Claims (10)
1. A method of information prompting, comprising:
acquiring target message data in a message system;
carrying out semantic recognition on text content in the target message data to determine a message event;
determining candidate carrying mechanisms capable of solving the message event according to the event type of the message event; each candidate sponsor is distributed in a different area;
if the target message data comprises positioning data, determining a target area where the message event occurs according to the positioning data;
determining a target spanners for processing the message event in the candidate spanners according to the target area and the area where each candidate spanners are located;
forwarding the target message data to the target undertaking mechanism; the target underwriting mechanism is used for solving the message event reflected by the target message data.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
if the target message data does not contain positioning data, but the target message data includes an event picture, identifying environment information in the event picture, and determining a target area where the message event occurs according to the environment information.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the method further comprises:
if the target message data does not contain positioning data and event pictures, other message data with release time smaller than a preset time difference are obtained;
carrying out semantic recognition on text content in the other message data to determine at least one other message data containing a message event;
and if the at least one piece of other message data comprises positioning data, determining a target area where the message event occurs according to the positioning data.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring the progress data of the message event in the target undertaking mechanism;
determining the processing time length of the processing node where the message data are currently located in the progress data, and generating supervision prompt information if the processing time length exceeds a preset time length; and the supervision prompt information is used for prompting the target carrying mechanism to timely process the message event.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring a first number of received message events and a second number of transacted message events of each undertaking organization in a preset time period; the first number of the message events is obtained by statistics based on semantic recognition results of message data received by the undertaking mechanism;
determining, for each underwriting institution, a processing efficiency of the underwriting institution based on a ratio of the second number to the first number;
determining the underwriting institutions with processing efficiency which does not meet the preset requirements according to the processing efficiency of each underwriting institution;
and sending an efficiency adjustment strategy to a underwriting mechanism with processing efficiency not meeting preset requirements.
6. An apparatus for information prompting, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring target message data in the message system;
the first determining module is used for carrying out semantic recognition on text content in the target message data to determine a message event;
the second determining module is used for determining candidate undertaking mechanisms capable of solving the message event according to the event type of the message event; each candidate sponsor is distributed in a different area;
the third determining module is used for determining a target area where the message event occurs according to the positioning data if the target message data comprises the positioning data;
a fourth determining module, configured to determine, according to the target area and an area where each candidate contractual agency is located, a target contractual agency for processing the message event in the candidate contractual agency;
the reaction module is used for forwarding the target message data to the target undertaking mechanism; the target underwriting mechanism is used for solving the message event reflected by the target message data.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
and a fifth determining module, configured to identify environmental information in the event picture if the target message data does not include positioning data, but the target message data includes the event picture, and determine a target area where the message event occurs according to the environmental information.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
the time acquisition module is used for acquiring other message data with the release time and the release time of the target message data being less than a preset time difference if the target message data does not contain the positioning data and the event picture;
a sixth determining module, configured to perform semantic recognition on text content in the other message data, and determine at least one other message data that includes a message event;
and a seventh determining module, configured to determine, if the at least one other message data includes positioning data, a target area where the message event occurs according to the positioning data.
9. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the steps of the method according to any of the preceding claims 1-5 when the computer program is executed.
10. A computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, characterized in that the computer program when executed by a processor performs the steps of the method of any of the preceding claims 1-5.
