Working principle: firstly, a mounting groove is formed in a designated position on a power distribution cabinet, then a connecting box 1 is clamped into the mounting groove, an outer sealing plate 2 is sealed on the outer side surface of the power distribution cabinet, an inner sealing plate 3 is sealed on the inner side surface of the power distribution cabinet, then a sliding frame 8 and a movable frame 9 are stirred from the inner side of the power distribution cabinet until the sliding frame 8 and the movable frame 9 are at vertical angles with the inner sealing plate 3, then two temperature sensors 11 are sleeved at two ends of a bracket 10, the temperature inside the power distribution cabinet is monitored through the two temperature sensors 11, the monitored temperature is displayed in real time through a touch control plate 28, when the temperature inside the power distribution cabinet exceeds the set value of the temperature sensor 11, a processor 4 controls an audible and visual alarm 27 to give an alarm prompt, meanwhile, the processor 4 controls fans 24 inside shells 23 at two sides at the bottom end of the outer sealing plate 2 to start, the fans 24 are discharged through internal high-temperature control after being started, so that the temperature inside the power distribution cabinet is reduced, wherein the set values of the two temperature sensors 11 are respectively high and low, when the temperature in the power distribution cabinet is lower than the low value, the processor 4 can control the fan 24 to stop again, thus realizing intelligent temperature control, reducing resource waste, when the electrical equipment in the power distribution cabinet needs to be maintained, the sliding frame 8 and the movable frame 9 can be temporarily folded and stored, when the electrical equipment is folded, the poking plate 12 is pulled, the poking plate 12 can pull the two first inserted bars 14, the two first inserted bars 14 slide out from the slots 15 on one side of the shaft frame 6, at the moment, the shaft frame 6 and the movable piece 7 are in an active state, then the sliding frame 8 can be folded and stored downwards, the sliding frame 8 is reset again after maintenance is completed, then the extension distance of the movable frame 9 needs to be adjusted, the pulling head 19 is pulled, the pulling head 19 drives the second inserted bar 18 to slide out from the positioning hole 16, then the movable frame 9 is pulled, and the distance can be adjusted, after the adjustment is completed, the pulling head 19 is loosened, and at the moment, the second spring 17 drives the second inserting rod 18 to reset and clamp the second inserting rod in the positioning hole 16 at the corresponding position of the top end of the movable frame 9.
