged to be in the closed-cover state at present, and when t10=80 ms, the current state of the cover is judged to be the same as the state determined previously. The embodiment combines the motion state of the equipment cover body and the acquisition time of the last frame of data to determine the opening and closing state of the cover body, thereby achieving the effect of accurately determining the opening and closing state of the equipment cover body.
Optionally, in the method for determining a device state provided in the embodiment of the present application, after determining that the cover is currently in the stationary state when the set of first comparison results indicate that the later acquisition time is equal to the previous acquisition time, the method further includes: comparing the magnitude relation between the last time of acquisition and the preset value to obtain a third comparison result; determining that the current state of the cover body is a cover closing state under the condition that the third comparison result indicates that the last acquisition time is smaller than or equal to a first preset value; determining that the current state of the cover body is a cover opening state under the condition that the third comparison result indicates that the last acquisition time is greater than or equal to a second preset value, wherein the first preset value is smaller than the second preset value; and determining that the current state of the cover body is the same as the state determined in the previous time when the third comparison result indicates that the last acquisition time is smaller than the second preset value and larger than the first preset value.
Specifically, when the set of first comparison results indicate that the last acquisition time is greater than or equal to the previous acquisition time, the current equipment cover body state can be judged according to the magnitude relation between the last acquisition time and the preset value, wherein the first preset value can be used for judging whether the cover body is in a cover closing state or not, and the second preset value can be used for judging whether the cover body is in a cover opening state or not.
For example, statistics of acquisition time of target data may be performed within 1s, the first preset value may be set to 60ms, and the second preset value may be set to 300ms, at this time, the system performs device cover status judgment, and 20 data frame acquisition amounts T1 to T20 may be obtained, where T1 is the number acquired in the first time interval, and T20 is the number acquired in the last time interval. At this time, the magnitude relation between T1 to T20 is determined, and if T1 to T20 are 50ms, the apparatus cover is determined to be in a stationary state, and the apparatus cover is currently in a closed state. The embodiment combines the motion state of the equipment cover body and the acquisition time of the last frame of data to determine the opening and closing state of the cover body, thereby achieving the effect of accurately determining the opening and closing state of the equipment cover body.
Optionally, in the method for determining a device state provided in the embodiment of the present application, before determining a state of the cover according to a set of first comparison results, the method further includes: acquiring temperature data of target equipment, and determining a temperature range corresponding to the temperature data, wherein the frequencies of acquiring the target data by the second wireless module are different at different temperatures; when the temperature range corresponding to the temperature data is a first temperature range, acquiring a first preset value and a second preset value determined in the first temperature range; when the temperature range corresponding to the temperature data is a second temperature range, acquiring a first preset value and a second preset value which are determined in the second temperature range, wherein the lower limit of the second temperature range is equal to the upper limit of the first temperature range, the first preset value determined in the second temperature range is larger than the first preset value determined in the first temperature range, and the second preset value determined in the second temperature range is larger than the second preset value determined in the first temperature range; and when the temperature range corresponding to the temperature data is a third temperature range, acquiring a first preset value and a second preset value which are determined in the third temperature range, wherein the upper limit of the third temperature range is equal to the lower limit of the first temperature range, the first preset value determined in the third temperature range is larger than the first preset value determined in the first temperature range, and the second preset value determined in the third temperature range is larger than the second preset value determined in the first temperature range.
Specifically, since the resonance capacitance value of the resonance circuit changes under the condition of different temperatures, the passing frequency may be changed, and the chip sweep time is different, the acquisition time for acquiring the target data may be changed due to the temperature, so that an error occurs in judging the cover opening and closing state of the target equipment. Therefore, the first preset value and the second preset value need to be correspondingly adjusted according to different temperatures, so that the error caused by detection errors due to temperature factors is eliminated, and the cover opening and closing state of the target equipment is judged erroneously.
For example, the first temperature range may be a normal temperature environment, the temperature range may be set to-5 ℃ to 70 ℃, the second temperature range may be a high temperature environment, the temperature range may be set to greater than 75 ℃, the third temperature range may be a low temperature environment, the temperature range may be set to less than-5 ℃, and under the normal temperature environment, the first preset value may be 60, the second preset value may be/300; under the high-temperature environment, the first preset value can be 75, and the second preset value can be 360; in a low temperature environment, the first preset value may be 70 and the second preset value may be 350. It should be noted that when the temperature is at the critical value of the two temperature environments, the current environment needs to be determined as an abnormal temperature environment, and the first preset value and the second preset value are correspondingly adjusted at the same time, for example, when the current temperature is-5 ℃, the current low temperature state is judged, at this time, the first preset value can be 70, the second preset value can be 350, when the current temperature is 70 ℃, the current high temperature state is judged, at this time, the first preset value can be 75, the second preset value can be 360, and by adjusting the preset values at different temperatures, the effect of avoiding the temperature from affecting the accuracy of judging the state of the cover body of the equipment is achieved.
Optionally, in the method for determining a device state provided in the embodiment of the present application, before determining a state of the cover according to a set of first comparison results, the method further includes: in a first temperature range, counting the acquisition time corresponding to a plurality of target data by a second wireless module in a cover closing state, averaging the acquired acquisition time to obtain a first target time, determining a first preset value according to the first target time, counting the acquisition time corresponding to the plurality of target data by the second wireless module in the cover closing state, averaging the acquired acquisition time to obtain a second target time, and determining a second preset value according to the second target time; in a second temperature range, counting the acquisition time corresponding to a plurality of target data by a second wireless module in a cover closing state, averaging the acquired acquisition time to obtain a third target time, determining a first preset value according to the third target time, counting the acquisition time corresponding to the plurality of target data by the second wireless module in the cover closing state, averaging the acquired acquisition time to obtain a fourth target time, and determining a second preset value according to the fourth target time; in a third temperature range, the second wireless module respectively acquires acquisition time corresponding to a plurality of target data in a cover-closing state, averages the acquired acquisition time to obtain a fifth target time, determines a first preset value according to the fifth target time, counts the acquisition time corresponding to the plurality of target data in the cover-closing state, averages the acquired acquisition time to obtain a sixth target time, and determines a second preset value according to the sixth target time.
Specifically, in order to better determine the first preset value and the second preset value at different temperatures, the device may be tested at the corresponding temperatures, so as to obtain the first preset value and the second preset value at different temperatures. For example, the apparatus may be placed in an environment of 50 ℃ and the state of the apparatus may be set to a closed lid state, at which time the reception of the target data is started and the acquisition time required for acquiring each target data is determined, and the average value is calculated, so that the average value is set to a preset value when the apparatus is closed lid in an environment of normal temperature, thereby obtaining a first preset value in an environment of normal temperature, and at the same time, the state of the apparatus may be set to an open lid state, and the above operations may be repeated, thereby obtaining a second preset value in an environment of normal temperature. In addition, the apparatus may be placed in a high-temperature and low-temperature environment, thereby obtaining a first preset value and a second preset value in the high-temperature environment and the low-temperature environment. According to the method and the device, the preset values at different temperatures are determined by calculating the average value of target data reception in a fixed time interval, so that the effect of improving the accuracy of determining the state of the cover body of the device is achieved.
It should be noted that the steps illustrated in the flowcharts of the figures may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer executable instructions, and that although a logical order is illustrated in the flowcharts, in some cases the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order other than that illustrated herein.
