The face cover part comprises an end wall 10 and a side wall 20 arranged around the end wall 10, wherein a separation gap is arranged between the first plate section 12 and the second plate section 13 of the end wall 10 so that the two are arranged separately, namely the two are not directly connected; the gate forming region 40 is located on the first plate segment 12 to ensure that the injection molding melt passes through the gate 30 and the first plate segment 12 to preferentially fill the sidewall 20, reducing flow marks on the outer sidewall surface 21; in addition, the first plate section 12 is a part of the first structural body 14 and the first structural body 14 is positioned on the front surface of the household appliance, so that the welding line is arranged on the outer side wall surface 21 of the second structural body, namely, the welding line is positioned in a place which is not easy to see by a user, and the appearance effect of the household appliance is improved. Therefore, the surface cover part solves the problem that the spraying-free injection molding part is easy to generate appearance defects.
When the mold is used to mold the cover member, the cavity of the mold is used to mold the cover member, the gate 30 (may also be called a gate) is in communication with the cavity, the material in the gate 30 forms a gate molding portion, and the area where the cover member is connected to the gate molding portion is referred to as a gate molding area 40.
When the surface cover component is applied to the household appliance, the appearance surface is a component part of the appearance of the household appliance, namely the appearance surface is a surface which is exposed in the application environment and can be seen by a user; the non-exterior surface is located inside the household appliance, i.e. the non-exterior surface is a surface hidden inside the household appliance that is not visible to the user.
The front surface of the household appliance is an end surface arranged towards a user, and the back surface of the household appliance is arranged opposite to the front surface of the household appliance; wherein, as shown in fig. 2, the front surface of the home appliance and the back surface of the home appliance are sequentially arranged along the x direction.
In particular, the sidewall 20 may be an annular sidewall; it is also possible that the two ends of the side wall 20 are not connected, instead of being annular side walls, i.e. in the circumferential direction of the end wall 10.
Specifically, the gate molding region 40 is located in the middle of the first structural body 14 in the circumferential direction of the face cover member body. The arrangement is such that the weld line is in the middle of the second structure 15, which is not easily visible to the user when in use, since the second structure 15 is on the back of the household appliance.
Preferably, the face cover member body is disposed symmetrically with respect to the reference face, and the first structural body 14 and the gate molding region 40 are disposed symmetrically with respect to the reference face. Such an arrangement further ensures that the weld line is not easily visible to the user when in use.
Specifically, the first top surface 11 of the end wall 10 is connected to the outer side wall surface 21, at least a portion of the first top surface 11 being a non-exterior surface, the first top surface 11 including a second top surface of the first plate segment 12 on which the gate molding zone 40 is located. Such an arrangement reduces flow marks on the outer sidewall surface 21.
Specifically, the first top surface 11 is a non-exterior surface, and the outer side wall surface 21 is an exterior surface; the bottom surface of the end wall 10 disposed opposite to the first top surface 11 is a non-exterior surface, and the inner wall surface of the side wall 20 disposed opposite to the outer wall surface 21 is a non-exterior surface.
In the present embodiment, the second plate section 13 is provided with a first through hole 131. The open pore structure can ensure the assembly of the surface cover part and other parts of the household appliance; at the same time, the open cell structure increases the resistance to flow of the injection molding melt in the end wall 10, allowing the end wall 10 to fill later, reducing flow marks on the outer sidewall surface 21.
Alternatively, the number of the first through holes 131 is plural, and the plural first through holes 131 are arranged at intervals.
Preferably, the second plate section 13 is provided with at least three first through holes 131.
In the present embodiment, the second plate section 13 includes a first connection plate 132 and a second connection plate 133, the first connection plate 132 is connected with the side wall 20 through the second connection plate 133, and the thickness of the second connection plate 133 is smaller than that of the first connection plate 132. This arrangement increases the resistance of the injection melt flowing from the side wall 20 to the end wall 10, prioritizing the filling of the side wall 20, retarding the filling of the end wall 10, and reducing flow marks on the outer side wall surface 21.
The thickness direction of the second connection plate 133 and the thickness direction of the first connection plate 132 are both the up-down direction in fig. 3.
In this embodiment, the second plate section 13 is provided with a recess 134. The recess 134 is of a thinned construction, i.e. the thickness at the second plate section 13 where the recess 134 is provided is reduced to increase the resistance to flow of the injection melt at the end wall 10, allowing the injection melt to lag the filling at the end wall 10.
Specifically, the recess 134 is provided on the first top surface 11.
In the present embodiment, the filling end of the second plate section 13 is provided with a second through hole 135. The filling end is provided with a hollowed-out structure for intercepting the flow marks formed by the end wall 10 downstream thereof, it being seen that the end of a portion of the appearance defects ends in the hollowed-out structure. The number of appearance defects is reduced, and the shape of the welding line is more regular.
In this embodiment, the length of the cover member in any direction of extension thereof is 400mm or less. Such an arrangement can reduce the risk of flow marks.
Specifically, when the length of the face cover member in any extending direction thereof is 400mm or less, the face cover member has only one gate molding region 40, and such arrangement can reduce the generation of weld lines, solving the problem that the spray-free injection molded part is liable to cause appearance defects.
In this embodiment, the appearance surface of the surface cover member is provided with a drawn yarn, and the extending direction of the drawn yarn is parallel to the flow direction of the injection melt. If flow marks appear on the appearance surface, the direction of the flow marks is in the same direction as the flow direction, and the extending direction of the wiredrawing lines is parallel to the flow direction of the melt, so that the flow marks can be covered by the lines of the wiredrawing lines, and the flow marks have a covering effect.
The drawn lines are formed on the surface of the exterior member by surface drawing treatment, which is a surface treatment means for achieving a decorative effect.
In this embodiment, the face cover member is made of a spray-free material including a base material and particles distributed in the base material; wherein the base material is a thermoplastic polymer material; the particles are at least one of metal particles, pearl powder and fibers.
Optionally, the metal particles are aluminum or copper.
Alternatively, the fibers are nylon or natural fibers.
The face cover part of this application reduces flow mark, runner line and welding line in a large number when using exempting from the spraying material, guarantees that the outward appearance is good.
The invention also provides a household appliance comprising the surface cover component, wherein the surface cover component is the surface cover component in the embodiment.
Specifically, the household appliance is an electric cooker.
The present invention also provides a mold having a cavity for forming the face cover member in the above embodiment, the mold further having a gate 30, the gate 30 being in communication with the cavity.
From the above description, it can be seen that the above embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects:
the surface cover part is made by adopting a spraying-free technology, is an injection molding product and is made of a spraying-free material, the spraying-free injection molding part has unique light and shadow effect and metallic luster after molding, and can achieve the appearance effect comparable to or better than spraying without secondary treatment.
