The invention discloses a method and a device for generating an electronic contract, computer equipment and a storage medium. The method for generating the electronic contract comprises the steps of obtaining a target keyword, wherein the target keyword is a keyword corresponding to a target field matched with a preset field of a contract template of a target legal person in a preset field library, the target field is any one of a plurality of fields of the field library, and each field is provided with a corresponding keyword and a value method; filling a target keyword into a target value position in a contract template to generate a template of the electronic contract, wherein the target value position is a value position corresponding to a preset field matched with the target keyword; generating an electronic contract according to the template and the service information of the electronic contract, wherein the value of the value position of the template of the electronic contract is determined according to the value method and the service information corresponding to the filled keywords. For example, the computer device 100 may acquire the value position of the signature field through an image recognition technology, and the computer device 100 sends the acquired signature information in the service information of the legal person and the value position of the signature field in the template of the electronic contract to a preset third party signature system for signing or signing, so that the signature information can be filled in the value position of the signature field.
In this way, the signature in the electronic contract of the target legal person can be quickly generated by sending the value position of the obtained signature field and the signature in the service information of the target legal person to the third-party signature system for signature.
Referring to fig. 16, an electronic contract generating apparatus 10 according to an embodiment of the present application includes a first acquiring module 11, a filling module 12, and a generating module 13. The first obtaining module 11 is configured to obtain a target keyword, where the target keyword is a keyword corresponding to a target field that is matched with a preset field of a contract template of a target legal person in a preset field library, and the target field is any one of multiple fields of the field library, and each field has a corresponding keyword and a value method; the filling module 12 is configured to fill a target keyword into a target value position in the contract template to generate a template of the electronic contract, where the target value position is a value position corresponding to a preset field matched with the target keyword; the generating module 13 is configured to generate an electronic contract according to the template and the service information of the electronic contract, where the value of the value position of the template of the electronic contract is determined according to the value method and the service information corresponding to the filled keyword.
The electronic contract generating device further includes a second acquiring module 14, where the second acquiring module 14 is specifically configured to acquire contract templates of a plurality of preset legal persons.
The electronic contract generating device further comprises a first determining module 15, wherein the first determining module 15 is specifically configured to determine fields according to preset fields in contract templates of a plurality of legal persons, and define keywords and value methods corresponding to the fields.
The first obtaining module 11 is further used for displaying a contract template interface; and acquiring input information of the target value position of the contract template interface to determine the target keyword.
The electronic contract generating device further includes a second determining module 16, where the second determining module 16 is specifically configured to determine, according to the input information, a target keyword and a target value method corresponding to the target keyword, where the target value method is any one of multiple value methods corresponding to the target keyword.
The first obtaining module 11 is further configured to identify a preset field in the contract template of the target legal person, so as to obtain the target keyword.
The electronic contract generating device further comprises a third acquiring module 17, and the third acquiring module 17 is specifically configured to acquire a general field and a special field matched with the target legal person to generate a field library.
The generating module 13 is further used for identifying the value position of the signature field; and sending the signature and the value position of the signature field to a preset signature system for signature so that the signature is filled in the value position of the signature field.
Referring to fig. 17, the computer device 100 in the embodiment of the present application includes a processor 20, where the processor 20 is configured to obtain a target keyword, where the target keyword is a keyword corresponding to a target field matched with a preset field of a contract template of a target legal person in a preset field library, and the target field is any one of multiple fields of the field library, and each field has a corresponding keyword and a value method; filling a target keyword into a target value position in a contract template to generate a template of the electronic contract, wherein the target value position is a value position corresponding to a preset field matched with the target keyword; generating an electronic contract according to the template and the service information of the electronic contract, wherein the value of the value position of the template of the electronic contract is determined according to the value method and the service information corresponding to the filled keywords.
The computer device 100 may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a server, etc.
Optionally, the processor 20 may also execute the method for generating an electronic contract according to any of the above embodiments, which is not described herein for brevity.
Referring to fig. 18, the embodiment of the present application further provides a storage medium 300, on which a computer program 310 is stored, and in a case where the computer program 310 is executed by the processor 20, the steps of the method for generating an electronic contract according to any one of the above embodiments are implemented, which is not described herein for brevity.

Claims (10)
1. A method for generating an electronic contract, comprising:
acquiring a target keyword, wherein the target keyword is a keyword corresponding to a target field matched with a preset field of a contract template of a target legal person in a preset field library, the target field is any one of a plurality of fields of the field library, and each field is provided with a corresponding keyword and a value method;
filling the target keyword into a target value position in the contract template to generate a template of the electronic contract, wherein the target value position is a value position corresponding to a preset field matched with the target keyword;
generating the electronic contract according to the template of the electronic contract and the service information, wherein the value of the value position of the template of the electronic contract is determined according to the value method corresponding to the filled keywords and the service information.
2. The method for generating an electronic contract according to claim 1, characterized by further comprising:
acquiring contract templates of a plurality of preset legal persons;
determining the fields according to preset fields in contract templates of a plurality of legal persons, and defining keywords and a value method corresponding to the fields.
3. The method for generating an electronic contract according to claim 1, characterized in that said acquiring a target keyword includes:
displaying a contract template interface; and
And acquiring input information of the target value position of the contract template interface to determine the target keyword.
4. The method for generating an electronic contract according to claim 3, wherein the value-taking methods corresponding to the target keyword include a plurality of kinds, and the method for generating an electronic contract further includes:
and determining the target keywords and target value methods corresponding to the target keywords according to the input information, wherein the target value methods are any one of a plurality of value methods corresponding to the target keywords.
5. The method for generating an electronic contract according to claim 1, characterized in that said acquiring a target keyword includes:
and identifying preset fields in the contract template of the target legal person to acquire the target keyword.

The method for generating an electronic contract according to claim 1, characterized in that the fields include a general field for generating the electronic contract of any one of a preset plurality of legal persons and a special field for generating the electronic contract of one or more of the target legal persons of a preset plurality of legal persons, the generating method further comprising:
and acquiring the general field and the special field matched with the target legal person to generate the field library.
7. The method of generating an electronic contract according to claim 1, characterized in that said field includes a signature field, said business information includes a signature, said generating said electronic contract from a template of said electronic contract and business information includes:
identifying the value position of the signature field;
and sending the signature and the value position of the signature field to a preset signature system for signature so that the signature is filled in the value position of the signature field.
8. An electronic contract generation apparatus, comprising:
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring a target keyword, wherein the target keyword is a keyword corresponding to a target field matched with a preset field of a contract template of a target legal person in a preset field library, the target field is any one of a plurality of fields of the field library, and each field is provided with a corresponding keyword and a value method;
the filling module is used for filling the target keyword into a target value position in the contract template to generate a template of the electronic contract, wherein the target value position is a value position corresponding to a preset field matched with the target keyword;
the generation module is used for generating the electronic contract according to the template of the electronic contract and the service information, and the value of the value position of the template of the electronic contract is determined according to the value method corresponding to the filled keywords and the service information.

The computer equipment is characterized by comprising a processor, wherein the processor is used for acquiring a target keyword, the target keyword is a keyword corresponding to a target field matched with a preset field of a contract template of a target legal person in a preset field library, the target field is any one of a plurality of fields of the field library, and each field is provided with a corresponding keyword and a value method; filling the target keyword into a target value position in the contract template to generate a template of the electronic contract, wherein the target value position is a value position corresponding to a preset field matched with the target keyword; generating the electronic contract according to the template of the electronic contract and the service information, wherein the value of the value position of the template of the electronic contract is determined according to the value method corresponding to the filled keywords and the service information.
10. A storage medium containing a computer program which, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to perform the method of generating an electronic contract according to any one of claims 1-7.
