本发明涉及到一种医疗器械领域,具体涉及到一种神经外科用冲洗式手术装置。包括外筒,外筒内固定有内筒,内筒和外筒之间构成清洗液腔,内筒内部为引流腔,外筒侧壁上开设有多个与清洗液腔连通的出液孔,外筒上固定有与清洗液腔连通的注液管,内筒上固定有与引流腔连通的排液管,内筒下端设有开口,内筒的上端封堵,内筒内固定有直线驱动机构,直线驱动机构的驱动端上固定有固定杆,固定杆下端面上圆周均布固定有多个弹片,弹片上均固定有连接杆。本发明能够有效的对大块的血样组织病变进行破碎,能够保证引流顺畅完成。

一种神经外科用冲洗式手术装置
技术领域
本发明涉及到一种医疗器械领域,具体涉及到一种神经外科用冲洗式手术装置。
背景技术
引流管是供临床外科引流用,将人体组织间或体腔中积聚的脓、血、液体导引至体外,防止术后感染、促进伤口愈合的一种医疗器械。神经外科的引流术采用的主引流管体多为单腔主引流管体,血样组织病变经过管体容易出现主引流管体堵塞,导致引流不通畅。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于一种能够对血样组织病变进行有效的破碎,保证引流的正常运行的神经外科用冲洗式手术装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案是:
一种神经外科用冲洗式手术装置,包括外筒,外筒内固定有内筒,内筒和外筒之间构成清洗液腔,内筒内部为引流腔,外筒侧壁上开设有多个与清洗液腔连通的出液孔,外筒上固定有与清洗液腔连通的注液管,内筒上固定有与引流腔连通的排液管,内筒下端设有开口,内筒的上端封堵,内筒内固定有直线驱动机构,直线驱动机构的驱动端上固定有固定杆,固定杆下端面上圆周均布固定有多个弹片,弹片上均固定有连接杆,连接杆下端加工有弧面,多个连接杆构成一个下端为尖端的圆柱体结构,内筒内壁上固定有与连接杆对应的挡板,挡板位于连接杆上方,挡板与固定杆滑动接触,内筒内设置有与连接杆对应的拉线,拉线上端与挡板下方的内筒内壁固定连接,拉线下端与弧面固定连接。
具体的,所述直线驱动机构包括固定在内筒内的电动推杆,内筒内固定有固定板,电动推杆的伸缩杆贯穿固定板,电动推杆的伸缩杆与固定板滑动密封连接。
具体的,所述内筒下端的开口内缘加工有环槽,环槽的槽底为锥面。
具体的,所述固定杆与内筒同心设置,内筒和外筒同心设置。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
1、当大块的血样组织病变进入到内筒中后,多个连接杆构成的下端为尖端的圆柱体结构和固定杆能够贯穿大块的血样组织病变,然后使得固定杆在内筒中向下运动。在内筒中负压对血样组织病变的吸力作用下,血样组织病变始终被挡板阻挡。固定杆在内筒中向下运动的过程中,随着固定杆和由多个连接杆构成的下端为尖端的圆柱体结构不断地向下运动,拉线被拉紧。拉线被拉紧的过程中能够将大块的血样组织病变切割成多个小块的血样组织病变,小块的血样组织病变能够通过相邻两挡板之间的间隙后排进排液管内,进而保证小块的血样组织病变能够在排液管内顺畅运动。
2、拉线对大块的血样组织病变进行切割的过程中,多个连接杆能够向内筒外侧方向扩张,同时弹片变形并蓄力。多个连接杆向内筒外侧方向扩张后,大块的血样组织病变能够进入到多个连接杆之间的空间内。当固定杆向上运动的过程中,拉线松弛,在弹片的弹力作用下多个连接杆进行合拢,多个连接杆合拢的过程中能够将位于多个连接杆之间的血块挤碎。

具体实施方式
如图1-图4所示,一种神经外科用冲洗式手术装置,包括外筒1,外筒1内固定有内筒2。内筒2和外筒1同心设置。内筒2和外筒1之间构成清洗液腔3。内筒2内部为引流腔4。
外筒1侧壁上开设有多个与清洗液腔3连通的出液孔5,外筒1上固定有与清洗液腔3连通的注液管8,内筒2上固定有与引流腔4连通的排液管9,所述排液管9延伸至外筒1外部。内筒2下端设有开口,内筒2的上端封堵。
外部的注液装置和引流装置同时启动,注液装置将清洗液通过注液管8注入清洗液腔3中并从出液孔5排出对患者的患处进行冲洗,同时外部的引流装置通过排液管9使引流腔4内处于负压状态,进而将对患者患处冲洗后的液体通过内筒2下端的开口吸入引流腔4中并从排液管9排到外部的引流装置中。
所述内筒2下端的开口内缘加工有环槽6,环槽6的槽底为锥面7。
内筒2内固定有直线驱动机构。所述直线驱动机构包括固定在内筒2内的电动推杆11,内筒2内固定有固定板12,电动推杆11的伸缩杆贯穿固定板12,电动推杆11的伸缩杆与固定板12滑动密封连接。
电动推杆11的伸缩杆上固定有固定杆13,所述固定杆13与内筒2同心设置。固定杆13下端面上圆周均布固定有多个弹片14,弹片14上均固定有连接杆15,连接杆15下端加工有弧面18。多个连接杆15构成一个下端为尖端的圆柱体结构。
内筒2内壁上固定有与连接杆15对应的挡板10,挡板10位于连接杆15上方,挡板10与固定杆13滑动接触。
内筒2内设置有与连接杆15对应的拉线16,拉线16上端与挡板10下方的内筒2内壁固定连接,拉线16下端与弧面18固定连接。
使用时,冲洗过患者患处的液体中会含有血样组织病变17,小块的血样组织病变17会直接通过挡板10之间的间隙被吸走。
如图1所示,在引流腔4内负压的作用下,大块的血样组织病变17进入到引流腔4内后会上行并被多个挡板10阻挡。大块的血样组织病变17会影响对冲洗过患者患处的液体的抽吸效率。
大块的血样组织病变17在引流腔4内上行的过程中,大块的血样组织病变17会被由多个连接杆15构成的下端为尖端的圆柱体结构和固定杆13刺穿。
大块的血样组织病变17被由多个连接杆15构成的下端为尖端的圆柱体结构和固定杆13刺穿的过程中,拉线16会贯穿大块的血样组织病变17,拉线16下端被拉紧。同时,大块的血样组织病变17下方的拉线16部分会紧贴固定杆13外缘和连接杆15外侧。大块的血样组织病变17被由多个连接杆15构成的下端为尖端的圆柱体结构和固定杆13刺穿后拉线16的状态如图2和图3所示。
然后启动电动推杆11使得固定杆13和由多个连接杆15构成的下端为尖端的圆柱体结构下行。由于拉线16上端与内筒2固定连接,电动推杆11带动固定杆13和由多个连接杆15构成的下端为尖端的圆柱体结构下行的过程中,拉线16被逐渐拉直。
拉线16被拉直的过程中。拉线16能够对大块的血样组织病变17进行切割。拉线16对大块的血样组织病变17进行切割的过程中,在引流腔4内负压的作用下,大块的血样组织病变17始终被挡板10阻挡。当拉线16被拉直后,拉线16完成对大块的血样组织病变17的部分切割。
随着固定杆13和由多个连接杆15构成的下端为尖端的圆柱体结构继续下行,连接杆15受拉线16长度的限制,连接杆15下端会逐渐向内筒2外侧方向偏转,连接杆15下端向内筒2外侧方向偏转的过程中,弹片14变形并蓄力。
连接杆15下端向内筒2外侧方向偏转的过程中,拉线16整体会向内筒2的内壁方向偏转。拉线16整体向内筒2的内壁方向偏转的过程中,拉线16能够对大块的血样组织病变17进行继续切割。
当弧面18外侧的部分拉线16与锥面7贴合后,锥面7上方的拉线16部分与内筒2内壁紧贴,此时拉线16完成对大块的血样组织病变17的切割。大块的血样组织病变17被拉线16切割成多个小块的血样组织病变17,小块的血样组织病变17通过挡板10之间的间隙向上运动并通过排液管9排入到引流装置内。
然后使得电动推杆11的伸缩杆收缩。电动推杆11的伸缩杆带动固定杆13和由多个连接杆15构成的下端为尖端的圆柱体结构上行的过程中,拉线16松弛,在弹片14的弹性作用下,多个连接杆15的下端向固定杆13轴心方向合拢。
多个连接杆15的下端向固定杆13轴心方向合拢的过程中,若有大块的血样组织病变17位于多个连接杆15之间时,多个连接杆15之间的大块的血样组织病变17能够被挤碎。
