Abstract
本发明公开一种提高农产品硒含量的肥料制剂、制备方法及其应用,包括以下质量百分比份原料:L‑硒代胱胺基乙酸3‑5%、富硒促进剂0.5‑1%、硝化抑制剂A 1‑2%、硝化抑制剂B 0.5‑1%、脲酶抑制剂0.5‑1%、腐植酸锌10‑15%、腐植酸镁5‑10%、酶解羽毛粉5‑10%、凝胶交联剂2‑3%、复合氮肥补足余量;所述富硒促进剂由丛枝菌根、环己六醇、月桂酰基谷氨酸钠按1:(0.3‑0.5):(0.05‑0.1)的质量比复配而成。本发明制出的肥料制剂能有效提高农作物对硒元素的吸收转运作用及利用率,并有效抑制铵态氮肥的亚硝化反应和硝化反应,并抑制尿素的水解作用。

技术领域
本发明属于富硒肥料制备领域,具体涉及一种提高农产品硒含量的肥料制剂、制备方法及其应用。
背景技术
硒是人体必不可缺的微量元素,是人体必需的15种营养素之一,临床试验表明,缺硒可引起肝脏、心脏、胃等重要器官的功能失调,严重时甚至诱发肝硬化、肝癌、肺癌、胃癌等疾病。硒参与人体多种合成途径或免疫调节,如:参与多种含硒酶和含硒蛋白的合成,其中的GSH-Px的活性中心是硒半胱氨酸,能催化GSH变为GSSG,使有毒的过氧化物还原成无毒水或羟基化合物,清除机体自由基,保护细胞膜遭受氧化损伤,其中的碘化甲状腺氨酸脱碘酶是含硒整合膜蛋白,其活性中心也是硒半胱氨酸,能催化甲状腺激素在机体内的脱碘代谢,是调节甲状腺激素内稳态的关键酶;硒能调节机体免疫功能,刺激淋巴细胞的增殖及抗体和免疫球蛋白的合成;硒代蛋氨酸、硒甲基硒代半胱氨酸等甲基硒化合物在裂解酶的作用下,产生的中间代谢产物甲基硒醇的抗癌效力为1000,对于肝癌、肺癌、胃癌、结肠癌、乳腺癌等多种恶性肿瘤具有良好的防治效果;硒元素在蛋白质合成过程中能促进二硫键对抗金属元素,缓解重金属毒性。因此,如何提高农作物或农产品中硒含量是实现人体科学补硒的重要手段。
富硒肥料是一种施用在农作物生长过程中以提高农作物中的含硒量的肥料,关于新型富硒肥料的研发也一直是农业领域的研究热点:如专利号为的发明专利,公开一种蘑菇菌棒有机硒生物肥料及其制备方法,以硒蛋白为硒源并与葡萄糖、麦麸、玉米粉、光合菌、酵母菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、饲用氧化锌、微生物助剂、废弃菌棒混合发酵制备有机硒生物肥料;如专利号为/>的发明专利,公开一种增硒肥料及其使用方法,以亚硒酸钠为硒源并与磷酸二氢钾、氨基酸、尿素和偏硅酸钾或偏硅酸钠或偏硅酸钠或硅酸钠复配制出增硒肥料。而上述现有技术均通过在肥料基质中添加无机硒源或有机硒源,但是并未提供如何提高外源硒在植物体内的生物转化作用及固定富集作用的思路,因此,如何提高富硒肥料的中硒元素的有效利用率仍是肥料领域有待解决的技术难题;此外,现有技术普遍以亚硒酸钠、硒酸钠、富硒酵母粉、硒酸酯多糖、硒蛋白等作为硒源,而以L-硒代胱胺基乙酸作为应用于肥料中的新型硒源仍是国外内肥料研究领域的空白。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足之处,本发明的目的在于提供一种提高农产品硒含量的肥料制剂、制备方法及其应用。
本发明的技术方案概述如下:
一种提高农产品硒含量的肥料制剂,其特征在于,包括以下质量百分比份原料:L-硒代胱胺基乙酸3-5%、富硒促进剂0.5-1%、硝化抑制剂A 1-2%、硝化抑制剂B 0.5-1%、脲酶抑制剂0.5-1%、腐植酸锌10-15%、腐植酸镁5-10%、酶解羽毛粉5-10%、凝胶交联剂2-3%、复合氮肥补足余量;
所述富硒促进剂由丛枝菌根、环己六醇、月桂酰基谷氨酸钠按1:(0.3-0.5) :(0.05-0.1)的质量比复配而成。
进一步地,所述硝化抑制剂A由姜黄素、白藜芦醇按1:(0.2-0.6)的质量比复配而成。
进一步地,所述硝化抑制剂B包括3,4-二甲基-1H-吡唑二氢磷酸盐、双氰胺、2-氯-6-(三氯甲基)吡啶、2-氨基-4-氯-6-甲基-嘧啶中的一种或多种。
进一步地,所述脲酶抑制剂包括丝兰提取物、二氨基苯基磷酸酯、正丁基硫代磷酰三胺中的一种或多种。

进一步地,所述酶解羽毛粉的制备方法为:
A.将废弃羽毛洗涤、干燥后,粉粹过100-150目筛,并按1g/(1.1-1.5)mL的料液比将所得羽毛粉加入pH=10-11的氨水溶液中,超声浸渍处理6-10h,再于压力为0.5-1.1MPa、温度为120-140℃的条件下,蒸汽爆破处理4-5次,单次处理时间为60-90s,再调节pH=6.8-7.2,得羽毛粉水解浆料;
B.向羽毛粉水解浆料中加入其质量0.5-2%的复合蛋白酶,45-55℃搅拌酶解处理3-6h,95℃灭酶10-15min,70℃干燥后,得酶解羽毛粉。
进一步地,所述复合蛋白酶由角蛋白酶、菠萝蛋白酶、无花果蛋白酶按1: (0.4-0.6): (0.1-0.3)的质量比复配而成。
进一步地,所述复合氮肥由氯化铵、磷酸氢二铵、尿素按(0.5-2.5): (3-5):10的质量比复配而成。
本发明还进一步提供一种提高农产品硒含量的肥料制剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将腐植酸锌、腐植酸镁、复合氮肥、酶解羽毛粉混合均匀后,得基础肥料;
S2:再将L-硒代胱胺基乙酸、富硒促进剂加入基础肥料中,搅拌混合后,得富硒基础肥料;
S3:将硝化抑制剂A、硝化抑制剂B、脲酶抑制剂、凝胶交联剂加入基础肥料中,搅拌混合后,得所述提高农产品硒含量的肥料制剂。
本发明还进一步提供一种提高农产品硒含量的肥料制剂在水稻种植中的应用,该应用方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述的肥料制剂加入1000倍质量的水中,以300-500rpm的转速搅拌分散0.5-1h,得富硒水肥;
(2)在水稻分蘖期、孕穗期、抽穗期、灌浆期各喷施一次富硒水肥,且自分蘖期至灌浆期,以喷施量递增的方式进行喷施,并控制喷施量增量为10-15 kg/亩,控制分蘖期的初始喷施量为30-40 kg/亩。
本发明的有益效果:
1.本发明首次利用丛枝菌根、环己六醇、月桂酰基谷氨酸钠复配富硒促进剂,三者协同提高农作物对外源硒的吸收率和转化率,进而有效提高农产品中的硒含量。其中,丛枝菌根(AMF)与宿主农作物根系形成共生体后,刺激农作物根系对硒元素的吸收转运,同时,丛枝菌根还能增加碱性磷酸酶的活性,促进土壤中磷营养素的转化和利用;环己六醇是含多羟基的有机醇,其羟基结构与L-硒代胱胺基乙酸中羧基发生酯化反应,进而通过酯键交联以实现有机硒的固定化,生成的含硒环己六醇衍生物又能参与植物细胞壁的构建,进而有效提高农作物对外源硒转化吸收率;月桂酰基谷氨酸钠是氨基酸表面活性剂,改变了农作物根系的渗透性及亲水亲油性,进而打破农作物对外源硒所能吸收的最大阈值,提高植物对L-硒代胱胺基乙酸的转化效力及吸收利用率,达到协同增效的目的。
2.本发明首次以L-硒代胱胺基乙酸作为硒源,填补国外内新型有机硒肥的空白,相比于传统的有机硒源,L-硒代胱胺基乙酸含有双硒键,双硒键具有动态自修复效应,进而土壤后,与氧化魔芋葡甘露聚糖、羧甲基-β-环糊精复配的凝胶交联剂相互作用,协同提高肥料制剂缓释性能,延缓肥力降解速率,保肥保墒。
3.本发明首次以姜黄素、白藜芦醇复配硝化抑制剂A,二者具有优良的抗氧化性能,能清除土壤中的氧自由基,进而遏制NH4 +、NO2 -的氧化过程,以抑制亚硝化反应和硝化反应,此外,姜黄素进入土壤中,降解成香草醛、香草酸(香草醛生物合成途径中的前体物质),香草醛为原儿茶醛衍生物,能通过干扰细胞呼吸链上的电子传递来抑制硝化细菌和亚硝化细菌的氧化磷酸化过程,达到抑制细菌生长和繁殖的效果,并通过调控TCA循环来调节硝化细菌的内部供能,在一定程度上对卡尔文循环产生影响,进而高效抑制硝化细菌的硝化活性,提高铵态肥利用率。
4.本发明首次以氧化魔芋葡甘露聚糖、羧甲基-β-环糊精复配凝胶交联剂,二者通过酯化反应、氢键作用,形成稳定的三维互穿的凝胶体系,并与肥料体系中游离氨基通过酰胺化反应进行化学交联,进一步稳定固定化肥料活性组分,提高肥料制剂的缓释效果,长时间发挥肥效。
5.本发明利用氨水浸渍、高压蒸汽爆破、复合蛋白酶酶解技术联合处理羽毛粉,破坏羽毛粉主要成分角质蛋白,分解角质蛋白间的肽键,生成寡肽、氨基酸等物质,能刺激根系分生组织细胞的分裂与增长,提高农作物的抗胁迫性能。
6.本发明肥料制剂中还包括腐植酸锌、腐植酸镁,补充微量元素锌、镁,促进叶绿素合成,避免因无法合成叶绿素而造成的叶片发黄、生长缓慢等问题。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
本发明提供一实施例的提高农产品硒含量的肥料制剂,包括以下质量百分比份原料:L-硒代胱胺基乙酸3-5%、富硒促进剂0.5-1%、硝化抑制剂A 1-2%、硝化抑制剂B 0.5-1%、脲酶抑制剂0.5-1%、腐植酸锌10-15%、腐植酸镁5-10%、酶解羽毛粉5-10%、凝胶交联剂2-3%、复合氮肥补足余量;
所述富硒促进剂由丛枝菌根、环己六醇、月桂酰基谷氨酸钠按1:(0.3-0.5) :(0.05-0.1)的质量比复配而成;
所述硝化抑制剂A由姜黄素、白藜芦醇按1:(0.2-0.6)的质量比复配而成;
所述硝化抑制剂B包括3,4-二甲基-1H-吡唑二氢磷酸盐、双氰胺、2-氯-6-(三氯甲基)吡啶、2-氨基-4-氯-6-甲基-嘧啶中的一种或多种;
所述脲酶抑制剂包括丝兰提取物、二氨基苯基磷酸酯、正丁基硫代磷酰三胺中的一种或多种;
所述凝胶交联剂由氧化魔芋葡甘露聚糖、羧甲基-β-环糊精按1: (0.5-0.8)的质量比复配而成;
所述羧甲基-β-环糊精的化学结构式如式(II)所示:
所述酶解羽毛粉的制备方法为:
A.将废弃羽毛洗涤、干燥后,粉粹过100-150目筛,并按1g/(1.1-1.5)mL的料液比将所得羽毛粉加入pH=10-11的氨水溶液中,超声浸渍处理6-10h,再于压力为0.5-1.1MPa、温度为120-140℃的条件下,蒸汽爆破处理4-5次,单次处理时间为60-90s,再调节pH=6.8-7.2,得羽毛粉水解浆料;
B.向羽毛粉水解浆料中加入其质量0.5-2%的复合蛋白酶,45-55℃搅拌酶解处理3-6h,95℃灭酶10-15min,70℃干燥后,得酶解羽毛粉;
所述复合蛋白酶由角蛋白酶、菠萝蛋白酶、无花果蛋白酶按1: (0.4-0.6): (0.1-0.3)的质量比复配而成;
所述复合氮肥由氯化铵、磷酸氢二铵、尿素按(0.5-2.5): (3-5):10的质量比复配而成。
该实施例的提高农产品硒含量的肥料制剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将腐植酸锌、腐植酸镁、复合氮肥、酶解羽毛粉混合均匀后,得基础肥料;
S2:再将L-硒代胱胺基乙酸、富硒促进剂加入基础肥料中,搅拌混合后,得富硒基础肥料;
S3:将硝化抑制剂A、硝化抑制剂B、脲酶抑制剂、凝胶交联剂加入基础肥料中,搅拌混合后,得所述提高农产品硒含量的肥料制剂。
该实施例的提高农产品硒含量的肥料制剂在水稻种植中的应用,该应用方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述的肥料制剂加入1000倍质量的水中,以300-500rpm的转速搅拌分散0.5-1h,得富硒水肥;
(2)在水稻分蘖期、孕穗期、抽穗期、灌浆期各喷施一次富硒水肥,且自分蘖期至灌浆期,以喷施量递增的方式进行喷施,并控制喷施量增量为10-15 kg/亩,控制分蘖期的初始喷施量为30-40 kg/亩。
实施例1
一种提高农产品硒含量的肥料制剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1备料:
S101:将丛枝菌根、环己六醇、月桂酰基谷氨酸钠按1:0.3 :0.05的质量比混合均匀,得富硒促进剂;
S102:将姜黄素、白藜芦醇按1:0.2的质量比混合均匀,得硝化抑制剂A;
S103:将废弃羽毛洗涤、干燥后,粉粹过100目筛,并按1g/1.1mL的料液比将所得羽毛粉加入pH=10的氨水溶液中,超声浸渍处理6h,再于压力为0.5MPa、温度为120℃的条件下,蒸汽爆破处理4次,单次处理时间为60s,再调节pH=6.8,得羽毛粉水解浆料;
向羽毛粉水解浆料中加入其质量0.5%的复合蛋白酶,45℃搅拌酶解处理3h,95℃灭酶10min,70℃干燥后,得酶解羽毛粉;所述复合蛋白酶由角蛋白酶、菠萝蛋白酶、无花果蛋白酶按1: 0.4: 0.1的质量比复配而成;
S104:将氧化魔芋葡甘露聚糖、羧甲基-β-环糊精按1: 0.5的质量比混合均匀,得凝胶交联剂;
S105:将氯化铵、磷酸氢二铵、尿素按0.5: 3:10的质量比混合均匀,得复合氮肥;
S106:按质量百分比份依次称取以下原料:L-硒代胱胺基乙酸3%、富硒促进剂0.5%、硝化抑制剂A 1%、3,4-二甲基-1H-吡唑二氢磷酸0.5%、丝兰提取物0.5%、腐植酸锌10%、腐植酸镁5%、酶解羽毛粉5%、凝胶交联剂2%、复合氮肥补足余量;
S2:将腐植酸锌、腐植酸镁、复合氮肥、酶解羽毛粉混合均匀后,得基础肥料;
S3:再将L-硒代胱胺基乙酸、富硒促进剂加入基础肥料中,搅拌混合后,得富硒基础肥料;
S4:将硝化抑制剂A、3,4-二甲基-1H-吡唑二氢磷酸、丝兰提取物、凝胶交联剂加入基础肥料中,搅拌混合后,得所述提高农产品硒含量的肥料制剂。
实施例2
一种提高农产品硒含量的肥料制剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1备料:
S101:将丛枝菌根、环己六醇、月桂酰基谷氨酸钠按1:0.4 :0.07的质量比混合均匀,得富硒促进剂;
S102:将姜黄素、白藜芦醇按1:0.5的质量比混合均匀,得硝化抑制剂A;
S103:将废弃羽毛洗涤、干燥后,粉粹过125目筛,并按1g/1.3mL的料液比将所得羽毛粉加入pH=10.5的氨水溶液中,超声浸渍处理8h,再于压力为0.8MPa、温度为130℃的条件下,蒸汽爆破处理5次,单次处理时间为90s,再调节pH=7.0,得羽毛粉水解浆料;
向羽毛粉水解浆料中加入其质量1.5%的复合蛋白酶,50℃搅拌酶解处理5h,95℃灭酶15min,70℃干燥后,得酶解羽毛粉;所述复合蛋白酶由角蛋白酶、菠萝蛋白酶、无花果蛋白酶按1: 0.5:0.2的质量比复配而成;
S104:将氧化魔芋葡甘露聚糖、羧甲基-β-环糊精按1: 0.65的质量比混合均匀,得凝胶交联剂;
S105:将氯化铵、磷酸氢二铵、尿素按1.5: 4:10的质量比混合均匀,得复合氮肥;
S106:按质量百分比份依次称取以下原料:L-硒代胱胺基乙酸4%、富硒促进剂0.8%、硝化抑制剂A 1.5%、2-氯-6-(三氯甲基)吡啶 0.8%、二氨基苯基磷酸酯0.8%、腐植酸锌12.5%、腐植酸镁7.5%、酶解羽毛粉7.5%、凝胶交联剂2.5%、复合氮肥补足余量;
S2:将腐植酸锌、腐植酸镁、复合氮肥、酶解羽毛粉混合均匀后,得基础肥料;
S3:再将L-硒代胱胺基乙酸、富硒促进剂加入基础肥料中,搅拌混合后,得富硒基础肥料;
S4:将硝化抑制剂A、2-氯-6-(三氯甲基)吡啶、二氨基苯基磷酸酯、凝胶交联剂加入基础肥料中,搅拌混合后,得所述提高农产品硒含量的肥料制剂。
实施例3
一种提高农产品硒含量的肥料制剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1备料:
S101:将丛枝菌根、环己六醇、月桂酰基谷氨酸钠按1:0.5:0.1的质量比混合均匀,得富硒促进剂;
S102:将姜黄素、白藜芦醇按1:0.6的质量比混合均匀,得硝化抑制剂A;
S103:将废弃羽毛洗涤、干燥后,粉粹过150目筛,并按1g/1.5mL的料液比将所得羽毛粉加入pH=11的氨水溶液中,超声浸渍处理10h,再于压力为1.1MPa、温度为140℃的条件下,蒸汽爆破处理5次,单次处理时间为90s,再调节pH=7.2,得羽毛粉水解浆料;
向羽毛粉水解浆料中加入其质量2%的复合蛋白酶,55℃搅拌酶解处理6h,95℃灭酶15min,70℃干燥后,得酶解羽毛粉;所述复合蛋白酶由角蛋白酶、菠萝蛋白酶、无花果蛋白酶按1: 0.6: 0.3的质量比复配而成;
S104:将氧化魔芋葡甘露聚糖、羧甲基-β-环糊精按1: 0.8的质量比混合均匀,得凝胶交联剂;
S105:将氯化铵、磷酸氢二铵、尿素按2.5:5:10的质量比混合均匀,得复合氮肥;
S106:按质量百分比份依次称取以下原料:L-硒代胱胺基乙酸5%、富硒促进剂1%、硝化抑制剂A 2%、2-氨基-4-氯-6-甲基-嘧啶 1%、正丁基硫代磷酰三胺1%、腐植酸锌15%、腐植酸镁10%、酶解羽毛粉10%、凝胶交联剂3%、复合氮肥补足余量;
S2:将腐植酸锌、腐植酸镁、复合氮肥、酶解羽毛粉混合均匀后,得基础肥料;
S3:再将L-硒代胱胺基乙酸、富硒促进剂加入基础肥料中,搅拌混合后,得富硒基础肥料;
S4:将硝化抑制剂A、2-氨基-4-氯-6-甲基-嘧啶、正丁基硫代磷酰三胺、凝胶交联剂加入基础肥料中,搅拌混合后,得所述提高农产品硒含量的肥料制剂。
对比例1与实施例1相同,区别在于:对比例1肥料制剂中的富硒促进剂不含环己六醇,该富硒促进剂由丛枝菌根、月桂酰基谷氨酸钠按1:0.05的质量比混合而成。
对比例2与实施例1相同,区别在于:对比例2的肥料制剂中不含富硒促进剂。
对比例3与实施例1相同,区别在于:对比例3肥料制剂中不含硝化抑制剂A。
试验方法:
(1)将实施例1-3及对比例1-3制出的肥料制剂加入1000倍质量的水中,以300rpm的转速搅拌分散0.5h,得富硒水肥;
(2)在水稻分蘖期、孕穗期、抽穗期、灌浆期各喷施一次富硒水肥,且自分蘖期至灌浆期,以喷施量递增的方式进行喷施,并控制喷施量增量为10kg/亩,控制分蘖期的初始喷施量为30 kg/亩。
测试上述方法种植稻谷中的硒含量及亩产量,试验结果如下表所示:
由上表可知,实施例1-3制出肥料制剂能有效提高水稻中的硒含量,并增产增量。
实施例1-3首次利用丛枝菌根、环己六醇、月桂酰基谷氨酸钠复配富硒促进剂,三者协同提高农作物对外源硒的吸收率和转化率,进而有效提高农产品中的硒含量。其中,丛枝菌根(AMF)与宿主农作物根系形成共生体后,刺激农作物根系对硒元素的吸收转运,同时,丛枝菌根还能增加碱性磷酸酶的活性,促进土壤中磷营养素的转化和利用;环己六醇是含多羟基的有机醇,其羟基结构与L-硒代胱胺基乙酸中羧基发生酯化反应,进而通过酯键交联以实现有机硒的固定化,生成的含硒环己六醇衍生物又能参与植物细胞壁的构建,进而有效提高农作物对外源硒转化吸收率;月桂酰基谷氨酸钠是氨基酸表面活性剂,改变了农作物根系的渗透性及亲水亲油性,进而打破农作物对外源硒所能吸收的最大阈值,提高植物对L-硒代胱胺基乙酸的转化效力及吸收利用率,达到协同增效的目的。
实施例1-3首次以L-硒代胱胺基乙酸作为硒源,填补国外内新型有机硒肥的空白,相比于传统的有机硒源,L-硒代胱胺基乙酸含有双硒键,双硒键具有动态自修复效应,进而土壤后,与氧化魔芋葡甘露聚糖、羧甲基-β-环糊精复配的凝胶交联剂相互作用,协同提高肥料制剂缓释性能,延缓肥力降解速率,保肥保墒。
实施例1-3首次以姜黄素、白藜芦醇复配硝化抑制剂A,二者具有优良的抗氧化性能,能清除土壤中的氧自由基,进而遏制NH4 +、NO2 -的氧化过程,以抑制亚硝化反应和硝化反应,此外,姜黄素进入土壤中,降解成香草醛、香草酸(香草醛生物合成途径中的前体物质),香草醛为原儿茶醛衍生物,能通过干扰细胞呼吸链上的电子传递来抑制硝化细菌和亚硝化细菌的氧化磷酸化过程,达到抑制细菌生长和繁殖的效果,并通过调控TCA循环来调节硝化细菌的内部供能,在一定程度上对卡尔文循环产生影响,进而高效抑制硝化细菌的硝化活性,提高铵态肥利用率。
实施例1-3首次以氧化魔芋葡甘露聚糖、羧甲基-β-环糊精复配凝胶交联剂,二者通过酯化反应、氢键作用,形成稳定的三维互穿的凝胶体系,并与肥料体系中游离氨基通过酰胺化反应进行化学交联,进一步稳定固定化肥料活性组分,提高肥料制剂的缓释效果,长时间发挥肥效。
实施例1-3利用氨水浸渍、高压蒸汽爆破、复合蛋白酶酶解技术联合处理羽毛粉,破坏羽毛粉主要成分角质蛋白,分解角质蛋白间的肽键,生成寡肽、氨基酸等物质,能刺激根系分生组织细胞的分裂与增长,提高农作物的抗胁迫性能。
实施例1-3肥料制剂中还包括腐植酸锌、腐植酸镁,补充微量元素锌、镁,促进叶绿素合成,避免因无法合成叶绿素而造成的叶片发黄、生长缓慢等问题。
实施例1-3制出的肥料制剂能有效提高农作物对硒元素的吸收转运作用及利用率,并有效抑制铵态氮肥的亚硝化反应和硝化反应,并抑制尿素的水解作用。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高农产品硒含量的肥料制剂,其特征在于,所述硝化抑制剂A由姜黄素、白藜芦醇按1:(0.2-0.6)的质量比复配而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高农产品硒含量的肥料制剂,其特征在于,所述硝化抑制剂B包括3,4-二甲基-1H-吡唑二氢磷酸盐、双氰胺、2-氯-6-(三氯甲基)吡啶、2-氨基-4-氯-6-甲基-嘧啶中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高农产品硒含量的肥料制剂,其特征在于,所述脲酶抑制剂包括丝兰提取物、二氨基苯基磷酸酯、正丁基硫代磷酰三胺中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高农产品硒含量的肥料制剂,其特征在于,所述凝胶交联剂由氧化魔芋葡甘露聚糖、羧甲基-β-环糊精按1: (0.5-0.8)的质量比复配而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高农产品硒含量的肥料制剂,其特征在于,所述酶解羽毛粉的制备方法为:
A.将废弃羽毛洗涤、干燥后,粉粹过100-150目筛,并按1g/(1.1-1.5)mL的料液比将所得羽毛粉加入pH=10-11的氨水溶液中,超声浸渍处理6-10h,再于压力为0.5-1.1MPa、温度为120-140℃的条件下,蒸汽爆破处理4-5次,单次处理时间为60-90s,再调节pH=6.8-7.2,得羽毛粉水解浆料;
B.向羽毛粉水解浆料中加入其质量0.5-2%的复合蛋白酶,45-55℃搅拌酶解处理3-6h,95℃灭酶10-15min,70℃干燥后,得酶解羽毛粉。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种提高农产品硒含量的肥料制剂,其特征在于,所述复合蛋白酶由角蛋白酶、菠萝蛋白酶、无花果蛋白酶按1: (0.4-0.6): (0.1-0.3)的质量比复配而成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高农产品硒含量的肥料制剂,其特征在于,所述复合氮肥由氯化铵、磷酸氢二铵、尿素按(0.5-2.5): (3-5):10的质量比复配而成。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的一种提高农产品硒含量的肥料制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将腐植酸锌、腐植酸镁、复合氮肥、酶解羽毛粉混合均匀后,得基础肥料;
S2:再将L-硒代胱胺基乙酸、富硒促进剂加入基础肥料中,搅拌混合后,得富硒基础肥料;
S3:将硝化抑制剂A、硝化抑制剂B、脲酶抑制剂、凝胶交联剂加入基础肥料中,搅拌混合后,得所述提高农产品硒含量的肥料制剂。
10.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的一种提高农产品硒含量的肥料制剂在水稻种植中的应用,其特征在于,该应用方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述的肥料制剂加入1000倍质量的水中,以300-500rpm的转速搅拌分散0.5-1h,得富硒水肥;
(2)在水稻分蘖期、孕穗期、抽穗期、灌浆期各喷施一次富硒水肥,且自分蘖期至灌浆期,以喷施量递增的方式进行喷施,并控制喷施量增量为10-15 kg/亩,控制分蘖期的初始喷施量为30-40 kg/亩。
