It is to be understood that the data so used may be interchanged where appropriate such that the embodiments of the invention described herein may be implemented in sequences other than those illustrated or otherwise described herein.
Before the technical scheme is elaborated, an application scene of the technical scheme is simply introduced so as to more clearly understand the technical scheme. With the development of society, economy and science and technology, more and more industries have developed flexible employment phenomena, which are caused by that the demand curve of an enterprise party to staff presents a wave crest and wave trough state due to the variation of living and working habits of people. For example, when an enterprise develops a project, after the project is completed, the project participants have a high probability of not being suitable for the next starting project, thus requiring recruitment of another batch of people for the next project, but no specific work is available for the project personnel that are currently completed. For example, some seasonal employment enterprises require a large number of personnel in a certain period of time, but the employment demands are greatly reduced when seasons pass. For example, some lines with time characteristics (such as the catering industry) may have increased labor demands during certain periods, and the labor demands during these periods may be significantly reduced, e.g., each restaurant may be very busy during a meal period, requiring a large number of employees to provide the restaurant's meal and take-out demands. For individuals, more and more free practitioners are in society, whether high-tech personnel, professionals in certain industries, or industries such as catering, home administration, maintenance and the like, and many individuals like to freely select work which can be done in a short period of time. That is, the flexible industry is many and complex, and thus, resource settlement for flexible staff is very inconvenient for enterprises.
In general, an enterprise side will manage a resource settlement service for a third party resource settlement platform, 2, for the third party resource settlement platform, for different types of industries or enterprises with flexible employment, due to the working properties of the flexible employment, unified management cannot be performed on all industries or enterprises within the management range, and different settlement modes or settlement templates are usually required to be formulated for different enterprises. When flexible labor settlement of a plurality of enterprises is required to be managed, the operation is very complicated, the settlement efficiency is low, and the requirement on flexible labor settlement cannot be met. Based on the above, the technical scheme provides a settlement mode aiming at the flexible labor field, so that the flexible labor of enterprises in the management range can be managed uniformly by a third party resource settlement platform conveniently.
Example 1
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a resource settlement method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method may be applied to a situation of performing settlement management on a user to be settled in a flexible industry and improving settlement efficiency, and the method may be performed by a resource settlement device, where the resource settlement device may be implemented in a form of hardware and/or software, and the resource settlement device may be configured in a computing device that may perform the resource settlement method.
As shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
s110, obtaining information to be paid sent by the authenticated payer, and determining a target settlement mode corresponding to the authenticated payer.
In practical application, the technical scheme provides a resource settlement mode for a third party resource settlement platform according to the industry characteristics of the flexible labor field. By authenticated payors is understood either a employment or business party that has agreed to a partnership with a third party resource settlement platform. Generally, the authenticated payer stores a certain amount of available settlement resources in the third-party resource settlement platform, and then the third-party resource settlement platform performs resource settlement for the corresponding user to be settled according to the information to be paid sent by the authenticated payer. The to-be-paid information is to-be-settled information sent by the authenticated payment party to the third party resource settlement platform, and the to-be-paid information comprises at least one to-be-settled user which is required to be subjected to resource settlement by the authenticated payment party and to-be-settled information corresponding to each to-be-settled user, such as to-be-settled amount. The target settlement means includes at least one of a settlement means based on a bank account and a settlement means based on a third party account. The bank account settlement mode can be understood as a mode that a third party resource settlement platform establishes corresponding resource management agreements with a banking institution and an authenticated payment party in advance so that the third party resource settlement platform invokes the resource settlement mode that the authenticated payment party stores in the banking institution for the user to be settled, for example, the authenticated payment party establishes special funds in the banking institution, and when the user to be settled needs to perform resource settlement, the third party resource settlement platform can use the special funds to perform resource settlement for each user to be settled. In addition, the authenticated payer can also pre-establish a fund account on the third-party resource settlement platform, and the fund account is specially used for resource settlement of the user to be settled related to flexible employment. The settlement method based on the third party account can be understood as a method that the third party resource settlement platform directly calls the resources in the fund account which is set up by the authenticated payer and used for the flexible and labor-saving resource settlement to carry out the resource settlement on each user to be settled.
Specifically, when the authenticated payer needs to perform resource settlement on the user to be settled, the information to be paid can be sent to the third-party resource settlement platform, and after the information to be paid sent by the authenticated payer is received, a target settlement mode corresponding to the authenticated payer is determined, so that each user to be settled in the information to be paid performs resource settlement based on the target settlement mode.
Optionally, before obtaining the information to be paid sent by the authenticated payer and determining the target settlement mode corresponding to the authenticated payer, the method further includes: when a resource settlement request sent by a payment party to be authenticated is detected, performing risk assessment on the payment party to be authenticated to obtain corresponding risk assessment attributes; and if the risk assessment attribute meets the risk assessment detection condition, determining that the to-be-authenticated payer is an authenticated payer.
The payment party to be authenticated can be understood as an enterprise party or a worker party who wants to establish a cooperative relationship with the third party resource settlement platform so as to perform resource settlement on the user to be settled which uses flexible labor based on the third party resource settlement platform. Before establishing a cooperative relationship with the payment party to be authenticated, the third party resource settlement platform needs to perform risk assessment on the payment party to be authenticated in order to ensure that the payment party to be authenticated has enough resources to perform resource settlement on users needing settlement. The risk assessment attribute can be used for representing the resource security degree of the to-be-authenticated payer, and the higher the risk assessment attribute, the higher the resource settlement risk of the to-be-authenticated payer to the user to be settled is, otherwise, the lower the risk assessment attribute, the lower the resource settlement risk of the to-be-settled user is. That is, the lower the risk assessment attribute of the to-be-authenticated payer, the higher the resource security of the to-be-authenticated payer. The risk assessment detection condition may be used to determine whether the party to be authenticated may be the detection condition of the authenticated payment square according to the risk assessment attribute.
Specifically, when a resource settlement request sent by a payment party to be authenticated is received, in order to determine whether the payment party to be authenticated has a resource security risk, risk assessment needs to be performed on the payment party to be authenticated. For example, a running record, a business record, a fixed asset, a flowing fund, etc. of the to-be-authenticated payer may be obtained, and it is determined whether the to-be-authenticated payer is stable in business, so as to comprehensively perform risk assessment on the to-be-authenticated payer, and determine whether the to-be-authenticated payer has a capability of continuously performing resource settlement for the to-be-settled user. After determining the risk assessment attribute corresponding to the to-be-authenticated payer, if the risk assessment attribute is greater than the risk assessment attribute threshold, determining that the to-be-authenticated payer meets the risk assessment detection condition, establishing a cooperative relationship with the to-be-authenticated payer, and determining the to-be-authenticated payer as an authenticated payer.
The method has the advantages that if the to-be-paid party needs to carry out resource payment by the third party resource settlement platform due to the fact that funds are not transferred, if the risk assessment attribute of the to-be-authenticated payment party is low, namely, the to-be-authenticated payment party is determined to have high safety through historical operation records or credit levels of the to-be-authenticated payment party and certain repayment capability, the to-be-authenticated payment party is taken as the authenticated payment party, and then after a corresponding resource payment agreement is established, the third party resource settlement platform carries out resource payment to the authenticated payment party so as to carry out resource settlement for a corresponding to-be-settled user.
Optionally, determining the target settlement means corresponding to the authenticated payer includes: determining at least one settlement mode to be used corresponding to the authenticated payer, and determining the settlement priority corresponding to each settlement mode to be used; based on the settlement priority, a target settlement means corresponding to the authenticated payer is determined.
The settlement mode to be used can comprise a settlement mode based on a bank account, a settlement mode based on a third party account and the like. The settlement priority may be understood as a settlement manner set according to a settlement order set by the authenticated payer, and if the authenticated payer sets a settlement manner based on the third-party account as a first settlement manner and sets a settlement manner based on the bank account as a second settlement manner, the corresponding settlement priority may be determined based on the settlement order set by the authenticated payer.
Specifically, when the authenticated payer establishes cooperation with the third-party resource settlement platform, at least one settlement mode to be used can be set at the third-party resource settlement platform, and corresponding settlement priorities are set for each settlement mode to be used, so that when the third-party resource settlement platform performs resource settlement on corresponding users to be settled, corresponding target settlement modes are determined according to the settlement priorities.
In an exemplary embodiment, a settlement mode based on a third party account is set as a first settlement mode, and a settlement mode based on a bank account is set as a second settlement mode, so that when the third party resource settlement platform performs resource settlement, the storage resources of the storage account of the authenticated payer on the third party resource settlement platform are preferentially used for performing resource settlement on each user to be settled. If the third party account has insufficient resources, the bank account-based settlement mode can be adopted in order to carry out resource settlement. If the bank account of the authenticated payer is insufficient in resources, the first settlement mode and the second settlement mode can be overlapped to perform resource settlement, and if the resource settlement requirement cannot be met, the authenticated payer needs to be informed to perform resource settlement processing.
It should be noted that, the above settlement method is, for example, set according to the actual situation in the actual application process, and is not limited herein.
S120, determining available settlement resources corresponding to the authenticated payer, and determining to-be-settled resources corresponding to the authenticated payer according to the to-be-paid information.
Among them, the usable settlement resource is understood to be a resource which is stored in advance by the authenticated payer and can be used for settlement of a flexible labor-saving resource, and for example, the usable settlement resource corresponds to a certain resource settlement amount. A resource to be settled may be understood as a resource for which an authenticated payer needs to settle the resource to at least one user to be settled.
Specifically, the available settlement resources of the authenticated payer can be determined according to the resource information in the fund account of the user to be settled, which is pre-established by the authenticated payer. When the information to be paid is received, the resource to be settled corresponding to the authenticated payer can be determined according to the information to be settled in the information to be paid.
Optionally, determining the available settlement resources corresponding to the authenticated payer includes: determining a stored resource of the authenticated payer, and a usable settlement ratio corresponding to the authenticated payer; the available settlement resources are obtained based on the product of the applicable settlement proportions of the stored resources.
In practice, the stored resource may be understood as the total stored information pre-stored by the authenticated payer. The settlement ratio to be used can be understood as the ratio which can be used for carrying out resource settlement on the user to be settled in the stored resources which are preset. Further, the usable settlement resources commonly determined according to the usable settlement ratio may be used according to the stored resources, for example, the to-be-used settlement ratio may be set to 30%, that is, if the stored resources are 100 ten thousand, the usable settlement resources are 30 ten thousand.
Optionally, determining the resource to be settled corresponding to the authenticated payer according to the information to be paid includes: determining sub-resources to be settled corresponding to the corresponding users to be settled according to the information to be settled corresponding to the users to be settled; and determining the resource to be settled corresponding to the authenticated payer based on the sum of the sub-resources to be settled.
The to-be-settled information may include settlement information corresponding to the to-be-settled users, and may include information such as total working days, daily settlement resources, total settlement resources, and the like corresponding to each to-be-settled user. Illustratively, the total working days of the user A to be settled in the current month is 10 days, the daily settlement resource is 100 yuan/day, and the total settlement resource is 1000 yuan; the total working days of the user B to be settled in the current month is 13 days, the daily settlement resources are 130 yuan/day, and the total settlement resources are 1690 yuan; the total working days of the user C to be settled in the current month are 15 days, the daily settlement resources are 90 yuan/day, and the total settlement resources are 1350 yuan. It should be noted that the to-be-settled information may include total settlement resources corresponding to each to-be-settled user, or the third party resource settlement platform may calculate to obtain total settlement resources corresponding to each to-be-settled user according to total working days and daily settlement resources. The sub-resource to be settled may be understood as a resource to be settled corresponding to each user to be settled, that is, the resource to be settled is a total settlement resource required to be settled based on authenticated payees determined by all users to be settled, and the resource to be settled corresponding to each user to be settled is a part of the total settlement resource, and thus may be referred to as a sub-resource to be settled.
Specifically, the corresponding sub-resources to be settled can be determined according to the information to be settled corresponding to each user to be settled, and the resource to be settled required to be resolved by the authenticated payer can be obtained based on the sum of the sub-resources to be settled.
And S130, when the to-be-settled resources are smaller than the usable settlement resources, performing resource settlement on the corresponding to-be-settled users based on the target settlement mode.
Specifically, when the to-be-settled resources are smaller than the available settlement resources, it is indicated that sufficient resources are available for the authenticated payers to perform resource settlement on the to-be-settled users, and at this time, the to-be-settled users may be subjected to resource settlement based on determining the target settlement mode corresponding to the authenticated payers.
Optionally, performing resource settlement on the corresponding user to be settled based on the target settlement mode, including: determining at least one piece of information to be checked associated with the current user to be settled for each user to be settled; based on each piece of information to be checked, carrying out identity authentication on the current user to be settled; and when the authentication result of the identity authentication is authentication passing, carrying out resource settlement on the current user to be settled based on the target settlement mode.
The information to be verified may be information for verifying the identity of the user to be settled, for example, the information may include a user name, identity card information, account information, and the like of the user to be settled.
In practical application, in order to ensure the accuracy of resource settlement for each user to be settled, before the resource settlement is performed, the identity information of the corresponding user to be settled needs to be verified, usually in order to increase the reliability of the identity verification, the verification needs to be performed according to at least one piece of information to be verified of the user to be settled, and after the verification is passed, the resource settlement is performed for the user to be settled based on the target settlement mode.
Optionally, after resource settlement is performed on the corresponding user to be settled based on the target settlement mode, the method further comprises: and generating resource settlement records corresponding to the users to be settled so as to determine the settlement states of the corresponding users to be settled based on the resource settlement records.
The resource settlement record can be understood as a resource settlement certificate for each user to be settled. The settlement state includes a settled state or an outstanding state.
Specifically, after the resource settlement is performed on each user to be settled, in order to determine the settlement state of each user to be settled and trace the resources of the authenticated payer, a resource settlement record corresponding to each user to be settled needs to be generated, so that the related personnel can inquire and trace the settlement resources according to each resource settlement record.
According to the technical scheme, the to-be-paid information sent by the authenticated payer is obtained, the target settlement mode corresponding to the authenticated payer is determined, at least one to-be-settled user corresponding to the authenticated payer and to-be-settled information corresponding to each settlement user can be determined according to the to-be-paid information, and the target settlement mode can be determined according to the settlement priority preset by the authenticated payer. And determining usable settlement resources corresponding to the authenticated payer, determining to-be-settled resources corresponding to the authenticated payer according to the to-be-paid information, obtaining the usable settlement resources corresponding to the authenticated payer according to the stored resources of the authenticated payer and the usable settlement proportion, and determining to-be-settled resources corresponding to the authenticated payer according to the sum of to-be-settled sub-resources corresponding to each to-be-settled user. Further, when the to-be-settled resource is smaller than the usable settlement resource, performing resource settlement on the corresponding to-be-settled users based on the target settlement mode, and performing corresponding resource settlement on the to-be-settled users after performing identity authentication on the to-be-settled users. The method solves the problems of complex operation and low settlement efficiency when the resource settlement is carried out in the flexible user field, and achieves the effects of carrying out settlement management on the user to be settled in the flexible industry and improving the settlement efficiency.
Example two
In a specific example, according to the industry characteristics of the flexible industrial field, an enterprise party or an industrial party typically communicates a resource settlement service to a third party resource settlement platform for settlement management. As shown in fig. 2, the third party resource settlement platform provides a settlement method, and performs unified planning of resource settlement for enterprise parties or workers. Specifically, the third party resource settlement platform provides a recharging account, a payment account and a profit account for the enterprise party or the employment party. The recharging account is an account for storing stored resources of the enterprise party or the recruitment party, the paying account is an account for carrying out resource settlement on a user to be settled, and the profit account can be understood as management fees which are charged to the enterprise party or the recruitment party in the process of providing resource settlement management for the enterprise party or the recruitment party by a third party resource settlement platform. The account structure module can be understood as a third party account structure provided by a third party resource settlement platform for authenticated payers, and comprises an open/close function, a balance information inquiry function, a transaction information inquiry function, a resource change information inquiry function and the like. The resource settlement recording module comprises a transfer record, a receipt record, a reconciliation record, a refund record and the like. The wind control evaluation module can be understood as a model of a third party resource settlement platform for performing risk evaluation on the payors to be authenticated, and can include performing credit evaluation and wind control evaluation on the payors to be authenticated so as to jointly determine risk evaluation attributes of the payors to be authenticated. The identity authentication module is understood as the ability to authenticate the user to be settled, that is to say, when resolving the user to be settled, the user to be settled is authenticated based on at least one piece of information to be checked. For example, the information to be verified may include a user name, identification card information, account information, etc. of the user to be settled.
Specifically, when receiving a resource settlement request of an enterprise party or a worker party to be authenticated (i.e., a payment party to be authenticated), the third party resource settlement platform needs to perform risk assessment on the payment party to be authenticated first to obtain a corresponding risk assessment attribute. When the risk assessment attribute is less than the risk assessment threshold, then the party to be authenticated may be determined to be the authenticated party. It should be noted that, the authenticated payer may set up an account on the third-party resource settlement platform to store the corresponding resource and use the resource as the stored resource of the authenticated payer, and at the same time, according to the preset usable settlement proportion, the usable settlement resource corresponding to the authenticated payer may be determined.
Further, when receiving the information to be paid sent by the authenticated payer, at least one user to be settled corresponding to the authenticated payer and the information to be settled corresponding to each user to be settled can be determined according to the information to be paid. According to the settlement priority set in advance by the authenticated payer, the target settlement means corresponding to the authenticated payer can be determined. Meanwhile, according to the sum of sub-resources to be settled corresponding to each user to be settled, the resources to be settled corresponding to the authenticated payer can be determined.
Specifically, if the resource to be settled is smaller than the available settlement resource, the third party resource settlement platform can perform resource settlement on each user to be settled. It should be noted that, in order to ensure the accuracy of the user to be settled, at least one piece of information to be verified of the user to be settled may be obtained before settlement, so as to perform identity authentication on the corresponding user to be settled based on each piece of information to be verified. When the authentication is passed, the resource settlement can be carried out on the user to be settled based on the target settlement mode.
In the technical scheme, the third party settlement resource platform not only can carry out resource settlement on each user to be settled based on the settlement mode of the third party account, but also can provide the authenticated payer with the resource settlement mode based on the bank account. That is, the authenticated payer, the third-party resource settlement platform, and the banking institution may establish a corresponding resource management protocol such that the third-party resource settlement platform may invoke the bank account resources of the authenticated payer at the banking institution for resource settlement of the user to be settled. In the technical scheme, after the authenticated payer, the third-party resource settlement platform and the banking institution establish the corresponding resource management protocol, when the third-party resource settlement platform performs resource settlement based on a bank account mode, the third-party resource settlement platform can send a resource settlement request to the corresponding banking institution and encrypt the request, for example, an asymmetric encryption algorithm can be adopted to encrypt the request, so that after the banking institution verifies the request, the third-party resource settlement platform responds to the resource settlement request. Or, a point-to-point secure access manner can be established with a banking institution, for example, a network address special for the third party resource settlement platform is established, so as to meet the docking of the third party resource settlement platform with the banking institution, for example, the network address can be set according to the following format: "http+white list+idc machine room private network".
It should be noted that, in order to facilitate tracing of the resource information of the authenticated payer, after resource settlement is performed on each user to be settled, a corresponding resource settlement record may be generated, so as to determine the settlement status of each user to be settled based on the resource settlement record, and facilitate tracing of the destination of the resource of the authenticated payer.
