This embodiment is a further improvement over the previous embodiment: as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 7-8, the rainwater inlet sewage interception and purification device based on the sponge city comprises a rainwater collection channel 20 arranged on a road of the sponge city and a rainwater grate 10 matched with the rainwater collection channel 20, wherein the rainwater collection channel 20 comprises a sewer 201, a water outlet 202 and a grate clamping groove 203 which are mutually communicated, the grate clamping groove 203 is arranged at an opening of the water outlet 202, and the rainwater grate 10 is clamped in the water outlet 202 in a limiting manner through the grate clamping groove 203 and keeps flush with the road surface. When raining, the rainwater filters large sundries through the rainwater grate 10, then enters the sewer 201 from the water outlet 202, and finally flows into the rainwater collecting tank for centralized collection along the arrangement of the sewer 201 and the pipeline; the harmful substances in the rainwater can be purified and removed by adopting a purifying device before collection, wherein the purifying device is a conventional technical means, and a person skilled in the art can think in design, and the purifying device is not specifically described in the application.
As shown in fig. 1-3 and fig. 7-8, the sewage interception and purification device for the gully further comprises two groups of fixed filtering devices 30 symmetrically arranged in the sewer 201, wherein the two groups of fixed filtering devices 30 are positioned at two sides below the water outlet 202 and used for filtering the collected rainwater again; the fixed filtering device 30 comprises a first bottom plate 301, wherein the bottom of the first bottom plate 301 is fixedly connected with the bottom inner wall of the sewer 201 through at least two supporting rods 302, the two sides of the long side of the top of the first bottom plate 301 are fixedly connected with first side plates 303, and a plurality of first filtering holes 305 are formed in the side edges of the two first side plates 303 and the top of the first bottom plate 301. By the combined arrangement of the first bottom plate 301 and the two first side plates 303, a filtering passage can be formed, and the filtering of rainwater can be realized through the first filtering holes 305.
As shown in fig. 7-8, in the present invention, a gap is left between the top of the first side plate 303 and the top wall of the sewer 201. By leaving a certain gap between the first side plate 303 and the top wall of the sewer 201, effective drainage can be performed in case that the filtering channel is blocked in a large area or the drainage of the rainwater is not timely due to the large quantity, so that the accumulated water caused by the road surface is prevented.
As shown in fig. 1-2, 4 and 7-8, the sewage interception and purification device further comprises a movable filtering device 40 arranged between the sewer 201 and the water outlet 202, and is used for guiding and collecting rainwater and simultaneously butting with two groups of fixed filtering devices 30 to form a filtering channel; the movable filtering device 40 comprises a second bottom plate 401, two installation guide rods 402 are symmetrically penetrated through the top of the second bottom plate 401, the bottom ends of the two installation guide rods 402 are fixedly connected with the inner wall of the bottom of the sewer 201, the two sides of the long edge of the top of the second bottom plate 401 are fixedly connected with second side plates 403, a plurality of second filtering holes 405 are formed in the side edges of the two second side plates 403 and the top of the second bottom plate 401, the two short edges of the second bottom plate 401 are respectively attached to one short edge of the two first bottom plates 301, and the two short edges of the two second side plates 403 are respectively attached to one short edge of the adjacent first side plates 303. Laminating with two first bottom plates 301 respectively through second bottom plate 401 to and laminating between second curb plate 403 and the first lateral plate 303 can form a longer filtration passageway, when the top rainwater inflow is great, can improve filterable efficiency through longer passageway's setting, avoid the rainwater circulation not smooth, lead to the jam.
As shown in fig. 7 to 8, in the present invention, one side of the second side plate 403 extends into the drain port 202 and contacts the inner wall of the drain port 202. After the second bottom plate 401 is installed in a limiting mode, one side of the second side plate 403 is reserved with a part in the water outlet 202, so that on one hand, a better water guide effect can be achieved, on the other hand, the whole of the fixed filtering device 30 can be conveniently taken out, the fixed filtering device is prevented from being clamped in the sewer 201, and later operation is facilitated.
As shown in fig. 2-3 and fig. 7-8, in the present invention, a supporting block 304 is fixedly connected to a side of the bottom of the first bottom plate 301 near the second bottom plate 401, and one side of the supporting block 304 extends to the outer side of the first bottom plate 301 and is in supporting contact with one side of the bottom of the second bottom plate 401. When the second bottom plate 401 slides downwards along the installation guide rod 402, the effect of supporting and limiting can be achieved through contact with the supporting blocks 304, so that flush butt joint between the first bottom plate 301 and the second bottom plate 401 is facilitated.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 5-8, the sewage interception and purification device for a gully further comprises two groups of filter residue collecting devices 50 symmetrically hinged to the bottom of the rainwater grate 10, wherein the two groups of filter residue collecting devices are respectively matched with the two groups of fixed filtering devices 30 to form a closed filtering channel, so that filtered filter residues can be intercepted and collected, and the two groups of filter residue collecting devices are matched with the movable filtering device 40 to form a closed collecting frame for collecting the filtered filter residues in a concentrated manner, so that the filtered filter residues are taken out and cleaned conveniently; the filter residue collecting device 50 comprises a scraper 501, a plurality of third filtering holes 5011 are formed in the side edge of the scraper 501, the bottom of the scraper 501 is in contact fit with the top of the first bottom plate 301 or the top of the second bottom plate 401, the top of the scraper 501 is in contact with the top wall of the sewer 201, two connecting rods 504 are symmetrically connected to one side of the scraper 501 close to the water outlet 202 in a rotating mode, the other ends of the two connecting rods 504 are rotatably connected with the same connecting block 503, and the connecting block 503 is fixedly connected to the middle position of the bottom of the rainwater grate 10. Through the combination of the first bottom plate 301, the first side plate 303, the second bottom plate 401, the second side plate 403 and the two scraping plates 501, a closed filtering channel can be formed, and impurities in leaked rainwater can be filtered and collected; and when the rainwater grate 10 is taken out upwards, the two scrapers 501 can be driven to move close to each other through the connecting rod 504, and filter residues on the first bottom plate 301 are pushed to the second bottom plate 401 for centralized collection.
As shown in fig. 4-12, in the present invention, two fixing blocks 404 are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the top of a second bottom plate 401, two clamping grooves 4041 are respectively formed on one side, away from each other, of the two fixing blocks 404, two clamping blocks 502 adapted to the clamping grooves 4041 are respectively and fixedly connected to one side, close to each other, of the two scraping plates 501, a groove 5021 is formed at the bottom of the clamping block 502, a clamping rod 505 is slidably connected to the inside of the groove 5021, the top end of the clamping rod 505 is fixedly connected to the top wall of the groove 5021, the same return spring 506 is fixedly connected between the top end of the clamping rod 505 and the top wall of the groove 5021, the bottom end of the clamping rod 505 extends downwards to the bottom of the clamping block 502, an inclined surface 4042 matched with the clamping rod 505 is formed on one side, close to the opening, of the bottom inner wall of the bottom of the clamping groove 4041 is provided with a clamping hole 4043 matched with the clamping rod 505, two limiting sliding grooves 4011 respectively located under the two fixing blocks 404 are symmetrically formed on the top of the second bottom plate 401, a limiting ring is slidably connected to the inside of the limiting sliding groove 4011, the limiting ring 407 is fixedly penetrates through the top end of the clamping rod 407, the top end 406 and the top end of the clamping rod 505 penetrates through the bottom end of the clamping rod 4043 to the bottom end of the clamping rod 505 to be matched with the bottom of the second bottom plate 401. When the rain grate 10 is lifted upwards, the two scraping plates 501 can be pulled to be close to each other through the connecting rod 504, the scraping plates 501 can drive the clamping blocks 502 to be just clamped in the clamping grooves 4041, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, when the clamping blocks 502 drive the clamping rods 505 to move to be contacted with the inclined surfaces 4042, the clamping rods 505 can be pushed to move upwards and extrude the reset springs 506, when the clamping blocks 502 are completely clamped in the clamping grooves 4041, the bottom ends of the clamping rods 505 just abut against the top ends of the ejector rods 406 at the moment, and the reset springs 506 are always in a compressed state because the ejector rods 406 are abutted by the supporting blocks 304; when the rainwater grate 10 is lifted up continuously, the clamping blocks 502 and the fixing blocks 404 can be clamped at the moment, the second bottom plate 401 is driven up through the scraping plates 501, after the second bottom plate 401 is separated from the supporting blocks 304, the clamping rods 505 can be pushed to move downwards under the action of the elastic force of the reset springs 506, meanwhile, the clamping rods 505 start to move downwards under the action of the gravity of the ejector rods 406 and the downward pushing of the clamping rods 505, the limiting rings 407 limit the downward movement of the clamping rods, and the clamping rods 505 can be clamped in the clamping holes 4043, so that automatic clamping between the clamping blocks 502 and the fixing blocks 404 is realized, and the fixing between the scraping plates 501 and the second bottom plate 401 is completed; through the cooperation of two scraper blades 501, two second curb plates 403 and second bottom plate 401 each other, can form a confined collection frame, make the filter residue concentrate in this collection frame, outwards take out the collection frame that whole activity filter equipment 40 and filter residue collection device 50 formed through rainwater grate 10 at last to the realization is concentrated the filter residue and is taken out the effect of clearance.

Working principle: firstly, as shown in fig. 1 and 7, the rainwater is primarily filtered through the rainwater grate, the impurities with larger volume are left on the ground, the smaller impurities enter the sewer 201 along with the rainwater through the water outlet 202 and fall into a closed filtering channel formed by the fixed filtering device 30, the movable filtering device 40 and the filter residue collecting device 50, so that secondary filtering is completed, the effect of intercepting sewage and purifying the water is achieved, and the filtered rainwater enters a rainwater collecting tank along the sewer 201 to be collected or directly discharged into a nearby river. When the filter residues need to be cleaned, as shown in fig. 8 and 11, the rainwater grate 10 is lifted upwards, the two scrapers 501 are pulled to be close to each other by the connecting rod 504, the scrapers 501 can drive the clamping blocks 502 to be just clamped in the clamping grooves 4041, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, when the clamping blocks 502 drive the clamping rods 505 to move to be contacted with the inclined surfaces 4042, the clamping rods 505 can be pushed to move upwards and press the reset springs 506, and when the clamping blocks 502 are completely clamped in the clamping grooves 4041, the bottom ends of the clamping rods 505 just collide with the top ends of the ejector rods 406 at the moment, and the ejector rods 406 are collided by the supporting blocks 304, so that the reset springs 506 are always in a compressed state; when the rainwater grate 10 is lifted up continuously, the clamping blocks 502 and the fixing blocks 404 can be clamped at the moment, the second bottom plate 401 is driven up through the scraping plates 501, after the second bottom plate 401 is separated from the supporting blocks 304, the clamping rods 505 can be pushed to move downwards under the action of the elastic force of the reset springs 506, meanwhile, the clamping rods 505 start to move downwards under the action of the gravity of the ejector rods 406 and the downward pushing of the clamping rods 505, the limiting rings 407 limit the downward movement of the clamping rods, and the clamping rods 505 can be clamped in the clamping holes 4043, so that automatic clamping between the clamping blocks 502 and the fixing blocks 404 is realized, and the fixing between the scraping plates 501 and the second bottom plate 401 is completed; by the cooperation of the two scrapers 501, the two second side plates 403 and the second bottom plate 401, a closed collecting frame can be formed, and filter residues are concentrated in the collecting frame; finally, as shown in fig. 13, the whole movable filter device 40 and the filter residue collecting device 50 are taken out from the collecting frame through the rain grate 10, so that the effect of collecting and cleaning the filter residues is realized. On the contrary, after the movable filtering device 40 and the filter residue collecting device 50 are put down, the push rod 406 is pushed to move upwards through the interference between the push rod 406 and the support block 304, and the clamping rod 505 is pushed upwards and extrudes the return spring 506, so that the clamping rod 505 is separated from the clamping connection with the clamping hole 4043, the clamping connection between the clamping block 502 and the fixed block 404 is automatically released, after the rainwater grate 10 is continuously put down, the two scraping plates 501 are pushed to be away from each other through the connecting rod 504, and a closed filtering channel is formed again.
