the auditing step state evaluation module is used for sequentially evaluating auditing states of different auditing steps according to auditing statistics processing data to obtain auditing evaluation sets containing different synchronous evaluation data; comprising the following steps:
traversing the auditing statistics processing data to obtain auditing personnel corresponding to the auditing step, auditing step checking data, auditing starting time, auditing ending time and auditing opinion keyword sets;
acquiring and marking corresponding auditing duration time according to auditing starting time and auditing ending time; and acquiring and marking the total number of the newly-appearing problems in the auditing opinion keywords set corresponding to the N auditing steps; n is a positive integer; extracting the numerical value of each marked data, and parallelly calculating to obtain an auditing state factor corresponding to the auditing step;
when the auditing personnel evaluates the auditing state of the corresponding auditing step according to the auditing state factors, comparing and judging the auditing state factors with the corresponding auditing state ranges to obtain step evaluation data containing the auditing state normal labels or the auditing state abnormal labels; step evaluation data corresponding to different auditing steps form an auditing evaluation set and are uploaded to a cloud platform;
the publication issuing feedback statistical module is used for counting feedback information received after publication issuing, and carrying out negative influence evaluation and responsibility tracking on the counted feedback information to obtain feedback evaluation data;
counting and preprocessing feedback information received after publication release, extracting keywords from feedback sentences in the feedback information, and arranging and combining according to the extraction sequence to obtain extracted keyword phrases; sequentially comparing and matching the extracted keyword phrases with pre-constructed keyword libraries with different influence degrees;
if the matching is successful, acquiring keyword influence weights corresponding to a keyword library with successfully matched extracted keyword phrases, and marking auditors corresponding to the extracted keyword phrases;
if the matching is unsuccessful, forwarding the extracted keyword group to an auditor for auditing to obtain the corresponding keyword influence weight, and marking the auditor corresponding to the extracted keyword group;
the publication issue feedback management module is used for evaluating the overall state of the corresponding publication issue examination according to all feedback evaluation data of different examination steps, and dynamically adjusting the examination of the subsequent publication issue according to the evaluation result; comprising the following steps:
traversing and counting feedback evaluation data of all auditors in different auditing steps, and setting the counted total number of the slightly abnormal tags affected and the total number of the severely abnormal tags affected as a first total number and a second total number; and comparing and judging the first total number and the second total number with a corresponding first threshold value and a corresponding second threshold value respectively to obtain an evaluation result containing the first evaluation signal, the second evaluation signal or the third evaluation signal.

The big data-based publication issuance monitoring and management system according to claim 1, wherein the contents of the audit opinions are traversed and counted, the different questions are sequentially extracted with keywords, and the extracted keywords are arranged and combined in the order of the corresponding questions to obtain the audit opinion keyword set.

and respectively implementing dynamic adjustment for maintaining the existing auditor scheme, enhancing the auditor training scheme or replacing the auditor scheme according to the first evaluation signal, the second evaluation signal or the third evaluation signal in the evaluation result.
