The thickness of the strip is preferably 1-3 mm to facilitate rounding and assembly. After the rolling treatment, the two ends of the circular ring are not required to be welded, and a certain opening is reserved, so that the supporting ring 132 is more adaptive to the size fluctuation of the inner side wall 120 and the outer wrapping layer 133, and the quality of wrapping can be improved, and bad wrapping is reduced. In order to improve the strength of the support ring 132 and facilitate the rolling and assembling of the support ring 132, two strips of 1-3 mm may be stacked for use in the actual manufacturing process.
For the manufacture of the wrapping layer 133, stainless steel or stainless iron material may be used. In a preferred embodiment, the sheet material may be stretch formed to form a preliminary wrapping layer 133, which may be subsequently polished (sanded) as desired. In another preferred embodiment, the rolling process may be performed using a bar of stainless steel or stainless iron, and both ends of the ring may be subjected to a welding process and a polishing (sanding) process after the rolling process. The second embodiment is preferred, and cost can be reduced. Wherein the welding process can be laser welding or argon arc welding. After the wrapping layer 133 is formed initially, one end of the wrapping layer 133 may be turned over to form a first end wall 133b. In order to facilitate the subsequent assembly step, as shown in fig. 5, the second end wall 133c of the wrapping layer 133 at the lower end may be pre-turned, that is, the second end wall 133c may be bent to be perpendicular to the wrapping body 133a, and may be bent to form a certain inclination angle with the wrapping body 133a, for example, about 45 degrees, and then bent into place when the subsequent assembly is performed on the inner pot 100.
Finally, the above-mentioned molded layers are assembled, with continued reference to fig. 5, the molded support ring 132 is placed in advance in the molded wrapping layer 133 so as to be closely attached to the wrapping body 133a of the wrapping layer 133, the support ring 132 and the wrapping layer 133 are pressed into the first wall 131 of the inner pot 100 as a whole from the radially outer side of the pot opening 130, and finally, the second end wall 133c of the wrapping layer 133 at the lower end is subjected to flanging treatment so as to form an extension substantially perpendicular to the wrapping body 133a, and the step, that is, the lower edges of the support ring 132 and the thickening portion 131a, is caught.
It should be appreciated that the above embodiment is only one embodiment of manufacturing the inner pot 100, wherein the individual steps are not necessary, and one or more of the steps may be added or subtracted as desired; and the sequence of each step is not necessarily fixed, and the sequence of operation can be adjusted according to the requirement.
Embodiment 2
Hereinafter, an inner pan according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. The inner pot according to the second embodiment has substantially the same construction as the inner pot according to the first embodiment except for the structure of the pot mouth, and thus, only the structure of the pot mouth 230 will be described below for the sake of brevity.
As shown in fig. 6, in the present embodiment, the mouth 230 further includes a burring structure 234 extending outwardly from the top end of the first wall 231 in the radial direction of the inner pot. The thickness of the flange structures 234 may be the same as the thickness of the first wall 231.
In the present embodiment, the extension length of the first end wall 233b of the wrapping 233 in the radial direction of the inner pan is equal to the extension length of the second end wall 233c in the above-described direction. The first end wall 233b covers the upper edge of the support ring 232 and the second end wall 233c covers the lower edge of the support ring 232 such that the cross section of the wrapping 233 and the support ring 232 assumes a rectangular configuration, as shown in fig. 6.
Preferably, the first end wall 233b and the second end wall 233c have an extension equal to the extension of the flange structure 234. The support collar 232 and the wrapping 233 abut the flange structure 234 below the flange structure 234. This solution can make the structure of the mouth 230 more compact and tidy, and can increase the thickness and stability of the mouth 230.
Preferably, the lower edge of the thickening 231a is disposed obliquely with respect to the side wall 220. This arrangement can facilitate the bottom-up assembly of the support ring 232 and the wrapping 233 when assembled to the finish 230.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, in the assembly process, the formed support ring 232 is placed in advance into the formed wrapping layer 233 so as to be placed closely to the wrapping body 233a of the wrapping layer 233. Unlike the above-described embodiment, in the present embodiment, both the first end wall 233b and the second end wall 233c of the wrap 233 have been bent to extend substantially perpendicular to the wrap body 233a prior to assembly to the inner pan.
For the wrapping layer 233 wrapped with the support ring 232, it can be pressed into the first wall 231 of the inner pan and the flange structure 234 as a whole from below the pan mouth 230 from below to above. Preferably, in the assembled state, the support ring 232 is in an expanded and deformed state, so that it can be closely attached to the first wall 231 and the outer wrapping layer 233 of the inner pan, and the support ring 232 and the wrapping layer 233 are prevented from falling off from the side wall 220 and the flange structure 234 of the inner pan 100.
It should be appreciated that the above embodiment is only one embodiment of the manufacturing of the inner pot, wherein the individual steps are not necessary, and one or more of the steps may be added or subtracted as desired; and the sequence of each step is not necessarily fixed, and the sequence of operation can be adjusted according to the requirement.

Claims (22)

1. The inner pan according to claim 1, characterized in that the pan mouth (130) comprises a first wall (131) constituted by an upper portion of the side wall (120), the support ring (132) arranged around the first wall (131) and a wrapping layer (133) around the support ring, the first wall (131) having a thickening (131 a) protruding outwards in a radial direction of the inner pan with respect to the other portion of the side wall (120).

The inner pan according to claim 2, wherein the wrapping layer (133) comprises a wrapping body (133 a) and a first end wall (133 b) arranged at an upper end of the wrapping body (133 a) and a second end wall (133 c) arranged at a lower end of the wrapping body (133 a), the first end wall (133 b) and the second end wall (133 c) extending inwardly in a radial direction of the wrapping layer (133), the first end wall (133 b) covering at least an upper edge of the support ring (132), and the second end wall (133 c) covering at least a lower edge of the support ring (132).
4. An inner pan according to any of the claims 1-3, characterized in that the thickness of the support ring (132) is larger than the thickness of the wrapping layer (133).
5. An inner pan according to any of the claims 1-3, characterized in that the opening angle of the support ring (132) is 5-10 degrees.
6. An inner pan according to any of the claims 1-3, characterized in that the support ring (132) is of an iron or copper ring structure.
7. An inner pan according to any of claims 1-3, characterized in that the wrapping (133) is configured as a closed ring-like structure and/or that the wrapping (133) is a stainless steel ring.
8. An inner pan as claimed in claim 3, wherein the first end wall has a greater extension than the second end wall, the first end wall covering the support rim and the upper edge of the first wall, and the second end wall covering the support rim and the lower edge of the thickening.
9. An inner pan according to claim 3, characterized in that the pan section further comprises a flange structure (234) extending outwardly from the top end of the first wall in the radial direction of the inner pan.
10. The inner pan of claim 9, wherein the first end wall has an extension equal to an extension of the second end wall, the first end wall covering an upper edge of the support rim, the second end wall covering a lower edge of the support rim, the support rim and the wrapping layer abutting the flange structure below the flange structure.
11. The inner pan of claim 10, wherein the first end wall and the second end wall have an extension equal to an extension of the flange structure.
12. Inner pan according to claim 9, characterized in that the lower edge of the thickening is arranged obliquely with respect to the side wall.
13. Inner pan according to claim 1, characterized in that the thickness of the support ring is 1-6 mm and/or the thickness of the wrapping layer is 0.2-1.5 mm.
14. A cooking appliance, comprising:
a pot body in which the inner pot according to any one of claims 1 to 13 is provided; and
the cover body is arranged on the cooker body in an openable and closable manner, and a cooking space can be formed between the cover body and the inner cooker.
15. A method for manufacturing an inner pan as claimed in any of the claims 1-13, characterized in that the method comprises:
a main body forming an inner pot;
forming an annular support ring such that the support ring is provided with an opening in a circumferential direction;
forming an annular wrapping layer, wherein the wrapping layer comprises a wrapping body, a first end wall arranged at the upper end of the wrapping body and a second end wall arranged at the lower end of the wrapping body, and the first end wall and the second end wall extend inwards along the radial direction of the wrapping layer;
wrapping the support ring in the wrapping layer; and
and assembling a wrapping layer wrapping the support ring to the pot mouth part, wherein the pot mouth part comprises a first wall formed by the upper parts of the side walls.
16. The method of claim 15, wherein forming the annular wrapping layer comprises:
folding the upper end of the wrapping layer to form the first end wall so that the first end wall extends approximately perpendicularly to the wrapping body; and
the lower end of the wrapping layer is folded to form the second end wall such that the second end wall extends at an angle to the wrapping body, the angle being less than 90 degrees.
17. The method according to claim 16, wherein the first wall (131) has a thickening (131 a) protruding outwards in a radial direction of the inner pan with respect to the other parts of the side wall (120), the fitting of the wrapping layer wrapped with the support ring to the pan mouth comprising:
fitting a wrapping layer wrapping the support ring to the first wall from a radially outer side of the first wall such that the first end wall covers the support ring and an upper edge of the first wall; and
the second end wall is folded over to extend generally perpendicular to the wrap body such that the second end wall covers the support ring and the lower edge of the thickening.
18. The method of claim 15, wherein the finish portion further comprises a flange structure extending outwardly from the top end of the first wall in a radial direction of the inner pan.
19. The method of claim 18, wherein forming the annular wrapping layer comprises:
folding the upper end of the wrapping layer to form the first end wall so that the first end wall extends approximately perpendicularly to the wrapping body; and
the lower end of the wrap is folded over to form the second end wall such that the second end wall extends generally perpendicular to the wrap body.
20. The method of claim 19, wherein said fitting a wrapping layer wrapped with the support ring to the pan mouth comprises:
assembling a wrapping layer wrapped with the support ring from below the first wall to the first wall so that the wrapping layer abuts to the flanging structure below the flanging structure.
21. The method of claim 15, wherein forming the annular support ring comprises:
and (3) carrying out rolling treatment on the base material to be formed into the support ring, and leaving openings at two ends of the circular ring after the rolling treatment.
22. The method of claim 15, wherein forming the annular wrapping layer comprises:
and (3) carrying out rolling treatment on the base material to be formed with the wrapping layer, and welding the two ends of the circular ring after the rolling treatment.
